The target today is Kelven Vernon, a forty-two years old man. He has short black hair and a height of six two. Kelven also has about eleven bodies under his name and is a member of Le Vili Tigri (The Vile Tigers), a small gang in Venice, Italy. He owes about twenty-five thousand Euros to my anonymous client Mr. Beck Clark who needs to hide his identity better.
This assassination will be different because I will use this opportunity to test Veronica, Ilene, and Lloyd, three members of my future Alpha Dogs Team. My last crew died a few years back. It was the fucken Brazilian Mafia. They claim it was an accident that one of their bombs went off. The only reason we are not at war is that The American Mafia got involved and is keeping us from going to war.
"Terror target is approaching the ally," Lloyd says into my earpiece.
Then Ilene whispered into the earpiece, "Got it, Zero."
Now Lloyd starts counting backward, starting from five. "One," Ilene sprints out of the alley pulling Kelven from the sidewalks. She held the knife to his throat while telling him to shut up. Once, Ilene had dragged Kelven deeper into the alley. She shoved him against the mossy brick wall keeping the knife at his neck.
"You know that; you don't have to do this, beautiful." That slimy creature compliments Ilene, trying to get out of her grip.
"Kelven Vernon, you owe money, don't you?" Ilene plays with Kelven drawing a sliver of blood on his neck.
"Yes, and who are you?" He asked while looking at her body. Man, now I have a shower after this.
"Let's see, Kelven. Have you heard of The Terror?" Ilene starts playfully teasing him.
"No-o Ple-ase I Am Sorry!" He started to beg her, but she just raised my knife higher, making him stop.
"Nice try." Ilene slit his throat, getting blood all over.
"Snake, target eliminated; send in the clean up," I commanded, pushing my earpiece as I come out of the shadow, double-checking Ilene's work.
"Yes, Butterfly." Veronica obediently responded back to my command.
"Dice. Pull up," I commanded, going on to the next part of the test.
"Got. Butterfly," Ted responds as he pulls up in a Gray Dynamic Ranger NR45. I quickly look around and then dash to the car with Ilene, getting into the back seat behind the passenger seat. "Butterfly received."
"Snake, Butterfly, Terror, and Dice out," I say into my earpiece.
"Got it; see you at HQ," Veronica confirms over comms.
We sat in the car for a little bit in silence until Ted panicked, saying, "Um, we have two tails."
Wait, we haven't passed the bridge yet? And isn't their spouse to be three tail in the test?
"Cazzo (Fuck)!" I swore in Italian, banning my hand on the dashboard. Ok, calm down. Elma, you have been in worse situations before. "Ted, keep driving like you don't know that...."
"Yeah, I got it." Ted just interrupted my instructions.
Now I picked up my phone and dialed Veronica, aka Snake. "Abbiamo due code su di noi Veronica (We Have Two Tails On Us Veronica)!" I yell in Italian in utter frustration.
Then Ted yells at me, "Donna, They're Speeding Up!"
"Then Step On It!" I snap back, having my adrenaline rush.
"Deploying The Bloody Bandits Attack Squad," Ilene informed me of her action.
Now I'm watching where Ted is driving. He comes up to a red traffic light until I yell at him to turn right. Then I asked through the phone. "Veronica, How Far Away?" I held on to the car as it swayed back and forth, trying not to get hit by bullets.
"Still Five To Ten Minutes Out," Ilene informs me over the phone.
Boom, Boom, two of the tires pops, and then the car goes into an uncontrollable spin. Boom, the airbags go off. My head spins for a while, and I keep hearing a ringing. Now I am looking around, and some figures are approaching me. Knowing that it was fight or die. I drew my Glock taking them on by surprise.
Now my vision comes back enough that I shoot two men from my left. Then I quickly swing around, firing my Glock and killing the last man. A-h, I start feeling pain in my ankle, realizing it got crushed. Damn, my adrenaline is beginning to wear off. Those Bandits Better Get Here Soon!
Currently being in a pissed-off mood; one second felt like a minute. Once The Bloody Bandits arrived, they started to attend to Ted's injuries. Then after things got organized enough to leave for headquarters, I went for headquarters.
"Veronica, Sono incazzato (I'm pissed off)!" I swore in Italian, which means I am more than pissed off. Italian was my first language, with Bulgarian to follow if I wanted to understand what my captors were ordering me.
"Yes. I know, Donna." Veronica acknowledged while redoing my bandage with the first aid kit.
Clunk, clunk, I hear footsteps approaching the living room. Now by guessing how heavy the footsteps' pattern, the shoe's sound, and how many people have access here... it's Zachary. He is the only one who walks very heavily and makes a particular clicking sound while walking. "Zachary, did something happen?" I questioned since he was here looking for me.
Veronica looks at me, stunned, as she finishes wrapping my arm. Then there was a chuckle before he turned the corner. "You know that only you can pick out some from how they walk, Donna." Zachary compliments me in his black and white suit as he dismisses Veronica.
"You know I hate flattery." I get off the couch while rolling my eyes.
"You know that's a good trait." Zachary crosses his arms as he starts teasing me.
"Zachary Davis!" I yell, throwing a knife near his head directly into the wall, making him stop realizing I am pissed off now.
"Ok!" He just raised his hands in defeat. "Don't forget about meeting with The Spanish," Zachary tells me as he skips out of the room.
Ug, I need to get dressed for the meeting. Even if it's online, I have to be dressed as Rin, The Donna Of The Rose Dragons. Now I grab the towel rag and wash the makeup off. If you don't wash your makeup off before or after you sleep, your skin will not be very healthy.
Then hitting the shower getting the temporary black dye out to see my red and blue highlights. After finishing that, I pulled out some black dress pants and a dark gray blouse. Looking into the bathroom mirror. I pulled out my necklace that I had been holding on to ever since I could remember. The silver butterfly necklace... I played with it for a second before leaving the bathroom.
It's time for the meeting with The Spanish. Knock, "Zachary! You Better Hope You Have My Files!" I yell, not watching my tone.
Now Zachary comes into my dark-themed office saying, "Yes, I have your files." He hands me the black pocket folder containing the weapons deal we are about to officiate. Actually, the only reason we are in alliance in the first place is that I am dating Diego. Diego Ramos, the second son of The Don Of The Spanish Mafia Diaz Ramos.
"Hello, Diaz." I sit tall in my black office chair with Zachary standing behind me since he is my underboss.
Daiz Ramos, The Don Of The Spanish Mafia, and my father-in-law.
Then Diaz replies back with, "Queen." He nods his head along with his heir Miguel, the first son.
Miguel Ramos, The Heir Of The Spanish Mafia, and my brother-in-law.
"Have you seen the official papers yet?" I asked in my deadly tone.
"I did, but I have some concerns about the recent confit between Dragons and Sicilians." He looks up from the papers Zachary had sent over right before the meeting.
"You do not have to worry about it. I can promise you that it will be resolved as soon as possible." I did my best to reassure him so Diaz didn't have any second thoughts on syncing.
"Great, I will sign the papers and send them to you," I confirmed, looking into his eyes.
A-a that reminds me to tell him to make an alliance with The Sicilians to make things go much smoother. "Oh, Diaz. One last thing," I said while leaning back in my chair.
"Ok?" Diaz now sits up in his chair, wondering what I need from him.
"I want you to make an alliance with The Sicilians. It will make things a lot easier in the future." I used my commanding voice to Diaz, which he noticed.
"Of course, Queen." Diaz nods his head in respect before ending the meeting.
Man, there are gonna expectations for me from my father-in-law.
