Narrator's POV

The Krew, Aphmau, Sylvanna and the gang are attending a shadow play as Mk, Funneh, Aphmau and Lunar were getting excited. "I'm so excited! I haven't been to the movies in ages!" Mk says excitedly and this made the Krew and Aphmau look at him as if he was crazy. "Uh, kid. This ain't a cinema" Pigsy said looking at Mk and then Tang says "It's a shadow play, with puppets" and Mk starts to say "Wha? Puppets? No! I thought we were seeing Kung Fu Monkey Cop: The Movie!" as he pulls out a Monkey Cop poster. "Eh, check the back" Mei said and Mk sees the back of the poster, revealing the shadow play he and the others attend to, making him groan. "Don't be a baby Mk, you might actually enjoy the shadow play!" Lunar said with a smile, making Funneh nod in agreement. "You really like this stuff, huh girls?" Mk asked and this made Aphmau gasped in offense as she said "How can you not like this Mk?! Shadow plays are the best! My Mom and Dad brought me here all the time when I was a kid and some occasions Funneh would come with me too" and this made both Funneh and Sylvanna nod.

Then Mk saw the 'Not Mayor' and whispers "Oh, guys. Isn't that the guy who gave us that weird key?" and this made both the Krew and Aphmau look over and saw the 'Not Mayor', making them narrow their eyes at him. "You mean the magic key that can unlock anything? Yeah, I'm pretty sure that is him, and I'm also pretty sure that he's still not actually the Mayor" Mei whispered back and then the 'Not Mayor' sees them and waves at them as he says "Hello!" and laughs creepily.

"Eurgh. Well, that's not creepy at all" Tang said getting creeped out as Sylvanna also got creeped out by him while Mk awkwardly waved back at him. "Point is, whatever we're watching, you've earned a break, kid" Pigsy said and Mei looks at him and said "You have been training super hard. I can't even remember the last time we all just hung out together!" and then sighs before adding "I missed this" while Draco wraps his arm around his girlfriend's waist and Aphmau smiled and replied "Yeah, me too" and Tang starts to ask "So, was Sandy just busy or-" until he was cut off by Mk saying "What are you talking about? We hang out all the time!" and this made Mei reply "Nuh-uh. girlfriend! It's always Monkey King this or some scary skeleton thing that with you lately! Even Funneh, Lunar and Aph!" and this made the girls slightly flinch at this while Sylvanna looks at Aphmau in concern. "Well, yeah but-" Mk starts to say until Tang said "Just yesterday you blew off checkers night cause' you had to study. Study what, I might ask?!" as he throws the checkers at Mk and then Gold says "Yeah, just like last week you promised to watch Ender for the day but had to cancel it since you were training? Why's that?!".

"Alright, alright! I get it! It's just, Monkey King said-" Mk starts to say until he thinks about his encounter with the Lady Bone Demon as her voice went through his head as she said "Picked the wrong successor" and then Mk snapped out of it and said "I just- I need to be ready" as he sat back down. "Ready for what?" Pigsy asked and then the lights dim meaning that the show was about to start. "Shh! It's starting!" Tang said as this gets Funneh, Aphmau and Lunar excited again. "Tang, would you-" Pigsy starts to say until Tang shushes him and then some shadows headed towards the stage scaring the group except for Lunar, Aphmau and Funneh as they got pumped up and then a hanging shadow puppet emerges on stage from the ceiling and looks at the group with a grin.

"Tang, what kind of play did you say this was?!" Pigsy asked as he and Tang hugged each other out of fear and soon the curtain opens to reveal, the puppeteer. "Welcome viewers to a shadow play the likes of which have never been seen!" the puppeteer said as he brings out a magic lantern.



"It follows the tragic tale of a legendary warrior, and how those who bring light into this world inevitability bring darkness to those they hold dear"

"Mei, I just realized something" Mk whispered and then Mei whispered back "What?" and Mk exclaims "I, I don't have snacks!" and Pigsy looked at him and says "Kid, relax, you literally just ate!" and Mk was shaking as he said "Must get snacks!" and then Pigsy said "Ugh, fine. Go grab some snacks" and in a flash Mk bolts out of the theater and into the lobby. "And don't forget to get me some-" Tang started to say until Pigsy shushes him, making Sylvanna chuckle a little and then turned their attention back to the play. "Like light, heroes bring warmth, hope, and friendship" the puppeteer said and then the lantern started glowing brightly, making the group shield their eyes from the brightness. "But they also give life to the darkness" the puppeteer adds and then everyone except for Aphmau, Funneh and Lunar were sucked into the puppeteer's magic lantern, when the light dimmed down the girls realized they were alone. "Mom? Mom?! Where are you?!" Aphmau called out to her Mother in worry.

"Draco? Gold? Uncle Tang? Guys?" Funneh called out as she and Lunar looked around confused and worried while the puppeteer grins at them.

Meanwhile with Mk

Mk stands at the snack counter in the lobby of the theater. "Umm, just a fizz whizz, jelly babies, a large sweet popcorn, milk drops, and an extra large soda gulp" Mk says and the Snack Gal scoffs as she goes to retrieve the snacks. A shadowy figure leaves the lobby, catching Mk's attention. He runs after it, into an alley as he starts to say "Monkey King! You're-" but stops as he realizes the alley is empty and then sighs.

"Not here"

Back with Funneh, Aphmau and Lunar

The three girls were starting to get really worried as they couldn't find the group until they heard Mk barging into the theater holding a large amount of snacks, making their eyes slightly widen. "Sorry, sorry, sorry. Where's that step? Ah!" Mk said and falls into his seat as the lights dim. "Uh, do you need help Mk?" Lunar asked as Funneh grabs a few snacks for herself, Lunar and Aphmau from the pile. "Ha ha! Got back just in time! Oh! And here's that drink you asked for Mei" Mk said as he was about to hand the drink to Mei when Lunar stopped him, Mk popped out and looked at Aphmau, Lunar and Funneh confused as he asked "Hey where are the others? Did they get bored already?" and just before Funneh could reply the lantern's light catches their attention as Mk said "Whoa! So sparkly!" and the puppeteer continues the story as we see two silhouetted figures, one resembling the Hero and the other the Warrior.

"The Hero and the Warrior were like the Sun and the Moon. Their light, a protective glow, shining upon the world. Together, there was nothing that could stop the two of them. Either in the Celestial Realms or on Earth"

The puppeteer showed the hero and the warrior facing off against a dragon, next it shows the hero holding a peach and later changed into an eagle. The next scene shows the hero and the warrior with multiple clones, one of them punched the ground creating an impact of debris.

"As time went on, the Hero attained power beyond comprehension. As the Hero's light grew, so too did his shadow. And soon, the Warrior was cast in that shadow. In the darkness, the Warrior was forgotten by the Hero... However a Goddess of Peace and the very first Witch Goddess stayed by the warrior's side despite the Hero telling them not to go" the puppeteer said ending the story.

Outside the Theater

The girls and Mk left the theater as he tried to call Mei on the phone but went straight to voicemail as it said "You've reached ya girl, Mei! Leave it, beep!" and Mk starts to say through the voicemail "Hey, Mei. So you guys just left me, Aph, Funneh and Lunar back there. Um where'd you-ugh!" until he sees a silhouetted figure run across the roof of the theater and then sighs and rubbed his eyes thinking his mind was tricking him. "You okay, Mk?" Aphmau asked in concern while Funneh and Lunar looked at their friend in concern as well.

"I-I'm okay... You girls stay here in everyone comes back. I'll go look for them" Mk said and quickly leaves, leaving the girls worried. "Um... Aph, you and Funneh go look for the others. I'll keep looking inside" Lunar said and Funneh seemed to hesitate before agreeing as she and Aphmau both left and Lunar quickly went inside and decided to go back to the theater room where the shadow play took place and then she remembered something during the play. 'However a Goddess of Peace and the very first Witch Goddess stayed by the warrior's side despite the Hero telling them not to go' the puppeteer's voice went through Lunar's head as she began wondering as she said to herself "The very first Witch Goddess, huh? I wonder if he was talking about...".

"Hello, young lady" this made Lunar jump at the voice from behind her and saw it was the puppeteer as he apologized "I apologize. I didn't mean to scare you" and Lunar sighs in relief before saying "Oh. You're the puppeteer" and the puppeteer replied "Indeed I am. But you do know that the show is over, right?" and Lunar and then says "I know. I wanted to ask a question... It's about the first Witch Goddess" and this made the puppeteer jump a little as Lunar noticed this before he asked "What do you want know about her?".

"How did the warrior meet her?" Lunar asked curiously and the puppeteer answered by saying "Well, the warrior was training one day and then heard the sound of a violin playing. He followed the sound, once he got close to the source, there he saw a beautiful witch sitting on a huge boulder in the middle of a meadow surrounded by autumn trees while she was playing the violin. Over time, the warrior and the witch spent time together, they laughed together, sometimes argue, and the witch even lend the warrior her shoulder for him to cry on. But one day, when he was about to meet at their usual place, there before the warrior was a grave. The warrior learned the witch goddess had passed away; he didn't know how she passed away, but the story also tells that the warrior is still looking for the person responsible for killing the one he loved so dearly" and Lunar looked stunned before looking down and said "That's so sad..." and the puppeteer then placed his hand on Lunar's back and says "I apologize. I didn't mean to make you sad" and Lunar looked at him and said with a sad smile "It's alright. But thank you for telling me the story. I've been curious about her for a while now" and then she pulls out her phone and says as she was about to make a phone call "Well, I better call Funneh and see if she and Aphmau found the others yet".

"Forgive me for doing this" the puppeteer said all of the sudden and the next thing Lunar knew, she passed out and dropped her phone on the floor.

Back with the Two Besties

Funneh and Aphmau couldn't find the others anywhere. "Anything yet, Funneh?" Aphmau asked as if she was ready to have a panic attack and Funneh sighs and says "I got nothing Aph! Where did they go? They couldn't have left out of nowhere!? At least not without telling us!" and then Aphmau says "I don't know, but I'll see if Lunar found them. You keep looking!" and quickly runs back to the shadow play while Funneh starts running forward, after a few minutes of running Funneh stopped to realize something. 'Wait a minute... My family and friends both disappeared after that lantern stopped glowing because of that puppeteer... It was a weird lantern as if it was magical... Shadows? Friends and family both disappeared?....!' and then Funneh's eyes widened in realization as she said to herself "...Oh no!" and then she immediately started running towards the shadow play.

Meanwhile at the Shadow Play

Aphmau just arrived as she barged into the theater room as she started calling out to Lunar.

"Lunar? Lunar, Where Are You?!" Aphmau was getting worried until she saw Lunar's phone on the ground and picks it up as she was getting really worried. "Lunar's phone... But... Where...?" Aphmau muttered to herself as she started to look around while unknown to her someone snuck up to her from behind and before Aphmau could react they pulled her back and covered her mouth with a white cloth as Aphmau screamed but it was muffled as she was struggling to break free while her vision was going blurry and then soon she went unconscious. The puppeteer chuckled and says "For someone like you... You still have much to learn" and then the doors were kicked open with Funneh entering in as she let out a yell and sent some water towards the puppeteer.



The puppeteer was sent back while dropping Aphmau in the process and the puppeteer's hood came down and revealed to be...

"Macaque!" Funneh glared while Macaque grins and says "Well, looks like you caught me. I must say I'm impressed that you figured it out, what gave it away?" and Funneh slightly scoffed and replied "Please! The shadows, it's obvious... As far as I'm concerned that's your thing and I figured out you were the one that trapped my friends and family inside your magic lantern!" and Macaque smirked and said "You know I'm still surprised that you managed to find out it was me... Too bad you didn't know when we first met" and this made Funneh smirk which confused Macaque before she starts sending water attacks towards him again as he dodged them while Funneh said "You know what? Truth to be told, Gold actually warned me about this and I only pretended I didn't know what you were up to. I'm not naive you think I am" but then was caught off guard when Macaque's shadow clones tackled her down to the ground, making Funneh grunt as she struggled to break free. Macaque laughed at this as he walked up to her, bents down to her level and says "Smart kid, I'll give you that. But you are still kind of dense... After all you were one of my students" and this made Funneh snarl at him and yelled "I Was Never Your Student To Begin With!!" and this made Macaque chuckle a bit and replied "If you say so... But it doesn't change the fact that you did train with me... Especially for what I have in mind for Mk" and this made Funneh's eyes widened by this.

Meanwhile with Mk

MK sits on his bed as he thinks about his training with Monkey King while the 'puppeteer's' voice echoes through his head.

"The Hero and the Warrior were like the Sun and the Moon. Their light, a protective glow, shining upon the world"

Mk looks at the door of Pigsy's Noodles and he moves to enter, but doesn't and walks away.

"As the Hero's light grew, so too did his shadow. And soon, the Warrior was cast in that shadow. In the darkness, the Warrior was forgotten by the Hero"

Mk sits next to one of the monkeys on Flower Fruit Mountain as he says "And, y'know, it's just been tough cause' Monkey King leaving, like, he's got better things to do than train me or whatever. I mean, you get it?" and the monkey stared at him before screaming, startling Mk.

Back at the Shadow Play

It was raining and Mk sits alone at the shadow play, he hoped Lunar was still there but sadly she wasn't and couldn't find out where Funneh and Aphmau were at as he tried to call them on their phones but either of them answered. Mk started eating the popcorn he didn't eat during the show until the 'puppeteer' walks up to him as Mk got startled when the 'puppeteer' says "Ah, you again. You must be my biggest fan. You are aware the play is over, right?" and Mk sighs before asking "So, um, what happened to him? The Warrior?".

This made the 'puppeteer' chuckle a little before asking "What would you like to hear? The Hero suddenly remembered his beloved friend, the Warrior? That they lived happily ever after?" and Mk said "No! No, no, no, no, no. Well, yeah, maybe. Um. Okay. I don't know why I'm telling a complete stranger this but I guess I kinda feel like the Warrior, in the story. A little. Is that dumb?" and the 'puppeteer' says "I take that as a complement, young man. The tell-tale sign of a good story. That you resonate with it so personally. But I think maybe you missed the point-" but was cut off by Mk saying "It's like I wanna be strong and I'm tryna be, but it's like Monkey King isn't giving me a chance!" and then sighs before adding "What if... what if he knows he made a mistake? Chose wrong. Chose the wrong successor" and then Monkey King's voice was heard as he said "And? What if he did?" and then Monkey King appears in a flash of light next to Mk where the 'puppeteer' was previously standing, Mk screamed for a second before saying "Ugh. This again? Look, I know you're not really here! I've been doing what you told me to do. Believing in myself, blah blah blah. But I'm not ready for this. I can't face the Lady Bone Demon alone. I just feel so..." but then Monkey King laughs as his eyes are shadowed.

"Ergh! If you're not gonna help just leave me alone!" Mk shouted and moved to punch Monkey King, but his punch was caught. "Whoa, bud. You been workin' out? You pack a bigger punch than I remember" Monkey King said before Mk realized something as he said "No. No, no, no. It's. It's you... Macaque!" and 'Monkey King' laughs, revealing himself to be Macaque as he said "The one and only!".



"So why so glum? I've noticed that lately you've been lookin' a little DOWN!" Macaque said and Mk said "What are you doing here?! Oh no! I just-" and then realization came to him as Macaque said "Unloaded all your secret insecurities on me! I know! But hey, no shame in that, man. Sometimes you just gotta talk it out, y'know? I don't really do it. Maybe I should. But we'd be here all day so...".

"Would you just get to the point?!" Mk shouted as he tried to punch Macaque with his free hand, but it was also caught. "Slow down, kiddo. This is the thanks I get for checking in on one of my favorite students?" Macaque asked and Mk yelled "I am not your student!" and then Macaque says "Well, with ol' Monkey King not around, I thought someone should teach you a lesson" and pushed Mk back before pulling out the lantern and it glowed purple and the light made Mk's shadow appear on the wall behind him, gaining his attention as Macaque said "Ah, MK, you really are dense aren't you? You saw a story about a hero who got handed everything, who didn't have to work for anything and you thought you were the other guy? The second the Hero got real power; he couldn't care less about his friends. That's you, bud" and this confused Mk as he says trying to defend himself "Me? I-I'm not like that" but Macaque only narrowed his eyes at him and said "Hmm, I beg to differ, kiddo" and made the lantern glow as he summons Mei, Pigsy, Sylvanna, Tang and the Krew's shadows from within the lantern as they appeared on the floor and Mk gasped and exclaimed "Guys!" and Macaque says "Oh, did you just realize they were missing? How about sweet Lunar, little Aphmau and the blue girl Funneh?" and then gestures the stage as Lunar on a bed with her hands held together, Aphmau on the ground still unconscious while two shadow clones brought out Funneh as she was tied up and gagged.



"Girls! What did you do to Lunar and Aph?!" Mk shouted and Macaque replied "I did not nothing. All I did was tell Lunar the story about the witch goddess from the story and I knocked her out along with that girl of yours" as he walked over to the unconscious Lunar and gently strokes Lunar's cheek, this angered Funneh as she tried to attack Macaque but the shadow clones held her down.

"Get away from them!" Mk yelled and was about to charge at him when Pigsy's shadow blocked his path, then was kicked away by Tang's shadow before both the Krew and Sylvanna's shadows delivered each blow at Mk while Macaque says "Also, side-note: How did you not know it was me? Shadows, kinda my gimmick isn't it? Even your friend Funneh figured it out before you" and Mk growled as he was about to charge at Macaque again until Mei's shadow grabs him from behind and Macaque says "Hey don't look at me! Focus!" and Mei's shadow grabs Mk's arm and throws him to the ground while Macaque said "Ooh this bit might hurt!" and the shadows tackled Mk to the ground. "Mk!!!" Funneh screamed but it was muffled before she glared and started throwing herself around trying to break herself free while Macaque watches this with amusement. "You know for the descendant of Katara... You're quite stubborn" but then noticed Funneh's shadow started acting up until it went back to normal.



The cloth that covered Funneh's mouth fall off as she yelled "ENOUGH!!!" and then her Krew necklace started glowing along with her eyes and managed to break free from the shadow clones' grasp and what happened next shocked Macaque as his shadow clones turned from a purple color to a navy blue color before they were absorbed into Funneh's shadow as she glared at him and at the same time Mk breaks free and charges at Macaque with his staff along with Funneh with her sword but Macaque blocks the blow with his hand. "You're right. That is enough. You know, you really are that bit too much like him. But good to see there's some potential. And it would seem you've unlocked another power of yours Funneh" Macaque said to both Mk and Funneh then breaks the lantern, much to their shock as Pigsy, Tang, Mei, Sylvanna and the Krew are free and Macaque disappeared. "Guys! You're okay!" Mk cried out happily as he tackled his friends, hugging them.

"What happened?" Mei asked before she noticed Aphmau and Lunar laying on one of the benches as they started to wake up. "Ugh... Wait a minute... W-What happened?" Lunar asked as she rubbed her head while Aphmau stretched her arms out.

"Aphmau/Lunar!!" both Mk and Funneh cried out as they tackled their sister/crush and hugged them as they said "Oh, thank goodness you're okay!" and Lunar looked confused and asked "What are you talking about?" and then everyone heard the backdoors opening as Mei asked "Wait, is that-" and both Funneh and Mk looked at the back door and grunts.

Outside of the Theater

Macaque was walking out through an alleyway as both Funneh and Mk followed him as Mk yelled "What is your deal?! Why did you do that?!" and Macaque turned his head to Mk and said "Hmm, why'd I break the lamp? Well, I was gonna do that whole 'watch the hero be tormented by his own mistakes' thing but it seems like you're kinda already doing that to yourself, which honestly has been an absolute pleasure to watch" as Macaque appeared behind Mk in his shadow form. "Y'know, I meant what I said. You really are a good kid. A good kid with a really terrible teacher" Macaque's voice said to Mk as it echoed around the alleyway.

"I thought you were Mk's teacher?" Funneh snapped with a glare. "Ooh ouch!" Macaque laughed and then Mk said "It was you, wasn't it? Monkey King was the Hero and the Warrior was you, right?" and then Funneh also realized something before saying "And let me guess? The very first Witch Goddess and the Goddess of Peace was Lena and Lady Irene... Am I correct?".

"Maybe you're not as dense as you look" Macaque said to Mk as he was on a lamp post before turning into purple smoke and glided through the air as both Funneh and Mk saw this before he grunts, clenched his fist as a scowl formed on his face along with Funneh's. "Something's coming" Macaque's voice was heard again, making Mk and Funneh look up and see him on the rooftop as Macaque says "Something you, the Krew and Aphmau are not even close to ready for. Don't worry. You can never have too many teachers, right?" and then disappears in a purple smoke.

Mk stares at where Macaque was last standing and then Funneh places her hand on his shoulder and says in sisterly tone "Mk... Everything's gonna be alright. Just remember you're not alone and whatever is thrown at us... We'll face it together, I promised" and this made Mk look at her, smiled softly and says "Thanks Funneh" and hugs her, making Funneh hug him back with a small smile and then Pigsy, Tang, Mei, Aphmau, Sylvanna and the rest of the Krew burst out the door. "Kids. Explain now" Pigsy demanded an explanation and then Mk says "Uh, okay. But we're definitely gonna need snacks" and everyone stared at him.

Later Nighttime at the Krew's Apartment

Lunar is wearing a short-sleeved lilac shirt, dull purple pajama pants with a gold waistband, a blue diamond pattern and the pale pink head of an unknown creature on the ends as she was ready to got to bed when she looked at a picture frame, picks it up and smiled sadly as it showed a picture of herself and Bai He hugging with smiles on their faces while they were wearing their witches hat.

Lunar was about to pull out her phone until she realized something. 'Shoot! I must've left it back at the theater!' Lunar thought to herself as she quickly grabbed a cloak, grabbed a bag, ran out of her room and left the apartment, much to her siblings' confusion.

Back at the Shadow Play

Macaque walks up on the broken stage and picks up the shards of the lantern as they glow and the lantern was fixed and soon clapping was heard, making Macaque turned around and sees the 'Not Mayor' behind him as he was sitting down before standing up and says "Bravo! Bravo! What a performance!" and Macaque starts to say "Thanks, last show actually, I was just heading off-" before the 'Not Mayor' appeared and grabs Macaque by his throat and lifts him up.

"Lady Bone Demon would like a word. Oh, and she'll be needing that" the 'Not Mayor' said as he looks at Macaque's magic lantern. Then all of the sudden something stops the 'Not Mayor' from moving as his body was glowing purple, making both him and Macaque confused "Huh?" and then the 'Not Mayor' suddenly drops Macaque before getting thrown back as Macaque scoots back a bit. "Hey!" a voice shouts, making Macaque and the 'Not Mayor' look up and sees a hooded figure standing on a beam, then the hood comes down as it revealed to be Lunar as she cast spell circles in front of her hands as she says "Stay away from my Macaque!" and Macaque looks at Lunar with a surprised expression as he said "Lunar?" and then Lunar slides down from a rope, lands down and faces the 'Not Mayor' with a determined glare.

"Well, well, well~. It is lovely of you to stop by, my dear" the 'Not Mayor' says, making Lunar's glare harden at him before looking over her shoulder at Macaque and asked "Macaque, are you okay?" and Macaque looks at Lunar with an amazed look on his face while blushing a little as he said "Uh-huh" before he gasped and says "Look out!" and then Lunar's spell circle disappears as the 'Not Mayor' stands up and tries to punch Lunar, but she holds him back with her spell circles with all her might as she pushes the 'Not Mayor' backwards before forcing him to kneel down.



Lunar then lets out a yell and sends him crashing into a wall. "Let's go!" Lunar exclaimed as she grabbed Macaque's hand and they both ran out of the theater while unknown to Lunar a piece of paper fell out of her bag as she also forgot to grab the magic lantern as well. The 'Not Mayor' gets up after getting thrown into the wall by Lunar's magic and sees the magic lantern, he picks it up before noticing a sheet of paper a few feet away and goes over and picks it up, after he finished reading a wicked grin spread across his face as he let out a chuckle and says "Well, I may have not the Six-Eared Macaque... But this will give my Lady some advantages in the future... For them" and then he cackles evilly with his eyes glowing blue before disappearing in blue smoke.

Meanwhile with Lunar and Macaque

They both ran all the way back to the Krew's apartment as they stopped to catch their breath after running. "I see you've been training with your magic. I'm impressed" Macaque complimented and Lunar replied "Thanks. Been practicing lately" and then all of the sudden a silver crown appeared on Macaque's head and then a bracelet that looks exactly like his crown appeared on Lunar's wrist.



"Looks like I have a debt to pay for you" Macaque said and then his eyes widen in realization as he thought to himself 'That means... I'm no longer in debt to that demon' and then Lunar asked "Hey Macaque, your crown almost looks like Monkey King's when he went on his journey, but different. So, until I meet certain conditions of my debt, I'll be protecting you" and then bows.

'Oh boy... I don't think my siblings and the others are gonna like this...' Lunar thought to herself as she slowly opens the door, lets Macaque and silently closed the door. They both let out a sigh in relief before someone zooms forward and pushes Macaque against the wall, making him grunt and a sword was at his neck as it revealed to be Gold with her eyes slightly glowing as she snarled "You!!" and then the rest of the Krew pulled out their weapons with Ender growling ready to attack. "Guys, wait! Calm down!" Lunar exclaimed and Rainbow quickly grabs Lunar and pulls her back a bit. "So... Tormenting Mk wasn't enough, so you decided to follow Lunar and Tried Kidnap Her As Well, Weren't You!!" and then Lunar quickly shouts "Guys wait! Look at his head!" and when they do that, everyone except Gold was shocked.

"Just because Lunar saved you, doesn't mean I trust you! Not after what you did to us! To Mk! You know what? I should just kill you right now!" Gold sneered and this made Lunar immediately grab Gold's wrist and yelled "Gold, No! Stop!!" and pushed her older sister back a bit as this shocked Gold and the Krew while Macaque looked stunned by her actions. "Look I know what he did and it was unforgivable" Lunar said before glancing at Macaque, who looked away in shame as Lunar continued "But remember when we were kids... We always believe that everyone deserves a second chance. So, why can't he?" and this made everyone silent before someone spoke.

"Well, I trust you Lunar and if you trust him... Then I trust him too"

Everyone looked at Funneh, who spoke as this made Macaque look at her shocked while Gold was in disbelief as she exclaimed "Funneh, you're not really considering this, are you?!" and Funneh looks at her with a serious look and said "I am".

Everyone stared at her as Funneh says "Look I know Macaque tricked us before and to be honest I'm not exact thrilled about this either. But don't you remember what Big Mama used to say to us; what is the best way to defeat an enemy?" and the Krew looks at her for a moment before Funneh said "It's to make them your friend" and then Draco shrugs before saying "I don't really know Macaque personally but I'll give it a chance" and Rainbow looked unsure before she said "Well... If he's going to protect Lunar then I'll give in" and then Funneh approaches Gold as she asks "Gold?".

Gold only glares at Macaque for a moment as he starts to sweat a little. Reluctantly, Gold steps back and puts her sword up and says "I'll go along with whatever you think is right. But that doesn't mean I have to like it" and Lunar smiles and says "We're not asking you to like it... We just want you to just give it a chance" and then Draco said with a yawn "Well, I'm going to bed" as he, Lunar and Funneh started going to their rooms while Rainbow hands Macaque a pillow and blanket and says "Here. You're gonna need these and you can sleep on the couch tonight, get comfortable you might be here for a while" before she went to her room as Macaque smiled a little at Rainbow's kindness before feeling a presence and noticed a clearly disgruntled Gold in the living room still with her arms crossed as Macaque looks at her, feeling a little nervous. "You might have everyone else here buying your... 'transformation', but you and I both know you've struggled with doing the right thing in the past" Gold said before approaching Macaque and then says to him threateningly with a glare "So let me tell you something, right now. You make one step backward, one slip-up, give me one reason to think you might hurt my family, and you won't have to worry about your destiny anymore. Because I'll make sure your destiny ends... right then and there. Permanently" and then walks away and slams her room door shut.

Macaque stared for a moment before sighing and rubbed his face as he muttered to himself "This is going to be a long stay... Isn't it?".
