Narrator's POV

Soon Funneh, Lunar and the Spider Goons started traveling again, but this time Adira had joined them to help look for the rest of the Monkie gang and the Krew. They had been traveling through the forest for hours as they were all exhausted except Adira as she was used to traveling for a long time. "So... What is this other artifact you need for the Elemental Staff of Might?" Adira asks and then Funneh pulls out the book from her bag and shows Adira the page as she says "We need to find a gem of ice lit by hopes' eternal flame".

This surprised Adira as she took the book and started looking through the page before saying "I'm surprised that a gem of ice is required for the staff" and this caught everyone's attention as Spider Queen asked "Do you know where it is?" and Adira shakes her head as she says "No, I do not" and this makes the group lower their heads while Funneh looks away with her arms crossed as she looks like she was ready to cry, but refuses to show it.

"But..." Everyone lifted their heads and looks at Adira as she said "I know someone who does".

The Next Day

It was morning and from the distance is a small building by some snowy mountains that the group could see from afar.



"That's it" Adira said and Funneh looks at her in disbelief as she asked "You mean we traveled all night for this? What kind of gem dealer is he?" and Adira sighs as she starts to say "Okay, it doesn't look like much, but he's a..." but was cut off when Ender jumped in her arms, surprising her "Whoa there, fuzzball!" and Ender barks happily and then Adira places him down before saying "Ferris calls himself a 'trader of fine objects'. I call him a thief... but if there's one thing Ferris knows, it's jewels".

The group enters the store as Lunar calls out "Hello. Anybody home?" and then an old man comes up to the counter as he has tan skin and grey hair, he has a mustache and beard and he is also wearing glasses as one of the lenses acts as a magnifier. "How can I help such a lovely young lady?" The man asks sweetly before Adira comes over and says "Drop the act, Ferris. We're here on business" and the man known as Ferris says in surprise "Adira! It's been many years, my friend".

"I didn't know we were friends" Adira said while crossing her arms. "Are you still harboring a grudge?" Ferris asked and Adira shot back "Are you still selling things that aren't yours?" and this made Ferris quiet for a moment before asking "So, what are you in the market for today?" and then Syntax, who is standing next to Lunar says "A rare gem" and Ferris says "Ah! You've come to the right place. A gift for the lady?" and holds out a box with an engagement ring inside as he asked while gesturing both Syntax and Lunar "Do I hear wedding bells in the future?" and this made Syntax and Lunar look at each other before exclaiming along with everyone else "No!".

Lunar quickly says "You've got the wrong idea" and while Syntax says "You're way off" and then Funneh adds "Yeah! Besides, my sister already has someone!" and Lunar slightly glared at Funneh before looking back at Ferris and explained "We're looking for something special. A gem of ice, lit by hope's eternal flame" and Ferris thought for a moment before saying "I may have heard of it" and Adira asked "And?" and then Ferris adds "I may not" and then Spider Queen asked with a glare "Which is it?" and Ferris then says "Perhaps a trade with refresh my memory. Let's say, two swords" and then gestures Adira and Funneh's swords.

Funneh and Adira looked at each other for a moment and before they could draw out their swords, Lunar quickly stopped them as she said firmly "They're not for sale" but then pulled out something from her bag as it revealed to be her grimoire.



"But I have this" Lunar says and walks up to the counter as this shocked Funneh and Ferris looks at it before saying "It's a nice book, but who would want that?" and Lunar placed the grimoire down and says "So, you're not interested in this magic grimoire?" and this caught Ferris's attention immediately as he took it and placed it somewhere while saying "No, no, I didn't say that. Here's what I know: Last year, a stranger stopped by. Odd little man. He boasted about finding a rare diamond, blue as ice, which he buried in a treasure chest" and Huntsman asked "What about the rest? 'Hope's eternal flame'?" and Ferris says "He claimed he protected the chest with magic. He marked it with a red flame" and Strong Spider repeated his words "Blue ice... flame?" and this made Adira get suspicious as she asked "Wait a minute. You wouldn't pass up a gem like that, Ferris. Why didn't you dig it up?" and that's when Ferris says "The next day, the man was turned to ashes" and this surprised Adira as she looks at the group before looking back at Ferris, who placed an old paper on the counter while saying "He left this. Here, take it. I don't want anything to do with it".

Funneh grabs the paper, looks at it as it revealed to be a map before looking at the group and says while leaving "Come on, guys, we don't have much time" and with that, the group quickly left the shop.

Timeskip

The group was traveling through a mountain and a blizzard was happening, Funneh was reading the map as the group was behind her as they were all shivering from the cold and Strong Spider was carrying Lunar in his arms as she was cold with her nose and cheeks a bit red and while Adira was used to the cold weather. "If I'm reading the map right, then, it must be this way" Funneh says and then suddenly the ground underneath Huntsman gave out as he almost slipped off the cliff, making him yelp causing both Adira and Syntax to quickly catch his hands and helped pull him up as the others stopped. "Huntsman!" Spider Queen called out and Huntsman said "I-I'm fine, My Queen" and then Funneh kept going forward while the others were staring and Adira got concerned for Katara's descendant.

"It's nowhere. I don't understand" Funneh said and then Adira starts to say "Listen. I think that..." but Funneh cuts her off "Don't!" and keeps going forward while Adira says "It's a wild goose chase. We should never have trusted Ferris" and Funneh stopped for a moment before looking back and says with frustration "We just haven't looked hard enough" and continued heading towards the edge of a cliff and everyone shared a look before Adira went towards Funneh, who says after stopping "I'm going to find it. I have to. My home, the world" and Adira says trying to reason with her "It'll be dark soon. We need to camp for the night".

Funneh whipped around and said getting more frustrated "We don't have that much time left! I'm not stopping!" and that's when Adira gestures the group while saying "And what about your friends? Your sister? They're all exhausted and cold. They won't be able to keep going any longer and your sister will get sick if you don't think about them first!" and Funneh looks at the group before a guilty look spreads through her face as she quickly goes over to Strong Spider and gently rubs Lunar's hand with hers and then she sighs before saying "You're right".

Then the group suddenly heard Ender barking and turned around to see he was leading them somewhere as they went over and saw a cave; one they can take shelter in. Soon they got a fire started as Spider Queen, Strong Spider, Huntsman and Syntax were sitting down while Lunar was already sleeping with Stringbean and Ender both snuggling against her. Funneh and Adira returned back with firewood and placed them in the fire pit and Adira says while dusting her hands off "That should take us through the night" and then adds "It would be best to get some sleep if we wish to find the gem" and everyone nods before getting comfortable and started to fall asleep one by one and soon everyone was officially asleep except Funneh as she kept staring at the fire for a while.

"Katara?" Funneh blinked and looked to her left to see that Adira was looking at her and wasn't asleep yet. "Oh, Adira. I thought you were asleep" Funneh said as she looked back at the fire and Adira says "I was about until I couldn't help but noticed that you weren't going to sleep" and this made Funneh shrug as she continued staring at the fire. "Is there something bothering you?" Adira asked and Funneh at first hesitated to tell her, but knew it would help her. "It's just... I feel like I'm a horrible daughter and sister..." Adira listens as she gestures Funneh to continue on, "Recently, I discovered why my parents sent me and my siblings away... They were protecting us and all of my life I resented them; thinking we weren't good enough for them, but I didn't realize how much we really meant to them and how much it hurt for them to send us away" and soon tears started to form in Funneh's eyes as she says "And now I feel like I have to fix everything, make it right... And that maybe I can restore my honor" and then Funneh buried her face in her lap as she starts crying softly.

Adira was silent for a moment before looking away as she had a distanced look on her face and remembered something from her past. "I know what it's like... To feel like if you're doing something right, but something in your heart tells you that it's wrong" Adira admitted and Funneh looks at her and asked "You do?" and Adira sighs with a nod and then Funneh asks, sounding hesitant "What did you do?" and Adira stayed quiet for a moment before saying "... I also gave up my child".

This shocked Funneh as she looked at Adira and asked "You had a child?!" and Adira nods and replied "Yes" and then Funneh asked "What happened?" and Adira looked away as she looked like she wasn't ready to say anything and Funneh noticed and says "I'm sorry... You don't have to say anything if you're not ready" and Adira says "Thank you Katara. But we should get some rest if we want to find the gem of ice" and Funneh nods and says "Okay. But please call me Funneh" and Adira gave a small smile and says "Very well... Funneh" and then she gets up and went towards the others to sleep while Funneh looks outside of the cave and says "I hope you guys are okay and safe".

Meanwhile with the Monkie gang and Krew

The T.E.A. van was still driving as they was looking for Funneh, Lunar and the Spider Goons and Gold was sitting on a bed before sighing and pulled out something from her bag as it was a photograph of the Krew happily camping together.



Gold stares at the photo before holding it close to her and then a hand gently placed itself on her shoulder, making Gold look up and saw it was Monkey King, who had a soft expression and said "Don't worry. We'll find them" and Gold nods before looking away and muttered to herself "Funneh. Lunar. Wherever you are... Please be careful girls" and Ao Bing saw this before looking at Ally and Vee, who were both asleep as they were cuddling against Hilda. "Stay safe Funneh... I can't lose you too" Ao Bing said to himself.

Back at the Cave in the Morning

The blizzard clears and it's dawn, Ender and the others wake up and find the ice mountain lit by the sun. "Look!" Funneh points as she and the group looked at the mountain and Lunar says "Amazing!" and then Huntsman says "So, we're looking at a mountain when we're supposed to be finding our last hope" and then Funneh thought of something before saying "Huntsman! Yes! That's it! Hope's eternal flame. What says hope more than the dawn. And the gem! See how the sun shines on the ice. The gem of ice is somewhere up there. I can feel it" and Syntax asked "And can you feel how we can get there?" and that's when Adira smirked before stepping forward in front of the group, puts two fingers in her mouth and whistles while calling out to someone.

"Spitfire!"

Soon a giant yellow and orange mighty dragonfly is seen flying in the sky and heads towards the group, making Huntsman stand protectively in front of Funneh, Lunar and Spider Queen while Ender goes behind Funneh. Once the dragonfly lands, Adira goes over and hops on the creature's back before pulling the antennas, making the dragonfly breath out fire as this shocked and surprised everyone. "Anyone wanna go for a ride?" Adira asked and soon everyone got on as Adira looked back and asked "Ready?" and Funneh replied with, "As we'll ever be" and then Spitfire runs off the ledge with his wing spread out, he jumps off and start flying to the top of the mountain.

Soon Spitfire takes everyone to the mountain safely and Funneh steps to the front while saying as the others were getting off Spitfire's back "Follow the sun!" and then she walks towards the ice wall and notices something on it as she starts wiping the ice off while saying "I... I feel something" and once it was cleared off, it revealed an unknown language written on the wall.



Adira walks up beside Funneh as the others were behind and then Funneh looks at Adira and asks "What do you think it says?" and Adira looks at the language before reading it out loud "Beware! Take only what you need, but never from greed" and after Adira finished reading, a tunnel appeared as it created a staircase down, making Funneh gasped in surprise while the others looked shocked by this and then everyone started walking down the stairs. "Where'd you learn to read that?" Funneh asked and Adira simply said "Picked up a lot of things in the Haunted Forest and being alone for a hundred years" and when they were fully down they saw that everywhere was made of ice.



"Whoa!"

"Wow"

"Incredible"

"Amazing"

Funneh noticed a light shining in an ice entrance cave and said "Follow the light" and then they started carefully as they were pressing their backs against the wall and then suddenly Lunar almost slipped and fell into the abyss, making her yell.

"Lunar!" Funneh shouts and quickly grabs her sister, saving her. "Thanks!" Lunar thanked her older sister, who replied with, "Anytime!" and they continued to go ahead and then stopped when they saw another staircase going down. Suddenly, Ender jumps off Spitfire's back while barking and runs to the front and Funneh sees this and says "Ender, wait!" but Ender slips and rolls down the stairs as he yelps, the group quickly caught up and then right in front of the is a gems cave.



"Whoa!" Funneh mutters in awe before seeing a gem glowing on a small pile with sunlight shining on it. "A gem of ice lit by hope's eternal flame!" Funneh says before slowly reaching out to grab it as she says "Take what you need, but never from greed" and once she grabs it, Funneh quickly picks it up and looks up before sighing in relief as she acquires the gem and says while putting it in her bag "We only need one" and Spider Queen nods before saying "Done. We're out of here" and at that moment, suddenly the cave began to shake.

"Uh-oh!" Lunar said and the others were shocked and confused before Funneh noticed something as she exclaims "Oh, I've should've known... Ender, no!" and it turned out Ender had a gem in his mouth and looked at Funneh while wagging his tail. "Hurry!" Adira says and Funneh quickly grabs Ender while taking the gem and throws it to the side as they quickly climb onto Spitfire"s back and escape from the cave before it collapse completely, but in the process, Ender unexpectedly falls down. "ENDER!!" Funneh and Lunar exclaimed in shock and Spitfire quickly dives down and Strong Spider saves Ender in time, soon they escape the cave and out into the blue sky.

The group then started cheering with Funneh saying "Spitfire, you're brilliant!" and pats Spitfire's side and while Ender barks and nuzzles against Strong Spider's chest as he says "Okay, fuzzy!".

"And now all we have to do is find the others" Funneh said and then Syntax asked "How are we gonna find them?" and then Lunar thought for a moment before saying "I think I know how".

Timeskip

Lunar finished drawing something on the floor before standing up and looks at her work.



"Uh... Will this work, Lunar?" Funneh asked as she was a little worried and Lunar looks at her and says "Yes, my spell will teleport us to others location. And yes, I have plenty of rest to use my magic again" and Funneh sighs before saying "Okay, Lunar. I trust you" and then everyone steps into the circle and while Lunar takes out something from her bag as it was a purple crystal.



Lunar closes her eyes, takes a deep breath and begins chanting a spell and in the process, the crystal glows.

Crystal touch where I must be

Through air over land and sea

Soon the magic circle began to glow purple.



Over land, sea or through the air

My destination, take me there

Then Lunar snapped her eyes open as they were also glowing.



She raises both of her hands before yelling out a yell, slammed them on the ground and before anyone could blink, the group disappeared into thin air.

Meanwhile back with the Monkie gang and Krew

Everyone was still looking for Funneh, Lunar and the Spider Goons before Pigsy yelled at the top of his lungs, startling everyone "HOW IS IT THIS HARD TO FIND THE OTHERS?!" and then he sighs and Ally places her hand on Pigsy's shoulder and says "Don't give up Mr. Pigsy, if there's one thing I know about Funneh is that she's a tough person and she won't let anything happen to Lunar and the others" and Pigsy sighs and says "You're right kid. I'm just... I'm just worried about them" and then Ao Bing comes over and says "Ally's right. Try to have some faith in them Mr. Pig" and then suddenly they heard Mk shouting "Guys, look!".

Everyone quickly to Mk's location before they looked up and saw a purple magic circle forming in the sky and suddenly Funneh, Lunar, Adira and the Spider Goons started falling down. "Funneh!!" Ally, Mk and Ao Bing exclaimed in shock as the group continued falling and then Funneh quickly summons a giant bubble filled with water and throws it towards the ground and the group fell straight into the bubble and then after a few seconds the bubble popped, freeing the group.

"My spell! It worked!!" Lunar cheered and then suddenly they heard someone calling out to them.

"Guys!"

They turned around to see the rest of the group with Mk, Mei and the rest of the Krew quickly rushing towards them as they all exclaimed "Funneh! Lunar!!" and tackled the two girls into a group hug. "Oh my goodness! You're okay!" Gold exclaims with happy tears coming down and the others quickly came over. Lunar managed to get out of the hug only for her to get engulfed in another hug. "Lotus! I'm so glad you're alright!" Macaque said as he hugged her and then what happened next surprised Lunar as Macaque kissed her straight on the lips. Lunar's eyes widened and felt her cheeks burning red and everyone gasped while Mei took out her phone and snapped a picture.

"Macaque!" Draco quickly pulled Macaque away from Lunar and let out a dragon growl and said with fire in his eyes "Who Said You Can Kiss My Sister?!" and that's when Macaque realized what he did and his went red for a moment. But then he smirked and says "What? I don't think I see the problem" before winking at a blushing Lunar and then someone spoke.

"Same old Macaque. You haven't changed a bit"

The voice made both Macaque and Monkey King froze as they slowly looked over and saw Adira, who was standing with her arms crossed and had a small smile on her face as she said "Hey, you two. It's been a while, hasn't it?" and then Monkey King managed to stammer "A-Adira!" and Adira smiled before greeting them "The one and only" and the next thing she knew, both Monkey King and Macaque were hugging her tightly. "Hey, hey, hey! What did I tell you to about me being touched?!" Adira sweatdrops as she tries to get out and then Monkey King looks at her and says in disbelief "What?! Can we not hug our sister that we haven't seen for a few hundred years?".

"SISTER?!"

Adira sighs before looking at everyone and just before she can say anything, Ally comes out from behind the group and shouts happily "Funneh!" and ran towards Funneh and hugs her while unknown to her, Adira stares at Ally in shock and almost disbelief when she got a good look at her.

The young girl has black hair and beautiful red eyes and then Ally looks at Adira and smiles. Right then and there, Adira's vision changed from seeing Ally to a handsome fine man, who almost looked like Ally.



'C-Could it be...'

Then suddenly everyone started introducing themselves to Adira and while Funneh, Lunar and the Spider Goons got to meet Hilda as well and even showed everyone that they got both the gem of ice and the witch's magic broomstick, much to everyone's shock and amazement while Tang had his fanboy moment and even Ender and Stringbean both reunited with their little alien friend Kirby. Everything was going fine until Rainbow remembered something and looked at everyone before "Guys now that we're all here I need to tell you guys something. I decided to wait until we were all here" and this made everyone except Mk, Mei, Sandy and Ally confused before Rainbow said something that made the Krew froze in shock and disbelief.

"Mikina escaped and now she's after us"
