As I finally made it to the slums,I kept walking and looking around, 'this place is a mess'.

As I walked around, I saw broken houses, people with worn out clothes. Compared to the city this place was nothing but a mess, I guess no matter what world we're in there will be always pain and suffering.

As I kept walking around I noticed that some people were giving me some. funny and curious looks, although they kept their distance from me.

I mean, I can't really blame them. Myappearance isn't really the most welcoming.

At least nobody here can call me poor. (Even though I'm.)

As I kept walking around I saw a girl with a short long-sleeved, white and purple dress, as well as long white long socks that go above her knees and he had a white flower in her hair trying to talk to people but they ignored her.

'Hm? What's a girl like her doing here?' As I a bit confused. As this place was full of homeless people and beggars and going to a place like this dressed like that. would get some people would try rob you.

As she caught me staring she hesitated but decided to approach me, as I finally got a better look at her face.



Her face was beautiful with long sliver hair amethyst eyes and she had long ears?, 'long ears? Is she a elf?' As I admired her looks, her silver bell voice snapped me out of my thoughts.

?????: "uh sir could I ask you a question?"

(Y/N): "Hu-Huh? Uh ye- yes ma'am what is it?" 'Don't tweak out Y/N. come on.'

????? : "Did a girl with blonde hair named Felt come by recently?"

(Y/N): "Felt? Uh no. I don't really know but I am also looking for a girl named Felt around here"

"Eh? Wait why are you looking for her?" The girl asked a bit suspicious.

(Y/N): "Well she recently stole something valuable to me so I am trying to get it back from her but why are you looking for her?"

????? : "O-oh well she also did stole something reeaaly important from me, so I am trying to get it back."

(Y/N): "Well how about we look for her together?"

"Uh, are you sure?" The girl asked as she kind didn't expect someone would want to actually help her.

(Y/N): "Yeah I mean she gotta be around here somewhere so if we worked together we will find her faster!"

The girl look unsure whether to accept my help or not. but a voice high pitched voice snapped her out of her thoughts.

"it's okay Lia, I don't sense any bad intentions from this guy," As a small gary cat came from the back of her nick.

"are you sure Puck?" The girl that was called Lia by the cat asked unsure if she should accept my offer.

Puck: "Yeah he'll be a great help to us if we all worked together and besides having a big meat shield will always be useful."

(Y/N): "Di- did your'e cat just call me a meat shield?"

Puck: "Tee hee."

(Y/N): "Why you-"

?????: "Puck stop it your'e not helping!"

"oh relax I was just Joking" Puck said as he winked.

I glared at the flying cat. 'This little shit.'

???: "Sorry about him. um we'll take your offer for help Mr????"

Y/N: *sigh* "It's Y/N, Y/N L/N, and you ma'am?"

The girl was surprised for moment then said.

"M-My name?? Oh it's..."

Emilia: "it's Emilia just Emilia."

"Emilia? Hmm" as I said her name I gave her a smile, "Emilia... that's nice name."

Emilia for a second was taken it back the compliment, clearly never had a stranger give her a actually compliment.

Puck: "Well we should probably keep looking around now."

"Yeah. Let's go find our thief." As I finally agreed on something with this weird cat.

As old man Rom held my phone he said.

"So this is what a metia looks like?"

Subaru: "It's fairly delicate so handle it with care. Think along the lines of, if you break it, you have to die, as in no do-overs." As in literally if the phone broke, I would need to die with you guys to get it back.

"Yeah I am very impressed." Old man Rom said as he looked at my phone.

Felt looked surprised By this.

Rom: "if I were to sell this, I'd take no less than fifteen... no, twenty holy coins it's worth at least that."

I took my phone and raised my hand in the air in satisfaction.

"All right! Negotiations complete! Now that we're done talking then let's get out of here and have a celebration drink." As I tired to lead the two out of the loot house to maybe save them from Elsa but. Felt got suspicious.

Felt: "Hold it! Why are you in such hurry?"

"Life doesn't last forever. Make every second count-," I tried to make up an excuse but Felt didn't budge.

Felt: "Yea, yeah! I don't care about any of that. Why do you even care about the insignia anyway? Is the insignia worth a lot more than it looks that's why everyone want's it right?"

Felt showed the jewel and looked convinced by herself.

Felt: "In other words this would sell for more than your metia-"

I cut her off.

Subaru: "Hang on, Felt that's dangerous way to think! he appraised it more than twenty holy coins! Just sell it for that! Don't ask for more!"

Subaru: 'Damn it I don't want this to be another fail loop'

Subaru: "The women who asked you for it can't go higher than twenty, either. She won't pay more than that!"

Felt: How do you know that?

Subaru: 'Oh Crap.'

Felt: "You just admitted that your with them."

I turned my head and looked at the door, 'Shit she's gonna come here any minute now'.

Subaru: 'I CAN'T DO THIS.'

"I don't have such time! Please Felt!" I pleaded with Felt.

Felt:



"I refuse."

Felt: "Begging won't help. I knowledge you as a negotiating party. But not hearing what my client says is unfair."

Rom looked at Felt with a thoughtful look.

I felt despair slowly creeping up to my stomach. 'Well if lying doesn't work then, the truth will.'

Subaru: "The reason I want the insignia is so I can return it to it's owner."

Felt: "Huh?"

'I don't want Satella to die.'Subaru: "I want to return it to it's owner so please hurry!"

'I don't want them to die.'

Subaru: "That's all!"

Subaru: "So Please!"

Rom looked at Felt. "Felt it doesn't look to me like the boy's is lying."

Felt: "Nah don't get taken in by his act. He's obviously joking. Return it to it's owner? Ridiculous! If you're gonna lie make it believable!"

Rom begins to glare at her.

Felt: I won't be fooled!

'I am gonna die again aren't I?'

I slowly raised my head in despair.

Subaru: "Felt...."

*KNOCK* *KNOCK*

Rom looked at the door. "Who's that?"

Felt: "It might be for me it's little though."

I began shaking with fear as severe memories of Else slaughtering everyone flashed in my mind.

Subaru: "Don't opened it! W-We'll be Killed!"

Felt ignored me as she walked towards the door as the knocking grew louder.

*KNOCK* *KNOCK*

Felt: "Geez. Are ya trying to break-"

*BOOM*

The door was blown away as it carried Felt with it until they hit the wall. Creating a crack in the wall as Felt small body was flatten between the wall and door. (She's flat as a paper now.)

The old dust of the loot house covered the room, momentarily blinding my vision. I heard old man Rom yell out Felt name.

As the dust cleared. I saw old man old help out Felt carefully with his large hands.

there was in the doorway a large muscular man with four arms and two sets of eyes on each side of his face, with the right side having two slightly bigger eyes.

The man narrowed his eyes down as he looked at me.

Suddenly a familiar silver belled noise rang out "was it reeeaally necessary to kick the door opened like that, Y/N?"

Subaru: 'Satella?'

The man put his hand on the back of his neck as he tilted his head side to side letting out cracks.

Y/N: "ah, sorry. I just heard a annoying voice and had to take my chances."

Emilia: "chances in what exactly?"

Y/N: "this isn't the right time for asking me questions, Emilia."

Emilia:"...I guess your right."



Will our heros get their stuff back?

Will Emilia survive longer than 5 minutes?
