"Yes, they're on us again." He informed his father as he slid the car, left and right on the road. "If they cross our territory from under the bridge, kill them." The words of his father shocked her. Killing someone for just chasing them was such a cruel thing, even to her.

A bridge overhead their road came in her sight, from afar. "Tsuda..." she tried to persuade him not to do it. But he handing her a glock, from somewhere under his seat. "Distract them. Try to stop them. If you can, they will live. But if they put themselves, even a meter into our territory I will have to kill them." He must have realized her discomfort in killing them.

She crawled onto the back seats and pointed the gun at their tier. Bang! She missed and his the road. She tried again and again, but Tsuda was swirling the car from side to side on the road, from left to right. Making it hard for her to aim. When there was only one bullet left in the chamber she aimed at the shoulder of the driver. Anything to make them stop. She pulled the trigger making a hit on his shoulder.

The car behind them skitted uncontrollably for a while but the guy on passenger seat gained the control, following them still. She looked up and saw the bridge over them. No! She looked back at Tsuda ready to beg to not do such injustice but before she could do it the car halted with a screech. "No. Tsuda!" She tried to grab onto him but he was out before she could do much.

Several bangs were heard as Avery flinched. She held her head down, closing her eyes as she heard the car banging into the concrete. Walking out of the car she saw Tsuda tucking the gun back into his waist. She leaned inside the car and noticed all of them were dead with bullet holes, way before they crashed.

She turned back to Tsuda not giving him a glance walked towards him and past him without a single word. "The car isn't that way." She didn't loose her speed at his words. "Avery this is our way! They knew it." She played deaf to his words as she waved to call a cab.

"What are you doing? Get back here!" She hailed the cab successfully and climbed into it. "I'll see you at dinner." He called from behind as the cab took her away. She skipped the dinner that night calling in sick. His mother came to her to enquire her health but surely she realized what was happening, because she didn't offer her medicine or never visited again. Avery was thankful for her giving her the space she needed.

She laid in the sheets, seeing their dead bodies all over again. 'All that just for chasing us?' She thought as she made a decision in that moment. Tucking the end of her scarf into the coat she walked out, into the night. The men at the door didn't stop or question her. They just bowed to her as she walked past them. Atleast they didn't make her feel like a prisoner here. She was thankful for that, but she had to do what needed to be done.

Walking into the police station, she asked for an English speaker. Then she proceeded to file a report against the very man acting as her protector. They rang to someone and said some stuff in japanese. They were very cooperative until she told the name of the offender. "Hamasaki Tsuda." They all but froze, asking for conformation and everything changed after it was repeated.

In a moment she was bound to her chair in handcuffs with Tsuda walking into the room with two men behind him. His eyes were hard, when he entered the room, as all the men in uniform bowed to him. She looked up at him in shock. Once his eyes laid over her bound hands he growled, "Release her." She was released that instant.

"Let's go." She was led by him with a palm spread on her back. Once they were secure in the back seats of his car, they started heading towards the mansion. "Don't you think it was disrespectful?" He said while looking infront of him, face a grim picture.

"You killed them for just chasing us!" At her raised voice she gained his eyes, which held anger for the first time, intended towards her. "Just? Why would they just chase us? Were we playing tag or something? Open your eyes for once Avery! They were after us to kill us." She looked ahead not wanting to be proven wrong or feel guilty. Which she was starting to feel as the true nature of their situation dawned on them.

"You are a murderer!" She had some killings on her name too but none unworthy. She believed his killings were unjust. He sighed at her in frustration. He held her wrist and jerked her lightly towards himself. "Look at me!" He growled after she failed to get her hand free. She looked in his eyes with fury at feeling bound, unable to do anything.

He leaned in, capturing her eyes in a battle of dominance. "They and our men all comes into this business, this life knowing what is ahead of them and what will be asked of them. They choose to be here." "But I was born in this. With no choice, no authority over my own life. Who do you think deserves more sympathy? Them or me?" This was a statement not a question intended to be answered.

Avery stopped struggling and went deep in her thoughts, over what she saw and what to believe. "You will have to apologise to my father, for what you did. You owe him that at least." She didn't say a word for a while after that. They were passing through a shopping district and casinos when she called out.

"Stop the car!" She got off and disappeared into the crowd. After half an hour she came back, with a black leather box clutched to her chest. Without any question they went home and to his father. "Since she came you've had a lot to apologize for." She felt guilty at his father's taunt over him.

Tsuda looked at her, his eyes commanding her to go ahead and apologise. He expected her to give a casual sorry but to everyone's surprise she bowed down and did just as she saw Tsuda doing a few days earlier. "I have betrayed your kindness without realising it, I am shameful for my actions. Please forgive me." Tsuda stood taller than usual, trying to hide his smile. Her actions not only made him proud, but he also found her copying him way too cute.

"Please accept this as a peace offering." She put the box down infront of his table. He opened it and laughed as he pulled out the expensive cigars out of the box. He raised it for Tsuda's curious eyes, which gained a chuckle from him too. "You have caused us trouble." She became very anxious as the conversation lengthened. "Father we will leave. I will take her to the farm house..." His mother interrupted him. "She's not going anywhere. I'm fond of her." At his mother's words, he knew even his father obliges.

Tsuda saw Avery's neck turning red by his mother's words, which made him smile. Her apology was accepted and they got out of their room. "You didn't offer me an apology or anything?" He asked, feeling jealous of his own father for getting a gift from her, before him.

"I don't need to." She tried to walk past him but he stopped her by putting himself in her way. "Why is that?" He asked with a hint of tease among curiousity in his voice. She looked up at him, "You're not mad at me, anymore." He smirked down at her, "What if I was?" At his question she jerked chin up, "I'll let you be then." She pulled away from him, walking away.

"You weren't this rebillious under the ghillie though." His words made her halt in her way. "That was..." She turned around seeming restless. Feeling her softening and seeing a chance for himself he pulled her into the neared room. Pushing her against the nearest wall, he hovered over her with his hands on both side of the wall on her back.

"That was?" He asked leaning in on her. "That was you." She said trying to shrink back. "Yes. So blame this on me too." With that his mouth was on hers. He found her more sweeter than before. Thinking of sweet he pulled back, pulling a candy out of his pocket, which he kept for his niece. "Put it in your mouth." He whispered as he pushed the unwrapped candy to her lips.

She looked at him reluctantly but his eyes pleaded her with tilted head. She opened her mouth and he slid the candy inside. She gave it a suck to feel the lichee flavour burst into her mouth. At the sight of which, made Tsuda groan out in desperation. Holding her face in both of his hands he kissed her lips again, licking them urgently. His tongue slid inside, once it found the tiniest opening.

Their tongues rubbed over the candy and on one another, in a smooth dance. She clutched his collar, arching in on him. His hand slid down from her waist to her hips. From there it slowly slid to her pelvis which made her gasp. "It's okay. Trust me." He whispered into her ear.

"Not here..." He stopped at her words and nodded. Taking her hand he lead her to his own room which was way grander then her own. She looked around, shivering with cold and excitement, more like anticipation of what is to come.

"I'm sorry, are you cold?" He asked softly while touching her cheek as her slid an arm around her waist to pull her closer. Feeling her cold cheeks he showered them with warm kisses. "Let's take a bath, shall we?" He lead her to his bathroom which had a Jacuzzi in it. He unbuttoned his shirt and pulled it off. He held the hem of her shirt about to pull it, but her hand covered his own, stopping him.

"You can bath first." She said looking down to her feet. "But I wanna bath with you." He sulked. "Then... get in and close your eyes. I'll come in right after." He agreed, stipping in record speed. He slid down in the rectangular hot tub, with his back towards her. After a bit, rustling of clothes was heard, then he felt the water move behind him, as she sat behind him, with her back towards his.

He was about to move to face her but she called out, "Don't." He almost groaned at her refusal at letting him see her. "Why?" He asked. "I don't want you to see me, like this." He sighed in resign and went out of the tub towards the clothes they took off. Pulling his neck tie up, wrapped it over his eyes, tying a knot behind his head.

He turned towards her then, "Is this good enough?" She looked at him at that moment, a wall of firm, solid muscles cover in ink, seemed to be embroided by patterns and shapes. There was a bunch of red spider lilies being strangled by a python on his back. It was such a fine art that she felt like she would be able to feel the cold smooth scales of the shiney snake, if she touched it.

It was surrounded by dark clouds, ocean waves and many other things. On his chest reside a huge goblin, having six arms. Mythical serpent type dragons wrapped themselves around both of his arms. A fine sight he was to her, a very fine one indeed. Oh his legs was a valley in the mountains with detailed pathways.

He tried to reach the tub again but stumbled, proving he really can't see a thing. She got up extending a hand out to him. She called for him, "Here." Following the sound he grasped her hand, settling into the tub. But instead of letting go of her hand he pulled her towards himself making her sit between his open legs, facing away from him.

She was stiff for a while and he said nothing, waiting for her to get used to the feel of his chest plastered on her back. After some time, her back did went soft against him. He rested his cheek on her shoulder, with his nose touching her neck.

She gasped when she felt his hands sliding down her scared arms. Every bump of her scar could clearly be felt if not seen. He clenched his jaws at the feel of someone doing it to her. He wanted to burn the guy down, among the rubble of his house.

"Don't.." She tried getting away from him. "Please... don't be afraid of me." He whispered not letting her go at all. "I won't go any further, yet." She turned around and looked at him, his eyes still bound securely.

"Yet?" She asked, wanting to see how far this will go. "Yes, yet." After a moment of silence, he said. "You know what I intend to do. Don't you?" He was right, she knew it all. She was an adult after all.
