[Same title, rewritten]
"Details of the new home of Flashia has now been revealed. According to our Esterrian sources, the world is split into 4 continents, Urulsa, Tenoki, Amdstreel, and Gestrae, the last being the one that Esterria resides on the Northern part. There is also something called Civilized Regions, which is defined as regions where developed civilizations reside in.
Any countries that lies within the regions will be shown on the world map, but sadly for us, we were almost in said regions as per Esterrian Royal Family. Almost all of the Civilized Regions nation are monarchies, with republics often getting absorbed by Kingdoms. The outliers are considered 'barbarians' and is often the target of imperial conquest.
Technology also varies in 4 different continents, Gestrae seems to be in early 18th century with some few discrepancies, while description implies that 1900s and 1930s technology is also present in this world. Believe it or not, magic, something you would find in fantasy settings, actually exists in this world. Currently there are 23 countries in the Civilized Regions.
On other news, detailed list of re-activated equipment has been released by the MoD, which is also up on their website. The list includes: 10 Harrier GR9's (with further 20 planned), 15 F-4E Phantom II's (with another 10 planned), 120 Pansartransporter 66's* and 30 Pansret Luftforsvar KR 74's**. So far, 10 Pansartransporter 61A3's and 1 Harrier GR9 is confirmed to be back from retirement." - FCNN
Zarabiaćskonać, Kawagrzmotia, Flashia, 6/4/2017 The Esterrians start off another day in the (rather chaotic) city of Zarabiaćskonać with the arrival of some clothings gathered up by their Flash counterparts as well as some money. All 5 of them would gather in a single room to get a set each.
"So what do we have here?" said Hark "We have some colorful clothes am I correct?"
"Indeed" said Velstra "Instead of brown and other colors of the lower class, we have white, blue and purple-"
"Wait, did you just say purple?" said Laurie, whose eyes widened in surprise.
"Yes, purple" Velstra said again "Is there something wrong other than the fact the Flashians-"
"It's just Flash" said Gessel "Flashian is incorrect"
"They are the same thing anyways..." mumbled Velstra "Anyways, there's nothing inherently wrong other than the fact that they brought us the most expensive color out there"
"...Actually, purple is really cheap here"
Those words coming from the Prime Minister would shock the female noble.
"I'm sorry what?"
"As much as I find it bizarre, purple in Flashia is not that expensive at all, far from it"
Everyone else in the room, including the Queen and the mage Laurie had their eyes widened up.
"Purple?" questioned Hark "Cheap?"
"Yes, I actually talked to our Flash counterparts and said they were quite cheap here. I even get to see some civilians dressed in that same color"
The reason why they're so shocked about this is that purple is historically associated with the riches and royalties, and it's for a good reason.
Purple as a color is a very difficult one to make with the process being significantly more arduous than what the process of producing other colors had. And so, purple had a very hefty price that only ones with great fortune could afford even a single piece of clothing with that color as of current.
It is said that the 2nd strongest superpower is the closest in the Civilized Regions to have more affordable purple. But even then, they still have a long way to go.
"That's just... amazing I must say..." muttered Marie III "...But we are forgetting what we are doing here right now is that correct?"
"Oh, my apologies Your Majesty" said Hark "I and Mr. Kiel will get our clothes and go back to our room to change soon"
The Prime Minister nodded as he would scan the bunch of clothing for the ones that suit him the best.
...
Zarabiaćskonać Police Station The Varikan spy sits in a grey room, with white lights, a long mirror, a table and 2 chairs, in which he is seated on one of them.
He looks at his hand, it is restrained by two steel rings linked together by a chain. While uncomfortable, his hands are still capable of some limited maneuvering that would not be possible for ropes.
He thought he would end up in a dungeon, but it turned out better than what he had expected. The cell he stayed in was relatively clean and comfortable. He thought he was going to get beaten up at some point, but the police here just left him be, providing meals according to the schedule provided.
As he dives deeper into his thought, he thinks why would a "barbarian" republic treat someone from an empire, especially a spy, that well? His thoughts were then interrupted by the sound of a door opening.
Entering the room was a man in his mid-30s, dressed in grey shirt and navy blue pants. He could tell that he's a member of the police by the badge on his belt, something he noticed as an identifier when he took a look at many of the officers there.
The man would then take his seat, opposing the defector, face-to-face. Somehow, he gets nervous.
"Good morning" said the man as he then takes his seat opposing the spy "I'm Special Agent Fischer of the Federal Investigative and Intelligence Agency, nice to meet you today"
...
Toft, Antoniak and another officer from before (yes, it's the same one from the previous chapter) would walk down the hallway of the station in the next day after the arrest was made.
"So any news regarding that guy?" said Toft.
"Yep" said the other officer "The guy turned out to be not nut at all..."
"No surprise there..." said Antoniak.
"So now, he's going to get interrogated by an FIIA agent-"
"Whoa whoa whoa wait" said the Kawagrzmotian as the three stopped in their track "Fuckin' FIIA? Them? Really Mirosław (Mi-ro-slav)?"
"Believe it or not, yes, they're getting their hands dirty on this case" as then the three continued on their path.
The Federal Investigative and Intelligence Agency, at least in Flashia in a New World, is a force to be reckoned of, only second to that of the Federal Revenue Service (FRS) domestically. Outside of hunting down some dangerous people out there, they have also been involved in collecting intels as a result of the merge between the former Flash Intelligence Service and the Intelligence Agency.
Rumors have emerged about the FIIA being responsible to some overseas political schism for their own interests, although those were largely overshadowed by the more powerful nations back in their home world.
"Damn man, I... don't know what to say about that" said Toft.
"Yeah, it just happens" said Mirosław "He definitely will give up a lot of info, but I can't say he won't look at least a bit fearful in the process"
"I mean, no one want to be on the wrong side of the Eff-Double Eye-Ay after all..." said Antoniak "Anyways, what about our car?"
"Oh yeah, I was about to get to that. Eh... it'll take a few days to get the whole thing done"
Antoniak nodded.
"Fine and dandy for me"
...
"So, to begin" said Fischer the FIIA agent "Can you tell us your name?"
"M-My name is Viktor Dedov, I am a spy sent by the Empire of Varika. I was sent here on the order of General Bogdan"
"...Is that all?" said Fischer
"...I... uh... in terms of general information, yes"
"I see then... Very well, onto the next question: Why are you here?"
"I am supposed to learn about your country's military, what do they look like, and what equipment do they have"
"Hmm, so why defecting?"
"...If I am being honest here, this country seems to be more prosperous here even though outside is a little bit violent out there..."
"Yeah, that's just the Kawagrzmotians for you, can get quite hot-headed at times..."
"Huh... interesting"
"Anyways, next question: Is there any other spies? How many and where?"
Dedov froze up, unable to say anything at all. When he and others were being briefed, they were informed that lest they defect to the enemy, if caught, their family and themselves (if recaptured) will be executed back in Varika.
Now this might sound inhumane, but this is the early 18th century we're talking about, considerations about the people including theirs were thrown out the window to some extent. There are some rare exceptions of course, such as Esterria.
"Look Dedov, I know what you are feeling right now" said Fischer as he taken notice of the demeanor "But this is a matter of national security for the country. This could affect millions of people here, and I'm sure that it would not be good. You want to defect? Then help us here!"
The Varikan just sits there, silent, as if he's facing a dilemma. The FIIA agent sits there quietly, giving the Varikan spies some time to contemplate.
"84 spies" he finally spoke up "84 spies of the Kingdoms Union spread out across the country, including here in this rather beautiful town"
Fischer nodded in acknowledgement.
"Thank you very much for your cooperation"
...
Back in the city streets of Zarabiaćskonać at night, a group of Varikans meet up at an alleyway, to discuss what they have seen and what are they going to do next.
"To begin... does anyone knows where Dedov is?" said the leading woman "I noticed that he's absent here"
"No" said one member "I never had any sight of him since the morning of today"
"Then besides Ivan, anyone else have seen him?"
The rest of the group looked at each other, and judging by their expression, it's obvious as to what the answer will be.
"Let me guess, no one did?"
"No, madam Sivakova" said the other member "No one else have laid eyes on him ever since we have set off
"Then that probably means he somehow got caught" said another one "Or maybe even beaten up by those thugs out there, his skills are questionable after all"
"Wherever he is now, it does not matter" said Sivakova "The General made sure no one including him would say a thing. Even if he does, we already have a plan to relocate so that no one could find us"
"And he may be good as dead by now" said Ivan "Like you said Alexei, he probably got caught up with those hooligans"
"Speaking of which, Alexei, you're now also responsible for gathering information about the military" to which Alexei nodded "The rest shall continue on what they have been assigned to from the start"
The group then split up again, going back to what they were doing yesterday. Little did they know, something watched them and were listening in...
...
"Out of all things you could have chosen..." said Velstra "You bought another flag?"
"It's a nice souvenir for me" said Hark "Also, what's wrong with collecting flags?"
Velstra facepalmed while Laurie just stood confused and Gessel is just finding some amusement as Hark is just proudly showing off his new flag to his collection, this one being the flag of Kawagrzmotia
"By the gods Hark, your mind seems to always go for such a thing huh?"
"I think they're pretty nice, no?"
"Right... are we forgetting something here?" said the Prime Minister, prompting some bewilderness in the two "...The trip to Tilenogtyve?"
"Oh, I completely forgot about that..." said Hark as he then folded the flag.
"I just realized that..." muttered Velstra "In that case, I shall go prepare"
"Please do" said Gessel "As soon as you can that is, for the parade"
"I know, you do not have to remind me twice... Laurie, are you coming?"
"Oh, yes" said Laurie as she carried off her staff following the female noble's steps back into their room.
...
"Look Axel, I've done a lot of work since we somehow got here and frankly, I'm not in the mood for one more for today"
"I know, Simon, but please just listen, I promise it's important"
Barminde, Tilenogtyve The Flash president's day of having his federal republic stranded in a literal other world is getting close to ending when he had received a phone call from his friend at the National Security ministry.
"This is about NatSec" said Axel on the phone "That's why I called you"
The president sighed.
"...Fine then, let me hear it"
"Well, to start, just today, we have found out that there are more than 80 spies-"
"80?! How did they all get past the border?"
"The hell do I know? Could've blended in with the Esterrians"
"...Remind me to double down on port inspection the next day"
"Right. So anyways, as they do not know what CCTV even is, we were able to track exactly a majority of them are stationed at right now"
"Oh good then... so when would we be starting on grabbing them?"
"Police forces across the country with the Special Intervention Units are already on standby with the FIIA also getting directly involved as this is a federal-level matter. They just need the go word from you"
"Right... so what's the name for this one? Just want to know"
"It doesn't have one yet, but you can do the honors if you want"
"Alright then, let me think..."
...
The noble and the mage would come back into their room where the very young Queen herself is also staying in.
"I shall go pack up my things" said Laurie. Velstra then nodded before the mage sets off to a room just to the right of the hallway while the noble continued forward to the end of the hall.
From there, her eyes meet the sight of the 14-year-old queen just sitting there on her bed, looking out the window, in the casual yet somewhat colorful clothing of Flashia. The queen then turned to Velstra.
"Oh, Velstra" she said "You came back"
"Indeed I did, Your Majesty" replied the noble "I also came to tell you we shall pack our things so that we can set off to Tilenogtyve tomorrow"
"Ah, very well then..." betraying a tone of some uncertainty along with her facial expression.
"...What's wrong, Your Majesty? You seemed worried about something"
"Don't worry about it, it's nothing to be concerned of..."
"...It's about the war in Havenklein isn't it?
"H-H-How could you possibly know that?" said Marie with widened eyes.
"Your Majesty... Marie... why does it still feels weird to call you that?" mumbled the noble "I have known you for years before you ascended to the throne, and I know you quite well myself. I can assure this to you though, is that it will turn out fine in the long term, you just have to put some confidence in it"
"...Maybe you're right... it'll be fine after all..."

8/4/1702 In the street of a humble but rather nice town in Cernra, a Gošbanian man would go through the sidewalk in the early morning of an another day of his mission
Sent as part of the package of 12 spies pledged by the Gošbanian Kingdom to the Kingdoms Union cause, he was tasked to find out the geography of this part of the barbarian republic where his feet are on right now. Nonetheless, it's a task he has yet to fulfill, as he had been sidetracked.
The main cause of this is that to his shock, the locals here speak a dialect of his own language, something he thought was impossible for a country outside the Civilized Regions, not to mentioned how nice the locals are to him, although he finds it weird that they call him a Sakat which he inadvertently promptly took the guise of. Apparently that ethnic group is even closer to Gošbans, shocking him even more upon finding that out.
And this is not mentioning just how nice the town generally is. Compared to even the best city back home, this one is a lot more livable with the infrastructure in place and the general quality of life.
His loyalty is still with the Kingdom, but he would not blame others in his group for wanting to live here instead.
"...I want to try their cuisine one day..." he mumbled to himself, looking upon a restaurant that is still closed as he took steps by steps.
He continued to look around, still sidetracked as ever, still in awe to the town's inherent nature. And then his eyes widened as his sense started to act up.
He's being watched.
'Oh dear... did my cover got blown?' he thought to himself.
The Gošbanian spy then looked behind him, turning his head to the left using his peripheral vision. 2 men, one with a beard, and the other with some sort of hat were following him closely.
Judging by their attire, these two guys are just some local civilians, but as they paced close to him coupled with his sense, something was telling this Gošban that they aren't. Eventually, they had gotten too close for him, and the spy started to make a run for it.
"HEY-HEY-HEY!" shouted one of the men behind him in the Inter-Civilized Language, another shock factor, as they would also give chase "FREEZE!"
It has become readily apparent for him that they are in fact law enforcement in plain clothing.
The spy sprinted down the sidewalk for his dear life, not being able to think what will happen to him if he gets caught.
He ran and ran, making a little progress in getting some distance away to whoever these two men are, straight ahead until he got to an intersection. He quickly gripped onto a pole and swung himself around to the right turn to keep the momentum.
Just as then, a grey self-propelled carriage of a curvy, sleek and low-profile design pulled up, swerved to its left, directly going for him.
He tried to dodge the oncoming carriage. He was then successful in doing so only to immediately get knocked to the ground by a fast swinging door of the same carriage.
Before he could get up, the spy was promptly tackled by another of these men.
"And stay down!" he said to the spy as he then restrain the Gošbanian "...Lena-2 here, I got him"
The later words seem to be that of communication lingo as he does not seem to talk to anyone else, at least directly, indicating the usage of magicomms, otherwise known as manacomms in Flashia.
"Now get up will ya?" the spy was then yanked up to his feet, his arms behind his back with the wrists tied with something that isn't rope. Whatever it is, it's pretty good at not giving his hands a chance to move freely.
"...You're under arrest for espionage" said the man apprehending him while two others eventually catch up "You don't have to say anything unless you wish to do so. However, anything you say can, and will be used against you as evidence"
He was nonetheless confused by this.
"...Why do you say to me such a thing?" He asked.
"Because we aren't complete asshats and you still have some rights here... even though you're a foreign spy"
The spy was then escorted off to the backseat of the grey carriage, marking the end of his journey as a spy deployed to Flashia. And this would also come to a premature stop for his fellows across this so-called Federal Republic.
