Prez was there, waiting at the landing strip like he said he would be.

"Grandpa" charlie squeals when she sees him.

"My beautiful princess." He says taking her out of my arms and squeezing her tightly to him "I missed you"

"Miss you too" she beams at him.

"Missed you too sweetheart" he tells ari pulling her into a hug.

"You too dad." She huffs and walks to his truck.

"What's wrong with her?" Prez asks.

I cringe before answering "kinda maybe pissed her off unintentionally. Let's just say her and peyton fired a Stewardess. Apparently peyton is only hiring men from now on"

"Yep, sounds about right." He pats my shoulder. "Been there, yall will be okay. Im gonna put her in the truck then I'll help grab yalls stuff" he says and takes charlie to the truck with ari.

After we're loaded up I take the passanger seat whole prez gets in the drives seat. "Go to daddy's house?" Charlie asks from the back.

I turn to look at ari. It's her choice, like I told her I'm not gojng to force her to do anything. "Yeah" she sighs

"Yayyyyy" charlie cheers and claps her hands together.

"Thanks for picking us up dad"

"No problem sweetheart, I missed my girls."

"We missed you too."

Once we're back at my place prez helps carry in the bags charlie is already up in her room playing ari has the camera monitor set up on the coffee table while she is sitting on the couch. "Alright I'm heading out, peyton wants you all at the house this weekend for dinner. She wanted to come today but she had work."

"We'll be there." I tell him

"Church tomorrow at noon." He looks at ari then back to me "Don't fuck it up."

"I won't." I say adamantly as he walks out the door.

"Hey angel, I'm sorry I upset you. I love you, and I'm happy you're here."

"It's fine, I was being dramatic. I know you had a life when I was away."

"I wish I didn't baby. I wish I could take it all back. You are the only girl i have ever loved, the only woman I will ever love. You and charlie are my entire world."

"I know sebby. I'm happy she has you."

"Ari you both have me."

"Daddy!" I hear our girl call from the top of the stair.

"Im being summond by the princess." I grin at her.

"Better get going. I'm going to lay down if that's okay"

"Of course angel. There's a spare room upstairs if you dont feel comfortable sharing a room yet." I pause for a moment before speaking again "I'd really like my room to be our room though, but only if that's what you want."

"I'm just going to lay here if that's okay."

"Anything you want, this is you're house too ari. You can do whatever you want."

"Thanks, better get up there" she gives me a small smile. Something feels off with her. I watch as she lays her head on the throw pillow and grabs the blanket off the back of the couch.

"Are you okay?" I ask squating down infront of her moving her hair from her face "baby, it's okay if you don't want to be here. I'll take you back to your dad's house. Charlie will be okay, she can come over whenever. If this is too much for you right now ill understand."

"No sebby, its fine. She wants to be here with you."

"What do you want?"

"A nap" she whispers.

I lean down and kiss her forhead "take a nap pretty girl. I'll try to keep her quiet. I love you"

When I get up yo Charlie's room or should I call her tornado charlie, because she tore this room up she's bouncing around laughing. "Hi, daddy."

"Hi princess. You called?"

"I hungry, daddy"

"What do you want to eat?"

He face scrunches as she taps her finger against he chin "chicken and fries."

"Okay, mommy's taking a nap. Why dont we go get some food. Daddy doesn't have chicken and fries here" i need to go to the store, but the drive threw will work for now.

"Donalds?" Her eyes widen.

"Sure. Let's go" It's then I realize I don't have a car and aris isn't here. "I'm gonna call grandpa real quick go ahead and get on your shoes.

"What's up?" Prez answers.

"Hey can I barrow your truck?"

"Why?"

"Ari is sleeping. Charlie wants chicken and fries. I was going to take her. Aris car is at your house, I need to go car shopping obviously."

"Yeah, it's at the club house"

"Alright we'll walk up there."

"See you soon."

Charlie is waiting downstairs for me. I look and see Ari sleeping soundly on the couch. I put my finger to my lips to tell charlie quiet. She nods and smiles at me. As I grab my cut and put on my shoes.

It's not a far walk to the club house charlie clings to my hand skipping. "I love you daddy."

"I love you too charlie"

"I'm happy daddy" she says as we walking into the club house to get the keys.

"Im happy that you're happy princess."

"Is mommy happy?"

"I hope so."

"She crys allot"

"When?" I ask her.

"All the time at gigi's" she looks sadly up at me "I want mommy happy"

"Well I'll do my best to make mommy happy, okay?"

"Okay, daddy." Then she's distracted by Eli sitting at the bar "uncle eli" she squeals and runs to him.

"Hey munchkin, I missed you" he tell her pulling her to sit on his lap.

"Daddys buying me Donalds"

"Daddy?" He asks then looks skeptically at me. I know eli doesn't think I'm what ari and charlie need. I might not be, but I need them. So I'm going to do everything I can to make sure they want me.

"Yeah. Sebbys daddy, duh"

"Hmmm" is his only reply before he changes the subject "you gonna get me some McDonald's?"

"No, I don't have no monies" she laughs

"Ohhh" He laughs back at her.

"Do I hear a little charlie?" Knight says from behind us.

"Uncle parker" she climbs off elis lap and runs to knight.

"Hi, baby girl." He says pulling her into his arms and sets her on his hip. "Did you have fun at gigis?"

"Yeah. I missed you"

"I missed you too." He hugs her tight "Grandpa will be out in a minute so you can go "

"Yayyy, daddy Donalds" she beams at me.

"Yep. We're gonna go get your nuggets"

"And fries, and ice cream, and a burger"

"Whatever you want charlie"

"Yayyyy"

"Wrong thing to say, seb. You never tell a girl she can have whatever she wants. She'll bankrupt you. Ain't that right princess" prez coming to grab charlie from knight.

"Daddy said I can have whatever I want." She beams at me

"Well, your daddy is going to be a very poor man. Don't worry princess when you run him out of money you can always come to grandpa."

"Yayyy! I get all the monies"

"Thats right princess." Prez kisses her temple before setting her back on her feet and digging for his keys in his pocket. "Here. She has a carseat already in my backseat."

"Thanks prez. I'll buy a car soon."

"No problem, go get my girl some food."

Once we get to McDonald's I order everything charlie wanted and made sure to get the nuggets in a happy meal so she can have the toy. I made sure to get ari some food too.

"Best daddy ever" charlie beams as we're pulling out of the parking lot

"Best daughter ever." I smile.

My phone rings from the cup holder. 'My love' writen across the screen

"Hey, angel" I answer

"What the hell Sebastien?"

"What's wrong?" I can feel the panic set in.

"You took charlie without even saying anything. I woke up and you were both gone I was freaking out."

"I'm sorry. Charlie was hungry and you were sleeping. I didn't want to wake you. I should have left a note."

"You're damn right you should have seb. She's my daughter. You don't just get to take off with her like that."

"Angel..." I sigh hearing her say that sends a shoot of pain through my chest.

There a moment of silence before she speaks again "I shouldn't have said that seb. I'm sorry I was just scared."

"I know baby. You know I'd never let anything happen to our girl, right? I just wanted you to get some sleep."

"I know. When will you be back?"

"Pulling in the gates now. I'll drop charlie and the food off then take the truck back to your dad."

"Sebby I'm sorry. I know you love her. I shouldn't have acted like that. I just, those people are still out there...."

"I'm going to find them angel. I'm bringing charlie in now."

"Okay." She hangs up.
