Seb

It's been two week since I found ari breaking down. Charlie is with me today while ari is at her psychiatrist appointment. This is her third appointment. She's been going almost every other day per her doctor's request. I can't believe I was so blind not to see what she was going through until she was at rock bottom.

Eli got back last week with the rest of marcus' men. They all have a home in the basement. Their pleas fell on deaf ears.

"Daddy?" Charlie hollers from the table I have her set up in the shop. She likes coming here with me while I work on cars she colors.

"Yeah, princess?" I ask her from under the hood car I'm working on.

"I love you" it melts my heart every time.

"I love you too, charlie. Daddy's almost done then we'll go get you a snack okay?"

"Daddy?"

"Yeah, princess?"

"Who's that?"

Moving to the side of the car I see a teenage boy standing by the bay doors."I don't know honey, why don't you go in the office and have Claire grab you a snack, I'll be there in a minute."

"Okay daddy," she smiles skipping into the office.

"Can I help you kid?" My brows furrow when he looks at me. His lip is split and his eye is swollen shut. "You alright?"

"I-im looking for Sebastien Waverly."

"For what?" I narrow my eyes.

"He's my brother."

"I don't have a brother." I cross my arms over my chest.

"My names stephan Waverly. I looked at my file. I was taken from Tammy and Justin Waverly when I was a baby. Sebastien... well I guess you, are listed as my biological brother."

I rub the back of my neck while letting out a breath. "How old are you?"

"Fifteen"

I nod my head "what happened to your face?"

"New foster parents." He shrugs.

My hand are clenched at my sides now. "Whyd you come here?"

"Because I'm not going to anymore foster homes."

"Okay?"

"Look man, I get it you don't know me. I just need a place to stay until I can figure something out."

"Sebby?" I hear from the office door.

"Hey, angel." I smile at her "I'll be in there in a minute okay?"

She looks between me and the boy before nodding her head and walking back in the office.

"Who was that?"

"My old lady."

He nods "you have a kid?"

"Yeah"

"I'm sorry for just showing up like this. I can't go back there."

"I know, I was in your spot a some years ago. I lived on the street."

"Better than those foster homes."

"I agree. Look let me go talk to my girl. I know you're technically my brother, but I have a woman and little girl to think about. I don't know you."

"I understand, just thought I'd give it a shot." He shrugs. I see the backpack sitting on his back, most likely holding all of his possessions.

I sigh "wait here. There's drinks in that fridge help yourself."

"Thanks" He says and walks over the the fridge while I walk in the office.

"Daddy, I want donalds" charlie announces as soon as I walk in the door.

"Okay, princess. Whatever you want" I smile at her.

"Stop saying that to her, you're spoiling her rotten" ari laughs.

"It's my job angel." I tell her and place a kiss on her temple "Can we talk for a second?"

"Sure" her brows furrow "is everything okay?"

"Yeah, kind of." I release a sigh. "Thats boy out there. I guess he's my brother. He's Fifteen Tammy must have been pregnant with him or got pregnant shortly after I was taken away. He's been in foster care."

"Wow, I'm sorry sebby."

"His face is all fucked up, he said the fosters he's living with did it."

"I hate people." She shakes her head. "How can we help?"

"You want to help?"

"Yeah, honey. I know you don't think blood means family, but seb he's a kid. He has a shot at a good life. He doesn't have to end up on the streets like you did. Peyton knows people, I can have her make a call. I don't think it's a good idea to just harbor him. We need to go through the right channels."

"Thank you angel."

"No need to thank me, sebby. Are you almost done for the day?"

"Yeah give me like ten minutes, and we'll head home."

"No, go to Donalds. Member daddy?"

"How could I forget princess" I laugh. Ari just shakes her head.

"I'll call peyton while we wait."

"Okay" I tell her and head back in the garage. Stephan is sitting on the couch. "Hey, my old lady is gonna call her step mom. She's a doctor at the hospital she has fostered and adoption a kid before, she has some pull with cps. We need to do this the right way."

"I'm not going back" He states mater of factly

"I know that, you're coming home with me, but they are probably going to want to come out and talk to you. I need to finish this car up the girls are ready to go home."

"Okay, need help?" He asks.

"You know about cars?"

"Yeah, a little bit."

He proved to know more than just a little bit. We were don't in less than five minutes. After washing up he follows me into the office. "Hey girls, you ready?"

"Daddy did you forget?"

"No, princess. I'm going to take you to McDonald's. No play land today though just the drive thru."

She huffs "fine, but park tomorrow"

"Deal" I chuckle at her. "Ari charlie this is stephan."

"Nice to meet you stephan, I'm aribella, everyone just calls me ari." She holds her hand out for him to shake

"Nice, to meet you ari, thank you for letting me stay with yall" He says smiling slightly at her and shaking her hand.

"You have a boo-boo" charlie looks at him with her big dough eyes.

"I'm okay" he shrugs.

"Don't worry, daddy has band-aids at home. He always makes my boo-boos better" she cups her hands around her mouth like she's telling him a secret from across the room "they're peppa pig, if you're good you get ice cream"

Stephan looks over at me with a smirk. Most people look at me and don't see a dad who is wrapped around a little girls finger so tight if she told him to jump off a bridge he wouldn't hesitate. They see big biker. "Sounds awesome kid"

"My names charlie, everyone calls me princess" she smiles.

"No they don't" ari laughs "just your dad and grandpa."

"You can call me princess right stephan?"

"Sure" he's trying hard to fight the smile, it's no use charlie brings the happy out of everyone no matter the situation.

"What do you want from donalds?" Charlie asks stephan they are both in the backseat.

"I'm not really hungry"

I know he's lying, but before I can say anything ari speaks up acting just like her step mom. "Nonsense, it's dinner time. So you can tell us what you want or I'll order one of everything on the menu for you. Stephan, I know we just met but you are family. Whatever you need you just have to ask. This isn't like the other places you have been I promise." I squeeze the her hand that I'm holding as I pull in the parking lot.

"I have never ate here before." He says

"McDonald's?" She furrows her eyebrows.

"No" He states.

"Okay" she says to him before turning her attention to me. "Get charlie her happy meal, I'll have a big Mac meal large with a Dr pepper, whatever you want, then get a big Mac, quarter pounder, chicken sandwhich- "

I cut her off "woul you just like to order baby?"

"Yeah, that's probably for the best" she nods. I roll my eyes at her but can help but laugh. There's actually a huge difference in her since she has been talking to someone. She moved her stuff into my room last week. She still sleeps in Charlie's rooms sometimes, those nights I camp out on the floor in Charlie's room too.

As much as I wish she'd talk to me about everything I know she's not ready, and I'm trying to accept that. I'm just happy I'm getting my girl back.

Now I just have to figure out what the hell to do with my long lost teenage brother. I swear there's never a dull moment in my life.
