"Whoa calm down girl, you look like you're about to murder her" Nathan said and I sighed

"I've only known her for some hours and I already hate her. She's so annoying, I feel like ripping her fake face off" I said in annoyance

"I feel ya babe, nice roast by the way, you got her hard" Aria said and gave me a high five

"You're really their sister?" Kyle asked and I nodded

"Well that's a surprise, they never act so lovingly with anyone but they do with you and that's so cute" Aaron said with an aww face

"Hey um I haven't had the chance to properly thank you for helping me tod-"

"A word if advice, people tend to take advantage of nice things. You being nice and all goody two shoes ain't gonna help you in life. You gotta fight for yourself, people aren't always gonna be there to help you in the future" I said with a deadpanned expression and the others nodded in agreement

"I know, I'm sorry. I'll try to stand up for myself from now on" she said meekly and I shook my head. She wouldn't last a day in my world

School today wasn't so bad but it doesn't mean I like it, the bell finally rang and I hugged my friends goodbye and left with my brothers

When we got home, I was immediately engulfed in a bear hug by Diego, shocking me

"How was school today sorella?" He asked, taking my bag and flung it across the room

"It wasn't as bad as i thought it would be" I said

"Gabriella can I have a word with you" I heard Antonio call from across the room. My mood instantly dampened

"I'm not interested, I told you this before!" I said, picking up my bag and making my way to my room when he grabbed my hand

"Can you stop being difficult and listen to what I have to say goddammit!" He yelled tightening his grip on me

"Let her go right now Antonio" Domenico growled at him from up the stairs

"Just listen to me. It's important" He said releasing me from his grip

"If she doesn't want to talk to you then give her some time. She'll talk to you when she's ready Tony" Ales said gripping onto Antonio's arm and he sighed before walking away with slouched shoulders

"You don't have to do anything you don't want to piccolo" grandfather said and I gave him a small smile

"Imma take a shower and get some sleep, I'm fuckin tired" I said yawning rather loudly

"Language silly" Nicolo said hitting my head lightly

I rushed upstairs and took a shower, applied ointment to my ribs. Now that I look at it properly it's almost healed which is great. I wrapped myself in a towel and picked out an outfit



I got in bed and let my mind drift off. Funny how my life has changed, I still don't know if it's a good change or not. My mind went back to Antonio and what he had to tell me. For some reason I felt restless by what he wanted to say

I also thought back to Luke. What happened to him? He wasn't found when my mom had the accident, so where is he. I felt dread build in my stomach not knowing about his whereabouts

I sighed deeply and took out my phone. There was only one person who could help me get information on Luke. I dialed the number and after two rings he finally picked up

"Hey Enzo" I said

"Hey Ella is everything okay?" He asked

"Can you find out what happened to Luke please?" I asked

"Okay Ella, I'll get to it and call you when I find out. But why do you suddenly ask about him?" He asked curiously

"He's Luke Enzo. I don't feel good" I said and I heard him sigh from the other line

"You'll be fine Ella. I'd die before I ever let him near you" he said softly and I smiled

"Thanks Enzo, I love you" I said

"I love you too Ella. Bye" he said and I hung up. I sighed again and with much difficulty drifted off to sleep

I woke up to someone shaking me and I opened my eyes to see Emilio staring down at me with a soft smile

"It's morning sorella, I saw you were already asleep yesterday, you forgot to have dinner. You have school so get up please" he said and I groaned loudly.

"Can I skip?" I asked and his smile turned into a glare

"No you can't young lady now get up" he said sternly

"Fine!" I grumbled and got up and headed towards the bathroom

I took my time taking a shower all the while trying not to fall asleep. I got out and put on some clothes and braided my hair



Apparently my cousins are starting school today and not all of them were looking forward to it, I mean Bruno, Damon and Diego. Our grandparents wanted them to continue school here until they go back to italy

I looked at the time and my eyes widened in horror realizing that I was late. Shit!. I got my bag and quickly ran out of my room, I rushed down the stairs but tripped on my laces. Fuck that hurt!

I groaned loudly and it attracted the attention of everyone in the house and they rushed towards me

"My God! What happened bambina?"

"Are you okay?"

"Does it hurt?"

"How'd you fall?"

"Piccolo are you hurt badly?"

"My baby! Tell me where hurts"

A chorus of 'are you okay's' echoed and Angelo helped me get up. I gasped as pain shot through my back

"I'm fine, I'm fine. Let's go eat or we'll be late" I said

"Bambina are you sure you're okay? That was a hard fall, let me apply something to your back" Leo said and I immediately shook my head, they can't see my back

"I'm fine let's go" I said drily and walked to the dining table where Emilio had already prepared breakfast

I ate as quickly as I could and we got to the car. Bruno drove us to school and I got in the school and saw my friends

"Wassup bitches!" I yelled and they came towards me

"Sup. How are you?" Blake asked, hugging me

"I'm okay"

"Hey oh my gosh I heard there are four new students and they are hot, so hot" Aria said shamelessly as she fanned her face

"Yeah actually three of them are my cousins from Italy. They came to visit" I explained

"Damn the number of boys in your family. That's alot of testosterone" Kyle said laughing lightly and I chuckled because it's true

"Let's get to class before Ms Lilith lashes at us for being late" Ethan said and I grimaced, I've only been here for a day but I can't stand that woman. She's annoying as hell

Time skip- At lunch (nobody likes classes) I sat with my friends after getting our lunch and I saw how Ariana and her puppies flooded my brothers and I scrowled at them.

I could see Xander was highly uncomfortable when one of the hoes sat on his lap, he was trying to push her away gentle but she wouldn't budge

I clenched my fists and got up, I walked towards them and dragged her off him, giving her a slap

"Get away from him whore, all you know how to do is display your shit all around. Can't you get the hint and back off?!"
