I enjoyed he comments on the last chapter. Please give me in-line and general comments both. I loveeeee comments.

Damon was quick to leave a kiss at the corner of her mouth before gritting in her ear. "Fuck you! You had one job. One!" Nancy wonders why he is mad again. Wasn't he the one who got her here? Was it about her dress or make-up? But wasn't he the one who arranged that team? Had she done something wrong? She didn't know what she had done to deserve this. But could tell she was to pay dearly for ruining whatever she had messed up with.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is my wife, Nancy Anderson." Nancy nodded when most of them raised their drinks to welcome her. Everyone smiled and congratulated. This time everyone tried their best not to look her way when Damon took her to where he was standing before and introduced her to the Secretary of Commerce Mr. Langdon.

"You have got such a beauty here," Mr. Langdon didn't shake his hands with Nancy or hug her. Nancy who already knew the protocols didn't mind.

"I know," Damon replied looking at Nancy. He wonders where Mr. Langdon sees the beauty. She had a good face and height. But it was all she had.

"I see you are here without a partner." Damon pointed to Mr. Langdon while having his arm wrapped around Nancy's waist. He started moving his hand up and down as he got busy talking with the Secretary.

"I am glad you noticed," Mr. Langdon replied and Damon was quick to raise his hand to one of the women there and gestured to Mr. Langdon. A woman with a curvy body walked to Mr. Langdon and offered. "Hello Mr. Secretary, should I show you around here."

"Why not?" Mr. Langdon said and Damon got his hold on Nancy strong. "Why the fuck on the earth you are here?"

"I thought you asked for me here," Nancy replied surprised.

"Oh yes, and you love to follow my orders. Don't you?" Nancy didn't know what he was talking about.

"What?" Nancy's voice was uncertain. She didn't know what was happening.

Someone else walked to Damon calling him. "Mr. Anderson," Damon did realize he was an attorney and tried to remain civil.

"Oh, come on, it's her first time here. Let me show my wife around." Damon told the attorney who had tried to approach him. Nancy looked at Damon and started walking with him.

"Mr. Anderson, I was looking forward to...." Attorney still tried.

"Get the fuck out of my face." Damon warned looking straight at him and was not nice in his accent this time. A few faces looked turned to look at them. Nancy realized he could get away with his behaviour with anyone here. He didn't have to soft talk with anyone here. If he wanted to act civil he would until he didn't want to.

Nancy started following Damon who was quick to take her out of the hall room. Her fragile body got stiff realizing something was following. She could see it in Damon's walk. A few people they spotted in the hallway remained in their stuff in their drunken state. It was hard for Nancy to keep following him. She didn't have any heels on her feet given her height was fine already, in addition to the fact her toes still had frostbites from the day she ran through the wilderness. Nancy could feel her body going weak already. Her body was heating up in fever now. She could tell all the tears, lashes and bruises were catching up with her.

Damon spotted the emergency door and kicked open it. It wasn't difficult because the door wasn't locked.

"Ahh..." Nancy gasped at his action with fear. She looked around and realized no one was there in the hallway at that moment. Not that it made any difference. But the moment Damon threw her in she couldn't help but cry out louder. "No!..." She held the staircase's railing to protect herself from falling off he stairs. She could tell Damon couldn't wait to do what he wanted to do. And, he sure wanted to hurt her.

Nancy hiccupped looking at him when Damon locked the door behind his back and took a step towards her. "They told me you sent the car. I didn't know I wasn't to come here..." Damon held her face and jerked her strong. Her fur coat fell off her shoulder. He pulled her hat and threw it on the stairs too. Nancy's eyes were filled with tears. She was shaking like a leaf when Damon pushed her to the wall beside her. Nancy couldn't help but hold his suit tight when he got closer. It was her only protection from falling now.

"You so want to play with me. Don't you?" Nancy stared at him. Not knowing what she had done wrong.

"I did nothing."

"You sure didn't." Damon seethed. Nancy feared he would hit her and couldn't help but cower to the wall behind her back. She hid her face in her shoulder all the while holding on to him tightly. Nancy feared his nose flaring. He seemed beyond mad.

Damon stared at the huge stones on her fingers. "It does make sense." Damon slapped the wall beside her ear and Nancy jumped.

"You are into this lifestyle. Aren't you?" Damon asked and Nancy could only knit her brows.

"You love diamonds. Maybe you were so busy looking at your rings that you didn't know what you could have done." This made Nancy look at him slowly.

"What are you talking about..." Nancy asked back.

"Shut the fuck up!" Damon was loud this time without a care. And, Nancy looked away in an instant fearing he was about to hit her. Damon held her mouth tight to get her to face him. Nancy couldn't help but hold his hand with her left one. "Please," Nancy cowered lower. Nancy had realized this place couldn't save her if he wanted to hurt her. If he wanted to hurt her he could do it in front of the world without a care. She feared he could punch in her guts. She didn't want to get hurt. She had started sobbing already. She knew her right hand on his suit couldn't do much if he decided to throw her off the stairs now. Damon only pressed harder on her mouth and Nancy sobbed harder.

"What the fuck are you crying for?" Damon started jerking her all the while asking. "Have I given you a reason to cry? No! Then don't."

Nancy cried profusely for how strong he had held her mouth. Damon let go and rubbed his finger on the place where he had pinched her. "Why does it matter? Don't you have jewellery and all this stuff? I can give you more. You want to be my wife, right? Be my wife." Damon got his hands on her waist and pulled her belly in to feel his erection. Nancy was disgusted feeling him again. She recalled how cruel and unfair he is to her body whenever he makes her feel this erection. The amount of sorrow that suffocated her chest was inumerable.

Her nose was slightly touching his lips. Nancy raised her eyes and got his left hand back to his suit slowly. "I don't have to be what I already am, Mr. Anderson. But are you my husband?" Damon was quick to hold her hair and warned her. "How dare you talk back? From where do you think you get all this stuff you ungrateful bitch!"

"Please, it hurts." Nancy pleaded but Damon jerked her head and pressed. "This is your husband talking to you. This is what your husband is." Nancy held his hands that had held her head and tried to get away. She knew she was vulnerable to fall now. Or maybe he was about to push her off the stairs.

"Ahh..." She cried in pain when Damon pulled and jerk on her head harder all the while asking, "You want to get away now! You want to run!" He threw her body back to the exit door and yelled, "Run," He came to punch her but Nancy got down and cried harder when his fist landed on the door. She could tell he was coming for her. So, she hid her face in her hands and sobbed harder all the while holding her knees to her chest.

"I can't, I can't and I know it..." Her voice was barely audible in pain and terror. But then she inhaled sharp and was louder in pure agitation. "I CAN'T RUN. AND, I KNOW IT!!!" She shouted at the top of her lungs. Crying hysterically. One could tell she felt suffocated when she let it all out. "I can't, I can't, I can't..."
