The year was now 2021, Jiwoo was succeeded as a detective as was I. We didn't go by our original names anymore, Jiwoo went by Oh Hyejin as I went by Hae Won.

It felt weird not saying her actual name at some points but I had to get used to it, anyways I was on the Narcotics while Hyejin was on Violent crimes team II.

Hyejin had explained to me her mission from last night, she ran into a partner of mine; Jeon Pildo.

"Ah, Hyejin!" I spoke as I ran to her from the hallway, Pildo was also there.

"What are you doing here?" I tried to speak when captain had already started talking to her

"Corporal Oh Hyejin?" She stayed quiet for a second, "Yes, I'm Oh Hyejin."

"Do you know who I am?"

"I do, sir." , "Captain Cha Giho of Narcotics." She added.

They both walked in as I followed to my desk, I bowed to the people who were already in the office as I sat down, I was next to Pildo's desk.

Over hearing Hyejin and Captain's conversation was on edge, I didn't know what would happen in that moment.

Standing and waiting near the water by the big bridge while Hyejin and Choi Mujin talked was boring, I didn't have a big relationship with Mujin.

"How do you guys like being cops?" He spoke, "I'm being transferred to Narcotics." Hyejin spoke.

I had a huge smile on my face in response, we were finally able to be together.

"Now it's starting for real." Mujin nodded.

"I can finally find the owner of the gun, and what Cha Giho has to do with this."

I never though Hyejin would suspect him like that but I only looked through the peep hole for a split second before the killer turned away.

"And."

"And I'll find out who killed our dad." Hyejin replied facing me and Mujin.

"Your father saved my life once." He began, "I was being attacked when he came in time to help, if he didn't make it in time I would've been dead."

Our father had always had a kind heart, full of joy really.

"This is my knife, trust me. Kill him as soon as you find him." He hands it to me.

"The organization will keep you both safe."

I walked with Hyejin to the office as Pildo walks over hanging up his phone.

"Why are you here?" He began as one of the officers in the office started opening the door, "Don't let anyone in, damn it."

"Changoo is still under interrogation." Pildo spoke still holding the door, "I know that sir."

"Pildo, Hyejin just got transferred over. Just open the door damn." I spoke, he just looked at me with a questionable look.

"It's the Narc." Changoo growled, "Stop the 'Narc'" Pildo spoke with his teeth hitting him with his badge.

Captain walks over, "Detective Oh, you're here." We bowed as we were finally let in.

"Told you." I nudged Pildo as he rolled his eyes.

Hyejin got seated next to Pildo as well, Pildo went into the office talking to Captain about the arrangements.

"I'm glad you got transferred now!" I smiled, "Yep! We can work together now, and catch someone we need." Hyejin whispered.

"Aye..I can't log in."

"Our system is different, so you need to be registered." Gun-Pyung replied as I sat down.

"Why do you want to log in?" Pildo complained.

"I need to know the status of the investigation, of course." Hyejin replied facing Pildo.

"The status of the six month undercover investigation that some idiot ruined?" Yeong complied.

I looked over Hyejin as he face had a 'sorry' look.

"I'm sorry about that."

"I'll get you registered." Gun-Pyung spoke to break the silence.

"Yah..why bother? she won't last long." Pildo spoke.

"Shut up Pildo, give her a chance." I aggravated, "Whatever, why do you care so much about her?"

"She's my sister dumbass." I growled.

"Ah.." Yeong inhaled, Pildo just had a look on his face.

"What should I do then." Hyejin mumbled, "I don't know, what should I do with you?" Pildo sighed.

Pildo had picked up the phone calling someone.

"Come on, let's go."

I rose up.

"Let's work. Mango." He added.

"What?" Hyejin spoke as she walked to me.

"Mango is a person who sells drugs, speaking of a new drug he is making which is why we are catching him. He's a businessman with an underground club." I replied with a sigh.
