Robert's POV:

I looked in the mirror at myself, no! I shouldn't have done that.

All my life I never regretted my anger issues but today I felt like I shouldn't have showed it to her.

Come on Robert she is not like other girls!

Why it has to be her! Why I want her so bad!

I decided not to show her my evil side, so she could get comfortable and today I gave her a glimpse of it!

I shouldn't have!!!

But if I want something I will have it!

I need to be patient, that girl scarified her life for someone. Where she doesn't belong, she came in Seth's family matter and stood against his revenge. And Seth allowed it?

He surely sees something in her.

I have to have her before Seth decided he wants to keep her forever.

She will only get pain if she stays by Seth's side. He is son of Alberto Morris, they have a reputation. We all know Seth can never love, he will just use her.

Somehow I don't want this, I want her to be mine. I want to give her everything! Power, money, affection, status, love.... whatever a women asks for!

This is stupid, but it already happened! I feel this way.

I am going to take Vanessa with me when I leave this place.

Vanessa's POV:

I stood behind Martha as the dinner was going on, actually everyone was on their seat, But Seth!

Miss. Luna seemed really annoyed to be here, like it was against her will. While her father asked Mr. Max, "Is Mr. Morris coming?"

Before Old man Max could answer, Miss. Luna said, "I told you he doesn't care..." She looked bored, like she was hitting those lines in annoyance.

Mr. Max said, "Master will be here in min..... He is a busy man..."

Miss. Luna said, "And we are not?" Like she questioned. She has some guts, that she talks to Mr. Max like this. He is old, aloof and uninterested in everything.

I barely make eye contact with this weird old man.

I saw Mr. Robert walk in, I hate him already. Earlier he mentioned me as if I was an object. I can't even spare a glance at him.

Robert took seat next to Mr. Max, Soon I saw Seth walking in, he is dressed different. Like wearing a causal shirt and trousers.

But he got dressed up in the morning I thought, he will put effort in this meeting.

Miss. Luna and her father looks confused but they kept their silence.

The meal started, even thought I did as Martha instructed, the dining table looks decent. But good for this meeting, like Seth is with is future fiancé.

But looks like wants to humiliate them.

Seth said, "So.... Mr. Wilson.... purpose of this meeting?"

I knew he was going to act like this. Luna looked away in annoyance.

Girl! If you hate him that much then tell your dad! he surely pampers you. Look at you in all the luxury of the world. There is nothing your dad won't agree to you.

Mr. Wilson looked at Martha and me, he said, "Get out, we need some privacy!"

God! everyone is so rude and scary.

But Martha and I are simple maids who wants us in there elite conversation.

Martha and I were going out when I heard Robert, "Vanessa.... serve me some more salad..."

My eyes went wide, why!

What he wants!!!!

He is acting like he is starving for decades!!!

I lowered my head and did as I was told too. I know I usually don't listen to him, but I don't want to make a scene.

I served Robert some salad, he said to Mr. Wilson, "I don't think Master Morris gave you person to order his staff...." He smirked.

I understood what Robert intended, and Seth smirked back, like they both are up on creating pressure on this middle aged man.

Mr. Wilson said, "I didn't mean too.... I just thought it was private conversation, and mere staff should not be here..."

Seth just said having a bite, "I didn't knew you were this scared!... What will a maid do if she knows about this useless topic?"

Robert looked at me as he smiled, he said, "Stay here.... I might need you a lot...." I noticed Luna smirked.

She said, "Looks like Mr. Salvador is fond of something?" I lowered my gaze, shit! I hate this so much.

Why is she attacking me every time? If you have guts say these things to Seth!!!

But is Robert's surname Salvador! but why would I care.

Robert said to Miss. Luna, "Don't worry, Honey.... You also find something to be fond off too" her jaw tightened.

I noticed Seth as a glance at me, he took sip of water continuing the meal. Mr. Max had a serious look and was actually busy with the food.

Mr. Wilson said cutting the environment, "Master Morris, what's your answer on the proposal?"

Seth looked at him as he said, "I thought I made it clear to your daughter.... Luna I am disappointed, you couldn't convey a message"

Luna looked at him with wide eyes, she said, "How dare you!!... You might be powerful, you cannot treat me like this.... I don't even want to be married to you!!!"

Her father immediately screamed at her, "Luna!!!" I flinched a little, I felt Robert's hand grabbing my finger, he whispered silently, "It's fine, dear..."

I pulled my hand off and took a few steps from him creating distance.

Luna looked shocked, she lowered her head in defeat.

So, no matter how independent she is, her father has last word in such important part of her life, I really feel pity for her.

Robert said as he looked at me, "Pass me more meat..."

What! Dude! in this serious situation how can you eat like that!!! Have some shame!!!

I did as he said in annoyance, but didn't let it show on my face.

Seth said to Mr. Wilson, "Your daughter made it clear.... and I have same thought as her...."

Mr. Wilson said instantly, "Master, this must happen for peace.... You know that, this time dispute won't be easy to handle as coastal situation."

I noticed Seth's sudden cold stare, then Robert looked that man in rage. I got chills.

Seth whispered, "A warning?... interesting.... it's been while someone dared too!"

Mr. Wilson was sweating, and I am sweating for no reason.

I shouldn't be here!

Seth sat back saying, "A person who use to be a mere goon under my father, is now threatening me?... Dane Wilson...."

Mr. Wilson got pale, I can see it all over his face. Seth warned, "You are mistaking, I am not Alberto Morris.... I am worst than that...."

Mr. Wilson immediately got up saying, "I am sorry.... I am sorry Master!!... I didn't mean too..."

Robert chuckled seeing this, while Luna was shocked.

Mr. Wilson got on his knees as he said, "I didn't mean to challenge you Master!... I was just saying this Marriage can bring you power.... I swear no one will go against you...."

I am so stunned by this change in attitude.

Miss. Luna said, "D-Dad... why"

Mr. Wilson screamed at her, "Shut up!"

She was in tears.

Only then I noticed Seth was holding a gun under table, he was massaging his head with one hand. No he cannot kill again, I can't see that.

Mr. Wilson said, "Please consider it.... There will not problem from my state again if this marriage happens"

Seth said, "Get out.."

Mr. Wilson said again, "Master... please... rethink...."

Seth took a deep breath in annoyance, He said, "I will think about it, although your daughter is no different or special..... You will know soon, now you both get out of my property...."

Soon, I saw Luna and Her father leaving, the rest of the dinner went awfully silent.

I thought maybe this will end in good way, but it's all ruined.

He ruined it....
