*Later*

Lincoln had just finish the meeting the the Japanese police force and entered the base through the tunnel doors and can see Riku and her parents at the computer.

*Removes disk and presses button*

"CANCEL"

*Deformation*

"Well I have yet to come up with a real plan without the proper information, and I'm usually the man with the plan."

"That's what we're here for, now I managed to find out who was the person in charge or at the very least overseeing the entire experiment, Major Kenshi Saburo" Ryouma said.

Ryouma then pulled up a picture of the Major on the screen, he was a middle-aged man with black hair in a military-style haircut and he a scar on his left eyebrow.

"Apparently,his superiors are not happy with the results of the experiment and are looking for answers he currently doesn't have" Isuzu said.

"But we do and might give it to them over a bit of negotiating" Riku said.

"Well, we won't be able to get close to him without some help from the lieutenant but how can we do that without revealing our identities?"

"Well I can understand you mean well but it's unavoidable, we must tell him in order for him to help us and trust us" Riku said.

"Agreed" Ryouma and Isuzu said.

"Alright, I'm give him a call to meet up somewhere to reveal my secret."

"It's our secret, we're in together Lincoln and don't forget it" Ryouma said.

"Don't worry, I won't."

"If there isn't a place a talk, just bring him back here" Isuzu said.

"It's your call."

*Ring Ring*

"Lieutenant Kyano speaking."

"Tanaka, it's me."

"Cyrus? What do you need."

"Me and my partners have discussed on what to do regarding that central government thing and made a decision."

"Ok, what's the plan?"

"Well that's the thing, is there a place we can meet in private?"

"How private?"

"Nobody can see us or hear us or even have a chance of eavesdropping without us knowing."

"Not at the top of my head, sorry."

"It's alright, listen, I'm going to pick you up from the station and escort you to a personal base but I need you to trust me."

"...Ok, I can do that, I'll be waiting."

*Beep*

"Sorry Riku, those new pieces of gear you want me to see is going have to wait for now."

"It's alright, I'm also trying to find ways to upgrade the police's weaponry."

*Later*

Lincoln then pulled up at the police station in his Rider form and sees Tanaka waiting for him.

"I know you're not gonna tell me yet but exactly where is this base of yours that you have to show me?"

"Can't say that, now hop on."

"Is there even room on that bike for me or do I need to get me car?"

"Yeah, I can see that now."

Lincoln then hopped off and pressed a button on his remote and the bike suddenly drove offon auto pilot back to the base.

"It will drive itself back to the base and as for us, we'll take your car but make sure we're not followed and you listen to my directions."

"I suppose I can tolerate that."

"That's all I can ask."

Lincoln and Tanaka then went to his car and drove of towards an long empty highway.

"Alright now you're gonna want to drop and follow the tunnels."

"What?"

"Trust me, you'll see."

A large section of the road straight ahead of them then opened up to reveal a ramp below and Tanaka drove through the entry and down the ramp into the tunnels and the entry closes behind them and Tanaka turned on his headlights.

"So this is?"

"This is a tunnel system leading to my base that I can use to get to anywhere in Tokyo quickly should there be a fight."

Tanaka then carefully followed the tunnels and later sees the large steel tunnel doors and when he got close, the tunnel doors opened up to give them access to the base and Tanaka then parked his car on the platform next to the bike and he was amazed by the sight of everything.

"Don't worry, I had the same look the first time I came here."

*Both of them exits vehicle*

"Great, you're here" Riku said.

"I'm sorry, who are you?"

"Riku Kasami, I'm his partner and the genius creator of most stuff in this base, now get up here."

"You know, you're starting to sound like Lisa if she cared a little more about emotions."

"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring up bad memories again."

"Na, don't worry about it."

"I'm not gonna ask for the context of that."

The two of them then approached where Riku was at the computer.

"Now that we're here."

*Removes disk and presses button*

"CANCEL"

*Deformation*

Tanaka was observing the visual details of Lincoln's true identity and noticed that he's still so young and is fighting monsters from another dimension and also has white hair.

"Let me properly introduce myself again to you, my name's Lincoln Loud and I'm Kamen Rider Cyrus."

"Nice to meet you, again."

"Now, I trust that you can keep my secret right."

"Of course, I won't tell a soul not even to the Chief."

"Alright, so this is the plan."

*One brief explanation later*

"Ok, I understand what to do now."

"Great, now I have some new gear the two you can probably use, follow me to the lab" Riku said.

The two of them followed her to the laboratory in the base and sees 4 pieces of equipment Riku made on the table.

"So the computer is where I design all these new toys but here in the laboratory is where I actually make them as a workshop when it's not being used."

"So what do you have in store this time?" Lincoln said.

"First, after that giant worm fight I decided to make a grapple gun capable to ascending and descending several stories in seconds and the rope is highly durable so don't worry about it snapping or handling your weight."

"This will definitely become useful in any upcoming battles, what's next?"

"Next are these claws meant for hand-to-hand combat."

"If I need to get close, this will do the trick."

*Looks at readers*

"I was kinda hoping for some kind of reinforced power gloves but I don't want to push it, I'll ask her another time."

*Looks back at Riku*

"I managed to create that dual wielding function you wanted for the teleportation system so for example, even though it will teleport one claw just press the button again and say "dual" and the second one will appear."

"Nice, and what's this last one."

"You gonna like these, this one is a specially designed spiked-ball mace."

"You're kidding" Tanaka said.

"Nope, figured it might come in handy one day if you need something to deal with armor and without boosters, we have to make do with gadgets and weapons like this."

"What's a booster?" Tanaka asked.

"I'll explain another time but we should head out and confront the Major"

"Oh before I forget, I finally added a hologram function to the bike so you can take it out in public but only when the hologram is on and I set the default function to disguise itself as a black Kawasaki Ninja 650."

"Oh sweet."

"I know I'm great, just give me a minute to install it."

*Meanwhile in another dimension*

General Graves was kneeling in front of the King in the throne room while Sentria was working in her workshop and lab.

"General Graves, it is a unfortunate that Vorg was also defeated."

"My apologies, but in my defense Cyrus did not give him a chance to retreat."

"I know, I saw to data and once again he proves to be a more formidable foe than expected and improves after each fight and he was rather creative with how he defeat Vorg in his giant state."

"Shall I find another Synthoid to fight?"

"No, hold off on sending Synthoids for now and just send as many Cybots as you can in the next invasion, it's gonna take a while but I plan to choose the next Synthoid myself and upgrade them to the point even Cyrus won't be able to win no matter how much he improves."

"What shall I do until then my lord?"

"I believe it's time for you to aid the other Generals in battle, hurry over there immediately!"

"Yes my lord."

General Graves then quickly left the room as Sentria was about to enter.

"You called for me my lord?"

"Sentria, I believe it's time for you to finally get your little underlings involved with our plan."

"My lord please, she is still a child and she's nowhere near ready for combating the Kamen Rider compared to the other Synthoids."

"I never said anything of making her fight Cyrus, no I have a more... delicate role for her."

"I'm not sure if she's up for the task."

"She is loyal to you and you are obedient to me so if I tell you to get her involved she will."

"...Y-Yes, my lord."

"If it will convince you, she will be ordered not to engage Cyrus unless absolutely necessary and even then she is to retreat."

"I thank you for your generosity my lord."

*Back with Lincoln and Tanaka*

Lincoln and Tanaka pulled up the Japanese central government building where the experiment occured and also where they can talk to Major Kenshi Saburo, Lincoln was dressed in a black suit and vest, black pants and shoes, white shirt, and an orange tie.

"Sorry we had to stop by my place for a bit, doesn't feel appropriate being here without dressing the part and boy was I glad I brought these from back home."

"It's alright, can't exactly confront a government official in casual clothes."

"I'm glad you're here, most likely you have a little experience with talking to higher-ups and officials."

"You're not wrong, my superiors would always lecture me about moving ahead of others without informing them and would half of the time get into trouble just to show my initiative to protect and serve."

"Man I wish I would've met you years ago back in the US, now if I was a Japanese government Major who's in deep trouble with their boss, where would I be?"

"According to his schedule, he should be finishing up a meeting and will be exiting the building any minute now" Riku said on the communication line.

"How did you get a hold of his schedule?" Tanaka asked.

"I hacked his smartphone and computer, it was not protected much."

"Isn't hacking into government property illegal in the eyes of the law?" Lincoln asked.

"They were doing illegal stuff first so I was just evening the score and I'm still upset that they're purposely undoing my brother's work for unknown reasons."

"Well when you put it like that, No estas equivocada." (Translate: "you're not wrong.")

"What?" both of them asked.

"It means, "you're not wrong", old habit of mine when you've been adopted into a Mexican-American family, not that I'm complaining."

"I'm a little temped to run a off-the-record background check on you just to find out more while keeping your identity a secret."

"That might a little difficult considering I'm originally from America and have been in Japan for only a little while but I'll make it a little bit easier on you, just look up "the Loud family, Royal Woods, Michigan" that should provide all, if not most, of the information you need about me."

"Wait, is that information all about that one incident you told me and my parents about?" Riku said.

"No, there's a lot more stories than that but that would be that main highlight of our lives."

At that moment, Major Kenshi Saburo had just exited the building to head towards his vehicle and the two of them sees him.

"We'll talk about that later, it's show time."

Tanaka then began to approach the Major with Lincoln behind him and Tanaka called out to get his attention.

"Excuse me, Major Kenshi Saburo?"

"Hmm? Who are you?"

*Shows badge*

"Lieutenant Tanaka Kyano, we need to talk in private please."

Kenshi was already in trouble his superiors so he couldn't afford to get into more trouble if he didn't corporate with local law enforcement and he was curious on what a police officer along with a young civilian would want with him.

"Sure, there's an alleyway close by, we can discuss things there."

They then proceed to the alleyway in order to not be disturbed and so nobody can hear or eavesdrop on them.

"So what can I do for you lieutenant, I'm in any trouble am I?

"Calm down, let's start with the fact that you are involved in a secret experiment with a portal to another dimension and accidentally released a black dragon-like monster some time ago and are in deep trouble with your superiors for answers" Lincoln said

Kenshi was shocked on how people knew about the incident, he was sure that it was covered up tightly and that nothing was leaked to the public.

"H-How to you know about that?"

"Not important at the moment, but what is important is that we can help each other out, we give out whatever information we have to your bosses in exchange we have a little talk with them."

"And who are you exactly?"

"The name's Lincoln Loud, and I'm willing to let you in on a little secret, I am Cyrus who's been fighting these monsters for the past few weeks since the incident of your failed experiment."

Lincoln then showed him his Cyrus disk as proof and Kenshi was silent for a moment until he pulled out his phone and speed-dialed someone.

"It's me, clear whatever I had on my schedule today, something came up last minute but it's of upmost importance... I don't care what they say just handle it, please."

He then hanged up the phone and gestured Tanaka and Lincoln to follow him back into the Japanese central government building, from there they were escorted through security and towards a room filled with more Japanese central government officials that Major Kenshi Saburo was meeting with earlier and was lucky that they were still remaining in the room; Lincoln counted 10 individuals meeting in total.

"Major Saburo, did you forget something from earlier? We're having a discussion about a different matter at the moment" a bald man with glasses and a grey suit said.

"Forgive my intrusion Mr. Juda but this cannot wait, I have someone all of you need to speak with regarding the incident we were talking about eariler."

"I see and who are the two gentlemen behind you?" a women with long black hair in a dark blue suit asked.

"Ahem, hello everyone, I'm Lincoln Loud and my friend here is lieutenant Tanaka Kyano of the police force and right now I have most of the answers you seek but before I answer any questions you might have, some of the information I have is very sensitive in respect to you guys and a close friend of mine so is there a chance anyone might overhear anything in this room?"

The serious look Lincoln had on his face and his eyes as well as the intense aura he was emitting intimidated everyone including Tanaka until the women from earlier spoke again.

"N-No, this room is completely sound-proof and everything discussed in this room shall not be mentioned by anyone."

The aura stopped and Lincoln's expression returned to normal.

"Great, now let's start from the beginning, I told you my name's Lincoln but all of you probably know me as my alter ego, Kamen Rider Cyrus."

With the exception of Tanaka and Kenshi, that one sentence was enough to convince everyone that whatever they were discussing earlier was nothing near as important as this. Lincoln then explained to them the same information Riku gave him and told to the police eariler and answered whatever question they might have.

"Well, I've told you what I know now it's your turn."

"Sorry but what do you mean?" Mr. Juda asked.

"I'm talking about exactly why did you guys decided to mess around with unknown energy and opened up a portal in the first place?"

"Allow me to answer, originally we were attempting to create a stable portal to a alternative dimension and expand our knowledge for the better of mankind" the woman said.

"Yeah I can see that, but you must know that due to that experiment, you were undoing my predecessor's work on keeping these invading monsters out of our dimension in the first place."

Suddenly a large man with a buzz cut and a brown suit in the room stood up and bowed "On behalf of everyone in the room I or we apologize for our actions and caused this much trouble."

"... I believe them, I really didn't know the consequences of undoing my brother's work nor did they know that they were tempering with it in the first place, I forgive their foolishness, I don't think there's anything else for you to say over there." Riku said on the communicator.

"Alright you're forgiven but I don't want the government involved getting involved with anything from other dimensions without keeping me in the loop and with permission from me and my allies and should I need so I want international government assistant like if I need a favor a some help with something only you can provide."

All of them were surprised with Lincoln's request.

"You're playing with fire Lincoln-kun" Tanaka thought.

"Alright, you've got yourself a deal" the woman said

"Thank you Miss?"

"Ako, Ako Hansuki" she said.

"Ok, I think it's time time for us to leave, until next time I guess."

Lincoln and Tanaka were about to leave until Mr. Juda stopped them.

"Wait, exactly how will we be able to get in touch with you?"

"Normally I would have a communicator but I don't have another to hand out at the moment, I'll come back another time soon to hand it over here."

*Later*

Tanaka and Lincoln had just parked in the lot of the police station.

*sigh* "I did not think that would work" Lincoln said.

"Eh? You looked very confident in that meeting."

"Yeah but on the inside, I was panicking not to mess up and make things worse and now I accidentally formed an alliance with the police and the government and more people know my identity."

"At least you scared them enough so that they will behave themselves and keep it a secret."

"I suppose so, by the way, who do you think are the most trustworthy in that meeting?"

"Personally, I would say Major Kenshi Saburo and that woman Ako Hansuki considering they're the most reasonable people back there, however it's still undetermined but why?"

"I'm thinking that I should maybe give the communication device to them and as well as the same role I have with you and the police."

"In other words, should you need something from the government they are the ones to call."

"I guess that's one way of putting it but I really don't want it to be a bad thing, anyways I'm heading back to the base and calling it a day."

"See ya."

Lincoln then exited Tanaka's car and proceeded to get on his bike while it was still disguised and drove off back towards the base.

*Meanwhile, deep underneath the Japanese Central Government building*

The scene changes to show Kenshi and Ako had just got off an elevator leading to the same laboratory that cause everything in the first place but it had been cleaned a few days ago but it appears that the destroyed portal remaining in place along with damage equipment, bullet shells and blood stains on the floor.

"I still can't believe we did all of this and now we're paying for it" Kenshi said.

"Nothing we can do now, but what we can do is be better and personally I have high hopes for this Lincoln Loud guy."

"Have we learned anything about him?"

"I asked everyone not to dig into him because it could lead to conflict on the first day and the fact that he was willing to reveal his identity to us shows that he's willing to place his trust in us despite given circumstances."

"I suppose you're right but anyways, what are we doing here again?"

"I believe our new ally can shed some light on a similar yet different inner dimensional mystery that may benefit everybody."

Ako then approached the wall behind the destroyed portal and placed her hand on it to reveal a hand scanner to open a secret door inside the secret underground laboratory.

"That was there this whole time?"

"It was above your authorization privilege and whatever people were testing in here was before you were even first-lieutenant."

Ako turned on the lights and power in the secret room and it reveals various machinery and half of them is connected to a single large container made out of thick steel.

"What is this thing?"

"Lets just say that at first glance, appearance-wise, it's obvious but that's just the surface and anything beyond that is unknown."

Ako then pressed a button on the steel container to open up a layer of bullet-proof glass as a window to reveal small red and black jet hooked up with wires.
