Coiny's POV: "I-" The bell rings right when I was about repeat myself. Pin and I don't get up yet though. "Pin, I-" She kisses my cheek and then starts quickly gathering her things. "O-okay, uh, see you during class!" She runs away with an adorable red face. "WAIT-! P-pin... *flustered rat noises*" I know darn well🤠 she isn't going straight to class. I just realize I haven't got up yet. I'm still trying to process what happened. Why is she so frickin adorable???? I look around and noticed I'm the only one still in the cafeteria.💀💀💀 I get up and head to class excited to see my favorite girl in the entire world.

Pin's POV: I run to the girls bathroom and lock myself in an empty stall. My back is against the door while my hand is my my chest breathing rapidly. I can't believe I just did that. This absolutely, 100% has to be a dream. I pinch myself lightly. Okay, not a dream.... FRICK IT'S NOT A DREAM! Huh?!!? I'm probably about to be late to class. I get out of the stall and look at the clock on the wall. I have 2 minutes to get to class. I feel so tired from running. I was gonna wait another minute but I don't want to have to rush down the hallway. I pick up my things and get out of the bathroom.

I make it to class just in time. My seat is next to Coiny's of course. I feel my blush coming back just by looking at him. Surprisingly not many people were here yet. That's pretty common though especially after lunch period but I thought I'd be one of the last ones to come. I notice my hands are shaking as I sit down. He shyly waves at me. I give him a small smile while struggling to look at him without going crazy. I look at my desk not caring about whatever the teacher is saying. Suddenly, Coiny puts a crumbled note on my desk. I quietly open it. 'um hi!' the note says. I pull out my pencil and write 'sry abt that' and pass it back to him. I fold the paper neatly and gently shove it in my purse. I pick up my other things and wait for Coiny. He walks up to me and holds my hand as we walk in the hallway. "Can I keep holding your hand?" He whispers. "You always hold my hand..." I reply confused. "Yeah, but I feel like I need to ask after what happened." He says. "Oh, yeah, you can hold my hand whenever."

After two more classes I get my things to go home at my locker. I wait for Coiny before going of course even though we sit together on the bus and will see each other anyway. I love to see him whenever I can. After a few minutes he arrives. I wait for him to put his stuff in my locker. He hugs me when he's done. It was too quick for me to hug him back but I make up for it by ruffling his hair. He hates when people do that. I'm pretty sure I'm good though. He chuckles and tries to fix his hair with his freehand. He gave up after 3 seconds. After 5 minutes we stop holding hands and get in the bus. It was Coiny's turn to have the window seat (yes, we take turns😭). We sit in seat 10 which is in the back. Once we get in our seat I grab his hand again. "Someone's being a bit clingy~" Coiny says which makes me go completely red in the face. "Shush..." I let go of his hand and cross my arms. "Hey! *angry rat noises* Why'd you let go...?" Coiny asks with a fake sad voice and weird noise??? "I'm not holding your hand anymore for that." I reply teasingly. "Aw, shucks..." He says. I giggle at his response and stare at him for a while. He looks back at me with a cute smirk. "Heh, you're adorable..." I say. At this point I'm just saying whatever comes to mind. Coiny smiles and hugs my from the side keeping his head on my shoulder. "Are you gonna stay like that the whole time?" I ask jokingly annoyed. "Can I?" He looks up at me wait for a response. "Ye- sure," I say tripping over my words. "Just let me know if I make you uncomfortable or anything." He adds while choosing to hug my arm instead of my waist. I reply with an 'mhm' and put my arm around him. My hand rest on his shoulder. My crush likes me.... Oh wow.... Uh, I feel so many things right now. Don't get me wrong I love Coiny and would love to date him but I don't know if I'd be a good girlfriend. Or what if everything changes or something. What if being around him doesn't feel the same and I lose feelings for him or something. Uh- what am I thinking??? Coiny and I are inseparable! Like he said, we've been friends since the beginning. I don't think anything could come between us.... Right?

Coiny's POV: *Excited rat noises* I'm probably a blushing mess right now. Gosh, 🤓 I still can't believe this is real. My life long crush actually likes me.... I look up again just to admire her. She notices me starring. "... Yes?" She says confused. "Nothing, just admiring the world." I say smugly with googly eyes. Her face flushes before looking away in embarrassment. She's obviously frickin looking at the ground. "I'm starting to think you like the ground more than me..." She rolls her eyes at my joke. "Very funny." She says sarcasticly. I chuckle silently and hug her arm tighter. "Pin?" I don't even know what I want to say. "Hm?" The eye contact she makes with me is intimidating especially since I haven't thought of something to say. "U-um, I... I love you... Really though, Pin, y-you're my world~." I say pathetically. I sound so cheesy right now. Her eyes widen a bit. Surprisingly, she continues making eye contact with me. She looks as if she's trying to find something to say. I let go of her arm and sit up with. "Coin-nee, I-I love you t-too..." My heart feel like it'll beat out of my chest. "Sorry, that was really corny!" I admit while looking to the side. She giggles and cups my face in her hands. "..." I stared into her sparkly, silver eyes in silence. I place my hands on her shoulders and smile lovingly at the hesitant redhead. "Are we just gonna look at each or what?" I ask in a flirtatious tone. Am I doing this too quickly...? She likes me, right? I grab her hands and gently push them away. I didn't want her to think I was mad so I didn't let go of them. "Pin, uh, like how much d-do you like me? Sorry if that sounds like a weird question it's just-" "I like you a lot, Coin-nee. I-I'm just not sure if I want us to be official yet..." "Fair but why exactly are you not sure? I-I just wanna know! I'm not trying to convince you to rush this or anything..." I squeeze her hands slightly. "I... I don't know... I guess I'm just a-fraid of what could happ-pen." Pin replies doing that thing with her words. "Understandable... U-um c-can I still...." I put my hands back on her shoulders and pull her closer to me. I kiss her forehead lightly for about four seconds with my arms wrapped around her upper back. Too distracted to count the exact number of seconds right now. After the kiss I look at her while waiting for an answer. My arms loosely wrapped around her back still with butterflies in my stomach.

Pin's POV: I'm completely silent. Too flustered to speak even a single word. Coiny stares at me with a goofy smile waiting for my response. I nod with a flushed face and crooked smile.

*TIME SKIP FINALLY OMG-*

I'm walking to Coiny's house while thinking about how this is gonna go. I make it to his door step and stare at the door. Knocking on a door has never been so hard before. I hesitantly lift my arm an- "Heeey, sweetheart!" Coiny's mom, Ms Bank, greets me. "Are you here for Coiny?" She asks. I reply with a 'yup' and she lets me inside. She asks me if I want a drink and I politely say no thank you. "Coiny is in his room then, dear." She says with a smile. I nod and head upstairs.
