Y/N slowly began to open her eyes, thinking it was morning she started to sit up. A yawn escapes her lips, placing a hand on her mouth she slowly began opening her eyes and was then immediately taken aback at her surroundings.

"WHAT THE-!"

The place she wasn't even a room, it looked to be, but she wasn't sure what to call it as it sure wasn't the room she was sleeping in. The area was a wide and blank room, she was alone and the place was empty, Taylor and Ashlyn were nowhere in sight. Realizing she was on the ground she started to stand.

"Where the- Where am I?" Questions begin to fill the girl's mind. Looking down she saw that she was standing in what looked to be water, she stared at herself in the reflective water. 'What is this place.' She looked around in hopes of finding something.

It didn't help that Y/N felt so lost, confused, and abit afraid of the current situation she was in. The room seemed to stretch on and on like an endless void.

"HELLO! HELLO! Is anyone hear!" Nothing, no response was returned to her except hearing her echo. "Am I dreaming?" Lifting her hand, she slapped herself multiple times until was she then greeted with pain.

"Ouch. Guess not, ow. I need to hold myself back from hitting myself so hard..." Noting that this wasn't a dream she began rubbing her swollen cheeks gently. "Well if this isn't a dream then was I perhaps kidnapped in my sleep?" The thought sent a chill throughout her body.

Suddenly, a voice was heard, but she couldn't quite catch what it was. Even though there was no one around her, which made her more alert.

"Hello! Who's there?"

"Do not be afraid, I only want to help you."

"Huh-What! Who said that? Where am I? Who are you, and Why did you kidnap me!"

"I see you have questions."

"Huh!" It was then she heard the voice, but more clearly startling her as it echoed throughout the room. Their voice was distorted, which made it hard to identify the person. 'Where's it coming from, is there a hidden mic somewhere? Ugh! WHERE IS THE DOOR!'

"There is no mic or anything. And I can assure you that you're not kidnapped. I just took access of your mind to talk to you."

"H-how did you know what I was thinking! Access- what? My mind? What?!"

"Yes, now I know it's going to be hard to believe but yes, I'm in your mind."

"I must be dreaming right now, there's just no way, there's no way. I'm in my head hearing a voice talking to me right now."

"You said it yourself, this isn't a dream."

"Haha, I must be going crazy right now, this has to be a dream, I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming." Y/N wasn't sure what was happening, but she felt like she was going mad.

"You are not crazy, and this is real, but in some, you could say it's a dream. Though I can assume you have lots of questions."

"I- I... Who are you, and what is this place."

"This is your mindscape, where all your dreams take place. And as for who I am, I can't tell you that, but you can call me your savior for the time being."

"But didn't you say this wasn't a dream, is this a dream or not, this is getting confusing, and my savior?"

"Yes, but I don't have much time to explain that since you'll probably be waking up anytime soon and this will probably be my last chance to tell you this. Now if you would please, I know it's hard to believe you are hearing a voice in your head, but I'm trying to help you. Now, would you hear me out and listen to what I have to say?"

Y/N stood there in silence, feeling reluctant she agreed to hear them out. Even though she finds it hard to believe that there is a voice in her head, she decides to hear them out.

"The reason for me being in your mind is to warn you, that you and your group will be in great danger."

"Wait, great danger? What do you mean by that, can you not connect to anyone's else mind besides mine? Even so, I don't get how you couldn't just connect someone's mind and tell them this."

"I never said I couldn't connect to anyone, and yes, I could tell one of your group, but I chose not to."

"But why me?"

Y/N wasn't sure what to expect, but she didn't get any answer. This made her wonder who they were.

"Now may not be the right time for that. For as when you wake up it will already be starting. I can't do much but warn you of what's to come."

"Why aren't you just telling me what danger is there, you're here to help me. You wanted to warn, might as well tell me what I'm in danger from. I still don't get why are you even trying to warn me. Who even are you?"

Y/N had questions, questions she wanted to know but knew she wouldn't get what she wanted. The voice once again fell silent. Y/N didn't know why they wouldn't answer, it felt like they were hiding something from her.

"I wish I could say more about it but our time is almost up, but we will meet again. I guarantee you, and when that time comes I will tell you. But don't worry, I will try my best to help and guide you throughout the way of your journey. See you soon, Y/N."

Y/N was shocked at the fact the strange unknown entity called her by her name, it stunned her to her core, "How do you know my-" but before she could confront them everything went dark.

Y/N slowly began to open her eyes. As she opened her eyes she saw that she was back in the bedroom with Ashlyn and Taylor. However, the atmosphere was different with it screaming impending danger. As Y/N tried to process the strange dream she had Ashlyn let out a scream as she scrambled off the bed and on the floor in fright. Y/N quickly sat up, concerned that something was wrong.

"Ashlyn... You okay?" Y/N looked over the bed and saw her sitting in silence.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I think."

"Ashlyn? You okay? Why are you on the floor?" Taylor asked tiredly as she peered over the bed.

"Ah yeah, like I said I'm fine. Just a nightmare."

Y/N then saw something bleeding on her arm and grew worried. "Are you sure you're fine?"

"What do you mean?"

Taylor slowly began adjusting her eyes upon noticing something on Ashlyn's hand, and she did, upon a closer look, she spotted her arm injured.

"What happened to your hand?!" Taylor exclaimed, worry evident in her voice upon noticing a large scratch on her arm.

Y/N and Taylor got off the bed, crouching down Taylor asked with worry and panic seeing a huge scratch on her arm suddenly appearing out of nowhere, while Taylor was worrying about Ashlyn's injured arm Y/N couldn't help but notice something about it.

'Weird, why does that look oddly familiar to the one back at the Sorrel House?' Y/N thought. However, upon inspection she was shocked.

"A-Ah we should get some um bandages- or the teacher? Do you need help?" Taylor was panicking at the sight of her arm but also was worried about Ashlyn's well-being.

"No, it's okay." Ashlyn started slowly getting up to the floor. "I can get up, but I might need some band-" However, as she removed the blanket from her lap the three girls couldn't help but freeze seeing that there was that strange tall being they saw at the Sorrel House holding Ashlyn's foot.

They all stared for a few seconds before letting out a simultaneous scream. In order to get away from its grip Ashlyn kicked the blanket away along with the strange creature clinging to her foot as she gave a straight kick to its face. This managed to temporarily knock it out of unconscious, as it had collided with the end of the bed. The three girls got up from the ground and away from the weird creature.

"I-Isn't that thing from the Sorrel Weed place?" Taylor asked with a shaky voice.

"Yeah, I-I think so." Y/N knew it was but was just in too much shock to say she did.

"Whatever it is, we need to leave before it gets up." Ashlyn said, turning her head she saw the look of fear on Taylor's face, paralyzed with fear she couldn't seem to stop trembling.

"Come on, snap out of it. We gotta get out of here." Ashlyn grabbed Taylor's wrist and started sprinting out of the room.

"What- What about the other girls?" Taylor asked still panicked.

"I'm not sure, they should have heard us scream-"

"-Why haven't they come out yet??"

'Dear God... What have I gotten myself into.' Y/N thought, looking back wasn't something she wanted to focus on. Though even if she did she wouldn't want to face this impending danger alone.
