"Oh no, oh god damn it..." Alexis groaned to herself, holding the piece of clothing up to get a good look at it.
"What's wrong?" Aurelia paused, changing course from passing Alexis' room to now leaning on the doorframe and looking at her.
"Ack!" Alexis gasped, turning around and hiding the piece of clothing behind her back. "H-hey..."
"Suspicious." Aurelia narrowed her eyes.
"I don't think I'm cut out for the whole secret identity villain thing..." Alexis lightly chuckled. "...remember that white suit that one time I went by 'Phantom'...?"
"Yep." Aurelia replied.
"Well..." Alexis sighed. "...it got stained with blood, and I was trying to get the stains out, and..."
"And?" Aurelia raised an eyebrow.
"This somehow happened..." Alexis brought out the piece of clothing from behind her back, unfolding it and revealing it.
It was a suit, pure pink in color.
"Pft-!" Aurelia clutched a hand to her mouth, lightly shaking as she tried to hold it in.
"Don't laugh!" Alexis groaned.
"How the hell, dearie?" Aurelia laughed.

"You activated my trap card!" Eleanor grinned, slamming a blue reverse on the table.
"Wrong game." Hikari sighed, placing down a blue five.
"Checkmate." Alexis grinned, placing down a red five.
"You're not even at one card." Hikari deadpanned.
Sophie silently placed down a red seven.
"Uno!" Eleanor cackled as she slammed down a red two.
"Now would be a great time for a plus two chain..." Hikari muttered, placing down a red plus two.
"Damn it, Hikari!" Alexis groaned, picking up two cards.
Sophie then proceeded to silently place down a plus four, causing the three of them to turn towards her.
"Yellow." Sophie stated.
"Fuck!" Eleanor cursed, picking up four cards.
Hikari placed down a yellow four, followed by Alexis with a yellow nine and then Sophie with a yellow three.
Eleanor grabbed one of her cards, only to be caught short as Sophie spoke, "I win."
The three turned towards her as she held her hands up, revealing she was holding no cards.
"...did none of us notice that she was only at one card?" Hikari's eye twitched.
"Wipe that smug grin off your face!" Eleanor pointed at her with a glare.
"She's not even smiling..." Alexis sweatdropped. "...her face is expressionless as always."
"I know, but I can feel that smug aura..." Eleanor growled.
"I never imagined I'd have four people of questionable morals playing uno at my house." Siren sighed happily. "And yet, I couldn't be more joyous."

Aurelia solely sat on the couch, remote by her side as watched the television.
"Watching a cartoon?" Eleanor wondered, leaning on the couch from behind.
"Yep." Aurelia replied. "Ever seen Scooby-Doo?"
"Heard of it, never watched it." Eleanor replied. "Never got to watch stuff as a kid. And after I escaped that whole shitstain of a situation I really only watched anime."
"I'm currently rewatching the original season. Wanna join me?" Aurelia shrugged.
Eleanor stared at her with an unreadable face for a moment, before sighing. "...I'll grab us some popcorn."
"That's the spirit, dearie." Aurelia smiled, pausing the television until Eleanor returned.

"Should we be worried...?" Alexis whispered to Hikari.
"I don't know." Hikari crossed her arms. "I've never seen this before."
"I got to say, this is odd." Aurelia nodded. "I don't think she's ever been this still before."
"The bucket of bolts isn't even charging!" Eleanor exclaimed.
"Maybe she forgot and powered off?" Hikari wondered.
Sophie was currently sitting on a chair, eyes closed, posture straight, and completely unmoving. It was an odd sight for sure. Even odder that it's been over an hour since she's been like this.
"Sophie dearie, you alright?" Aurelia wondered, lightly tapping on Sophie's head.
One of Sophie's eyes instantly opened, causing the four to lightly jump back.
"Is something the matter?" Sophie tilted her head.
"What are you doing?" Hikari asked.
"I have currently discovered the form of media known as movies." Sophie stated.
"Oh." The rest of them voiced.

"Let me get this straight..." Davon squinted. "...you started living with that boss I introduced you to with your robotic companion. Then you caught the interest of THE Bloodwraith. Then Alexis Cromwell came after your past self."
"And all four of those dangerous women want a piece of you." Davon pointed at the man sitting across from him.
"Yep." Jason shrugged.
"Yeah, so..." He sighed to himself, rubbing his forehead. "You're fucked."
"You have no advice." Jason deadpanned.
"I have heard a lot of things but I've never heard this situation." Davon countered. "So, uh...best of luck, kid."
"You suck." Jason crossed his arms.
"Not my fault you're the unluckiest, or luckiest depending on your outlook, motherfucker on this planet." Davon retorted.

Hikari laid on her bed, typing continuously on her phone. She hummed to herself as she worked, taking minor breaks every few minutes to think.
She paused, letting her mind catch up and move forwards, before inspiration struck. And then she continued typing the finishing details.
"All I got to do now is edit, then I can publish it tomorrow." Hikari nodded to herself. "Another chapter of 'The Fire Behind The Mask', complete!"
Hikari laid down her phone, feeling satisfied with herself. And then she suddenly flung her hands to her face, rolling around her bed in embarrassment.
"I still can't believe I'm doing this..." She muttered. "...but at least people are enjoying it. The Foxfire and Ski Mask ship is growing!"
Hikari's proudness overtook her embarrassment for a few seconds, before she went back to embarrassed.
"No one must ever find out about this..." She darkly muttered.

"I feel so out of place here..." Eleanor sweatdropped.
She currently wore a fancy, black dress which revealed one of her legs, instead of her usual gothic clothing. But with the spiked choker around her neck and the black gloves that went up to her elbows, she still kept that unique touch of style.
Alexis, for once, wasn't wearing a fedora nor a suit. She had opted for a dark blue dress which went to her knees.
"You look great, Eleanor." Alexis replied. "You'll fit right in."
"I'd actually rather stand out." Eleanor grumbled. "So, what is this place?"
She looked around. It seemed like one of those fancy mafia restaurant places, just as she would expect. Well, except for the big arena in the middle of the restaurant.
They sat on the second floor and next to the railing, allowing them a great view of the arena that was neither too close nor too far away.
"Welcome to 'The Four of Spades'." Alexis grinned. "One of my favorite places. I said I'd treat you to dinner with a place you'd enjoy."
"We'll see about that." Eleanor rolled her eyes. She looked back down at the arena as two people entered the area, getting ready to fight.
An unsettling grin grew on her face.
Maybe this wouldn't be as bad as she thought~!

"That one guy posted another damn theory video..." Sarah scrolled through her phone. "...oh, this one's just about Balance."
Sarah continued to scroll through her phone, only for no interesting videos to come up. She sighed, deciding to switch avenues.
She needed something, this was one of her rare relaxation times. No college work to be done, and not on patrol as a superhero either.
"What is this...?" Sarah questioned. "...'The Fire Behind The Mask'? Is this like that 'Hearts of Fire'-"
She dropped her phone in shock, eyes widened as she fully absorbed what she just read.
"FOXFIRE AND SKI MASK?!" She screeched.
"...this is because of that damn time he called Foxfire on television, isn't it?!" Sarah yelled at her phone.
Still-!
Who would write such a thing?!
From across the city, Hikari sneezed.

Alexis intently stared at the screen, eyes narrowed as she mashed the buttons on the PlayStation controller.
On the screen was a sleek, black sports car with blue stripes down the middle. It swerved around the corner, avoiding a cop car as it sped up, blazing down the street.
Alexis viciously grinned to herself, passing the car she needed to beat only halfway through the course.
"Let's go!" She laughed. "Oh, I just can't wait until I get Jason to race with me!"
In another room, Jason suddenly felt a cold bead of sweat run down the back of his neck.

Jason admired himself in the mirror, turning all around to look at his new outfit. He struck multiple poses, making sure to get in all of the different angles.
"Hell yeah, I rock this!" He grinned as he shot himself finger guns.
The instant he saw this in the house, he knew he had to try it on.
He was wearing a completely pink suit, along with a pink tie and pink pants. And to top off the impeccably fashioned outfit, he wore a pink fedora.
"I wonder where Alexis got this." Jason spoke to himself. "Whatever thrift store this is from, she needs to show me."
Jason spun around quickly, before suddenly gasping. Something was missing! But what? He looked completely fine in the mirror.
A metaphorical lightbulb appeared over his head. That's it!
He looked down at his feet, realizing his lack of pink shoes to tie the look together. Once he had obtained that, he would be unstoppable!
The bathroom door suddenly opened.
"What the-" Alexis gaped as she stared at him.
"Don't blame me, it was free loot." Jason proudly stated.
