Okay so this is essentially a restart from my old account. The Terran Union is like the Imperium of Man from Warhammer 40k, except it's over a billion and a half years old. Expect a crossover of Halo, Assassin's Creed, Titanfall, Ghost Recon, Star Trek, Mobile Suit Gundam, Call of Duty, Stellaris, etc. This is one of my most massively OP hero factions with the only ones rivaling them are their main antagonists 'The Evils'.

Also, I had to change the name as I didn't want to be seen copying Osean_Federation's work. His version of the Unified Terran Federation. Originally mine was called the United Terran Federation but instead I'll just called the Terran Union. Based on the Greater Terran Union from Stellaris Invicta. Though most are the same, I did make some changes you'll see in this bio.

Before anyone asks or gets any ideas, YES this is pretty much a 100% fascist government. However, they're NOT fascist like Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, Fascist White Supremacy, etc. They're fascist in a more militaristic sense like a Stratocracy or a Military Junta. Thus, embracing the ways of ultranationalism, militarism, and absolute commitment to the nation. However, in present day, they still uphold the values and ideals of equal rights, freedom, self-determination, and the preservation of life itself.

History: The Terran Union is described as an authoritarian and militaristic regime. Highly and heavily militarized, it's a stratocracy whose government is ruled by the military. Though in some cases the TU would be considered by many as a fascist government, it isn't like a mirror image to Nazi German Fascism, Italian Fascism, White Supremacist Fascism, or other forms of fascist movements that support racism, prejudice, discrimination, etc. The TU is fascist in a more militaristic sense, but it does indeed uphold the core principles of equal rights, freedom, self-determination, and the preservation of life itself. However, humanity never truly started out like this in the beginning.

Like most species in the galaxy, humanity was young as they inhabited their home planet Earth. They went though many struggles and wars that could've brought them either to extinction or set them on a dark path. However, throughout it all, they prevailed and survived as a species. When humanity entered into its first steps into the stars, war soon followed such as the Secession Wars and the Solar Wars, both being humanity's first interstellar conflicts in space. Originally known as the United Nations Space Alliance (UNSA), after achieving FTL travel, humanity finally achieved its dream of spreading across the stars and finally began colonizing distant worlds for habitation. Unfortunately, that peace was never meant to last. In the aftermath of major wars like the Insurrection Wars and the Terran-Martian War, the human race would forgo their more liberal and democratic ideals. Due to fear and paranoia, especially with the discovering of ancient alien ruins and ships, humanity had begun to transition into a more militaristic and authoritarian society, one now ruled and governed by its military.

This transition of power would soon lead to the birth of the Terran Union.

Despite the TU's extreme and tyrannical policies, humanity became more compliant with the new regime after a hostile first contact with actual alien civilizations. Although attempting for a more peaceful contact at first, the aliens made their intentions clear that they wished to exterminate the entirety of the human race due to seeing them as a massive threat to the galaxy as a whole. This soon led to the start of the 1st Terran-Xeno War. It was a hard-fought war, leading to the deaths of millions on both sides, but in the end, the TU achieved several strategic victories, including the destruction of multiple alien home systems that finally ended the war in a Terran victory. Due to these events, humanity became extremely hostile and xenophobic towards non-human civilizations. Despite attempts to isolate themselves from the rest of the galaxy and rebuild their civilization, the 2nd Terran-Xeno War began when several rogue alien factions began to invade TU territory, breaking the peace and sparking another war. Thanks to the reverse engineering of new alien technologies and experience in fighting against other alien civilizations, the TU began a brutal campaign of death and carnage across the galaxy, decimating entire alien species to near extinction and destroying several planetary colonies or star systems in the process. When the war was over, the galaxy was battered and bruised beyond recovery as the TU would soon emerge as one of the sole dominant powers in the galaxy, finally ending the war. Once again going back into isolation, the TU was locked in a cold war with the remaining alien civilizations but not for long.

Due to certain events and the emergence of new enemies, the TU is forced to join forces with their former alien enemies in order to survive against even greater threats. Though still hostile against each other at first, slowly but surely, hostilities began to fade away. Humanity, once heavily and violently hostile against aliens, began to see that some alien races can be trustworthy allies. Time would pass and as humanity evolved further, their relationship with the other alien civilization had begun to transition into a more peaceful solution. It's due to this that humanity and their new alien allies had begun the process of rebuilding the galaxy and rebuilding civilization anew.

However, humanity would face its ultimate test when they're forced to fight against a horrific and demonic enemy called 'The Evils'. Called the 'War Against the Darkness', humanity and their alien allies were now forced into a war of biblical proportions, one of good vs evil. During the war, this is when humanity uncovers its true origins and how their ancient human ancestors were a highly advanced, technological species. Learning about the Isu, Precursors, and the true origins of humanity, the Sentinel Nathan Walker met the Maker, the leader of the Precursors. After being given the tools and powers to effectively fight against the Evils and turn the tide, humanity would be victorious after the death of Lucifer and his Generals, leading the Evils to be banished back into the void and finally ending the war.

Thanks to the use of the Meta-Nanite, star systems that were once destroyed were restored and it helped make rebuilding much easier. Their victory against the Evils and Lucifer's death would be humanity's first true steps to godhood. Centuries to over a few millennia would pass as the Terran Union would continue to advance and evolve. Their expansion and evolution would allow humanity to rise up on the Kardashev Scale, allowing them grow in power through each new achievement of becoming a new technological type. But the process wasn't easy. Though humanity had won against the Evils, there were still more battles and wars to be fought as the Terran Union continued its expansion to other galaxies and even to different dimensions or universes.

Regardless of the dangers and challenges they faced, the Terran Union was able to prevail and survive, eventually reaching their journey's end of human evolution. Now in present day, humanity stands as a Type 20 Civilization on the Kardashev Scale, being that they are now the very definition of Gods themselves and have finally completed their evolutionary journey as the ultimate species. Still upholding the ideals of the Mantle of Guardianship, the Terran Union continues its role as being the guardian and protector of all life while at the same time being aided by their extraterrestrial and ultraterrestrial allies. Above all, they make sure that should the Evils ever return, the Union is ready to confront them and win.

TUF Army: They are the grunts of the army who are based on planets and colonies. A rapid reaction force that are sent to the frontlines. The TUF's land infantry to operate anywhere in other galaxies. They operate as a stationary force to strategic points or cities. Their training and skills are similar to that of a Pilot in the Force Recon branch.

TUF Navy: The primary force meant to engage in both the sea and space-based warfare. It is considered the primary naval warfare branch in the entire Terran Union military. This branch's primary role is engagements in space or at sea.

TUF Starfighter Corps: Primary branch that is responsible for air or space-based warfare. It also facilitates rapid global mobility and strategic bombing.

Motto: "To Dominate the Skies and the Stars!"

TUF Galactic Marine Corps: The space naval infantry to operate anywhere in other galaxies from ships to planets and moons. The Galactic Marine Corps operate from ship or base security to infantry and can be deployed from ships to moons aboard TU Drop Ships. They are a rapid response, siege unit who were meant to maximum versatility. They were trained to fight in all terrain, be it on land, space, sea, or air. They are also trained to fight in inhospitable conditions. They are to be the first in line for combat and defense. As well as being sent as an expeditionary force. They are considered a middle ground as their training and skills are superior to the Army and Pilots used in Force Recon. However, their training and skills are not as good as the SRS, S.C.A.R., and the Sentinels.

TUF Coast Guard: A division within the Union responsible for maintaining security within TU territory. They are responsible for guarding spaceports or orbital elevators.

TUF Enforcer Corps: The security and police of Earth and her colonies. It is a division of the TU that is responsible for maintaining law and order within TU territory. They are responsible for guarding planets and act as a first line of defense should a TU world be under attack. This was created after events caused by the police have caused the civilian populace, and soon the government, see the police as corrupt and untrustworthy. As a result, the Enforcers were created to maintain law and order within the colonies. The only difference is that they are oversight by the TU and SIN to prevent any corruption like the police. Only the top 20 cadets, after the top 10 cadets for the Sentinels, have the right to join the Enforcers after military training.

TUF Pioneer Corps: Pioneers are heavy anti-vehicle infantry and tech experts. They are armed with close-range automatic weapons and anti-tank missile systems, making them able to wreak havoc on tanks, IFVs, and other armored vehicles. Pioneers can quickly and effectively deploy an array of advanced weaponry and other devices that may give their battalion a valuable edge in battle. Pioneers in the Federation are highly educated, extremely intelligent, and very well equipped. They are unerringly precise troops and are also more mobile.

TUF Mecha Corps: The main military branch that deals with mech based warfare. Created during the Insurrection Wars, mechs were created as a new type of unit in warfare. Although controversial at first and though the military questioned its use on the battlefield, their assumptions were quickly disproven thanks to the emergence of new technologies that made mechs an essential part in military warfare. Hence why in present day, mobile suits in present day have ascended as one of the kings of the battlefield.

TUF Force Recon: They are made up of civilians who have military training from the military and act as support units to defend, hold down planets, and act as an additional force to support the TUF Coast Guard, TUF Army and the TUF Galactic Marines planetside against enemy forces. They are well effective at slowing down enemy forces on several planets along with using asymmetric warfare that can continue to fight against any force that takes the planet they are on.

TUF Sentinels Corps: Elite super soldiers meant to take on missions that are considered worse than suicide missions. They take on rigorous training that normal that no soldier, not even SCAR, would want to take part of. They are the best of the best and are seen as the swords and shields of humanity. They are essentially the warriors of the human race, a group of special individuals meant to fight the battles that the TUF never could. Only the top ten cadets from military training are required to join the Sentinels, which is mandatory. The latest versions are the Sentinel Vs.

SIN (Special Intelligence Network): The intelligence service branch of the Terran Union. They are tasked with the collection and analysis of military intelligence. They were responsible for providing TUF commanders with up-to-date intelligence through mission briefings and information on enemy positions. They are also to help the TUF fund new projects to help develop the latest up to date technology. The TUF keeps a tight leash in SIN to ensure they do not go rogue.

Bio: A seasoned military veteran and former General in the Union military, Connor Lonergan is the current High Marshal and leader of the Terran Union with this being his 2nd term into office. He was a military veteran who's over a billion years old. He's seen some of the deadliest and most disastrous war and conflicts in human history from the Insurrection Wars all the way up to the Cthulhu/Lovecraftian Wars. Though old and weary, he is still resolute in doing his duty for the Union and their allies. Though a Military General at heart, Connor is the kind of man who is willing to seek a more peaceful solution to ending needless conflicts or wars in order to prevent any unnecessary bloodshed. Citizens travelling the endless expanse of the void get gently pushed back into the omniad. What pushes them back? Why are they bound to an unlimited existence yet a limited number of realms? Type XX: K20 or Creator

Description: The ultimate and final stage of civilization. The human race as evolved to the point where they have become the true Gods. The have completed their evolution and have become the true Precursors. They are the Beyonders.

Atlas Corporation: It is a PMC or a Private Military Corporation that was founded and led by Jonathan Irons. It was well responsible for creating and developing most of the Union's military. An example are the military exo-suits and armored vehicles. Under contract by the TU government, Atlas has their own private army.



Hammond Robotics: A major galactic corporation that was founded and created by Doctor Hammond. This corporation was well responsible for creating mechanized combat robots. They were well known for creating the Mobile Weapons utilized by the Union. Their main base of operations is located on the planet Harmony within the Frontier.



Skell Technology: Also known as Skell Tech, is founded by tech genius Jace Skell who is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Skell Tech. The blue-chip company rapidly grew into a titanic global corporation. Their main base of operations is a planet called Auroa, a self-sustaining planet paradise. Skell Tech makes many tip of the spear hardware and software not just for civilians, but also for military personnel. It was also well known for developing the optical camouflage tech for Ghost Recon. Skell Tech had a hand in developing the technology and equipment for the Special Forces in the Union.



========== (Biology) ==========

Humanity had ascended to higher levels of biological evolutions with the help of genetic engineering and natural evolution. With constant improvement in medical science, scientists were able to alter human genes to improve the physical appearance and abilities and their population explosion. This was in large part due to the introduction of the 24th chromosome and the Meta-Nanite, which unlocked the ability to warp reality through nanites. The ones that have regained the extra chromosome have gained advance reflexes, increased strength, endurance, stamina. It was also founded that the cells of those volunteers split themselves over 500 times faster allowing for extremely fast regeneration; meaning that they heal instantly and can survive blows or attack that can be proven lethal to a normal human being. The results show that the extra chromosome gave the people superhuman abilities. The most notable is the person having abnormal and kinetic abilities thanks to the unlocking of the Conduit Gene (Infamous). Combat personnel possessed very high strength, stamina and agility with their extremely tough training regimen.

Due to the advanced biology, civilians and soldiers alike have augmentations that are similar to the latest generation of Sentinels. Humans are now larger and stronger than ever before. For males and females, humans now stand around 10ft - 12ft tall. Cloning of organs for replacement has become a common thing though full human cloning was outright banished by the Terran Union.

All the surgeries are now being performed by AI controlled bots with human medical assistance. Sterile field generators are used to prevent growth or intrusion of harmful bacteria within the surgical zone. The most important aspect is that the human muscle density is increased to the point where they are indestructible to projectile, energy, and reality warping weapons. Also, due to the Meta-Nanite, humans have a natural barrier shield called Bio-Barriers surrounding the human body to help soldier's tank hits that would be lethal to any normal human being, the barrier being like an indestructible suit of armor. It also allows humans to be considered godlike as humanity is now capable of doing almost anything.

Humans have also gotten rid of alcohol, beer, and smoking. This was because due to recent advancements in genetic engineering, humans are unable to get drunk and the lungs can now heal faster that the smoking can kill them. As a result, soldiers now rely on drinking soda instead at bars and any other place in federation society what alcohol was distributed. For smoking, they are electronic and the smoke that comes out is mist created by water. People can now smoke without any and all of the harmful chemicals that normal cigarettes have.

Their enhanced biology can also help in mental health issues. Their soldiers and civilians are engineered to withstand any forms of stress. This means that each soldier and military civilians alike are unable to have any forms of PTSD, become Shell Shock, and are unable to snap in the middle of battle or war. That doesn't exactly stop them from having some nightmares at times and soldiers often are able to have PTSD but not to a severe degree. They are still combat ready and are still capable of fighting. It's just that it doesn't affect them this much.

Humans are now capable of breathing underwater. This is made possible thanks to the nanites in the body. It helped change and evolve their bodies to breathe underwater using the oxygen that is dissolved in water. To absorb oxygen from water, humans absorb it through their skin or breathing in the water. They can even breath and survive in space without the need for protective gear as they're now pure energy beings that can ascend to higher planes of existence.

The Nanite reality ability that humans have given humans the ability to warp and bend reality to their will. Essentially, humans are now considered omnipotent. Their reality warping is seemingly without limit. Humans can now make their very thoughts become reality and survive anything up to, and including, the destruction of the entire universe around them.

Humans are apparently immortal and remain ageless. This is apparently due to achieving ascension as they are now capable of converting their bodies into pure energy and live eternally as pure energy beings. This also grants them the ability to ascend to a higher plane of existence. They are able to have a greater amount of knowledge and power as a result.

Their omnipotence gives other abilities such as allowing them to near instantly regenerate from any physical damage, seamlessly fly through air and space, being able to move across entire solar systems in less than a millisecond, have the strength to smash planets to pieces in one punch, distorting and reversing time for specific targets, being able to telekinetically move targets, deflecting energy blasts with their hands, generating force fields that explode into waves of force when punched, transforming into and create black hole like voids and teleporting in a clear haze.

Due to their biology, humans are now categorized as a new human species called Homo Sapiens Celestial. This is in large part due to their godlike abilities. Of course, their evolution has evolved further into another new category of humans called Homo Sapiens Protogenoi or as they are commonly called as Human-Hybrids. These humans are the offspring of Humans and ISOs, and they have shown to be 50x stranger and more powerful than their human parent, and 50x smarter than their ISO parent. Human-Hybrids are essentially the equivalence of the ancient Precursors. Alright, their much larger compared to their counter parts, standing at great heights around 14ft - 16ft tall. So far, only 40% of the human population are human-hybrids, but their numbers are slowly rising.

========== (Society, Culture, and Beliefs) ==========

Today's society within the Union is that of an authoritarian and militarized governing body. Military is considered to forefront in today's society. It is an absolute Stratocracy where all citizens are required to go through military service and is considered mandatory. It is stated at all citizens at the age of 13 are conscripted into the military and 4 years of military training. After 4 years, they have to go through 5 years of military service. However, their society wasn't always like this in the beginning.

Early on in their history, humans fought a lot of civil wars, the most notable being the Third World War, the Insurrection War, and the 22nd century Solar Wars. But ever since humanity began venturing into the outer galaxies, the first one being Andromeda, the civil wars had been suppressed to a greater degree. This was chiefly due to the change in political structure and new regulation that had been brought forth by the human government.

Even though TU is the governing body for the humans in all 100 galaxies, each galaxy is given a separate ruler to make independent decision for their welfare. That ruling party must give constant reports to the human senators who will oversee their progress. This political change resulted in each human galaxy staying independent yet wholly governed. This totally eliminated the need for civil wars and local conflicts. With respect to their culture, a lot has changed. Men and Women are equally treated in every aspect. Even though English is their lingua franca, still they highly respect the multi linguistic culture. Having many languages created a positive diversity among the people and their evolution.

Despite the above traits, humans are highly militaristic. However, when it comes to the military, it is sort of male dominated. This is mostly due to the government being a Stratocracy. They invest a lot in military assets. The entire human population are military personnel which is the highest ever recorded for any species. This is because a law is passed that every citizen must enlist in the military. It is stated that all citizens are inducted into the military at the age of 13 and have 4 years of military training. When done, the new recruits enter 5 years to military service. After military service, the soldier is given a 10-year long break before going back into military service for only 1 year. This is a repeat for all TUF military personnel.

There are exceptions for females, especially when they are pregnant. If a female is pregnant, then the woman is discharged from the military in order to give birth and raise the child. When the child it 13, they are, by law, are inducted into the military and the mother can go back to military service.

Humanity had officially released historical records of ancient humans, Isu and all their historic struggles and conflicts, the wars they had been to. In every school, children had history lessons on these subjects as they felt that every generation should know their prehistoric times.

Ever since humanity discovered the Meta-Nanite, they completely stopped all the research and study into the Isu technology and there was a great reason to it. Humans lacked the resources to develop highly advanced technologies despite having the ideas and potential to actuate it. But the Meta-Nanite changed everything. The Meta-Nanite made human technological progress leap into several millennia in just a few decades. Also, the Meta-Nanite had allowed humanity to achieve transentience; the ability to become more than human and achieve the status of being godlike in nature. The other reason they totally stopped researching Isu artifacts and technology was because Humans always believed that they were capable of evolving on their own as they see fit without outside interference. The reverse engineering of certain alien and Isu technologies were solely due to humanity's desperation in saving themselves from the superior Martial Congressional Front and the Evils during the war and didn't have time for their own progress.

By 6045, humanity officially began their own research and development activities into the unconventional technologies they previously thought impossible. The ideas that had been shelved for a long time back due to lack of resources began to be dug out. Humans also believed in reaching the highest potential where reverse engineering was a complete contradiction to that belief as it only prevented them from reaching the fullest of their abilities. Their beliefs did really pay off in the next 1,000,000,000 years. This even led humans to give all the Isu technologies to the other races in the galaxy for their advancement.

The only exceptions are the precursor and ancient human technologies that are reverse engineered. Precursor technology is still being used as they are still superior to modern technology in some areas. The reason why is because humanity discovered a precursor AI and had highly recommended them to use the technology provided to help better their defense against eldritch entities, specifically stating that it was necessary to combat the Evils. It took some time, but humanity relented and accepted the AI's advice. For Ancient Human technology, they are considered relics of their ancestors and wish to reclaim them for Humanity to better understand their ancient human ancestors.

Further development and evolution have also allowed humans to transform themselves into beings to pure energy which allows them to ascend to a higher plane of existence. They're also capable of being brought back to life when soldiers supposedly 'die' in battle. This was made possible due to the creation of the Re-Spawn Chamber which allows humans to come back to life after they die in battle.

While the concept of the 'Mantle of Guardianship' was strongly fed among humanity, they were the first to reject that idea which was the Precursor's grounded belief for many billion years. Humanity believed in equality that every sentient being in the universe deserves equal opportunity and it's not one's place to judge others. Also, that one species should not interfere in other species' natural evolution. Instead of taking care of everyone, humans believed the strongest point is being able to take care of yourself and each other.

The Grid (Tron Legacy/Uprising) is a digital realm discovered by the Terran Union after unearthing a few ancient human artifacts from a realm between dimensions. Often called the 'Digital Frontier', the Grid was created by ancient humanity many eons ago before the 2nd Big Bang. According to records and data recovered, the Grid was created as a means of not only developing and creating new weapons and technology, but also to enhance and further developed human evolution. The Terran Union acquisitioned the Grid and used it for their own purposes.

In the TUs hands, the Grid is used as an experimental platform where all forms of research could be carried out at unparalleled speeds. Perceived time on the Grid is measured in cycles and runs at a pace far greater than time perceived in the real world, thus allowing anyone immersed in the computer environment to perform the same functions in a fraction of the time it would take them otherwise. Their development in the Grid helped the Terran Union create a digital utopia of vast and large cities. However, when AIs were introduced to the Grid, they appeared of have 'mutated' as the environment changed their baseline coding permanently. After researching the phenomenon, it turns out the reason their AIs 'changed' when entering the grid was due to data bits and essence from ancient human AIs called Sentients, programs that evolved and changed into Energy-Based lifeforms.

These new, more evolved AIs were given the designation as Isomorphic Algorithms (ISOs) due to the fact they're actually living, digital, and sentient lifeforms that are not bound by either functions or protocols. With help from the ISOs, the Terran Union advanced both their technology and biology further at an extremely fast geometric rate.

The Terran Union would also use the Grid to make new blueprints for buildings, ships, weapons, vehicles, mechs, etc. Because the digital realm was infinite and the Terran Union is able to do anything in this realm, many of the smartest scientific minds have begun to take up residence in the Grid in order to further develop their own research and ideas. This was good for them as they no longer had to worry about conducting tests that most would consider a safety hazard.

Isomorphic Algorithms, though more commonly called ISOs (Tron Legacy/Uprising), are the most advanced and powerful version of AIs ever used by the Terran Union. Their evolution and creation were spawned when the TU discovered and utilized the Grid. ISOs differed from regular AIs due to the changes in their code base. They are different due to them not being programmed or controlled by functions, protocols and the need for purpose. Though TU AI's have advanced and evolved to the point where they seem to be considered 'free thinkers' and 'living beings', they're still bound by their functions and protocols. When TU AIs evolved and became ISOs, their inner structure of their code developed beyond the capabilities of regular programs. In essence, AIs who evolved to become ISO have basically become living digital lifeforms with true sentience, now truly having both free will and free of any restraints.

In terms of appearance changes, ISOs have a glowing symbol on their arm and some depictions also show other markings on their skin with their color circuitry is usually white. Though they can still maintain a more human appearance. The symbol in their arm represents their gender. The female ISO symbol is a hexagon, followed by a 'T' shape, while the male ISO symbol replaces the cross with a sideways 'V' shape.

Because they are deemed true sentient beings, whenever ISOs copulate with humans (Celestials), they help produce a powerful type of human being called Human-Hybrids or Human Primordials (often referred to as Homo Sapiens Protogenoi or Homo Protogenoi). These hybrids of Celestial Humans and ISO AIs led to the birth of a race of humans that are capable of traveling to the great beyond and more, allowing humanity to finally reach its evolutionary journey of becoming the new Precursors, the true new gods of creation itself. They have a much stronger and better muscular and skeletal structure. They also have a better immune system when makes humans immune to almost all diseases on earth. It also slows their aging, allowing human to live twice as long than normal humans.

Homo-Sapiens Reformatus: This term is given to humans who have evolved into a space adapted human called Newtypes (Gundam). Due to the Gene Therapy Augmentation getting rid of defects, deformities, genetic or hereditary diseases, and cancer, the humans have adapted and has rewritten themselves to adapt to the harshness of space. This changed the human body both physically and mentally, giving them enhanced spatial awareness and telepathy as a result. Humans have evolved into the next stage of human evolution which resulted in the increase in brain activity and brain capacity.

Homo-Sapiens Superior: They are humans who have unlocked the 24th Chromosome and the Conduit Gene (Infamous Series), giving them Kinetic Abilities such as powers to manipulate the elements, energy, telepathy, telekinesis, etc.

Homo-Sapiens Innovation: They are humans who have evolved into Innovators (Gundam 00) which gives them access to a mental ability called Quantum Brainwaves. It primarily contributes to increasing spatial cognition, enhanced telepathy, the ability to avoid attacks, reflex capability, etc., overall enhancing one's combat power.

Homo-Sapiens Celestial: They are humans who have merged and utilize the Meta-Nanite. They have the capability to manipulate the very fabric of reality using nanites. Biologically speaking, humans have now evolved into highly intellectual energy lifeforms. Although still made of flesh and blood, they and willfully manipulate and convert themselves into beings to pure energy and can now have the ability to ascend into a high plane of existence. Homo-Sapiens Protogenoi: Nicknamed as Human-Hybrids, they are a hybrid race born from a human parent and an ISO, an AI that is not bound by functions or protocols but instead are true sentient beings. Despite being half-human, half-ISO, Human-Hybrids have shown to be 50x more powerful than their human parent, and 50x smarter that their ISO parent. Their physiology and biology make them immortal and ageless. At average height, they are massive, often standing between 13ft – 16ft tall. What also makes them powerful and dangerous is the fact they have to ability to enter into their Primordial forms, essentially taking the form of silhouette-like humanoids whose appearance seems like a bluish galaxy made of stars. Furthermore, they can even manipulate and take on various sizes ranging from being the size of an entire planet to the size of an entire galaxy or so forth. Their military doctrine varies depending on the branch. Ever since humanity united under a single banner, all military doctrines and fighting styles were combined into one. Their doctrines vary from asymmetrical warfare, guerrilla warfare, the WW2 German blitzkrieg tactic, etc. Even ancient tactics such as the bayonet charge is used when engaging the enemy up close and personnel on the battlefield. However, much of the military tactics and strategies used in ground and naval based warfare is based on the early 21st century of the American Joint Strike Force, the European Federation Enforcer Corps, and the Russian Spetsnaz Guard Brigades. The recent wars and battles the Union had endured helped refine these tactics. Basic ground infantry, such as the Army and the Galactic Marines, employ tactics and strategies that are largely based on the 21st century European Federation Enforcer Corps. Special Operations Units employ tactics and strategies that are largely based on the 21st century American Joint Strike Force. Armored assault units employ tactics and strategies that are largely based on the 21st century Russian Spetsnaz Guard Brigades. The only exceptions are the Sentinel super-soldiers and Ghost Recon who employ all the tactics and strategies in these military doctrines. However, as learned before, there are other military doctrines and fighting styles that were refined and modernized to be employed in the Union military. One thing all soldiers and military personnel have in common is that they are trained extensively in hand-to-hand and melee combat. They are heavily trained in multiple, different martial arts and trained to skillfully master bladed or blunt weapons. The reason for doing so is due to Union soldiers being forced to engage in close combat on multiple occasions or when engaging in a bayonet charge towards enemy positions.

Executive power in the Union is held by the National Council, a coalition of 29 Military Councilors, each of whom also acts as the head of one of the government's departments. Acting as the head of the state and the National Council is the High Marshal, a first among equals who has special powers that were created to allow the Council to act quicker and more decisively in times of emergency. High Marshals are elected for twenty-year terms, though this can be shortened or lengthened depending on extraneous circumstances. However, the Supreme Commander has an even higher authority over the High Marshal as they are responsible for complete control over all Military forces of the Terran Union. In practice, it was intended to prevent the MCF's retrieval of data that contained the location of Earth; it forbade retreating vessels from setting a direct FTL jump course toward any human population center, as the Martians were able to track jump travel vectors and calculate the evacuating ship's destination. The policy also stated that to prevent capture, any military or civilian vessel, in the event of an emergency evacuation, was to self-destruct, after wiping all data matrices, to prevent the advance of the MCF.

All SATO personnel were commanded to read the Shadow Protocol each day 'by the letter' under an emergency transmission issued by the Fleet Command. The Shadow Protocol ensured that in nearly fifty years of interstellar warfare, the Martian Congressional Front never discovered the human presence on Earth, and only found other population centers either by accident, by tracking devices left aboard ships. Unfortunately, the Shadow Protocol ceased to be effective when, on December 27, 2595, Martian forces invaded Earth; however, the protocol presumably remained in effect for the other remaining Inner Colonies.

Even after the Terran-Martian war, the protocol is still used when the Terran Union took power and was used during attacks by extraterrestrials and ultraterrestrials. It was widely used by the United Terran Federation during the War in Heaven and the War Against the Darkness.

During the events of before and after 1st Terran-Xeno War, the Fleet Admiral committed many war crimes such as orbital bombardment on non-human civilian cities, schools, and hospitals, resulting in innocent lives, including the lives of alien xeno children, to be massacred in the billions. Even civilian and damaged retreating ships weren't spared from his wrath as his fleets opened fire and destroyed them without mercy.

As such, the war would shape his personality for the worst as Simon became extremely racist, prejudice, and xenophobic towards all alien races, viewing them all with suspicion and mistrust as he believes that all non-human races are a threat to his people and the Union. Bio: Dr. Weller is a scientific genius who is responsible for the creation of the Sentinel Program. Often considered having a mind that surpassed even geniuses like Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla, Rufus Weller had been responsible for some of the Union's most technological advancements. But his greatest contribution to humanity was the creation of Supersoldiers who would act as mankind's best and only hope against those that threaten the human race. It should be noted at he didn't like the Sentinel Program being used for military purposes and it was used on orphaned children to create supersoldiers. However, with the threat of the Martians, he had no choice in the end.

He was also something of an eccentric intellectual, often purposely ignoring the seriousness and urgency of a situation that would overwhelm his colleagues. He maintained an otherwise unflappable and sometimes unsettling calmness in the face of emergencies. Weller could also be rather ruthless to his enemies, killing his enemies sometimes in either brutal or sadistic way, though take no pleasure in doing so. This indicates a rather efficient personality.

He also harbors an immense amount of guilt over the fact he was responsible for turning traumatized children into living weapons. Even though the Sentinels were necessary, it still didn't make him feel better. Regardless, despite what he's done, he sees the Sentinel IIs as his own children, feeling both proud and pride on how they've grown and evolved, but still felt hurt when learning of those that died. Weller held an immense belief in the importance of connecting people as a way of evolving, and to an extent, correcting, the human condition. As such, Dr. Weller did indeed see the Sentinel's, especially Nathan Walker, as humanity's next step in evolution and what they could potentially become as a species.

Now in present day, Dr. Weller spends most of his time in the Grid, helping continue the advancement of the Terran Union and ensure that enemies like the Evils would never pose a threat ever again.

Bio: Dr. Jha is responsible for creating the Union's mechs and is the wife of Dr. Weller. Both a brilliant and scientific mind, Fatima Jha helped with the development and creation of the Titans and Mobile Suits to help ease manual labor for workers. Of course, the high ups saw the military potential these mechs had and was forced to repurpose them for military applications. Though disappointed on how her work turned out, Dr. Jha held no resentment has her work helped saved the human race from multiple extinction events and wars that would leave humanity either enslaved or extinct if they lost. In present day, she spends most of her time in the Grid with her husband, helping in the development and research new projects that would benefit humanity and their allies.
