"What if I hurt you?" She asked.

"I probably deserve it." I told her.

"What if I asked you to give up your mafia?" She asked.

"Whatever you want." I told her without hesitation.

"What if I killed you?" She asked.

"I would die loving you darling." I whispered pressing a kiss to her jaw and her breath hitched.

"What if I told you to change your last name." She asked me referring to the fact that our family were enemies.

"I'll be whoever you want me to be." I whispered like an insane person.

"I want you." She whispered.

"Really?" I asked and she thought about it for a moment.

"I don't forgive you yet." She said and I nodded. "But... I want to believe you."

She leaned in kissing me gently and my dick sprung up like a nuisance. Not the time. When it came to her I was like a teenager who couldn't control his hormones.

Our kiss was cut off by a scream and we pulled away from each other seeing Aleksander standing in the doorway looking like he saw a ghost.

"No fucking way!" He yelled clearly in shock and I sighed flopping back onto the bed.

Madelyn screamed too as she quickly sprung out of the bed. She stumbled away from the bed and Aleksander screamed again when he saw her. She looked down at herself and screamed as well when she realised she was naked.

"Would you both stop screaming." I muttered tiredly.

"Oh naked. You're so naked!" Aleksander shouted staring at Madelyn and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Don't fucking look at her." I told him and he made a pffft noise.

"Please I've seen it all before." He told me and I clenched my jaw.

"I'm going to kill you." I told him and he scoffed.

"I'll fucking kill you first you bastard." He shot back.

"No one is killing anybody!" Madelyn shouted glaring at both of us and we shut up. "God you two give me a headache."

"You." She said pointing at Aleksander. "Kitchen now."

"And you." She said pointing at me. "Put some clothes on."

She immediately picked up her shirt slipping it on before grabbing a pair of underwear out of the cupboard next to her.

I put my clothes on before following her out of her room. Aleksander stood by the kitchen unit looking as if he couldn't breathe.

I plopped down on the couch near them and Madelyn turned to look at me.

"Don't you have somewhere else to be?" She asked and I grinned.

"Yeah but I kinda wanna see how this plays out." I told her and she rolled her eyes.

"Aleks." She said gently grabbing his shoulder and he nudged her away.

"Ew don't touch me after you touched him." He said disgusted and she sighed.

"Fine I'm not touching you." She said putting her hands up in surrender.

"What the fuck were you thinking Mads?!" He shouted and she groaned.

"I wasn't thinking ok!" She shouted back. "I was in the moment and I got carried away."

"Yeah carried away with the enemy!" He shouted and she sighed.

"It's complicated." She said tiredly.

"Do you love him?" He asked and I immediately sat upright. Does she?

"I- I don't know." She sighed.

"I love you. You know that." She told him and I clenched my jaw. "I don't want you to hate me."

"Yeah well I love you too." He grumbled. "I could never hate you. You just do a lot of dumb shit."

"But I have to know." He said looking at her. "Are you happy with him?"

She thought for a long moment before looking back at him.

"Yes I'm happy." She said and he sighed.

"Then I'm happy for you." He said and she smiled at him.

She hugged him and he smiled before his eyes moved to me and his smile fell.

"Relax I'm leaving." I said getting up and walking towards the elevator. "Don't get your panties in a twist."

"My panties are no concern of yours." He answered quickly and I heard Madelyn's laughter as I stepped into the elevator and I couldn't stop my smile.

Fuck I was completely out of my mind in love with her.
