Sophia's POV:

It was around 5pm and I just got home from work. I was working at a nearby hospital as part of my practical component for my nursing degree.

I had an extremely chaotic day so I decided to go for a walk to clear my head. Walking always helped me whenever I was stressed or couldn't stop overthinking. I stopped at a deserted bridge. Not many people would pass this way so I would always come here to escape reality for a moment. I guess you could say this bridge was strangely my happy place. It was a small bridge with a beautiful stream flowing underneath it. I found the sound of the water to be soothing.

The night quickly approached and it became colder. As I turned to leave, a familiar presence shadowed over me but not in the way I expected.

I felt a cold hand over my mouth and the other hand holding the wrist of one of my hands. I tried to remove the hand over my mouth with my other hand but I was held more aggressively. I was kicking and scratching but I struggled to get out of the arms of the person behind me.

I quickly became overwhelmed with exhaustion and gave in. I heard a whisper say "shhh, I'm not going to hurt you." I was picked up by someone wearing a mask and was then put into the back of a van where I was injected with an oddly green looking fluid by a strange man with lots of tattoos. My vision became blurry and eventually I had passed out.
