She laughed and we went into the kitchen to speak to my grandma. "My favorite girls."

"Oh, Granny said she finna pop the macaroni and cheese in the oven for like ten more minutes and then everything gonna be ready." He spoke before my grandma annoying ass daughter came by

"We coming, Auntie. They just got here." Zalon said and she looked me and Serayah up and down with an "mm" face before mumbling under her breath

"Let's just go to Don room because I do not want to be out there with them, I know my parents and sister out there though." I sighed

All of us went into my uncle Don's old room since he was in college, he was about nineteen years old because my grandpa cheated and had a baby, then my grandma fucked his brother and sister, about three years later they got back together

Don's mother moved to the DMV, but Don wanted to stay in Florida, so he moved in fully with my grandparents when he was like twelve

That's just one of the examples of the mess that goes on in my family and that they have bigger fish to fry than worrying about me and my life

"Y'all can do like two." I said, I had got my grandma an arranged fruit basket and expensive perfume for her birthday, the function was for her birthday as well

"Okay, perfect. You have a good day, Chance." The woman said, I could hear her smile

"You too, boo." I said and hung up, placing my phone in my purse and stepped back in

"What did y'all get Granny for her birthday?" Sori asked as I sat in the gaming chair

"Man, I bought her some church dresses." Yae said and eyed him heavily

They was all cracking up, but I went to the bathroom to get paper towels and helped him clean it up, most importantly my damn shoes

We sat in the room talking and laughing until it was time to eat. All of us packed our plates and made way back to where we came from

"Auntie Netta gonna look at Henri fat ass and ask him if he getting ANOTHER side... bitch, I died." Jaidyn said, causing us all to laugh except for Henri

"Fuck that hoe, I'll flip ha on y'all cousin ventilator." He said and I gasped

My second phone rung as I went in the fridge, I grabbed it and answered the phone

"Oh... I never watched Scream, but I do know they be screaming and killing so." I shrugged, taking some Cran-Pineapple juice out the fridge and went to pour it in a cup

"Mmm, I'm finna smoke."

"I love hookah, I wanna be hookah." I said, causing him to chuckle

"You smoking cigarettes, fuck off my phone." He said

"Bit- okay." I cut myself off and hung up on his ass

Meadow was finna get blocked because I didn't think he was about to call back, but he did right when I was finna press Block this Caller

Neither of said anything, so it was silent but I could hear him rolling his blunt

I put in my AirPod and went back into my bedroom, laying down

"I'm finna go warm up my plate from yo' grandma house." Serayah said and I rolled my eyes

"Don't lie." I said

She never eats her leftovers, she'll even make a plate and still leave it in there for days until she remembers it's in there and throw it away

"Fine, you can have it." She rolled her eyes and I smiled

"Mmm, come here. Gimme kiss." I playfully pulled her face, mushing her cheeks and she laughed

"I'll kill you." Meadow finally spoke and my eyes widened

"What? It's something on my face?" She looked concerned and I shook my head

"No, nothing is on your face."

"Oh." She said, then kissed my lips

"You done got me started." I said, kissing her back with tongue and brought my arm back to hang up the phone
