BEFORE THEY WENT ON FOR THE MISSION, THE SQUAD HAD DECIDED TO HAVE ONE LAST DRINK.

So there they were, the Hard Deck, in their usual corner. The pool table was being rocked by a game of Nine Ball, Natasha and Bob one team, and Jake and Javy as their opponents.

Mickey, Reuben, Bradley and Faith were by the dartboard, taking consecutive turns at it with no point, completely dazed by the alcohol. Faith and Bradley returned back into each other's arms after their turns, just holding each other at their side or from behind.

The jukebox suddenly plays 'Kiss Me' by Ed Sheeran, and people from all around the bar, make their way to each other, dancing under the soft yellow light of the bar. The others watch from behind with smiles forming, watching them all dance.

There's a tap on Faith's shoulder from behind, Bradley.

She looks at him over her shoulder, emerald greens meeting his hazel eyes she'd loved and vowed to for how ever long.

Looking down at her with a small smile reserved for her and only her, he asks her in a whisper, "Dance with me?" His head was tilted, one brow raised the slightest, a crooked smile she loved painting his lips. How could she ever refuse him?

She turns around, placing her hand in his, biting her lip for a second, and whispering herself, "Lead the way." Bradley smiles brightly, placing his hand on her back and leading her towards the spot the others' were dancing

He wraps both arms around her waist once they stand amongst everyone else, and she brings her hands to close around the back of his neck, playing with the curls by the nape. He smiles, pulling her closer so that their chests touch each others', and foreheads lean against each others'.

They smile, eyes closed in pure bliss and joy of the moment of being able to hold each other without much worry. When they were around each other, the rest of the world was long lost, thrown off it's axis in each other's hold, disappearing when their lips touched. Slowly, they sway to the side, and then the other, singing the song with and to each other.

"My heart's against your chest, lips pressed to my neck," Bradley leans down to kiss her cheek peppering soft kisses all the way down to her neck, arms around her waist tightening more.

She looks into his eyes when he goes back to pressing his forehead against hers', still singing the song to and with each other, "I've fallen for your eyes, but they don't know me yet," She did fall. He did too. Deep. Deep, like the endless space. Not just that much, it felt like they were here for each other. To hold each other, to kiss each other, to comfort each other, to fly with each other, and everything all above.

Meant to be.

For each other. A beautiful match made, just for each other. This moment, was proof of it. She knew it. And so did he.

So with another whisper meant only for her, his face falls into a daze, a tilt of his head, he's confessing something she'd wanted to hear for so long, something she'd yearned for so long. Something he'd wanted to say to her for so long, something he couldn't tell her because how much of an idiot he acted that night he left her standing in the rain with nothing but her hands to cover herself and wipe her tears.

"I'm sorry." He shakes his head, leaning forward once again to place his forehead on hers' and close his eyes as he tells her. Her brows furrow in confusion at his words and his vulnerability at this very moment and the way it was so clear in his words, "What do you mean?" Her hand reaches his cheek, cupping and brushing her thumb against his light stubble, brows furrowing further once he leans into her hold.

Then, with nothing but honesty, pure, and true love, he tells her and he means every word, "I'm sorry for the way I acted that night. I was stupid, for leaving you to stand in the rain without another word, or even trying to understand your situation. I'm sorry for the way I handled everything, even before that, saying you were a distraction, when you were just trying to be there for me and-" He's cut off.

Faith places a soft kiss against his lips, other hand cupping his other cheek, as he pulls her impossibly close against him, his hand lost in her hair she'd let down, at the back of her neck. He groans into the kiss, vibrations making Faith sigh into the kiss before they pull away.

"I love you." She couldn't deny it anymore, and she hoped with her all, her body and her mind, her soul, and her will, that he'd feel the same even though her heart told her he absolutely would.

He doesn't say anything for a quick pause, eyes simply falling into hers' as he takes it all in. A confession finally out, the confession. From eight years ago, till today, he'd loved her with his all, and she fell for him with her all. And now, they were back in each other's hold and security, back to fall for the other's eyes again, back to familiarize with each other again, and hold each other's hand till death.

He leans down, placing a more intense kiss to her lips, feeling her gasp, and taking the chance for his exploration, pushing his tongue into her mouth, a hand falling down to her waist and ride up under her sweatshirt. She melts into him, letting him explore how much he wanted, sighing into his kiss once more.

It ends just as soon as they began, both pulling away for breaths having lost theirs', leaning their heads against each other's again, chests heaving up and down. With a nod, a confirming once, she tells him in a whisper, "I've loved you since all those years ago. Every day, every moment, every second, I've loved you, Bradley Bradshaw, I've loved you. And I promise you, I'm never leaving you again, honey."

He smiles. One she'd fallen for, full of charm, and just beauty, he pecks her lips once more. They chuckle into the soft kiss, moving in for a few more, before he leans his forehead against hers', "As if I'd let you leave me, honey." He gives her that smile, and she chuckles, leaning upwards to kiss his lips.

They smile and chuckle into the kiss, broken, when Bradley suddenly dips Faith, arms around her waist in a tight grip, as hers' go around his neck to steady herself in his hold, yelping before she's pressing her forehead against his when they pull away, noses brushing each others' as cheers go around the bar, louder ones from their friends, who join them on the dance floor when an upbeat 80's song plays.

Everyone puts their arms around each other, forming a circle around the two in love, nudging their shoulders and hips and laughing at the blushing couple.

Moments later, Bradley's by the piano, playing everyone's all time favorite after Fanboy pulls the cord of the jukebox. He plays the familiar keys, eyes locked on Faith's the entire time, whose hands were around a smiling Natasha and Payback as they begin singing with Bradley.

"You shake my nerves and you rattle my brain! Too much love drives a man insane," Natasha and Faith sing as they look at each other, beer bottles used as microphones, "You broke my will, but what a thrill,"

Everyone in the bar sings loudly, some hoisting their beers up in the air as they yell, "Goodness gracious, great balls of fire!"

Faith meets Bradley's eyes once more, heart fluttering when she finds him looking at her still as he continues to sing, seemingly not wanting to stray his eyes from hers', "I laughed at love 'cuz I thought it was funny, but you came along, and you moved me, honey," She moves closer to him, standing right beside him and the piano as her and Bob hold each other's shoulders, "I changed my mind, this love is fine,"

Once again the entire bar yells out, "Goodness gracious, great balls of fire!"

Then he sings, eyes still on hers', giving her a pointed look, "Kiss me, baby!" Without much thinking, Faith leans down, moving his head with a hand on Bradley's cheek, pressing a peck to his lips. Everyone howls, and whistles, cheering for the two, as his body shudders through the song, continuing to sing, "Ooh, that feels good! Hold me, baby! I wanna love you like a lover should,"

He keeps his eyes steady on her, smiling through the song, "You're fine, you're so kind, I'mma tell the world you're mine, mine, mine, mine!"

"I chew my nails and I twiddle my thumbs, I'm getting nervous, but it sure is fun, come on baby, you're driving me crazy," Once again the crowd goes nuts, Faith points in Bradley's direction, and everyone sings even louder, "Goodness gracious, great balls of fire!"

Bradley's fingers move swiftly across the piano keys, indulging in a solo, as Reuben, Mickey, Natasha and Faith whoop at his talent, whistling and cheering him on. Bradley keeps his fingers moving through the keys, yet his eyes maintained a steady glance with Faith's, singing the next part, "Kiss me, baby!"

Faith presses a quick kiss on his cheeks, pretending to have never done so when he looks at her in shock, as she continues to sing with her friends and a smirk in his direction, not moving her eyes from his, "Ooh, that feels good, hold me baby! I wanna love you like a lover should!"

Her hands wrap around Nat's shoulders, both of them singing with large smiles on their faces, "You're fine, you're so kind, I'mma tell the world, that you're mine, mine, mine, mine!" Bradey points his finger at her at the last few words, and the squad goes epically crazy, nudging a blushing Faith's shoulder, and whooping and cheering.

"I chew my nails and I twiddle my thumbs, I'm getting nervous, but it sure is fun, come on, baby, you're driving me crazy," The final words are yelled the loudest by everyone, cheers and whistles echoing all around them, "Goodness, gracious, great balls of fire!"

Loud cheers and whoops rush around the bar, at the end, everyone cheers Bradley on and on, who stands up, stepping forward in Faith's direction and pulls her into a soft kiss they both smile into, enticing even heavier hurrahs and whistling from everyone.

Oh, yeah, this was meant to be, alright.
