That is all, enjoy! -------------------------------------------------------------

At first it was just a tiny ache that quickly faded as Solar read their mission information briefing on his tablet, he blinked a few times before rubbing his temple and shrugged it off.

"It's probably just from staying up too late" he reasoned, after all it wasn't unusual for him to pull an all nighters tinkering with gadgets or analyzing data for their next mission.

There was always something to find or a piece of information to uncover that might make their job easier.

The mission seemed straightforward Enough, infiltrate an old factory, retrieve a stolen power spera and get out before anyone noticed (which they often fail to go unnoticable)

Solar's mind raced with calculations, contingencies, and potential obstacles as he scanned the data on his screen. The ache in his head was easy to ignore, just a flicker of discomfort which was easily dismissed.

As the brothers gathered around to discuss the plan, Solar kept his usual sharp demeanor intact. If anyone noticed his slightly slower responses, they didn't comment and he intended to keep it that way.

"I don't have time to be sick" he told himself, closing the briefing with a firm tap on his tablet, the ache was nothing. It had to be nothing.

The seven brothers sat in a circle, the dim glow of the holographic map projected from Solar's tablet illuminating their faces, the stolen power sphere's location blinked red on the map, deep within a labyrinth of hallways in the abandoned facility.

Halilintar tapped the projection with a gloved finger, zooming in on the layout.

"The power sphere is here" he said, pointing to the center of the structure.

"From what we know, the place is crawling with security drones" he then look at his two temperature brother before he zoom on the hologram.

"Blaze and Ice, you will create a distraction near the east wing" blaze grinned before cracking his knuckles.

"You got it, Chaos is my middle name!"

"It's actually Trouble" Ice muttered dryly, earning a laugh from Taufan, halilintar ignored them before be continuing.

"Gempa and Taufan, you will secure the exit route, since Solar retrieves the power sphere, we will need a clean way out"

"Understood" Gempa said with a nod while taufan happily agree with the plan.

"What about me?" Thorn asked, his voice eager as he pointing at himself.

"You will stay close to me" Halilintar replied.

"We will cover Solar while he disables the locks and grabs the power sphere" all eyes turned to Solar who had been unusually quiet, he blinked at the map, his gaze distant as if struggling to focus.

"Solar?" Halilintar prompted.

"Huh?" Solar jolted slightly before glancing at his brothers.

"Yeah, I heard you" He paused before rubbing his temple.

"I will bypass the security and grab the power sphere, no problem" Blaze leaned back, resting his arms behind his head.

"See? Our genius baby boy already five steps ahead of us as usual" the others chuckled while solar groan at the nickname, except for Thorn who frowned slightly.

He had been watching Solar closely, noticing the faint sheen of sweat on his forehead and how he kept blinking, almost as if trying to clear his vision.

"Are you okay Solar?" Thorn asked hesitantly, his voice soft but filled with concern.

"I am fine" Solar replied quickly while forcing a smile.

"Just... thinking through all the possibilities" halilintar glanced at him but didn't press.

"Good, we need every detail locked down before we move" the team continued hashing out the plan but Thorn's gaze lingered on Solar, something didn't feel right.

Solar was their youngest and smartest but even he had limits, thorn wanted to speak up but he held back, not wanting to derail the discussion.

"Maybe I'm just overthinking it" Thorn thought, but as the meeting wrapped up and Solar packed away his tablet, Thorn notice how their youngest winch for a brief moment.

The mission was underway and the brothers split into their designated teams as planned, the abandoned facility was cold and silent with only the faint hum of dormant machinery in the background.

Blaze and Ice took off toward the east wing to create their distraction while taufan and Gempa stayed near the exit, scouting for any unexpected security reinforcements.

Halilintar, Thorn, and Solar made their way toward the facility's core, moving in silence except for the soft taps of their boots against the metal floor.

Solar led the way, his tablet in hand as he hacked into the facility's network, disabling alarms and rerouting drone patrols, despite his precise movements and sharp focus, there were subtle hints of something off.

Every so often, Solar would pause for just a second too long before continuing, he blinked more often than usual and his hand occasionally trembled as he worked the controls.

Each time, he would discreetly take a breath and steady himself, ensuring neither Halilintar nor Thorn noticed.

Or so he thought.

Thorn who are walking just a step behind couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong, he watched Solar's shoulders stiffen every now and then and caught the faintest sound of uneven breaths when they stopped to check the map.

"Solar" Thorn whispered when Halilintar moved ahead to scout the next hallway.

"Are you sure you are okay?" Solar turned to him, his expression calm but his face paler than usual.

"Yeah I'm fine, just focusing" He gave a small smile which thorn didn't believe one bit.

"Don't worry Thorn, we are almost there" thorn wanted to say more but Halilintar called them forward with his voice being low.

"We need to move, stay sharp"

As they moved deeper into the facility, Halilintar kept glancing at Solar out of the corner of his eye, he didn't say anything but something about his youngest brother's demeanor felt off.

Solar was quiet even for him when usually, he will be muttering strategies or pointing out details about the mission, but now he worked in near silence, his energy subdued.

"Maybe he's just tired" Halilintar thought, Solar was known for overworking himself and it wouldn't be the first time he'd pushed through exhaustion to complete a mission.

Halilintar filed the observation away to address later, they couldn't afford distractions now, when they reached the final corridor, Solar stopped and crouched by the control panel, his fingers flying over the screen.

"I am disabling the last lock" he said, his voice steady but quieter than usual.

"Good" Halilintar said while standing guard with Thorn.

"Make it quick, Blaze and Ice are holding off a lot of drones and we need to grab the sphere and get out"

Solar nodded but the act of focusing made his vision blur slightly, he blinked rapidly, his head throbbing and the fever burning beneath his skin made him feel like he was moving through molasses but he gritted his teeth and pushed through.

"Done" Solar said finally, stepping back as the reinforced door slid open with a hiss. He stood up, swaying just slightly before catching himself, halilintar didn't miss the movement, his brow furrowing.

"Solar, are you sure you are fine?"

"Yeah" Solar replied quickly, brushing his bangs out of his face which cause halilintar to frowned but didn't press further.

"We will talk later, thorn stay close to him" thorn nodded with his unease growing, he glanced at Solar who gave him a reassuring smile that didn't quite reach his eyes.

"Something's not right" Thorn thought internally but for now, they moved forward as the power sphere was within reach and the mission couldn't wait.

As the three brothers entered the chamber where the power sphere was held, the dim blue light from the glow cast long shadows across the walls.

Solar quickly began hacking the locking mechanism encasing the sphere, his movements slower than usual but still precise while both halilintar and Thorn kept watch, scanning the room for any signs of danger.

Just as the lock clicked open and the casing slid away, the quiet was shattered by the sudden blaring of alarms with many hidden panels in the walls slid open, revealing rows of armed security drones.

The hum of their energy weapons filled the air and a mechanical voice boomed loudly.

"Unauthorized access detected, Intruders will be neutralized."

"Watch out!" Halilintar shouted while summoning his red lightning sword in a flash of crackling energy, the blade glowed with a dangerous hum, illuminating his stern expression.

Thorn raised his hands with emerald energy swirling around him as vines burst from the ground, entangling several drones and tearing them apart.

"Solar grab the power sphera! We will hold them off!" Halilintar order as solar did what he was told and immedietly grab it

"Got it" Solar shout, his voice steady despite the pounding in his head, he process to launched a beam of light at a drone, hitting its core and watching as it exploded in a burst of sparks.

The room soon roared with chaos as drones surged relentlessly, thorn's vines lashed out in fluid, lethal arcs while Halilintar's blade crackled with crimson lightning, tearing through metal with savage precision.

Despite their efforts, more drones kept coming, their sharp claws glinting menacingly in the dim light.

Solar still clutching the glowing power sphera struggled to stay upright, his vision wavered, his knees threatened to buckle and his head throbbed violently.

Every time he moved, it felt like his body was screaming at him to stop but he forced himself to keep using his powers to attack, he couldn't let them down, not now.

"Solar! Behind you!" Thorn's desperate shout jolted him.

Before Solar could react, Halilintar was already moving toward him in a blur of red lightning as he closed the distance.

With a shout, Halilintar shoved Solar out of the drone's path, sending him sprawling onto the cold, hard ground.

The sudden movement made Solar's head spin wildly as the pain exploding behind his eyes. His breath hitched and his entire body trembled as the fever he'd been suppressing surged through him.

He barely registered the sound of Halilintar's blade slicing through the drone, the metallic crash echoing as it hit the ground in pieces.

"Solar!" Halilintar's voice broke through the haze as he knelt beside his brother, grabbing his arm to pull him upright but as soon as their hands touched, Halilintar froze.

"Why are you burning up?" His voice dropped, sharp with worry.

"I am fine!" Solar snapped, but the words came out weaker than he intended, he tried to stand on his own but his legs wobbled and nearly giving out beneath him if halilintar didn't caught him.

"You are definitely not fine" he growled, his voice barely masking his rising panic.

His sharp eyes scanned solar's pale face, noting the beads of sweat and the way his shoulders heaved with every breath.

"Thorn! Cover us!" Halilintar barked over his shoulder.

"Roger!" Thorn shouted back, his vines forming a protective wall as drones slammed uselessly against them, after all that settle, halilintar turned his full attention back to Solar.

"How long?" he demanded, his voice dangerously low, solar shook his head with his breath ragged.

"It doesn't matter-"

"It does matter!" Halilintar's tone cracked with his anger barely concealing his fear.

"You been sick this whole time haven't you? And you have been fighting on top of it?" Solar winced as guilt flickering across his face.

"The mission-"

"Forget the mission!" Halilintar snapped, his lightning flaring briefly around him before he grabbed Solar's shoulders and forcing him to meet his gaze.

"You could have died back there! Do you even realize how reckless you are being?"

Solar's knees buckled again and Halilintar caught him before he could hit the ground.

"Damn it Solar!" Halilintar hissed under his breath, his voice thick with frustration and worry.

"I can still fight" Solar murmured, trying to push himself upright but his strength gave out completely.

"No, you can't" Halilintar said firmly, pulling Solar close to steady him.

"You done enough"

"I-" Solar tried to protest but his vision darkened and his body sagged against Halilintar.

Halilintar clenched his jaw, his grip tightening around Solar's trembling frame before he glanced at Thorn who was holding off the remaining drones, his vines slicing through the air with brutal efficiency.

"Thorn! We are getting out of here!" Halilintar shouted.

Thorn hesitated for a moment but then his eyes darting to Solar's limp form in Halilintar's arms.

"Okay!" he called back, his voice grim as he unleashed a final wave of vines to clear their path.

Halilintar hoisted Solar up, carrying him as lightning crackled faintly around them, his expression was a mix of anger and raw determination.

"You are going to rest Solar, whether you like it or not" The comms suddenly crackled as the siblings coordinated through the chaos.

"Guards are flooding in from our side!" Taufan's voice came through, sharp with urgency.

"We are holding them off for now, but theres too many!"

"East side isn't looking great either," ice added, his usual calm tinged with worry.

"We will try to draw them away, but it won't hold for long"

"Too many drones! These things just keep coming!" Blaze yelled, the strain clear in his voice.

"How much longer do you need?!" he shout again, his voice cracking under the pressure.

Halilintar adjusted Solar on his back, carrying the youngest piggyback style, his brother was limp, his head resting against Halilintar's shoulder, and his fevered breaths were faint against his neck.

"This is bad" Thorn muttered, casting a worried glance at Solar's pale face as halilintar gritted his teeth and snapped.

"We need to get out of here first" Thorn nodded before activated his comm.

"Retreat! Solar's down!" The line went silent for a beat before erupting in a storm of worried voices.

"What do you mean, 'down'?!" Blaze's panicked shout came first.

"Is he hurt?!" Taufan demanded, his voice laced with urgency.

"Thorn, is he okay?" Gempa asked, steady but clearly concerned.

"Talk later, we are retreating now!" Halilintar said into his comm his voice filled with frustration as the sound of an explosion crackled through their comms.

"Thorn and I have Solar, Meet at the extraction point!"

"But-" Blaze started to protest, only for Ice to cut him off.

"Got it, We will meet you there" Halilintar adjusted his grip on Solar who was barely conscious, the youngest brother muttered incoherently with his feverish face pressing against Halilintar's back.

Each step he took toward the exit felt like an eternity with the weight of Solar and the urgency of the situation fueling his resolve.

"Thorn, clear the hallway ahead!" Halilintar shouted which thorn respond with a nodded before unleashing a barrage of vines that ripped through the drones blocking their path.

The corridor ahead opened up but the relentless swarm of security forces was closing in fast.

"I'm running low on energy" Thorn admitted, his voice strained as sweat beaded on his forehead.

"Just a little further!" Halilintar urged with his tone leaving no room for doubt.

"We have to make it" The trio burst into the open where Blaze and Ice were barely holding back a wave of drones along with taufan and gempa who are busy destroying the drones.

"Move it!" Taufan yelled, his hands holding up his iconic wind drill as he destroy yet another drone coming his way.

Blaze unleashed a massive firestorm which creating a temporary wall of flames to block the enemy's advance, Ice followed up as he freezing a section of the floor to slow their approach.

Both of them looked drained, but neither hesitated.

Halilintar pushed himself harder before finally reaching them and immedietly run toward their spaceship.

"Come on!" They continue to run while occasionally attack the drone who got in their way, when their spaceship come into view, both Taufan and blaze stop for a moment and look at each other before nodding.

"Combo attack!"

"Hurricane suction!"

"Fire breath!"

"Blazing Cyclone!"

A fire tornado was form and immedietly suck every single drone and destroy it with extreme beat, the two brothers high five with each other before they enter their spaceship.

As soon as the two enter, the spaceship immedietly roar to life, and before any of their enemy notice it, they vanish from the area.

Solar stirred with his eyelids fluttering open as a wave of exhaustion washed over him, his head felt heavy, his throat dry, and every muscle in his body ached as if he had been hit by a freight train.

He blinked slowly, taking in the familiar surroundings of his shared room and the faint scent of clean and fresh clothes filled his nose.

It didn’t take long for him to notice the details, he wasn’t in his mission outfit anymore but instead he was swaddled in soft, warm clothes that felt like a gentle hug against his fevered skin.

A glance down revealed an oversized hoodie and thick socks, neither of it belonged to him, he turned his head slightly and spotted Ice’s massive whale plushy squished against his side, its plush fabric adding to the cocoon of comfort.

But the real MVP was Thorn’s blanket, heavy and warm as it pressed against him like a shield, its vibrant green color faintly visible in the dim light.

A chill suddenly shot through his body which cause him to shiver violently before groaning, he process to burrowed deeper under the blanket, clinging to Ice’s plushy for extra warmth.

"What happened...?" His breath came out in a shaky puff as he mumbled to himself.

His muddled thoughts pieced together fragments of his last mission, he remembered the exhaustion, the relentless fever building, and finally the moment his body gave out.

A blur of chaos followed, strong arms lifting him, a voice barking orders, and then nothing.

The door creaked open, snapping him from his thoughts as solar peeked out from under the blanket, his fevered eyes meeting Gempa’s worried gaze as his older brother stepped in, balancing a tray with a steaming bowl of soup, a glass of water, and a damp cloth.

"You are awake" Gempa said, his voice a mix of relief and sternness as he set the tray down on the bedside table.

"Thank goodness, You scared the life out of us, you know that?" Solar’s lips pressed into a tight line, his feverish gaze darting away from Gempa.

"I am fine" he muttered, shifting under the blanket as if to prove his point.

"You didn’t need to go all... mother hen on me, I can handle myself" gempa raised an eyebrow with his hands on his hips.

"Oh, really? Because the way you passed out in the middle of your mission and had to be carried home by Hali says otherwise" solar winced at the memory, his blush deepening as he gripped Thorn’s blanket tighter.

"That... that was just bad timing!" he snapped, though his voice cracked slightly, betraying his embarrassment.

"I didn’t ask for anyone to fuss over me!" Gempa sighed, his expression softening as he sat down on the edge of the bed.

"Solar, we are your brothers, taking care of you isn’t some chore, it’s what we do" Solar turned his face into the whale plushy, muffling a groan.

"It’s just... annoying," he grumbled.

"All of you are acting like I am some helpless kid" Gempa chuckled as he reaching out to adjust the blanket around Solar’s shoulders.

"You are not helpless but you are our youngest" he pause for a moment as he gently pat solar's head.

"And lets face it, you push yourself harder than anyone else lately and you need someone to step in, even if you are too stubborn to admit it"

"I am not stubborn!" Solar shot back, glaring weakly up at Gempa, the blush on his cheeks deepened as his older brother gave him an amused smile.

"And stop looking at me like that!"

"Like what?" Gempa teased, ruffling Solar’s hair.

"Like I care about you?" Solar swatted weakly at Gempa’s hand, his ears practically glowing red.

"Stop it" he muttered while turning his face away, though he didn’t actually pull away from the comforting warmth of his brother’s presence.

"But... thanks, I guess" Gempa’s smile softened and he patted Solar’s head gently.

"You are welcome, baby brother, now eat your soup before it gets cold" Solar groaned but reluctantly shifted to sit up, his cheeks still flushed.

"Don’t call me that" he grumbled, though there was a faint begrudging smile tugging at his lips.

As Solar grudgingly reached for the bowl of soup, the door swung open again and taufan strolled in with his signature carefree grin.

He took one look at Solar wrapped in Thorn’s blanket, clutching Ice’s whale plushy, and immediately broke into a wide smirk.

"Well well well, look who’s up!" He cheerfully said with a annoying grin.

"The mighty Solar reduced to a blanket burrito" Taufan teased, leaning against the doorframe with his arms crossed causing solar to shot him a weak glare, still too drained to muster much resistance.

"Don’t start taufan, i am not in the mood for your nonsense"

"Oh, I am sorry," Taufan said, his tone anything but apologetic.

"I didn’t realize you were so delicate these days" He sauntered over to the bed, his grin widening.

"Is that Ice’s whale plushy you are cuddling? And Thorn’s blanket?" He raise an eyebrows a few time causing solar to groan.

"Wow, you are really living the high life, huh?" Gempa still seated on the edge of the bed chuckled softly as he watched the exchange.

"Be nice Taufan, he’s already embarrassed enough."

"Embarrassed? Me?" Solar scoffed, though his face betrayed him as it flushed even redder.

"I am not embarrassed, I am just... conserving energy" his respond cause taufan to snorted.

"Sure sure, That’s why you are blushing so hard you look like a tomato" Solar turned his face into the whale plushy with a muffled groan.

"You are so annoying"

"Annoying but right" Taufan quipped, plopping down on the floor next to Gempa and leaned closer to Solar, his grin turning mischievous.

"Admit it, you love the attention, All this fussing over you, being pampered like a baby-"

"I do not!" Solar snapped, sitting up straighter despite the exhaustion weighing him down, his glare was fierce but the redness in his cheeks ruined the effect.

"I hate it! It’s suffocating!" Taufan smirked and leaned back, clearly enjoying himself.

"Uh huh Sure you do, then why haven’t you kicked us all out yet?" Solar opened his mouth to retort but faltered, his hands tightening around the plushy with his gaze darted away as he muttered under his breath.

"Because... I am too tired, thats all" Gempa chuckled while shaking his head in amusement.

"Solar, We don’t need a second tsundere in this family" Solar’s head snapped up with his eyes narrowing.

"I am not tsundere!" Taufan burst out laughing, leaning against Gempa as he tried to catch his breath.

"Oh man, this is too good, you are exactly like Hali when he gets flustered" he continue to laugh with tears forming beside one of his eyes.

"You even have the same death glare" Solar groaned and buried his face in the whale plushy again.

"I hate all of you" he mumbled, gempa patted Solar’s head gently while smiling.

"Sure you do, now eat your soup before Taufan steals it" Taufan gasped in mock offense.

"I would never-" He paused, eyeing the bowl of soup.

"Actually, that does look pretty good..." Solar groaned louder and snatched the bowl, shooting both of them a half hearted glare.

"Both of you are the worst" Taufan winked at him as an respond

"Love you too, baby bro"

"Stop calling me that idiot!" Gempa sighed and sat on the edge of the bed, adjusting the blanket around Solar’s shoulders.

"Okay thats enough, and don't call him idiot solar" Solar buried his face into the whale plushy, groaning.

"It’s just... annoying," he mumbled.

"Annoying or not, you need rest, so eat your soup and then sleep" he gaze at solar who seem only a second away to argue back.

"No arguments" Gempa said firmly, ruffling Solar’s hair, solar muttered something under his breath but complied, slowly eating the soup while Gempa and Taufan exchanged playful jabs, once the bowl was empty, Gempa collected the tray and stood.

"Alright, time for you to sleep" Gempa said, pulling the blanket snug around Solar again.

"I am not tired" Solar protested weakly, his eyelids already drooping.

"Sure, you are not," Taufan teased, patting Solar’s head.

"Goodnight, baby burrito" Solar grumbled something incoherent as both brothers left, dimming the room’s light on their way out as sleep claimed him almost instantly.

Hours later

The room was dark and quiet when Solar stirred again, his throat burned with dryness and the heavy blanket felt like it was trapping heat against his fevered skin, he blinked groggily, realizing he was painfully thirsty.

Sitting up, he rubbed his aching temples, the glass of water Gempa had brought earlier was empty and the thought of waiting for someone to check on him was unbearable.

"I can do this," he muttered as he sliding out of bed, his legs felt shaky and a wave of dizziness hit him as he stood.

He grabbed the edge of the bed for support, breathing deeply until the room stopped spinning, the cafeteria wasn’t far, just a few minutes away, he could manage.

Wrapping the hoodie tighter around himself, Solar shuffled out of the room and into the dimly lit hallway, each step felt like a monumental effort as his fevered body protested.

His vision blurred slightly and the dull throb in his head grew sharper with each step, by the time he reached the cafeteria, he was practically leaning against the wall for support.

His breathing was uneven and his fingers trembled as he pushed the door open, the bright lights stung his eyes and he winced, squinting as he shuffled toward the nearest water dispenser.

Grabbing a paper cup, he filled it and took a long sip, the cool liquid soothing his parched throat, he refilled the cup and leaned heavily against the counter, closing his eyes briefly.

"Solar?" The voice startled him and he turned to see Ice standing in the doorway, arms crossed and an unimpressed look on his face.

"What are you doing here?" Ice asked, stepping closer.

"You look like you are about to pass out"

"I was thirsty" Solar mumbled, his voice hoarse.

"I didn’t want to bother anyone" Ice sighed, shaking his head as he walked over and grabbed Solar’s arm to steady him.

"You are supposed to be resting, not wandering around like a zombie."

"I am fine" Solar muttered, though his wobbling knees said otherwise.

"Sure you are," Ice said dryly, without another word he wrapped an arm around Solar’s shoulders and began guiding him back.

"You are worse than Thorn when he’s sick" Ice muttered as they walked, solar didn’t have the energy to argue while he continue to lean into Ice’s support as they made their way back to his room.

When they arrived, Ice helped him back into bed and handed him another glass of water from the tray Gempa had left earlier.

"Next time, call one of us" Ice said firmly, tucking the blanket around Solar.

"We are here to take care of you, so let us" Solar mumbled something under his breath, too exhausted to argue, as his head hit the pillow, Ice smirked, pulling Thorn’s blanket tighter around him.

He stared at solar for a brief moment before he lean down and plant a quick kiss on solar's forehead before he smile.

"Sleep well, baby brother" Ice teased softly before turning off the light and leaving the room.

.

.

.

.

The soft click of the door echoed in the quiet room as solar stirred slightly, still half buried under Thorn’s blanket, his fever had eased a little, though his body still felt like lead.

He barely registered the presence of someone else until a sudden weight landed at the foot of his bed.

"Rise and shine, sunshine!" Blaze’s voice rang out, too loud and too cheerful for the early hours of the morning which cause solar to groaned, clutching the blanket tighter as he peeked out, glaring weakly.

"Blaze I swear, if you’re here to annoy me"

"Annoy you?" Blaze gasped, clutching his chest dramatically.

"How dare you! I am here as your personal nurse" solar blinked, his tired brain taking a moment to process the sight of Blaze wearing a makeshift nurse’s hat made from a crumpled piece of paper with a hastily drawn red cross.

"Why...?" Solar croaked, his voice still hoarse.

"Because everyone else is busy and someone needs to make sure you don’t do something stupid again, like sneaking out of bed in the middle of the night" Blaze replied while smirking as he tossed a small thermos onto the bedside table.

"So nurse Blaze is on duty!" Solar groaned before burying his face back into the whale plushy.

"Please, just leave me alone..."

"No can do, little bro" Blaze said while leaning forward with a mischievous grin.

"Now let’s see, I got a few things here, soup, some crackers, water and this" He pulled out a small jar labeled 'Blaze’s Super Secret Health Potion' which cause Solar to squinted at it suspiciously.

"What is that?" Blaze’s grin widened as he proudly show the said jar.

"A mix of honey, lemon, and... some other stuff... but trust me, it’s a miracle cure"

"Other stuff? Blaze, if I drink that and it kills me"

"Relax, I tested it myself! See? I am perfectly fine!" Blaze declared, flexing his arms as if to prove his point which cause solar to groaned again.

"Fine whatever, Just... don’t make a mess" Blaze’s eyes sparkled with mischief as he unscrewed the jar and poured a bit into a small cup.

"Here you go, Bottoms up!" Solar eyed the concoction warily but took a tentative sip and to his surprise, it wasn’t terrible, it was sweet and tangy with a hint of warmth that soothed his throat, so he took another sip which make Blaze’s grin turned smug.

"See? Told you I am amazing"

"Don’t let it go to your head" Solar muttered, though he couldn’t hide the faint smile tugging at his lips, blaze leaned back, crossing his legs on the bed.

"So what do you wanna do? Watch a movie? Play a game? Oh wait, I know!" Before Solar could protest, Blaze pulled out a deck of cards and began shuffling them with unnecessary flair.

"How about a game of Guess the Card?"

"Blaze, I am sick"

"Exactly! And this game requires zero effort, just guess the card I pull out!" Solar sighed but humored him.

"Fine... Uh... seven of hearts?" Blaze flipped the card with a flourish.

"It’s the king of spades, Wrong! That’s one for me"

"You didn’t even give me a chance to see it first!"

"Thats the point!” Blaze grinned, drawing another card.

What followed was a ridiculous game that had no clear rules or purpose with Blaze making up penalties and rewards on the spot.

By the end of it, Solar was clutching his sides from laughing, his fever momentarily forgotten.

"Okay, okay" Solar wheezed, wiping tears from his eyes.

"You win, I can’t play anymore" Blaze smirked, leaning back with an air of victory.

"Told you I will make you feel better" Solar gave him a tired but genuine smile.

"Thanks Blaze, You are... not as terrible as I thought" Blaze feigned offense.

"Not as terrible? That’s the nicest thing you have ever said to me!" He ruffled Solar’s hair playfully before standing up.

"Alright time for you to nap again, Nurse Blaze’s orders" Solar didn’t protest this time, too worn out from laughing as Blaze tucked the blanket around him (not without adding a few dramatic flourishes).

Solar closed his eyes, a soft smile lingering on his lips as Blaze dimmed the lights and left the room.

The chaos might have been overwhelming, but the warmth of his brother’s care made it all worth it.

Solar shuffled into the cafeteria, still bundled up in the oversized jacket Blaze had forced on him, he looked like a marshmallow with legs, waddling past the food dispensers.

A few crewmates gave him curious glances but he ignored them before flopping into the nearest chair by the window.

He was about to enjoy a rare moment of peace when Taufan came barreling in, carrying a tray stacked with food so high it defied gravity.

"Solar! You are alive!" Taufan yelled dramatically, slamming the tray onto the table.

"I was sick, not dying" Solar grumbled, pulling the jacket tighter.

"Yeah yeah, anyway eat this! All of it, doctor Taufan’s orders~" Taufan declared, pointing at the towering tray of food which solar eyed the tray suspiciously.

"Why are there five sandwiches and a bowl of... whatever that is?" He ask suspiciously

"It’s soup! I think-... I made it myself" Taufan said proudly while solar leaned back with a horrified expression.

"That explains the weird smell" Before Taufan could defend his culinary masterpiece, Blaze sauntered in, balancing three plates on one arm like some kind of circus performer before he gave Solar a devilish grin.

"Looking cozy, Snowball" the sudden tease make solar groaned in annoyance.

"Don’t call me that" Blaze smirked before setting the plates down.

"Fine~ but seriously, you need to stay warm, that jacket is doing wonders for your circulation"

"It’s doing wonders for making me look like a space potato" Solar muttered.

"Potatoes are useful" Blaze quipped.

"Be proud" Gempa and Halilintar arrived next, carrying trays with slightly more sensible portions as gempa set down a bowl of soup with a flourish.

"I made this Solar, so it’s safe,” he said while glaring at Taufan, why? Well because he saw how he make his... Special soup

"Why does everyone doubt my cooking?!" Taufan yelled, feeling offended.

"Do you want the list alphabetically or chronologically?" Halilintar deadpanned as he sat down while zolar chuckled and sipping the soup.

"Thanks Gempa, It’s good"

“Of course it is,” blaze said before looking at the second oldest.

"Unlike Taufan’s... experiments"

"It’s creative cooking!" Taufan retorted, just then Ice strolled in, holding a single plate with a neatly made sandwich as he yawned and sat down next to Solar.

"Feeling better?" Ice asked lazily, propping his chin on his hand.

"Yeah, a little" Solar replied.

"Good, because if you pass out in the hallway again, I am not carrying you, too much effort" Ice teased which solar respond by rolling his eyes.

"Uh huh, sure you won't" Before Ice could respond, Thorn ran in while dragging a juice box twice his size, he plopped it on the table and climbed into the seat next to Solar, looking up at him with wide, serious eyes.

"Are you still sick?" Thorn asked, sipping his juice through a comically long straw.

"Not really" Solar said while looking at the said juice box and wonder where in galaxy did he get that.

"Good" Thorn said, nodding sagely.

"Because Blaze said if you didn’t get better, he will dye your hair pink"

"What?!" Solar whipped around to glare at Blaze while the said brother shrugged, completely unbothered.

"I mean, you will look cool"

"Blaze, I swear-" before the argument could escalate, Halilintar cleared his throat, silencing everyone.

"No fighting, solar are still recovering" For once solar obeyed while muttering something under his breath, the brothers settled into their usual bickering as they ate, passing food around and teasing each other.

Despite the chaos, Solar couldn’t help but smile, between the ridiculous nicknames, Taufan’s questionable soup, and Blaze’s endless pranks.

It was impossible to feel alone, even in the middle of space surrounded by stars, his brothers were his home and that was the warmest feeling of all.
