Shanaya: "sorry sir wont be repeated again" embarrassed

Coach Kevin: "Don't worry I will make sure that and you alisha do you want to join them"

Alisha: "No sir sorry won't be repeated"

Coach Kevin: "it would be better for you now no long breaks for you and if I find you talking to anyone in between your training you will be joining them"

Alisha: "but sir it is my break time" pleading

Coach Kevin: "ooh really so my watch must be broken because it clearly shows that your break was over 5 mins ago " raised eyebrow

Everyone: "yes sir"

Coach Kevin: "okay lets begin from basic workout 3 set 30 crunches"

All started doing and all did it without any problem

"3 set 30 Russian twist"

"3 set 30 cross sit up crunches"

"3 set 30 crunch frog"

"3 set 30 cruch chop"

Now few of them started getting little slow

"Already getting I have not even started this is just warm up"

I could see shanaya,rae and karl jaw dropping to ground

"Come on do it fast list is so long come on "

"3 set 30 traditional pushups" "3 set 30 wide arm pushups" "3 set 30 knuckle pushups"

Now it was big challenge for them as their arms were screaming and each one have done more than their set as someone was slow someone was fast but them I heard shanaya whispering something to coel and lucky she was speaking in so low tobe but I managed to listen because of training I have received I managed to read her lips and also heard it

Shanaya: "I will count slowly same you all will do so that next person can hear you and then we will do together and then we don't have to do extra"

Lucky : "not a bad idea"

I am impressed she is smart I must say let see if its works or not

"3 set 30 diamond pushups"

Today it is not only punishment but I also want to see how much they can push them self and this will help them in YMTA entrance exam

"3 set 30 superman pushups"

I heard lucky,nick and harris cursing but they didn't dare to say it loud or else if you know you know but I will not leave them like this they are seniors and they are cursing in front of their junior that to their sisters and brothers

"Harris,nick and lucky stand up add 0.5 kgs on both of your wrist"

Harris,Nick and lucky : "yes sir"

They know why they got into it and they will not dare to say anything but shanaya was so curious so she

Shanaya: "sir why did you punished them" innocently

Coach Kevin: "I think you are also getting punished"

Harris,lucky&Nick : "can we join sir"

Now this is big challenge for them it is not so difficult but they have been doing different pushups from so long and that to with very less break does that mean that I will he lenient with them Hell No they got themselves to it....it is not my fault and today I have little extra love for shanaya because O am so sure because of her bigmouth sir (sam shanaya nanu) got to know about my overworking and about me not taking care of my health I will make sure that today if I have to pay heavy price (to whom you are joking you are going to pay heavy price today kevin) I make sure to shower extra love on her everyday (come on Kevin she is not you junior she is your student) whatever And their we go harry and karl fall while doing 3 clap pushups

"Come on get up set going and I am not going to count last 7 pushups of up three now do ai have to teach you how to do three clap pushups haa" sternly I said pointing coel,nick and aaron

Coel, nick and aaron : "No sir"

Coach Kevin: "so do it properly by doing all these yoy are only getting extra workout for yourself and other members"

"3 set 50 squats"

Know I want to know how many will give up

Wow to my surprise no one has give up yet I am so proud of them If I have said them to do 60 pushups minimum they are doing 75 to 80 every time so almost they have to do extra set

"4 set 25 sumo squats"

"2 set 25 pistol squats"

And here we go everyone falk down only shanaya,harris and rae managed to keep balance but they were also shaking like anything and they were not doing properly now so I will leave them now (how was my joke)

"You all 7 stand up okay I jabe teo option for you if harris, rae and shanaya managed to complete both set in 10 min perfectly you all will get 10 mins break are you in to it ?"

Rae, shanaya and harris : "yes sir"

Coach Kevin: "okay but what will you 7 do you are not getting break that is for sure so you all will be in plank position for next 10 mins now on my count and those squats you did earlier I will not count as they were not perfect ......perfect os fartest thing not upto the level also okay 3..2..1 start"

They started doing fast at starting and then shanaya said them to slow and they slow down then she said fast and they became fast she has really good leadership qualities I must say she is truly lt gen granddaughter harris and shanaya were doing fine but rae was having problem I am so proud of her she has truly pushed so much today I didn't expect her to stay till so long I was wrong this time but I am always happy when my students prove me wrong and show me they are much better than what I expect them to be but those who were doing planks hey were in really bad condition for sure

"Times up "

With this all seven dropped themselves to ground

"Did I said you can change you position" sternly

All seven : "No sir"

Coach Kevin: "then back to position you have completed the task but you friends had to do something to make things bad so now you will have 7 min breaks not 10 min you may go now"

You must be like I have only reduced 3 min from their break what a big deal but I know what a big deal it was and they also know that because sadness was visible on their face when I said that when you are in military or in sports training you thank for every minute you for resting or as a break you can ask you friends who are in sports.....they went to have their breaks now I will just make them do pullups and all and then running that's it then they are done with their punishment

Harris: "reporting sir everyone came from break"

Coach Kevin : "okay now lest go to pull up bars"

"3 set 20 pullups"

And here shanaya fell after 7 pull up of her first set following her karl and aaron also fell I have to make them do more pullups now okay I will see to it they some how managed it

"3 set 5 min hanging on pullups bar"

They performed worst in this workout okay I have to add pullups in everyone workout

"4 set 25 jumping squats"

I made them do this because then they will do running and they are done

"10 laps of 1.2km track" So they will run 12km Their leg must be screaming by now for sure qnd their arms also actually whole body but it was not my fault

Finally after taking so much time they completed it

"Well done you all came so early I thought I have to sleep here only tonight"

Everyone: "sorry sir"

I raised my eyebrows"did you say sorry oohh boy you qll really want to workout more okay so lets do it go on ooh you don't know shanaya don't you so everytime you do anything wrong you will give me 20 knuckle pushups as sorry and everytime you use word sorry you will do 2 min handstand so carry on now"

They fid their pushups and handstand they used their every reserve energy to do it I can see that

"Okay done for today you all can go now can don't forget to come for training tomorrow morning on time" last part I put more pressure because it was the thing because of which they had to go through so much

Shanaya : "what is it time now ?" Said in low voice as she was hell tired
