Coach Kevin : "You all get down and it is mins 5 for karl,harry,coel and nick.....Now we will start test I will be taking test of those who are going to give entrance exam and it is their first time and also all the student those who are holding and appointment/rank holders and rest of you other coaches will evaluate your performance and I expect that you will not disappoint me Or else be ready to pay the price we will start evaluation test in 10 min you can use that time to prepare your self and those who giving it for first time don't be scare just perform the way you perform I any physical test okay go list is their soft board you can who will evaluate you Best of luck everyone"

Now all of them went do stretching and warm up and 10 of them went to cool down these 10 are going be under as 5 of th are new and rest of them are appointment/ rank holders it is going be fun and 4 of them already have -5 I excited to see shanaya performance if I am saying I don't expect so much from her then it will be pure lie she amazing let's see how much she can push herself right know she is talking with her friends and she is serious looks like something important and yes I also have to find out why the hell she is so concerned about rank 1 I know she will not speak I have find some other way.... Idea I can get information from her friends I can get information out from....... Karl yes he is easy trap he don't know how to shut his mouth you should never tell him secret okay I will ask him after test Or in between haa between will be better because if they will not perform well then I will scold them and after that I can't get any information from him .... I was busy with my thought and then I realised time's up

Coach kevin : "okay everyone go to your respective coach"

Everyone went to their respective coach and here are 77 students in front of me seniors and nee comers

Coach Kevin : "okay you all here old student know about the process but new don't so I tell their will be 6 rounds which include Exercises and boxing both I will examine you strength , weakness, stamina, focus, quick response and many more things and time will be also noted till the last person will complete the set you all have to still do even if you set is completed but for this their will be division all appointment/ rank holder in one group and all new comers in other group you all will do same workout and move but their might be difference in count and set and don't forget about time all clear? "

Everyone : "yes sir"

Coach Kevin : "okay so divide yourself in groups"

They started dividing and they were making so much nosie

Coach Kevin : "I think for dividing in group you need to use your legs not mouth" Sternly in angry tone

All went quite and now the are in group appointment have arranged then self in perfect 3 in row but newcomers they look like bunch of sheeps standing

Coach Kevin : "If you don't know to stand properly then watch your seniors and learn from them" Annoyed tone

Now all of them look their seniors trying to figure out and most of them were not able to do that so shanaya had to come in front and made then stand in 3 in a row and height wise I am impressed she has that leadership qualities I thing next year she will be part of other group for sure okay so they are done finally I can start

Coach Kevin : "So round 1 is CALISTHENICS in this round you will be doing only 5 workouts

• 10/15 Jumping jacks 20 set 10 for newcomers and 15 for appointments

• 20/25 squats 20 set with no weights

• 25 alternating toe touches 20 sets 3 kg/4 kg weights

• 20 cherry pickers 15 set with 2.5kg/ 3.5kg weight balls

• 5 min Arm circle 3 set with 3.5kg/4 kg weights

That's it after this round 3 mins break and then Round two okay now start and don't forget time and don't do faster than your friends or else you smart enough "

Everyone : "yes sir"

They have started doing and they are doing good they think it's easy In this they only newcomers are part as their seniors have already experienced it and they know it is not easy but they will be proven wrong after first workout only ...... Newcomers are now slow except few...... Woww shanaya had completed her jumping jacks but her team mate are almost 4-5 set behind see was not doing fast she was doing at her normal speed and aaron, karl,rae and harry they have also finished their set maybe they are going to do equal to their seniors now they are doing squats and I can tell from their face that now they have realised that it was not easy.... Right now they are doing cherry pickers and hell few of them are on verge of crying I think they are not ready for academy because in academy they have to face lot more that woow and here shanaya is trying to encourage two student who are on her side and one in front to don't give up I am now sure she will get a rank for sure maybe she will be SC and finally they have completed and I am not happy with newcomers performance few of them were good but rest of them were not giving their 100% seniors were doing pretty decent so now it is break time

Coach Kevin : "Now you got 3 min for yourself cool down after that we will go ahead with round 2"

Everyone : "yes sir"

They all drink some water and try to relax and now newcomers have understand that it is not going to be easy

Coach Kevin : "okay break over so Round 2 in shadow boxing you will do • Straight punches 5 minutes • Straight punches & hook 5 min • 4-5 punch combination of your choice 5 mins

That's it after this you will have 2.5 min break so get going now"

Everyone : "yes sir"

Everyone started doing they were doing fine till now but newcomers were slacking of looks like someone is in trouble..... Now everyone is feeling pain in their arm it is difficult to do it without breaks .... But you know what is the thing that makes this test more challenging well guess it I will tell you after round 4 ... Finally they have completed they perform very bad few seniors and many newcomers except alisha shanaya and her group ohh I don't think anyone can save them from me today if they don't perform God in next rounds.... Round 2 completed

Coach kevin : "Now break for 2.5 min go"

I did sound little bit angry I think was not noticed everyone except few of course shanaya is in that few people and now she is talking to her friends I think she warning them about doing properly ... Okay times up

Coach kevin : "Now round 3 Bag Work

• Speed work 3 mins • Straight punches 5 mins • 3-4 punch combination 5 mins but it should be different from what you did in last round • Head and body shot 5 mins • Uppercut bag 3 mins

After this 2 mins break now start doing it"

You must be think that if they are not doing properly why I am not telling them or scolding them because during test only they are responsible for every move they are doing not me but don't worry I will make sure they have understand their each and every mistake after test.... What is this I clearly told not to repeat move and her shanaya, karl and Aaron are doing exactly what I told them not to do ... Yes after wasting 20 seconds shanaya finally realised it she is surely getting some good scolding from me today and now she trying to pass this message to her friends but they are least bothered about it God save them from me ... I am really disappointed from newcomers in this round and I am also not so happy with seniors they will really hate me from tomorrow seniors already know about this but they have really disappointed me today

Coach kevin : "2 mins break" Deadpanded Or else I don't know how to control my anger

Now I think everyone has realised it that they doing pathetic and I am angry I hope they perform well now

Coach kevin : "Round 4 Dexterity • Speed bag 5 set 5 min • Jump rope 15 mins

After this 1.5 min break go"

So I think you have figured out what is the thing that makes it more challenging correct it is break time it kept reducing by 30s and this really make things hard special last round..... This round is one of the toughest round because their arm are already damm to tired and they have to do speed punch and jumping rope it is difficult task and taht to with so less break.... Now you must be think that if a person can go through this test they can qualify for YMTA yaa your correct but I am taking this test not only to train them for test but for training in YMTA and that is hell to hard and special instructor they are to strict thats why from now on I am going to train them like instructors in YMTA does and now these new comers will also got know my another side newcomers and student who not eligible for YMTA due age or anything does not know about my that side as they all who going to join YMTA or are part of it trains in different selection of academy... And here all of them have completed Round 4 and they were pathetic

Coach Kevin : "1.5 min break go"

I don't want to say anything they are just dead now

Coach Kevin : "Round 5 Body exercises • Pushups 15/20 3 set • Drop squat 15/20 3 set • Pull ups 15/20 3 set • Tricep dips 15/20 3 set • Burpees 40 30 set

After this 1 min break go"

They started doing push ups and they are doing push up like cockroaches man they are looking horrible right now I want laugh after looking at them and I am also getting angry with their perform ahh I can't take it any more.. Shanaya is still facing difficulties in doing pull ups we have to work on this she did pretty well in other things but right now she is facing problem ....... I don't even to tell how long they took to complete these 5 exercise they are surely going to embrace me in front of everyone

Coach kevin : "1 min go" My anger and disappointment is now completely visible on my face

Now all the seniors know what is going to happened with them after this test and I think juniors are also getting some idea good for them atleast they are getting time for preparing them self for somethings that are coming to them

Coach kevin : "Round 6 Abs • Floor crunches 30 3 sets • Bench Situp 30 3 sets •Oblique Medicine Ball Russian twist 30 3 sets • Seated leg tucks 30 3 sets

That's it and after this your test is completed you can take 10 mins break and then all of you assemble here okay now start"

Ohh shit I forgot I have to as karl about shanaya secret because of their hitty performance I forgot I will ask him after this round gets over..... how are they performing don't even ast cows, dogs and cats can perform better than them ahh goddd I am so done with them.... They took their sweet time I completing it like it was not test but stretching

Coach kevin : "You can go and rest for 10 mins after that assemble here"

Everyone : "yes sirr"

They were about to go but

Coach kevin : "Karl come withe fir a minute"

Karl looked pale after hearing this he should be but right now I am now calling him for that

Coach kevin : "come fast karl"

Karl : "yes sir"

Coach kevin : "Tell what's going on between you guys " Sternly

Karl : "what do you mean sir?"

Coach kevin : "don't test my patience Karl you already have so much in your plate now tell me why the hell shanaya is so obsessed with getting rank 1 and I want truth"

Karl : "ooh that...Actually shanaya think she is underage so if she will perform average she will not get selected so she wants to get rank 1 so that no one can reject her but please sir don't tell to her that I told you this or else she will be angry on me "

Coach kevin : "okay you can go"

Karl : "Sir"

Coach kevin : "yes Karl"

Karl : "my 2 mins are wasted here can I get extra 2 min" Puppy eyes

Coach Kevin : "I can't wait give you extra 2 min but I can remove 5 mins from your break do you want me to do that"

Karl : "No sir thank you I am going"

Coach kevin : "good for you and don't tell shanaya taht I asked you this question"

Karl : "okay sir"

They were all resting and chatting seniors were pretty scared now because now they are going to face my warth

Coach kevin : "So let's talk about performance of all of you I will just use one word Pathetic your performance were pathetic don't worry talk to all of you one on one in afternoon be ready for and that I will also announce your results you are all dismissed for now"

They all went to their looker changed went out now I and other coaches will prepare their results and new workout planner lot of work to do

Shanaya : "ahhh I am hell tired what the hell this was one of the toughest test I have ever appeared for and on top of that we all perform PATHETIC we are dead now I have feeling that something is going to happened I don't know what I want to go home and get some rest my each and every muscles are crying"

Aaron : "Bro I am feeling same it is hurting everywhere I don't want to come for evening training ahhh I am so tired During those push ups and pull ups I was on verge of crying"

Karl, harry, shanaya & rae : "Same bro"

Shanaya : "now let's go home and let's rest see you in later byee"

Everyone : "byee"

They went to their respective cars

Shanaya : "what happened to you honey why are looking so tensed "

Harris : "Nothing I am just tired"

Shanaya : "okay"

They both didn't talk as they were hell tired and flex also decided not to disturb their resting time... They reached home finally

Shanaya and Harris were walking like tortoise they were looking like they can collapse any moment some how they managed go to living room where everyone was sitting

Sam : "hello my babies what happened to you?"

Harris : "you know what happened to us nanu don't act as if you don't know anything your favorite student did this"

Sam : chuckled "well then I have to Appreciate him he did pretty good job" Teased

Harris gave his sarcastic smile

Sam : "are you okay shann"

Shanaya : "Yes I will be okay after taking nap don't worry"

Sam : "okay then both of you and take a nap"

Shanaya & Harris : "okay"

Shanaya : "ohh yes and coach Carter told me to pass this message to you last set 7 left"

Sam : "okay and stop calling him coach Carter atleast in front of people shann"

Shanaya : "okay I will think about it"

Now one of teh biggest challenge they were having is climbing stairs they could have taken elevator but it reparing right now and you should have just low at them they were climbing stairs everyone in living room were laughing after looking at them after doing so much hardwork they finally reached up and went to their room

Shanaya POV

Oh god I am gell tried I need hot water bath let me go and fill my jacuzzi with hot water ...... Wow it feel so good after such intensive test my muscle ate feeling little bit relaxed now it's good... I di nd even realised I self in jacuzzi for 45 min after this put some pain relief spary then went out put alarm and had a good nap for 1:30 mins
