Coach Kevin (Coach carter) POV

I was in my cabin doing some work and in my cabin their is special glass from which you can see and hear what's going outside but people outside won't see or hear but it is operated with remote and I just switch off when a cadet comes in as I don't want them to know that,atleast yet, maybe in future. So when shann went out I switched on and Max was their near office,So when she went to Max to tell him that I was calling him he was very rude with her and their was frustration in his voice and I was very angry as shann talk to him very nicely and even said please she was smiling but that was because of talk she just had with me I know that, as I also always used to had that type of smile when I had talk to my senior or some officer..... Sorry let me get back to story so he literally threatened her and then he went to water dispenser to drink water and taking his time to come to my office like he was some chief guest. We are going to have our first session in this office today and mean while I saw shann going to her friends and telling them whole story and they were angry. I was able to hear them clearly as they were near office and now shann was convincing her friends to don't do anything stupid and I know my kids the will surely do something, am I going to punish them for that only if they get caught , not if they do anything smoothly by anything I mean minor thinks because if they try fight they will be dead in my hands. Why I am allowing them because shanaya thinks no one wants her she needs to know that their are people who really care for her and second I know for fact that Max is bully he need a lesson I had warn him so many time but he didn't actually care, he is not exactly bully he is short temper which make him bully sometimes. I know all of my kids are good and he is also but he needs time to time repair that's what my seniors used to say. But shann and her group are going to get punished as during that time they were literally standing and doing there conversation and that was more than 30 second break on top of that it was before they completed their circuit also I told shanaya to complete her task not talk with her friends I know it was need and it was unavoidable but I will treat them same way my seniors/instructors did when I did such mistake and it is punishment. Why am I connecting everything with my academy days today ..... After taking good 10 minutes break Max graced me with his presence and note that he went to break without anyone's permission now this is good reason for office session ( office session is nothing but punishment in any coach of instructor office) I am way beyond angry on him for many reasons

Max knock the door and asked for permission

Coach Kevin : "Do 50 knuckles push ups and 50 normal push ups and then come in" I said in cold and stern tone which they know I use only when I am very pissed off and when they are going to be dead

I said him to do those push ups outside office because I am very angry I don't want to do anything stupid which will harm him and also I want him realise what mistakes he did before coming in office..... Can you imagine this boy took 15 mins to complete now he getting on my nerve..... Calm down kevin

He again ask permission to come in I let him come inside

Coach Kevin : "Handstand" He assume the position "Tell me why you did those push ups outside and I want correct answer or else it will difficult for you" I said while doing some paperwork

Max : "I was late to report, I went for break without permission and I got lowest marks"

It's only partially correct and what does he mean I got lowest, I mean yes he got lowest but that doesn't mean I will humilate him for that like this I will punish him but not in this way

Coach Kevin : "Are you sure you didn't do anything else?"I said looking at him sternly now I am more interested in him than my paperwork (I was never intrested in paperwork on first place)

I have him second chance because he already have so much in his plate

Max : "That's it sir, I didn't do anything else"

Oh he is trying to be smart now he pay for his smartness

Coach Kevin : "Start doing handstand push ups and now tell what happened when shanaya went to call you all in detail and truth or else you will be doing these handstand push ups with weights so better start saying truth" Coldly

He was hell lot scared right now as he realise I know what happened earlier and my tone was hell lot scary for anyone's liking

Max : "I am sor..sorry sir" She shuttered

Coach Kevin : ""I asked you W.H.A.T did she say I didn't ask for your sorry" I said in very cold voice which I rarely use on anyone

Max : "She came to me and ask me to go to your cabin as you asked me to come but I talk to her rudely and threatened her I really didn't mean that sir I was just angry, I am really sorry sir I will even aplos...apologize to her sir" He said vey quickly as his life was depend on this and also because Know his face was all red because of handstand push ups

Coach Kevin : "Just because you were angry you will do anything you want huh what do you think of yourself and apologizing to her you will do that for sure....I know you have anger issues but you can't just took out it on anyone I have told you so many time use that anger while training"

Max : "I am really sorry sir" He was embarrassed and guilty after all he is just 10 year kid

I royally ignore him for 5 mins and now he was about to fall so

Coach Kevin : "Down" I gave him a min to rest as he had already cross his limit and now I am more piss because this is his limit and if he would have performed like this during test he won't be at last he is a talented child "knuckle pushups" He assume the push ups and started doing "did I say start, I think today session of following orders was not enough for you" Said angrily

Max : "No sir sorr...sorry sir" He was hard time while speaking

Coach Kevin : "Ohh really so it was me who didn't report to office when it was asked for went for 10 mins break without anyone's permission huh tell me with whose permission you went for break, do you think others are fool that they wait for my orders or ask for my permission for break" Said loudly and he was shivering now

Max : "No sir it's nothing like that....I...I was very angry and frustrated that time I didn't wanted to do anything stupid here so I went for break"

Coach Kevin : "this still not justify things you did"

Max : "I know sir" Embarrassed

Through out this conversation he was holding is postion mid air while doing knuckle push ups as I didn't allowed him to start yet

Coach Kevin : " I talk about this to you later first why did you score so bad I know you can do much better than that and start your push ups"

He was quite as he didn't want to answer and then I raised my eyebrow and give him look I WANT ANSWER that look and he understood

Max : "I didn't give my 100% sir I wa.. Was not serious" He said that in very low tone so that I won't hear but he also known I will obviously hear that

Coach Kevin : "Is that accepted"

Max : "No sir"

Coach Kevin : "Exactly. If I found out this in next test Or you came last in any test today will be cake walk for you... Are you going to stay in hostel or home?"

Max : "Hostel sir anyways their is no one for me at home so my parents will give me permission they obviously don't care of me also" He said last part in very low tone that it was literally very hard for me to hear what he said but I heard him. He had tears forming in his eyes

I know that he had became like this because he never got attention from his ow parents.What the hell first shann and now max why so emotional day now I will cry

Coach Kevin : "Up come here " He was coming with near me with baby steps "fast" I said little loudly he he came and I raised my hand to dust of his clothes but he thought I was going to hit him I know his parents and not best parents they always neglect him and sometimes hit him so it was his obvious reflex but when I just dust his clothes he clamed down and then I hold his hand I noticed their were so many cuts and burn mark these marks are different from training cuts or marks "why you have so many burn and cut marks in your hand " I asked softly as now his tear were rolling down from his checks

Max : "last weak you told me to stop eating junk food should eat healthy and home cooked food so...While making it I got these burn and cut marks" He said sobbing

Coach Kevin : "By that I mean to ask your parents to give you healthy food not make yourself you still very young for doing that yourself"

Max : "I told them...they told me if I want to eat anything else rather than what they give I should make that myself they are not my servants who will follow my order and I am ungrateful brat and they also order all the servants and housekeeping in house to not help me in doing any chores I have to do it myself whether it's cleaning my room Or cooking food for myself and if they find anyone helping me they will fire them" Now he was crying like anything so I just hug him and let him calm down after 5 mins he calm down I gave him water to drink Obviously those words will hurt anyone and how can they say that to a 8 year innocent child on top of that they asked him to cook for himself and even threat their staff to not help, his parents are rich but they are not at all good parents now I am pitying him

Coach Kevin : "okay it's fine okay from tomorrow you will live here in academy and here you don't have to cook you own food okay you have to do your chores but not all okay you are good boy so now stop crying you are strong boy na" He nod while hugging me and after 10 mins he was okay so back to coach mode "okay one hand plank position" He assumed the position and he was shock like from all lovely caring coach I went back to coach Carter mode I chuckled in my mind "So as you are going to stay in academy you will report 1 hour early to the training ground in morning and you will be dismissed 1 hour late in night you will report to me for these session and if you are late then god will also not save you from me..... And this punishment is for your behavior with your coursemates which you excused with anger issues so we will work on that and I will aslo teach you how to follow orders and ask for permission....Is that clear" I said in very sternly and in ordering which no one dares to disobey

He went outside and I on the window so that I can see what's happening and I saw max went to shann and said sorry which she accepted after carefully observing his face and his conditions I think she figured out most part of what happened inside the office. I didn't call anyone into the office because now I need time I am exhaust because if you remember I was up whole night thanks to sam sir and then test and all this emotional stuff that happened I need rest so I just closed my eyes for 5 mins and then I went near coffee machine in my cabin to make coffee as I need this very badly... After 15 mins I was going to go out and then I heard them saying like they really can't do now they might get injured and I know that like it is their first day so it's obvious and I don't even expect them to complete given task I was just checking how much they can push and how much more I can push so I just went out and they shut their mouth but they all were looking like cockroaches who has been hit by slippers it was really a funny thinking them as cockroach hit by slippers but I can't laugh for obvious reasons

I stand their for 5 mins and I realized that now they really can't do and if they will do they will injure themselves

Coach Kevin : "what the hell are you doing can't even complete a simple task...can you all complete the given task? " I said sternly because I want to see if they can stand for themselves

Everyone : "yes sir" Except shanaya she said "no sir"

Everyone was shock with her answer and I was not to surprise because I know her but I am really so done with rest of them

Coach Kevin : "Are you special madam shanaya rest of them said yes and you are saying no, so you just want to give up and not give your best is this how you will get 100" I said sternly to make her believe I was not happy with her answer

Shanaya : "Sir, we all gave our 100% and we have pushed us beyond our limit and we all really can't complete task as this is our first day, we our not at all used to this much physical work so please sir let us take break we really can't complete it today"

I just love this girl how she stand for everyone the way she explained without offending anyone but I still want to play with her

Coach Kevin : "So why it's only you who said no why everyone said yes"

Shanaya : "They are scared of you and I am also, it's just someone has to take initiative so I took it and standing for yourself or your friends is not bad thing"

It's look like she is also learning mind riding because I was going to ask her if she was not scared of me

I am so happy finally break and no more workout I love this

Once Sir told that we are free we really wanted to shout but we control because he is some sort of very obsessed to discipline right now so we control or else we would have lost our break..... So right not we all were just sitting and chatting then I wanted to use washroom so I started searching for it but then someone hold my hand and it was

Harris : "Shann what happened why are you ignoring me all day?" He was confused

Like seriously he was the one who call me abnormal and now doing all this confused drama

I was able see how much happy they were when I told them they are free now they wanted to shout but they are smart enough so they didn't good choice

I saw from cabin that shann was shouting at Harris and then he hugged I was not able to hear because they were at distance but I think atleast the made up and then I say that intentionally Karl moved so that Max would tripped over his leg and he was successful wow. They were hell scared righ now they want to say but they can't form any words.... They are going to be in this situation more in upcoming days

Then I had session for 10 mins with them after them I call only 4 more and rest I talk later on

Now it's time for announcement for which I went outside they were all talking but when they saw me they all went quite

Coach Kevin : "All of you assembly here" They all assembly thankfully in the position which they learn today "So tomorrow you all have holiday in school, so all of you who are still willing to join YMTA or want to train under me for YMTA have holiday from tomorrow training which mean you all don't have to come to academy for morning or evening session in academy you all will report in academy day after tomorrow which is Wednesday, those who are not staying in academy hostle will report at 3pm and those who are going to stay in academy hostel will report at 5pm. I am giving you all holiday because upcoming days will be tough so enjoy you holiday and you all will be allowed to go home on Sunday but you all have to report to academy at night or before morning training....As for training you will get your timetable tomorrow which you have to follow it will be different from timetable you follow but you have to follow that and those who are not staying in academy hostel they will also have timetable but it will be little different from other but mostly it will be same. You will have longer training hours as compare to now.....today I will give you consent form fill it up and submit me hardcopy or send me soft copy via e-mail but if you submitting soft copy you have to submit hardcopy also that you can submit when you will come for training. Everyone has to submit whether you are staying or not and I should get it by tomorrow 4pm because then we have to make arrangements according to it.....As for those who are staying, you will bring all essential things,your daily need items, stationery, textbooks and all school supplies also your clothes and everything but you don't need many clothes as you will be in training uniform only most of the time so don't bring many clothes only necessary thing and electronics are allowed you can bring that, but no unhealthy snacks and if I found any than you will face consequences which includes chocolate to....All the instructions and list of items allowed are written in the form which I will give you and remember tomorrow 4pm deadline if I have to call for form then today will be a cake walk....You will be drop and bring back to academy from school via bus which will come to academy and morning training will be in school as morning training is for boxing and other sports so we will go to school together via bus.....now any questions?"

Coach Kevin : "Okay as no doubt you all are dismissed meet you all on Wednesday but before going ....Rae distribute these forms and again I am saying tomorrow 4pm deadline and if anyone of you have any problem you can call me anytime....you all will be dismissed once everyone get their form" Once everyone got their form "okay you all can go now ohh but I forgot the entrance gate is 2 miles so go collect your things and meet me outside you all have 300 seconds " And I went to collect my things also I don't want to come all the way 2 miles because I forgot something and then I went out and everyone were coming and then we had our mini run of 2 miles. They were all cursing and and saying why the hell it is 2 miles away because I want them on their toe every time as it is the basic criteria for having training in that part of academy and we finally reached and they were saying me byee and then I saw the person I really don't want to see now I am just looking like my students how they were looking at me today all sacred looks, looks like their prayed worked I am going to die sooner or later

Coach Kevin : "Good evening sir" Said firmly

Lieutenant General Sam : "From when did 2100 hours (9pm) became evening my boy"

Then it was their first day of training for YMTA and it's already 2100 hours (9pm) and I still have to make arrangements in hostel for their stay so it will take minimum 2-3 hours but I will try my best to sleep before 100 hours (1 am) sir"

Now as he was talking to me as coach his grandchildren coach I relaxed bit but still standing firmly

Coach Kevin : "In general, test was not good specially for first termers and for rest also shanaya and Harris are performing good they both topped in their batch shann got 91 and she is the only who got above 90 she could have score more but before test she and her friends had a punishment session so they were tried as compare to other and shanaya has problem with pull ups so that's why her score is 91 harriss also has some problem but I see that they both are really good special shanaya she is just like you sir even her friends are scared of her sometime and I think today shanaya and Harris had some misunderstanding or something but it's all fine now " I said smiling.

Lt gen Sam : "I am proud of you my child you are a great coach keep it up and I am sure you will make them enough capable that they will not disappoint you next time and thank you so much for taking care of my children" And then he hugged me

Finally after running 2 miles more we finally was out of hellor you can say academy. Their I saw nanu wow he came to pick us up, we all said byee to coach Carter and then I went out with my friends and they were all rambling how mean and bad coach Carter was today and how rudely he talk to them in his cabin and how cruel he was. Then I saw nanu talking to coach Carter and he was just looking us like how we were looking him all scared, I love when he is around nanu because he is all scared and nervous I like it . After a while nanu came and now we were in car and saying every bad thing happened to us basically everything that happened to us was bad today.

Nanu : "Okay kids calm down we will talk at home rest for a while you both are looking terrible"he said smirking

Harris (honey) : "And you are proud about this. Do you even love us? "

Nanu : "See I am proud of him because he is doing his work great. I love you guys most okay stop doubting my love" He said pouting at his last statement

We both looked at each other and say in unison

Honey & shanay : "yes doing his job of torturing us"

He just laughed at this

Then we went home but the most scared part is about to come stairs we can't climb this atleast not now we are not in condition

Shanaya : "when will lift be repaired?" I asked desperately

Nanu : "we called them they said it will be repaired by tomorrow"

Shanaya : "how will I go up why do I have room on first floor why not ground floor"

Nanu : "Because you like that room and choosed yourself"

I am stupid why do I always choose wrong things

Now after staring at stair for 5 minutes we made plan and now we are crawling on stair.... You will thing we are exaggerating things but our legs are literally shaking when we were walking. climbing stair is like hell no

After so much effort we went to our room and then I just crashed on bed don't care about my sweaty body Or clothes after lying their on my bed like dead starfish for half an hour, I went to washroom to freshup and change my clothes I still have ink mark from afternoon but it's lighter than earlier.

Then I prepared a secret envelope for nanu and then went for dinner

Nani : "hello babies how was your day?" Said with a smile

Shanaya & honey (Harris) : "Very bad"

They both chuckled

Nani : "how was you test?"

Shanaya : "Not so good but still I got highest I don't know how this was the worst test of my life"

Honey : "Same I got highest but not good test for sure....and we want to you to sign our consent form for staying in academy hostel for YMTA training"

Nani : "you also want to stay in hostel shann"

Shanaya : "yes, I want to"

Malti : "okay then we will fill and can send soft copy on email?"

Shanaya : "Yes, but please can youcome with me to submit hardcopy nanu I love how scared and nervous he is around you" I said remembering how he behaves around nanu

Nanu and nani laughed hard

Nanu : "You are little devil, And if you like how he behaves around me you will love how he behaves around your nani he is more scared of her"

Shanaya : "Really"

Nanu : "yes"

Shanaya : "then you are coming with me wait what if you both come then it will be amazing" I said with huge smile

Nani : "You really hate him so much...And no I not going leave that poor soul" He said laughing

Nanu : "You know today he is working 24+ hour without any sleep"

He also now trying to convince her. Looks like he is taking his revenge

Nani : "WHAT.This boy is surely going to get something from me. Shann I am coming and no need of sam to come I am enough for him" She said sternly

Shanaya : "Yayy we are going to have fun. Tomorrow I have day off from school and academy both"

Now me and honey are smiling then we all were just talking

Shanaya : "Tomorrow can I call my friends for movie at home"

Nani : "Yes sweetheart why not.....and we will have pizzas tomorrow as you won't get that for a while now"

I pout sadly hearing that my love pizza I won't be able to have it

Shanaya : "Nanu are going somewhere on sunday?" I said while eating my tasty tiramisu

Nanu : "Ya I am going to military training center, but I am in city only so don't worry we will spend time"

Shanaya : "okay"

So I just secretly went to nanu office and kept that secret envelope. What is their in it you will get to know tomorrow

I went to my room face time my mom and dad and I was sad hearing that they will come next week so I won't be able to meet them before next Sunday. I told them about hostel they were not allowing first but then I convince them. Then after that I messaged in team SHARK group about movie plan at my home. This group we made today only . They all agree for plans and then finally day is over and I am going to sleep I won't wake up before 8 for sure.

Hey My lovely readers. This is my longest chapter I ever wrote and I hope you like it.
