The pain was terrifying.
It felt as if something was borrowing within his soul.
Letting out a painful screech Isaac clutched his chest.
Sunny and Nephis were momentarily stunned.
Quickly gathering there barring's they both moved beside Isaac holding his seizing body down.
Cassia was terrified.
She could not see yet Isaac's shrill scream made her heart drop.
Tears had begun to fall from her eyes as a shadow of despair covered her mind.
She already knew through her vision that Isaac for some reason would not make it to the human castle with them.
Yet Nephis and Sunny both made plans to keep him as protected as possible.
Nephis had even promised never to turn her back on him in case something unexpected happened.
Yet here they were Isaac in pain and even with her vision she could not tell the reason.
After a while Isaac's screams stopped and silence reined supreme.
"I-Is he".
Cassia whispered.
She wanted to know Isaac's current condition yet she feared the answer.
Yet it seemed Isaac's condition was complicated.
"I tried to heal him yet the pain doesn't seem to stem from his physical body".
Nephis explained her once stone expiration cracking slightly.
Sunny was also baffled.
Why would Isaac be in pain his physical condition was optimal and he even was healed by Nephis.
Sunny tried to this of different scenarios, but none of them made any sense.
Sunny still baffled felt a pull on his mind.
Sensing his shadow trying to tell him something he looked back at it.
His shadow was clutching its chest.
'Why are you-'.
Then like lightning the realization struck him.
"His soul...".
Sunny stammered.
Nephis looked at him.
In her contemplation she could not hear Sunny to well.
"His what?".
Sunny looked at her.
He stayed quiet for a couple of seconds shock still distorting his thoughts.
Only after feeling the pain of his flaw did he answer.
"The damage might be to his soul not body".
Nephis frowned.
There was nothing indicating that Isaac took soul damage yet it sounded like the only possible option.
His body was fine.
She even healed him.
Yet he was still in pain.
"Wha-".
Before Cassia could speak a set of gray eyes opened up.
Isaac looked around seeing his teammates surround him.
Only Electra sat in the far side of the boat.
Sunny, Nephis and Cassia were ecstatic.
Yet looking at the dark starless sky Isaac spoke one word filled with fear, confusion and a sense of loss.
"I-I was banished".
