The next day, Bai Wei walked out of his tent to see Ding Zihua sketching on a notepad beneath a tree not far from his tent. His back was leaned against the trunk and his long hair fluttered in the wind as his hands worked quickly to map out the garden path that he missed so dearly in his memories.

Bai Wei thought the scene was beautiful and stopped for a moment to appreciate the shine of Ding Zihua's silvery hair as it fluttered in the sun shine. He wished that he had a camera so that he could take a photo of this beautiful moment.

After admiring him for a moment, Bai Wei walked up to the man leisurely and sat down beside him. Ding Zihua was startled (or at least he pretended to be) by Bai Wei's sudden appearance. He made a large show of fumbling his pencil and scratching a large mark in the center of the drawing he had been working on while he stood up hastily to give Bai Wei his proper greetings.

Bai Wei stopped Ding Zihua's act quickly and had the other sit down beside him once again. He leaned his head on Ding Zihua's large shoulder and watched as the man struggled helplessly to remove the mark from the drawing. After watching for a moment, Bai Wei reached out and helped to erase the mark and perfectly restore it to its previous state.

Ding Zihua was genuinely taken aback by this and froze for a moment as he looked at the restored drawing that Bai Wei had handed back to him. He had never known that the general had a talent beyond the sword. It seemed that he wasn't just a brute who knew nothing but war...

"U-uh, thank you" Ding Zihua said while putting his hands around the notepad and staring at the ground. Bai Wei mentally remarked that this must be his signature move in this life when he wants to seem timid.

Bai Wei took the opportunity to be a hooligan and said "Oh yeah? Why don't you show your gratitude to me then. Maybe something a bit more intimate?"

Ding Zihua's whole face flushed and he just barely stopped himself from punching the other man for making such a lewd comment towards himself. He barely held it together by pinching his thigh and staring at the ground while steeling his resolve to steal a kiss.

Bai Wei laughed at his reaction and kissed the other's forehead. "It's okay if you don't want to".

Ding Zihua was shocked and felt his heartbeat skip when Bai Wei kissed his forehead. He was completely in a daze as Bai Wei then dragged him back to his tent in the name of entertainment.

By the time he came back to his senses, he was sitting in front of a go board playing against his new master. While he was extremely baffled by this Ding Zihua decided to take the game seriously in order to gain favor with the other. After a while Ding Zihua had a clear lead in the game.

Bai Wei looked at the board where he had been trapped mercilessly without a way out and then looked back at his lover who had long since lost his original goal of gaining brownie points after his competitive spirit kicked in. Ding Zihua was now looking at him proudly with a smug smile on his face.

Bai Wei laughed and petted the other's head with adoration in his eyes as he said "There's the look I like to see."

Ding Zihua blushed cutely at this comment and turned to the side. Bai Wei mentally gushed over his lover's cuteness in this life while he stood up and cupped Ding Zihua's face. As he traced his thumb a bit near the other's eye, he said " Truly, you are the most beautiful person i have ever laid eyes upon".

Ding Zihua's face flushed even brighter at this comment. He had never liked being called the word beautiful before, but coming from this persons mouth he quite liked it.

Ding Zihua relished in the compliment for a moment before he remembered his true objective. He wrapped his much larger hands around Bai Wei's and glinted his eyes seductively at Bai Wei while saying "Zi'er is glad to have master's appreciation"

He followed the instructions in the yellow books be had read on the way over here and stood up to kiss Bai Wei. Once standing, he realized that despite his burly body Bai Wei was still about a head shorter than him. He had to lean down his head to kiss the other's lips and instead of the gentle hug that was shown in the yellow pages, it looked more like Ding Zihua was engulfing the other within his arms.

The two kissed for a moment before Ding Zihua stopped and leaned back to see the dazed Bai Wei who was leaning against his chest. Ding Zihua was sure that had they met under different circumstances, he would have deeply loved this man and they would have had a happy life together.

But there were no such circumstances, it was his job to seduce and then betray him. He had to steel his heart. It was necessary for his sister's safety.

"Would the master like to go to the bed to give this servant his blessings?" Ding Zihua said before leading Bai Wei to the bed.

Ding Zihua mentally grimaced for a moment at the idea of taking another into his body. He always subconsciously felt that it should be the other way around but never knew why he felt this way. Still, he had a job to do.

When they were at the bed, Ding Zihua laid down and looked at Bai Wei waiting for him to top him. Bai Wei flushed red at this. He stammered and grew exceedingly nervous while looking anywhere but at Ding Zihua for a moment before awkwardly making Ding Zihua stand back up and lying on the bed himself.

"If the servant is alright with it, this master would much prefer to be the one to receive such blessings" Bai Wei said with his hands covering his eyes in embarrassment. His face was so flushed that even his neck was red.

Ding Zihua felt something snap inside himself as he instantly got on top of Bai Wei and kissed him heavily.

It is said by the soldiers that a passionate sound arose from the generals tent that night and persisted until the early morning despite the voices pleas for a break. The soldiers gained a new understanding of the general when they heard this.

It seems their general has not only prowess in the battlefield but the bedroom as well!!!
