Emmett?? I think to myself Man I can't wait to get my hands on him, I think to myself

Tim) "Where is he?!?"

Angela) "try to be calm Tim it's okay he is in holding about to be put into a cell. I'll let you talk to him once he is fully processed okay?"

I nodded As hard as it was to wait I need to stay here for Lucy

I get pulled out of my thoughts as I see a doctor walk towards us

Unknown Dr) "Hi, are you family of Lucy Chen?"

I nodded

Tim) 'Yeah.. at least all that's here I'm her boyfriend and Angela is her best friend."

Unknown Dr) "Well nice to meet you both I'm Dr.Thilson. I've been taking care of Miss Lucy and she is making great recovery! She is not awake yet but we hope she will regain consciousness soon."

The doctor smiles at me and I feel at ease yet really hoping she wakes up soon

Tim) "Thank you Sir, that's amazing to hear. When can I see her?"

Dr.Thilson) "Unfortunately because of her status we don't know how her brain or body will react to seeing anybody else right now so we'd like to keep her by herself for a little while, but I promise whenever she wakes up and wants to see you you will be called."

He gave me again another small smile but almost an "I'm not telling the whole truth" smile

Nah I'm just overthinking it

Her...all alone...in that cold room.. I can't imagine.. I just wanna hold her..

I decide to sit down on a chair and try my best to stay calm

Lucy's Pov:

*Gasssppppps* I shot straight up in bed sweating but then fell back in bed by the pain in my stomach. My breaths were short and shallow but they were there.

I'm awake? Am I gonna be okay? I had so many questions. I felt really dizzy.

I took a few seconds to catch my breath then I knew I had to call him to let him know. Who knows how long he's been waiting and the nurses are no where to be found and I knew probably didn't care

I grab my phone with my shakey hands and click on his contact and click call

Tim's pov:

My phone starts vibrating in my back pocket. Oh it must be Tamara, I told her to get here as quick as she could as after she woke up from sleeping-

I pull out my phone and nearly drop it



What?? That can't be... I-it has to be a nurse or something... What if it's bad news... With a deep breath I click accept and hear what I've been longing to hear.

Lucy) "T-Tim?"

Oh my gosh my heart flutters with the sound of her sweet voice

Tim) "LUCY! Are you okay?!? When did you wake up? Did u let a nurse know?"

Lucy) "as far as I know I'm okay now. I want you"

Tim) "I know Luce I'm coming to you. Do u know which room number you are in?"

Lucy) "Yeah it's room 213"

Tim) "got it I'll be there shortly!"

I go up to the front desk after I can't find her room

Receptionist lady) "....."

Tim) "Hi yes I'm looking for Room 213? My girlfriend is in that room"

I Look up and notice her name tag says Estelle on it

Estelle) " Yeah I can check for you sir"

She's types away at her keyboard for a moment then stops with a puzzled on her monitor.

Estelle) "Um sir... We don't have a room 213.. and Lucy Chen isn't registered in any hospital nearby.... Is there anything else I can do for you?"

Wait what

Tim) "No that has to be some mistake? What? I need to see her!!! ------------------

Angela) "Tim......Tim.....TIM!"

I wake up in tears to Angela shaking me awake and realize I had fallen asleep. that all was a dream..

Tim) "What? Where's Lucy?"

Angela) "Tim, she's still asleep. You were dreaming. She's okay"

I slumped back in my chair A big part of me wished that dream was true. That I was making my way towards her.

Angela) "Tim come on"

She says as she pulls my arm

Tim) "What where are we going?? I need to stay with Lucy."

Angela) "She would want you to get some fresh air. We're just gonna go a mile or 2 down to her apartment

(They didn't live together in this version)

- to get some clothes, etc and then we'll go to your place. You need both of you to feel more at home. We don't know how long we're gonna be here."

I sighed, not wanting to leave Lucy but I knew she was right so Angela grabbed her keys and we decided to head off to my place first.

I grab a bag from my closet and just throw a bunch of random things in it at this point all I remember throwing in there was a few pieces of clothing, my phone charger and some toiletries.

I zip up the bag and give a pet to Kojo

Angela looked at me as I got back into her car.

Angela) "Got everything?"

I shrugged

Tim) "Hopefully but if not that's the furthest thing from my mind."

Angela nodded her head in understanding

610... Her apartment number... I twist the keys in her door and unlock it. As soon as I step inside I'm flooded with emotions

I grab a duffle bag and look around her room for things to put in it. I grab her some undergarments, comfy shirts and comfy pants. I get caught in my step when I see her closet open and it in was the green dress. The one she wore to Lopez wedding..or almost wedding. She never knew it then but gosh did she look so gorgeous in that dress.

I walk into her bathroom and get some essentials and some shoes in her room.

I start to leave and then turn back to make sure I didn't forgot anything else My heart broke when I saw this picture framed beside her nightstand



She is so sweet. I decided to take the picture out of the frame to take in case she wanted it. As I started to take it out of the frame I caught something on the back of it that made my eyes start to water:
