Evelyn sat at the edge of the door in his car, in an uncomfortable silence. The air was tense and awkward but none of them decided to break the silence and Sawyer could only shake his head in pity at the two adults in the car. One was very arrogant with a big ego, and a feeling of superiority while the other was much calmer with the same cold aura but a clear mind. Above all, they both had too much of pride to bow to one another. The car sped into the night for another 30 minutes before arriving at what seemed to be a large open field. Evelyn's eyes showed confusion and a tinge of excitement at the unknown event and destination but the colour in her eyes soon dimmed as she caught sight of an helicopter!. Reluctance flashed in her eyes as she remained rooted at the door of the car while Logan had already gone forward and was conversing with the pilot or so. It seemed like they were really flying in this thing!. "Miss Evelyn it's not as bad as you picture it" Sawyer who had noticed the change in her expression said to her and she forced a weak smile at him. "I didn't say a thing Sawyer" she said but he flashed her a knowing smile. "You don't need to, your eyes had always betrayed your emotions" he told her and she rolled her eyes with a surge of anger. "I don't think I can ride this. Me and heights, na !"she finally said what was bothering her. "The Young Master is with you, nothing can happen to you on his watch" he reassured her and she nodded. Unknown to them, Logan watched their interaction with a strange feeling of anger, possessiveness and was that jealousy?. He instinctively shook his head at his wild thoughts and focused back on his discussion with the pilot. Despite his willingness to ignore the previous strange feelings, he couldn't help but think about the quickest way to dispose of Sawyer's dead body by the time he's done dealing with him to his satisfaction. Sawyer felt a chin run down his spine. Was someone having evil thoughts about him or why would his body suddenly shiver? he thought staring back at his Young Master who seemed pretty focused on their discussion so it couldn't have been him or Miss Evelyn, maybe the damn pilot then. Evelyn was tired of waiting and wished to get out of here quickly when Logan suddenly appeared before her like he had read her mind. "It's all set the helicopter is ready let's go" he said and a lump suddenly grew in her throat. "Where are we going?"she asked trying to buy time for a miracle to happen and mysterious lighting strikes the helicopter setting it ablaze. 'You wish!' my mind screamed at me letting reality slap me harshly in the face. "For dinner" he replied her with the calmness he was sure he had never possessed in his life and even if he did, no one was qualified enough to experience it. Until now I guess? "I thought there were many good restaurants in Country A, so where are we going to?"she asked in a hoarse voice accompanied by an awkward chuckle. "France! And we move by air" he dropped the bombshell on her laps like that and she had trouble breathing due to fear. Sawyer who noticed immediately handed her a bottle of water which she received with gratitude and gulped down half of it in one go. "France? But there really is no need. I mean I appreciate your efforts but having dinner out of a country is quite extravagant" she tried to argue and complained which was obviously fruitless. "It's my money lady so get in. Also, you won't die on that helicopter I'm sure if that. So please after you" he told her but she refused to move and his patience eventually wore thin. He suddenly sweeped her into his hands dropped her at the foot of the helicopter. "If you don't move this instant, I'll move you in ways that will drive you nuts with no solution" he threatened her. Not that she cared about his threats but curiosity killed the cat and she was about the same thing. "Let's go, but if I die Logan, you should hold full responsibility " she told him and walked into the helicopter with a steady guiding from the pilot. "Let's go, I wanna try France signature dishes" she shouted at him earning her a light smoke before boarding the helicopter. "Off to the place booked for me. Let's have dinner" he told everyone and they all rejoiced.
