The whole week was a blur for everyone who cared to be concerned. Ryan, he flew to different countries to get healed but he came back with the same result. 'Only the person who did it can undo it'. Caroline had to swallow her husband's transfer of aggression as well as prepare Ava for resumption. Ava was so angry she hardly ate throughout the week. She was very angry you would think she had lost something important. She was placed on bed rest and she's only resuming to gain sympathy in school. Alexia wasn't bothered by anything at all. She was carefree but then she was sad when she realised Evelyn would be going to college and won't come home for a while. The Old Madame had her own fair share of headaches as her family seemed to be heading in a direction she can't control. Laura Scott had been rescued but she was now a shell of her former self. She refused to eat, drink or move. She'll only cry and cry buckets of tears, causing the mastermind repeatedly. Plus her so called boyfriend had disappeared since her kidnapp. Logan was busy performing damage control to his company as well as cater to some of Clara's unreasonable demands. Evelyn had to prepare for school too and earn and admission don't ask how she did it, but apparently she would be going to the same school as Ava. Her highlight of the week was that she earned her 6 billion dollars with interest, and 2 percent of Logan shares to the other to her various assistants. She flung her backpack on her shoulder, and wheeled her luggage into the living room where the rest was waiting. Btw, Ryan's hand pain was gone as she had said so it gave him a chance to be arrogant. Evelyn took the phone Logan gave her along with her and of course put it in her backpack to avoid unnecessary questions.



The air was a bit tense. They didn't appear like an harmonious family one but and it was understandable. "Evelyn you're going to college now, drop your overbearing attitude at home and try to make friends" the Old Madam began lecturing to Evelyn who was half listening. "Grandma don't worry, I'll take care of my younger sister" Ava said and put an arm on Evelyn's shoulder. "Get your hands off me" was the first word she said since she entered the living room. It was cold and it carried disgust in it, Ava flinched and feigned hurt. "Sister why do you have to be so cold?, I'm trying to help and you're pushing me away" Ava said and like the wonderful actress she is, her tears fell on command. "Aren't you tired of putting on make-up on your two faces?. Your crying might affect the rest, but trust me I don't care"she said with no expression on her face. As the Old Madame was about to scold her,Tyler walked in at that moment and drawed the attention of the Old Madame away. "Tyler why are you here?" Ava asked, as joy was evident on her face. "Little Snow I've not been seeing you because I've been busy but you didn't expect me not to drop you off at school did you?"he asked and pulled her in a warm hug. "Tyler it's good you're here, take Ava to school. She hurt her leg so be careful with her" Ryan said and Tyler frowned. "How did you hurt yourself?"he asked her as he looked at her bandaged legs. Ava didn't say anything but she turned to look at Evelyn and that explained a lot. Tyler looked up to scold her but his words got caught in his throat. He was mesmerized.. There sat Evelyn who crossed her legs and had a white airpord on her ears not caring about what was happening around her. She had that aloof and bored expression in her face as she scrolled her phone mindlessly. What captivated him was her snow white skin that was displayed before him. Her skirt was short so it gave him the privilege to see her beautiful legs. He didn't dare to look up at her face or he won't be able to hold back so he looked away. "Tyler are you okay?. You zoned out" Ava asked although she was well aware of the reason why, that damn Evelyn has seduced him again. "I'm fine little Snow let's leave I'll carry your things for you" Tyler quickly downplayed the situation and changed the subject. "Sister, follow us, we'll drop you" Ava suddenly said although her intentions were clear, she wanted to show Tyler's love to her through the car ride. Evelyn who was focused on her phone, looked up when she was called with boredom written on her face. "Sister let's go or we'll be late for the sign-in" Ava emphasized but the latter only leaned further into the chair ignoring her words. "Evelyn what is with that attitude?!" Caroline and the Old Madame said simultaneously and soon there was a tinge of amusement in her eyes. "Did I tell you that I can't get to school, or I don't have a ride?" Evelyn asked as she glanced at them with disinterest. "Sister who can be that person, is it your sugar daddy?.I thought he was to old to move around anymore" Aca said and disgust flashed in Tyler's eyes. Evelyn didn't reply to her but still sat on a spot, humming to Blood, Sweat and Tears by BTS. Ava felt angry seeing her reaction. She had being balantly ignored, by her younger sister. She sometimes doubt she's the eldest child. Ryan who already had enough walked up to grab her but all she did was raise up a needle in the air and he stopped immediately. The pain was still fresh in his system. "Don't be a nuisance, my ride will be here soon " she said then closed her eyes,after 5 minutes nothing happened so Caroline scoffed. "Maybe your ride overslept and died in his sleep due to old age" Caroline mocked. "Or maybe he broke his back while getting ready" Ava joined and they both laughed. "Young Master Cole is it true you're a old man?, come defend yourself some people are insulting your looks" Evelyn suddenly said and to the amazement of everyone, Cole walked in, looking as radiant as ever. "Miss Stone I know better than to listen to fools who's intelligence is still stuck in the Jurassic period. You'll be late and First Brother would have my head for it if I make you late. Can we move?" Cole said and went to take her luggage. "Oh, here's my sugar daddy who's as old as Dracula.
