The sun was beginning to set as Inko reaches the front door of the Midoriya estate, her arms laden with grocery bags. The warm scent of freshly brewed tea wafted through the air, and she smiled, already imagining her son sitting calmly in his study or the kitchen, as he always was.

As she stepped inside and kicked off her shoes, a familiar voice greeted her from the hallway.

Izuku {calmly, approaching with his hands clasped behind his back}: "Welcome home, Mother. May I assist you with the groceries?"

Inko turned to see her son standing there, his usual neutral expression in place, though his sapphire-blue eyes softened slightly when he looked at her.

Inko {smiling warmly, handing him one of the bags}: "Thank you, sweetheart. You're always so thoughtful."

Izuku took the bag effortlessly, leading her into the kitchen. As they began unpacking the groceries.

Izuku {placing vegetables in the fridge}: "While you were out, we had visitors. They came unannounced but were polite enough to state their business."

Inko paused, setting down a carton of eggs, her eyebrows raising in curiosity.

Inko {turning to him}: "Visitors? Who were they? What did they want?"

Izuku methodically arranged the contents of the bag on the counter before answering.

Izuku {calmly}: "Three individuals. One appeared to be a disheveled man with a scarf, another a skeletal man in a suit, and the third... a chimera-like creature. The chimera introduced himself as Nezu, the principal of U.A. University. He was accompanied by two of his faculty members."

Inko blinked, surprised, as she pulled out a loaf of bread.

Inko {laughing nervously}: "U.A. University? That's a bit unusual. What did they want with us?"

Izuku leaned against the counter, his posture relaxed as he explained.

Izuku {matter-of-factly}: "They extended an invitation for me to attend their university. According to them, my talents have not gone unnoticed. They believe I could benefit from the resources and training they offer."

Inko's jaw dropped slightly, and she turned to fully face her son.

Inko {wide-eyed}: "What? U.A.? But... you're only thirteen! Isn't U.A. for older students?"

Izuku nodded, tilting his head slightly.

Izuku {calmly}: "I brought up that very point. They acknowledged the age gap but insisted that exceptions had been made before. They seem to view me as... a 'special case.'"

Inko placed a hand on her hip, frowning in thought.

Inko {concerned}: "Well, that's certainly flattering, but I'm not sure if I like the idea of you being thrust into something so... adult. Did they say why they wanted you specifically?"

Izuku considered her question for a moment.

Izuku {flatly}: "They mentioned my intellect, discipline, and quirk capabilities. I suspect they've been monitoring me for some time. The principal seemed unusually persistent, though he remained polite."

Inko sighed, rubbing her forehead as she absorbed the information.

Inko {softly}: "And how do you feel about it, Izuku? Do you want to attend U.A.?"

Izuku's expression remained neutral as he answered.

Izuku {calmly}: "I have yet to make a decision. The offer is intriguing, but I don't see it as immediately necessary. My current pursuits are fulfilling enough."

Inko chuckled lightly, shaking her head.

Inko {smiling fondly}: "Of course you'd say that. My little rising star, too focused on his work to be impressed by anything."

Izuku {dryly}: "Flattery will not affect my decision-making process, Mother."

Inko laughed, reaching out to ruffle his snowy white hair affectionately.

Inko {giggling}: "You're too serious, you know that? But I'm proud of you for thinking it through. Just let me know what you decide, alright? And if you need advice, I'm here."

Izuku nodded, smoothing his hair back into place.

Izuku {gently}: "Of course, Mother. I appreciate your support."

As they finished unpacking the groceries, Inko couldn't help but feel a swell of pride. Her son was extraordinary, yes—but beyond his intelligence and abilities, it was his calm, grounded nature that amazed her most. No matter how strange the world around them became, Izuku always remained her steady, thoughtful boy.

Izuku Midoriya sat in his study, the glow of his computer screen casting soft light across his face. The room was quiet except for the rhythmic sound of his fingers tapping on the keyboard.

He had just finished revising the last scene of his client's script. He leaned back in his chair, stretching his arms before saving the document. Another project completed.

Just as he was about to shut down his computer, a notification popped up on the screen of his secure device—a separate terminal reserved for private communication with his father. The subject line was cryptic: "A Gift for You".

Izuku clicked on the message, his curiosity piqued. The email contained a brief note and a set of coordinates.

Hisashi's Email:

"Izuku, my son. The time has come for you to discover a part of my legacy. You've proven yourself capable, disciplined, and ready. Consider this an early birthday gift. The coordinates will lead you to an old location of mine. Investigate thoroughly. You'll understand its significance soon enough."

Izuku stared at the message, his expression unreadable. After a moment, he closed the email, shut down the secure terminal, and stood. He walked to the window, where his chauffeur was waiting by the limo. Adjusting his coat, he made his way downstairs and into the vehicle.

The limo pulled up to a nondescript, weathered house on the outskirts of the city. It was so plain it seemed intentionally forgettable—peeling paint, sagging roof, and a rusty mailbox barely clinging to its post. Izuku stepped out, his sharp blue eyes scanning the property. It was quiet, untouched, and isolated.

Izuku {to himself, calmly}: "Unassuming. Deliberate."

He approached the front door and found it unlocked. The interior of the house was just as ordinary as the exterior: dusty furniture, faded wallpaper, and a faint scent of mildew. But Izuku wasn't fooled. His father's work was never so simple.

He move through the house and inspected every room. Eventually, he entered the study, lined with bookshelves overflowing with old tomes. He ran his fingers across the spines, noting that many of the books were carefully chosen on specific subjects: science, quirks, and philosophy. Then, one book caught his eye—a thick, leather-bound volume that seemed out of place.

Izuku pulled the book, and with a soft click, the entire bookshelf shifted, revealing a hidden door.

Izuku {narrowing his eyes, murmuring}: "Expected."

Pushing the door open, he found a narrow staircase spiraling downward. He descended cautiously, his footsteps echoing faintly off the cold, concrete walls. At the bottom, he stepped into a vast underground chamber. The air was cool and still, and the faint hum of machinery filled the space.

Before him stood a massive, reinforced vault. The door hissed open as he approached, revealing rows upon rows of small canisters that were each labeled. The labels were concise, listing the name and a brief description of the quirks stored within.

Izuku {examining the canisters, reading aloud}: "'Impact Nullification.' 'Thermal Absorption.' 'Hyper-Speed Processing.'"

His fingers hovered over the canisters, selecting a few. He took Thermal Absorption, Impact Nullification, and Adaptive Vision, among a few others.

With his task complete, Izuku climbed back upstairs, ensuring the hidden door was securely closed behind him. As he stepped out of the house, he pulled out his phone and dialed Nezu's private line. The chimera answered almost immediately.

Nezu {cheerfully}: "Ah, young Midoriya. To what do I owe this pleasure?"

Izuku {calmly}: "Principal Nezu. I've considered your offer to attend U.A. University."

There was a brief pause before Nezu spoke again.

Nezu {encouragingly}: "And? Have you come to a decision?"

Izuku {matter-of-factly}: "I'll accept under certain conditions. My focus will remain on my current pursuits, but I'll consider heroics as a hobby. Nothing more."

There was a soft chuckle on the other end of the line.

Nezu {amused}: "A hobby, you say? Well, I can't say we've ever had a student with that mindset before, but I suppose there's a first for everything."

Izuku {bluntly}: "If that's acceptable, I'll begin preparations. If not, I have other priorities."

Nezu {cheerfully}: "Oh, it's more than acceptable, young Midoriya. I look forward to seeing what you bring to our institution."

With a curt nod, Izuku ended the call and slid his phone back into his pocket. He stepped into the limo, signaling the driver to take him home. As the car pulled away, he glanced out the window, his expression neutral as ever.

Izuku {thinking to himself}: "Heroics as a hobby... A curious diversion."

He turned his attention back to his notebook, jotting down a few ideas for his next script.
