The class of 1-A stood on the dusty P.E. grounds, the mid-morning sun shining overhead. Each student wore their gym uniforms, a mix of curiosity and uneasiness on their faces. Aizawa stood in front of them, his usual disheveled appearance not betraying the authority he carried.

Aizawa {gruffly}: "Alright, listen up. Today, you'll be undergoing a Quirk Apprehension Test. This isn't a game, and it's not for fun. Heroes need to know their limits and push past them. That's what this is about."

He held up a small device and clicked a button, bringing up a hologram listing the tests: the 50-Meter Dash, Grip Strength, Standing Long Jump, and Ball Throw. The students murmured amongst themselves, some looking excited, others uncertain.

Aizawa {interrupting the chatter}: "One more thing. The person who scores the lowest overall will be expelled."

The statement hit the group like a thunderclap.

Ochaco Uraraka {gasping}: "What?! Expelled?! But we just got here!"

Denki Kaminari {nervously}: "That's so harsh! How is that even fair?"

Tenya Iida {stepping forward, arms rigid}: "Sir, with all due respect, isn't that a bit extreme? We should be given time to adjust—"

Before Iida could finish, Izuku, who had been standing quietly at the edge of the group, spoke up.

Izuku {coldly, voice sharp}: "Fair? Do you think the world is fair? That villains wait for heroes to 'adjust'? That society's injustices pause for you to catch your breath?"

The students turned to him, stunned by his bluntness.

Izuku {continuing, voice steady}: "The job of a hero is to correct unfairness, not complain about it. If you can't handle this test, how do you expect to handle the real world?"

A tense silence followed his words. Even Aizawa raised an eyebrow, impressed despite himself.

Aizawa {thinking to himself}: "This kid gets it."

1. The 50-Meter Dash

Robots were stationed at each track lane, ready to time and announce results. Students paired up for the race. Izuku stood at the starting line, calm and focused. Beside him, Katsuki Bakugo sneered.

Bakugo {mocking}: "Let's see if all that talk means anything, pretty boy!"

Izuku didn't respond. When the whistle blew, he activated Kinetic Booster and Springlike Limbs simultaneously. He shot forward like a rocket, a blur to the untrained eye. The robot announced his time:

Robot: "Time: 1.12 seconds. New record."

The class gaped. Even Bakugo, who was used to high performance, looked stunned.

Denki Kaminari {wide-eyed}: "Did he just... teleport?!"

Tsuyu Asui {blinking}: "No. That was pure speed, ribbit."

2. Grip Strength

At the station for grip strength, students took turns squeezing a specialized device that measured their force. Izuku waited patiently as others went ahead, posting respectable numbers.

When his turn came, he activated Brawn Boost and Hypertrophy, his muscles swelling slightly with energy. He gripped the device, and the numbers on the screen climbed rapidly before the machine let out a warning beep.

Robot: "Grip Strength: 850 kilograms. Caution: Maximum capacity exceeded."

The students were speechless.

Momo Yaoyorozu {adjusting her hair, impressed}: "He's using multiple quirks simultaneously..."

Kirishima {grinning}: "That’s so manly!"

3. Standing Long Jump

For the standing long jump, a sand pit stretched ahead of the students. Izuku observed as others jumped, some using their quirks to enhance their performance. When his turn came, he combined Springlike Limbs with Air Walk, launching himself forward with a burst of energy.

He landed far beyond the marked measurements, his feet touching the grass well past the end of the sand pit.

Robot: "Distance: 35 meters. New record."

The murmurs of disbelief grew louder.

4. Ball Throw

Finally, the class gathered around the ball-throwing station. Each student had to throw a softball as far as they could using their quirks. Ochaco used her Zero Gravity quirk to score infinity, earning applause from her classmates.

When Izuku's turn came, he activated Air Cannon, channeling it into the ball as he threw it with his enhanced strength. The ball vanished into the sky, propelled by a shockwave and immediately broke the sound barrier.

Robot: "Distance: 1,200 meters. New record."

As the tests concluded, Aizawa called the class together. A holographic screen appeared, displaying the final rankings. At the top was Izuku Midoriya, followed by Nezuko Kamado and Momo Yaoyorozu. The rest of the rankings filled in below, with Minoru Mineta at the bottom.

Aizawa {crossing his arms}: "As you can see, Midoriya placed first, with Kamado and Yaoyorozu close behind."

The class clapped halfheartedly, still processing Izuku's dominance in every test. Mineta was crying since he'll be expelled, something about not sleeping with a sexy babe. Then Aizawa dropped his next bombshell.

Aizawa {flatly}: "As for the expulsion... it was a ruse. A logical one. I wanted to push you to your limits."

The room erupted in mixed reactions.

Ochaco Uraraka {gasping}: "Wait, what?! So no one was getting expelled?!"

Tenya Iida {sternly}: "A test of our resolve. I see... but that was unnecessarily stressful, sir."

Katsuki Bakugo {growling}: "Tch. What a waste of time."

Aizawa ignored them, his gaze briefly lingering on Izuku.

Aizawa {thinking to himself}: "This kid's more than just talented. He understands what it means to work for it. Son of a villain or not, he's definitely my favorite."

He cleared his throat.

Aizawa {gruffly}: "Class dismissed. Get some rest. Tomorrow, the real training begins."
