"Please stop Sakamoto! Why're you doing this?!" Shin exclaimed panicking

"I'll hold him down. Now get him." Sakamoto said pinning Shin to the table

AIEEEEEEEEE!

Granny Miya jabbed another needle into his back

"Relax it's just acupuncture." Granny Miya said continuing to stab Shin on the back

"Honestly I almost didn't recognise you. I don't have as many clients as fat as you." Granny Miya said smoking a ciggy

"Granny you have a light?" I ask taking out a cigarette

"Gee you really are addicted now. I haven't seen you in years." Granny Miya said lighting my cigarette

"And you. I almost didn't recognise you. I don't have any clients as fat as you. I don't usually treat ex assassins y'know." Granny Miya says looking at sakamoto

"You're the only doctor I trust." Sakamoto says

"SAKAMOTO! Make her stop!" Shin says as Lu plays with the needles on his back

"does it hurt?" Lu asks Shin

"No.... My body feels super relaxed." Shin said amazed

"Granny Miya is like the sakamoto of healers. Well ex-Sakamoto. She's known as the god's hand and can pretty much fix any wound" I explain

"Yet you haven't come here in years. Even Na-chan stops by." Granny Miya says

"Well Nagumo gets injured pulling all his stunts." I muse

"So how long to I have to keep these in for Granny." Shin asks

"Watch your tongue I'm only 98. Keep it in for a day." Granny says

"HAH?!" Shin said not expecting such a long time

"When you use that new ability of yours. Its like holding your breath and sprinting. With your current fitness level. The time limit is 5 minutes. Unless you wanna die, then do what you want." Granny Miya said

"Only 5 minutes!" Shin said flabbergasted

"Will you check me out too Granny. I feel kind of dizzy." Lu said

It didn't take a genius to know what's wrong with her. I grab a bowl of tonic soup from Granny's stash and give it to her

"You're hungover. Here have some tonic miso soup." I say giving her a bowl

"E-eh... t-t-thank you S-s-sano-san I feel much better now." Lu said holding the bowl and blushing madly

"You didn't even drink it yet." I said deadpanning

"O-oh right!" Lu said before downing it

In Lu's mind,

'Does he like me? He's saved me like 3 times already? Am I in love with him? He's like my knight in shining armor.' Lu's brain spirals out of control

In my mind,

'Is she alright? She must be really hungover....'

Shin just judges Lu for her unrealistic and wild fantasies

"Taro you lie down too. Its been a minute since your last check." Granny Miya ordered

"Hmm.... About to head out on a rampage huh?" Granny Miya deduced

"What makes you say that." Sakamoto asked

"This is an angry acupoint its only sensitive for angry folks." Granny miya said pressing down on a spot on his back

Sakamoto tried to pretend it didn't hurt. Which didn't work

"I get you're mad your brats got roughed up. But if you go raise hell alone out there you're asking for trouble. Your fitness level is about 30% of what it used to be." Granny Miya warned

"That's a bit generous and It's pointless Granny. Sakamoto doesn't listen. Believe me I've tried." I day leaning against the wall smoking

"It doesn't matter. I can't let those maniacs loose any longer." Sakamoto says determined

Granny Miya elbows him in the lower dantan.

"There you should be in a bit better shape now." Granny Miya said

"You're too soft on him Granny. Even with that power up he's a shadow of his prime." I say

"Thanks Granny Miya. Take care of those 2 for me." Sakamoto says before leaving

"Well his chances of getting killed are lower now. You come here. You haven't been treated in years." Granny Miya ordered

"I'm still in tip top condition." I say flexing

"Yeah physically you're fine."

Granny pauses and elbows me in the chest

"But your heart is hollow." Granny said

"Was there a point to elbowing my chest?"

"Nope."

"When did you become a psychologist?" I muse

"Brat. Just take my advice, once you fill your heart the strength you'll get will be unparalleled. Right now you're just going through the motions of assassin life." Granny said laying down her wisdom

I turn to leave

"Sure.... If someone sweeps me off my feet I'll let you know. But emotions are irrelevant when it comes to killing. And I'm plenty strong already." I say waving her off

"That brat...... the last time he came here there was a little something in his heart." Granny Miya says recalling his last visit when he was in the JCC

Meanwhile,

"Thanks to people like you I have a reason to go on living today. Thank you. I love you." Osaragi said before blitzing dump and slicing her across the chest. In the process also cutting up the tori gates in the vicinity

Osaragi sat on one of the cut up tori gates and waited patiently for Shishiba to find her

After a couple minutes Shishiba found her and deadpanned at the mess she made.

"You really need to learn self control....." shishiba mused looking around

"Why? I killed the enemy" osaragi said

"Well the tori gates are known as the gateposts of the god. How would you feel if someone based up your front door. Wouldn't you be super sad." Shishiba explained

"Hmm..... but i ate pork cutlets so I'll be fine right." Osaragi said trying to understand the situation

Elsewhere,

"Sakamoto's gonna be pissed at me when he comes back..... Hopefully the floaters do a good job.... Oh well it's my lunchbreak now so it's not my problem." Nagumo said eating a can of beans

Back with me,

After Granny Miya kindly elbowed me in the chest I headed back to my room at the Order's headquarters. I took the list off of Saw's corpse and was reading it. I saw on the last page was each of the serial killers. Then my phone started vibrating, it was a group call from Nagumo.

"Hello?" Shishiba was the first to speak

"Yo you 2. Long day?" Nagumo asked

"Na. The worst part was facing Granny Miya's wrath." I say

"Oh good munch* ol Granny Miya. She has to be a magician munch* or something." Nagumo said remembering all the times she's healed him

"Are you eating something Nagumo?" Shishiba asked

"Yeah. It's my lunch break." Nagumo said

"Anyways did you see the last page of the lists of the serial killers. Your assistant didn't print out this information." Nagumo said

"Must've been pretty well encrypted." I say

"Looks like he planned to pit the serial killers against each other. Effective but twisted." Shishiba deduced

"Man. The one I killed was the lowest ranked....." I say disappointed

"Sucks to suck. But looks like they've already served their purpose." Nagumo said

"Seems so." I say agreeing

The serial killers were most likely a distraction for Slur's bigger plans. Problem is we don't know what his plan is

"Huh? What're you 2 talking about?" Shishia asked confused

Before he got an answer Nagumo ended the call. While this was all happening Osaragi was attempting to fix the tori gates..... keyword is attempting

As I kicked my feet up and lit a cigarette I heard the door to my room opening. I swiveled around in my chair and saw......

Old man Takamura.

Takamura personally coming to your room definitely wasn't a common occurrence. And he was just standing there..... menacingly

"What's up Gramps? Can I help you?" I ask

Takamura mumbled something before he turned around and walked out the door.

Does he want me to follow him? I mean what's the worst that could happen? He cut my head off.

I put my ciggy out in my ash tray before getting up and following him out the room. As I follow him down the hall he doesn't seem to react. So far so good.

Eventually we get out of the order's HQ. Takamura hails a cab. He gets in the back and I ride shotgun.

"Here 100000 yen could you just show us around the city. Me and my dad are tourists here." I say passing him a wad of cash

"Of course sir." The can driver says before driving off

"Is it okay if I smoke?" I ask

"Go ahead sir." The cab driver gives the go ahead

I wind down the window and light a ciggy while staring thoughtlessly out the window.

This is nice y'know. A chill car ride to see the scenery of tokyo with probably the most dangerous man in Japan.

Short timeskip(15 minutes.)

We drive past one of tokyo's finest attractions the Tokyo tower, which looked like a rip off of the eiffel tower. Takamura had kept his head down the entire time, but as we passed the attraction he turned his head towards it.

"Sorry looks like my dad needs the washroom. He's mute so he uses head gestures to tell me stuff." I say

"Sure no problem sir." The cab driver stops rhe car and takamura gets out and I follow after him with my hands in my pocket

Oh shit is the tokyo tower leaning? It's not meant to do that. I then notice Sakamoto on the tower looking like he was getting squished by strings. Oh that's the last serial killer. For a retired guy he sure likes to get in trouble. Takamura'slike a bloodlust tracker, he actually managed to find them from the order HQ. It would be helpful if he actually talked though.

I see Takamura put a hand on the hilt of his blade.

Here it comes.

In an instant he drew his sword slashed and resheathed his blade. He cut through the base of the falling tokyo tower in such a way that it balanced out and stopped toppling. Takamura then turns to walk back to the cab. What a badass, not looking back at the explosion he got.

Sakamoto looks like he's in quite the pickle. I frame Apart with my hands, before kicking a rock on the ground straight at his head, but without enough force to kill him.

With Sakamoto,

'That bloodlust could it be. And is that Sano. That's a duo I thought I'd never see.' Sakamoto thought

Then a pebble hit Apart square in the forehead causing it to bleed slightly.

"Thanks Sano." Sakamoto thought

He took advantage of the distraction and sucked in his fat to get out of the strings he was constricted in. He then dashes toward Apart and hits him square in the gut with the full force of his fat body. Apart is sent off the tokyo tower and is free falling. Sakamoto grabs onto his strings and smashes him into the tokyo tower. He then grabs a satellite disc and throws it like a frisbee cutting Apart's threads while also knocking him off the Tokyo tower

"Why me? I'm human like everyone else?! Why does everyone reject me!!" Apart said as he was falling to his death

Sakamoto grabs onto one of his loose threads stopping his fall

"You can still change the way you live. I promise I won't let go." Sakamoto says before swinging apart back up before knocking him out

"Finally.... We can talk." Sakamoto said dragging Apart by his collar

Short timeskip

When apart wakes up he instinctively jumps back

"Are you with the dear? If you think you can use me forget it." Apart said on guard

"Huh? No way yo. Its not like that we just want you to help us out. We just want some info on the guy who hired you." Heisuke said

Sakamoto nodded along

"Didn't it occur that I might attack you the moment I awoke?" Apart said still on guard

"Yea. But I decided to bet on you changing instead." Sakamoto said

"Its pretty amazing you came out of a fight with Taro alive yo." Heisuke says patting his back

"I kinda feel bad for you." Lu says

'They're treating me like normal people.'

"The guy I met was some mecha deer. I don't know anything about a guy called slur. But ai remember one time I went to a hotel to meet the deer, i got mad and cut him up. I kept my string taught and listened for a while. Their real objective is to divide and distract the JAA so they can annihilate them completely. You're better off steering clear to be honest." Apart explains

Sakamoto ponders his words while taking a sip of water

Meanwhile,

"Excuse me you 2 do you have authorization to enter. You need either a staff or visitor pass to enter. " A security guard asks

"You don't have a JAA license boss?" Gaku asked

"Nah my photo came out bad so I tossed it." Slur said

"I get that. They never give you enough time to react right?" Gaku says punching a hole in the JAA guy's chest

20 minutes later,

As we pass the Tokyo bureau of the JAA, Takamura tugs on the door handle of our cab.

The JAA huh.... What does he want here

"Hey our hotel's near here so we'll just get out here." I say

"Of course thank you sir." The cab driver said unlocking the doors
