As we ventured to the department store in the assignment file I explained the mission to them. Since I was the only one who read it.

"Our target is the 'silver dragon'. Leader of an illegal weapon manufacturing ring. There's intel that he hides out in this department store." I begin pausing so I can let the group interject with their witty comments

"What kind of cheesy name is that? Is he an assassin?" Akao asked

"Dunno. There's not a lot of info on him in the file, I'm guessing investigating him is part of the assignment." I answer

As we enter the department store we're met with a clerk as well as a metal detector.

"I'm afraid you'll have to check your electronic and metal devices here." The clerk politely asks

"Oh C'MON YOu're strict?!" Akao whined

"We can't bring weapons in...." Nagumo said reluctant to give up his collection of weapons

Meanwhile Sakamoto was thinking about the wide array of weapons he could find in the department store. begrudgingly we give them all they ask for.

"Uhh sir I'm going to need to take the chains on your forearm as well." The clerk said

"But it's a fashion piece. Are you stopping me from expressing myself?" I try to argue my way into keeping my new toys

"Sorry sir. It's store policy." She said bowing

I begrudgingly unwrap my chains and reach my hand out. The clerk tries to take it from me but realises I'm gripping it rather hard.

"Uhh sir...."

Before I could do anything more Akao chopped me on the back of the head. Causing me to let go of my chains

"Stop bullying the poor girl." Akao said before dragging me with her

A singular tear drops from my eye.

Wait we're in a department store I'm sure I can buy new chains in here.

I immediately perk up and start walking with Akao.

"Stop smiling like that it's gross. Go back to your brooding face." Akao said

"Mean." I said going back to my neutral face

The gang plus the emo kid find themselves in an elevator with an elderly man and a woman in a clerk outfit. The woman was giving off so much bloodlust it was obvious she was planted to assassinate us. I was standing at the back corner next to the lift panel while Nagumo was stood slightly in front of me and beside the old man.

Nagumo with his deft fingers swiped the man's wallet causing it to fall to the ground, causing him to bend down to pick it up. I use the ceramic transparent knife Nagumo got me as a birthday gift, which I never thought I'd use, and stab the lift panel causing the lights in the lift to go out. Turns out having a ceramic knife was useful as it passes right through metal detectors.

Sakamoto takes the momentary distraction and pulls out a metal knife, cutting the arteries on the female clerks neck swiftly and cleanly.

The old man exited the lift not knowing what happened

"How'd you get a metal knife in here."

"Jinx"

"double jinx." Me and Akao said together

"You said we could use this for anything we wanted." Sakamoto said pulling out his JCC credit card

He bought the knife? When did he do that, I could of sworn he was with us the whole time

"This dude's nuts. "Akao said amused

"LOL." Nagumo said grinning with his teeth

"How did you know I was an assassin?" The female clerk said with her last few breaths

"You were giving off so much bloodlust of course we knew." Akao said matter of factly

"So who's this steel dragon guy? If you don't wanna die tell us everything you know." I say kneeling down to talk to the woman

"Silver dragon runs this place. The store is a front. Entry level people like me have never met steel dragon. By the way we started monitoring you at the entrance, you won't get out Alive." The woman said

"You won't either." I said slicing her head off with the ceramic knife

I noticed Uzuki's eyes widen when I did it. Guess he's against killing. Then why'd he become an assassin? Whatever Its none of my business anyway.

"Told you you'd love my gift." Nagumo said grinning

"Yeah it's actually pretty useful." I said

"An assassin department store huh..." Akao mused as the 5 of us walk out of the elevator

"Yup we're being watched. " Sakamoto said sensing the presence of many eyes

I glance upward at the top floor and my eyes meet with a familiar looking hippie, with his slicked back brown hair.

Silver dragon. Mr Silver. How creative. I find myself unknowingly smirking

"Shotgun top floor." I say

"Seriously your smile gives me the creeps." Akao said

"Nagumo, Sakamoto you take the second floor. I'll clear this floor with mr Emo, I wanna look at clothes anyway." Akao said

With that said I dashed up the stairs to the top floor

"What's up with him." Nagumo mused

With me on the top floor

I walk towards the massive indoor playground on the top floor and see Mr silver sitting on a swing

"First velcro shoes. Now sitting in a playground. You're making it too easy. Mr Silver." I say

"Kindaka. That's my name kid." He said standing up

"Woah. In a good mood today or something? Or did you get fired from your secret job." I say nonchalantly while stretching

"Whaddya say we have a little fun in this playground before we let your little friend in on this playdate. Let's see if you've gone soft on me while in high school" Kindaka says cracking his neck

"Touche." I say as my vision changes to that outer dimensional trippy vision, with a bunch of 1s and 0s floating around

We both dash at each other our fist colliding in the middle

"gotten a bit slower huh Mr Silver. Guess age is catching up to you." I say

Kindaka opens his fist and grabs my wrist before he swings me like a whip and chucks me at a wall. I flip in the air, so the soles of my feet land on the wall, before pushing off and dashing back at kindaka. Just before my foot collides with his chest I grab a vertical pole at the playground and spin around it landing a powerful kick on his ribs. In an instant he dashes at me and kicks me upwards into the ceiling. I barely manage to block it and I can already feel the bruise on my forearm forming.

Guess he's taking it up a notch. I fall downwards from the ceiling and land on my feet. With a swift and precise kick I break the chains of the swing, and get the chains to wrap around my arms. Kindaka comes at me again but I swipe the chains along the floor, causing it to wrap around his ankle. I yank the chain causing him to fall on his ass. I chuck the chain around a pole, before dashing and jumping, landing a solid hit on his gut.

Kindaka yanks his leg causing the whole pole to come out of the ground and launch at me, hitting me in the back of the head. My vision goes blurry for a second, and kindaka takes advantage of my daze and follows up with a mean uppercut sending me flying out of the indoor playground entrance and over the railing of the top floor. I was free falling to the ground floor, soon Kindaka dashed over the hand rail and was falling feet first above me. I take the opportunity and use the release the other chain on my arm, chucking it up allowing it to wrap around kindaka's arm. I yank him down and flip so that I'm now above him while we're falling. Just before we hit the ground kindaka swung his arm, sending me flying into the ground headfirst, while he landed on his back.

"Not bad kid. You've gotten better " Kindaka said getting up relatively unscathed before dashing to the second level to sit in a massage chair.

"Ahh that feels good on my back." Kindaka said waiting for me to get up

While this is going on with Akao and Uzuki,

Akao is having fun killing people on the first floor while looking at clothes. She takes on of the lackeys to a changing room and threatens to kill him if he doesn't spill the beans about Silver dragon. Before she kills him Uzuki puts a hand on her shoulder interrupting her.

"What?" Akao asks bluntly

'Those guys aren't our target. Don't kill people meaninglessly." Uzuki said

"HAH?! So what's a meaningful kill then? Are you the messiah that discerns good from evil? Freaky~" Akao says leaning forward

"All killing is evil. We should avoid it when we can." Uzuki says

"So why'd you join a school for assassins. You can always drop out y'know." Akao said

CRASSSSH

Their little discussion was interrupted by something or someone colliding with the ground.

Akao flips Uzuki off before going towards the fun.

With Nagumo and Sakamoto

"Well this was a waste of time." Sakamoto said walking towards the escalator to go to the next floor

"No. You learnt a valuable life lesson. How to use a register. Who knows you might become a convenience store owner in the future." Nagumo said walking beside Sakamoto

Sakamoto just gave Nagumo an unamused look. As if saying that'll never happen

As the duo walk towards the escalator they sense a massive aura behind them.

Kindaka gets up from the massage from the massage chair

"Are you the silver dragon?" Sakamoto asks

"Ah silver dragon. Cool name right."

"Name's kind aka. I lead a group known as the order. Which one of you 2 is stronger?" Kindaka asks

"Him/me" Nagumo/Sakamoto say together

"So you're not the steel dragon?" Sakamoto asks

"Frontal bone, eye socket ethmoid bone, if you want to disguise yourself you needa start with the bone structure. You can't fool me." Nagumo explains

"Oh! An old picture." Kindaka says

"Let's finish this Sakamoto." Nagumo dashes forward and grabs the strap of Kindaka's dungarees

Sakamoto runs forward and tries to punch Kindaka in the gut. But in an instant it looks like Kindaka disappears. He reappears and with a quick roundhouse kick hits both of them in the head. The force of the kick shatters the computers on the shelves nearby. The duo land while sliding backwards from the force.

"Did you see him?" Nagumo asks

"Not at all." Sakamoto says on guard

"I'm the super fast." Kindaka says appearing behind the duo

When they turn their heads he's no longer there and is about to reappear behind them again. Before he does a large force collides with his torso causing him to fly into the wall.

"Show off." I say cracking my neck, my body littered with cuts and bruises from that collision with the ground

"Oh your awake kid. Have a good nap?" Kindaka said appearing behind and trying to land a roundhouse kick on my head. I duck before he makes contact with my temple.

"Just letting you play with the other kids for a while." I say nonchalantly

"Is he your dad?" Nagumo asked

"You think I came out of someone who looks like that?" I say annoyed

"Anyways if you want to run fast you'll need these." Kindaka says ignoring me

"he has special shoes." Sakamoto deduced

"No he's just that fast. He says that to justify his childish fashion sense." I explain

"Satoda told me about your little gang. I'll give you all a nice workout, so come at me like you want to die." Kindaka says

The 3 of us hear It and dash at Kindaka. We scuffle for a while, but Kindaka seems to have turned it up a notch from our fight at the playground, so nothing really comes of it. Kindaka eventually kicks Sakamoto over the handrail of this level, he dashes at Sakamoto's free falling body and grabs the hem of his shirt before chucking him through several levels back down to the ground floor. Nagumo runs off on his own to do god knows what.

"She should be around here I think. I can smell the cigarettes from a mile away." I say looking at the ground

I stamp my foot on the ground breaking a hole in it, and jump in grabbing Akao by the hem of her shirt and chucking her outside of the shop she's in.

"Go get him tiger." I say

"HAH?!" Akao says flying out the shop. She lands and jumps on the handrail. Looking down at the brown haired hippie down below.

She sees many paths to kill and picks one before dashing at him

Kindaka is mildly impressed.

'Her killing pathway has 0 wasted movement, I can't believe she got me on the defensive. Is this your little girlfriend kid. What does this girl see.' Kindaka thinks to herself

"There gotcha." Akao says causing Kindaka to look confused

A cooler box falls on kindaka's head before the 3 guys kick it full force from 3 directions.

The four of us land and Kindaka chucks the cooler off of himself.

"Next time you throw me like that I'll kill you! But I'll forgive you this time since you let me join in the fun." Akao said slapping my back

"Oh yeah. Who is this guy anyway?" Akao asked

"You little punks. Wanna join the order?" Kindaka asks

"Gee praying on more kids Mr Silver?" I ask

"Mr Silver?" Akao asked confused

"I just kicked you real hard how're you standing." Nagumo asked

"You can give me your answer after I have my fun." Kindaka says leaning down to stretch

In an instant he appears before us, three of us manage to dodge, but he manages to grab Nagumo's ankle

"Earlier when I asked who was the toughest you lied right?" Kindaka asked

Nagumo attempts to kick Kindaka's head while mid air but of course Kindaka dodges by bowing his head. Akao chucks Nagumo a knife. Nagumo catches it and tries to stab Kindaka's neck. But Kindaka still has his ankle in his hand and he prepares to throw nagumo full force. I manage to catch kindaka off guard and swipe his leg causing him to fall and lose his momentum. Nagumo hits the ground with little force.

"Ouch. I'm losing cons-" Nagumo says before pretending to be knocked out

"Lazy ass." I say

Kindaka throws a knife at Akao, which she catches before it slices through her head. She follows up with a kick, Kindaka ducks, causing Akao's foot to break through a supporting beam. I catch one half of the supporting beam and attempt to use it as a baseball bat to hit Kindaka, but I was too slow and he dashed away into one of the aisles in the supermarket

Guess I should leave that stuff to Sakamoto.

Kindaka throws a bottle of hot sauce at Akao, which she reflexively cuts with her knife. He's used that move on me before taking advantage of the fact I move based on instinct as well. I quickly kick upwards, the wind from the kick sends the hot sauce upwards.

"Don't be an idiot look before you cut." I say

"Wow you two work well together." Kindaka says

Sakamoto manages to sneak up on kindaka and kicks him into an elevator.

"In a confined space speed doesn't matter." Sakamoto says making use of his years of experience

"Try me." Kindaka says as he dodges Sakamotos attacks while speeding around the elevator.

Eventually Sakamoto manages to land a hit on Kindaka's face

"Your fun." Kindaka says as the elevator doors open

"Time to kick into max gear." Kindaka says

He bounces around as like a ricocheting bullet, Sakamoto can't pinpoint where he'll attack from. After analysing his movement my body moves to the spot he'll attack but to my surprise Uzuki also appeared there. Kindaka diverted his course before he collided with Uzuki thinking he was a civilian. Kindaka lamented that he strained his back from stopping so abruptly

"How did you-" I was shocked that he saw the same thing I did

"How did you see him? And how come your suddenly helping?" Akao interrupted and asked

"You don't follow a fast target with your eyes, you anticipate his moves based on his surroundings. You anticipate his moves based on the surroundings." Uzuki explained

"As for helping. I didn't want you to tell on me to the teachers, saying I didn't contribute." Uzuki said

"You think she could be bothered to do that?" I asked

"BWHAHAHAHHA What a dumb thing to worry about." Akao said

"Good job guys." Nagumo said giving us a thumbs up from the floor above, after he woke up from getting 'knocked out'

"Hurry up and get down here?!" Akao said annoyed

As Kindaka was distracted by analysing uzuki he was caught off guard by sakamoto who managed to wrap him up in a banner. Sakamoto swung him in circles gaining momentum before slamming him down into the ground.

Haha that's karma for what he did to me earlier serves him right!

"You're right. It is useful to take advantage of the whole space." Sakamoto said aloud

"Not bad kid." Kindaka says as he lay on the ground

"Looks like we did it guys! Gee I sure am worn out." Nagumo says coming out of the elevator

"You didn't even do anything!" Akao says annoyed

With that the four horsemen beat the apocalypse with the slight help of an emo kid, though I would have been fine without his interference. What's in store next time for this exciting group. Find out in the next episode.
