Meeting Kamihate,

"Ah that was a fun mission." Nagumo said with his hands behind his head

"I guess so. Wish we our targets were stronger though." I say lighting a cigarette

"I know. Let's go play urban airsoft." Nagumo suggested

"Urban?" I ask

"Yeah it's this new place, they cordoned off a 4km city block for the sole purpose of playing airsoft, it's really neat." Nagumo explained

It did kind of intrigue me

"I'm down." I say

We make our way to the outskirts of tokyo where the urban airsoft place is.

"Welcome. For 2 players that will be 200 thousand yen?" The lady at the counter said

"Kinda steep." I say tapping my card

"Right this way." The lady said showing us in

They had a whole armoury of airsoft guns. There were p90s, ak 47s, gpmgs even a barrett 50 cal

"Woah... who even made this place." I say admiring the guns

"Dunno. But we're gonna have a blast." Nagumo said

"Well to make it fair for the others let's only use pistols." I suggest taking an m9 from the rack and a couple magazines

"Sounds good to me." Nagumo says

The 2 of us enter the arena and split up to go our separate ways in the 4km city block. Little did we know someone in the armoury had made it their goal to eliminate us

"Those damm ikemen, probably never had to work to get a girl in their life. It's not fair!" ??? Said taking the barrett 50 cal off the rack

After a couple minutes the announcer speaks

"Ok all 20 participants are in. Participants are allowed to use anything in their surroundings and the weapons provided. No lethal force is allowed. That's all. 3 body shots or one headshot and you're out. Begin!"

I quickly clear out the 15 story apartment block I'm in. Eliminating 5 people along the way. I get to the top floor and look out the window and see Nagumo stood on top of a corner-shop smiling at me. I see him disappear and immediately turn to run out the room, knowing he'll be coming up to get me.

PING

As I turn around I feel a heavy bullet hit my chest. That's not from a pistol. That was way too heavy. But that shot came from the open door. I hug the wall before quickly peaking out to see if anyone was in the hallway but there was no one.

How did the person manage to shoot me, he had no line of sight...... he ricocheted the bullet off the door hinge into me. Was it just a hail mary? No way.

The smoke! I look at my cigarette and see the smoke from it going out the door frame. That's how they knew I was in here. Still that's a crazy shot. I leave my cigarette on the ground before stomping on the ground to break through to a lower floor.

The moment I landed I felt a presence behind me..... Nagumo.

He had his pistol pointed at my head

"What will you do genius?" Nagumo said smirking

But before he could pull the trigger a heavy airsoft bullet ricocheted off the wall and hit him in the back of the head.

"Yoichi Nagumo. Out!" The announcer announced

"Woah....." Nagumo said nor expecting it at all

The level we were on was L shaped. I looked up and saw a convex mirror in the top corner where the room bent. This sniper is something else

"Well that's too bad Nagumo. I'm gonna go eliminate this sniper. He has a crazy shot." I said smirking with enjoyment

"Avenge me Sano...." Nagumo said holding his chest acting like he was dieing

I heard another gunshot but quickly dived into a nearby room for cover. I know he's in the building adjacent but I don't know exactly where he is. I ran down to the ground floor and exited the building into the back alley. I hugged the wall in the back alley before I lit a cigarette. Before shoving it in the gap in the wall. I quickly ran and waited to see if the sniper would shoot, thinking I was there smoking. Sure enough he shot, it would've been a headshot if I was stood there. But now I know his location he's about 80 feet up, so he's on the 7th floor and he's in the room furthest to the left. Now the only problem is how am I going to get to him.

I decide to run across the street to the same side he was on. I knew he would shoot me so I jumped before the bullet hit, so that it would hit my body instead of my head. Confident snipers always go for the head. Ok I can't take any more hits.

Is this an anime shop? I say looking around at the shop I just jumped into. Hmm.... How do I get up to him without him seeing me. I see a mirror with an anime girl as a frame and get an idea. I chuck the mirror outside, such that it lands at an angle.

Got you.

I see the muzzle poking out on the 7th level. I quickly shoot the mirror so he has no way of seeing me.

Now how to get up?

I see some anime smoke bombs and grab a few. I run out on the street and chuck it all down. The snipers muzzle moves around wildly trying to find me, but by the time the smoke clears I was gone. The sniper turns around to check but I wasn't behind him. I was right under his nose climbing up the building like I was spider man. As I got under the window I threw an anime poster up letting the wind blow it inside. I hear a nerdy scream, taking the distraction I swing up into the room and kick the sniper rifle away before pinning him to the ground and shooting him in the head. I couldn't see his face as he was covered by a tarp.

"Kamihate out! The winner Ryu Sano" The announcer says

"Gahh! That's not fair!" The guy whined

"Kamihate was it your pretty good. Wanna join the order?" I say with him still pinned down

"What's that some stupid frat? No thanks I'm above that!" Kamihate says

"Not even close..... think about it as the special forces of the JAA. We could use a sniper with your skill." I say

"Special forces.... Girls would like that right." Kamihate asked

"Erm.... Yeah sure..." I say rethinking my decision

"Fine I'll join." Kamihate relents

I get off him and gesture him to follow me. As we exit the airsoft arena I see Nagumo.

"Yo. This is the newest member of the order." I say gesturing to Kamihate

"Nice to meet you! You sure are good with a sniper!" Nagumo said with a smile

"Why's he glaring at me?" Nagumo asked me

"How can you tell?" I say gesturing to the fact that he's under a tarp

"Just a hunch." Nagumo said before turning to leave

His hunch was indeed right. With that the 7th member of the order was added.

Meeting Osaragi

The person who committed the worst bombing in history has escaped and for some reason he decided to flee to the Japanese countryside making it my job to go kill him. Why can't these super terrorists choose other countries man....

I was wandering around the toskushima prefecture where there were reported sightings of this dude. I had a sulfur detector to try and get this guy's trail. From experience mass bombers don't really change their stripes. The sulfur detector led me further out of the city to a small shack.

I put out my cigarette before cautiously opening the door, with my knife in the other hand. After making sure there was no trip wire I entered. I checked all the rooms, when I checked the final room a dude wearing some kind of mech suit, but one of its arm was charging up, thinking fast I broke off the doorknob before shoving it in the hole choking up the mechanism.

Shit its gonna blow

I broke the door off the hinges and used it as a makeshift shield.

BOOOMMM

The whole shack was blown up and I was flung up high in the air.

I'm way too high up. Where to land...... I see a massive stack of hay I chuck away the door I was holding and brace myself before I land in the stack of hay. I come out relatively unharmed.

THUMP THUMP THUMP

I poke my head out the hay and see a large cloud of smoke. Apparently I landed in a cow farm, and the explosion from that maniac caused them to panic and now they're stampeding towards me. My luck today is great. I was about to dash out of the way but then a figure dashed over my head.

It was a woman in a black dress. In her hands was..... a massive sawblade? What's going on today.

The woman swung her sawblade and cut out a massive line in the ground. The cows saw it and stopped. The woman goes up to one of the cows and cups its cheek

"There there. It's okay now mr cow." The woman said before the cows dispersed

I'm guessing she's the owner of the farm? Who's for some reason is dressed for a funeral and has a massive sawblade attached to a string

The woman then turns to me.

"Were you the one who scared my cows?" She said

Not waiting for my reply she swung her sent her saw blade at me. There was a surprising amount of force behind it but I was able to parry it with my knife. I then cut the string off the saw blade causing it to fall beside me.

"Calm down. It wasn't me. I was fighting a dude who built an explosive mech suit, he tried to shoot me but I jammed it and it blew up. I was sent flying in the air and landed here." I explain

She looks at me as if I grew another head. In her head she was just looking at my face, I haven't been eating or sleeping that well since that day so I looked a bit worse for wear.

"I don't believe you. You look like a dead fish" She said dashing at me

"Do those 2 things have a correlation? Ok the hard way it is. " I say

Her fighting style was unique. She was a brute force fighter but she moved with some grace unlike other brute force fighters like Hyo. Grace or no grace I'm brute force fighters worst nightmare. After every attack she launched was brutally countered by me. She then picked up her saw and came back swinging. She was surprisingly quick with that massive saw in her hand, I had to try a bit to keep up.

"Ok enough of this. What can I do to get you to believe me?" I say getting tired of this pointless fight

"Hmm...." She put a finger on her chin and contemplates

She then waves a cow over.

"Mr cow was he the one who scared you? No its not... oh okay.... What you want me to go with him?.... Okay if you say so mr cow." She said seemingly conversing with a cow

I didn't know whether she was crazy or she was actually a cow whisperer but hey as long as it gets me out of here.

"So..... I can go?" I ask the woman

"Yes mr cow said you didn't do it." The woman said

"Cool.... Nice meeting you I guess.... You're kind of strong...." I said before turning to leave

But I notice she follows me.

"Did you need something else from me?" I ask

"No. Mr cow asked me to go with you." The woman said

Huh? Well I suppose she has a decent foundation and brings something new to the table in that massive saw.... With some guidance she could become pretty strong..... why not Asaki asked me to recruit more members so I'll do it.

"Well sure. I'm in a group called the order, basically the JAA's special forces. Welcome to the group..... what's your name." I ask

"Osaragi." She says

"I'm Sano. Are your parents ok with you just up and leaving? If you have parents I mean." I say

"I'm sure they'll be fine with it if mr cow is fine with it." Osaragi says

"Ok...." I say continuing to walk

"Do I really look like a dead fish?" I ask

"Mhm." She replied

"Great...." I say

Short timeskip

I show Osaragi the whole JAA building before we reach the lounge. I see Shishiba polishing his hammer in there. Perfect

"Yo Shishiba this is our newest member Osaragi." I say introducing her

She bows slightly. In her head she's thinking Shishiba has nice hair and thinks he's a girl

"I see." He said going back to polishing his hammer

"Oh right I forgot to tell her she's in your care now. She needs some guidance when it comes to social norms and just to get stronger." I say finding the perfect opportunity to get her out of my hair

"Hah? No thanks." Shishiba says not wanting more work

"You owe me one remember. Or do I need to remind you." I say with a smirk

"You're taking a page out of Nagumo's book and I don't like it. But looks like I don't have a choice. Guess we're partners now Osaragi." Shishiba says with a sigh

"But mr cow says I need to go with you?" Osaragi says

I pull out my phone

"Oh yeah. Mr cow. Mhm.... Mhm.... So just to confirm you don't mind Osaragi going with the long blonde haired dude.... Ok great.... Yup I'll tell her." I say pretending to talk on the phone

"Well he says it's fine." I say putting my phone back in my pocket

Osaragi gives me the same look again. Shishiba snickers thinking there's no way that will work

"Well if mr cow says so then I guess it's fine." Osaragi says going to shake Shishiba's hand

Shishiba gives me a dumbfounded look as if saying where did you find this person

Timeskip(3 years in the order)

Sakamoto had asked to talk to me. Which was strange since he never said more than 3 words a day. We were sat on the couch in the order's lounge.

"So to what do I owe this honour?" I ask light heartedly lighting a cigarette

"I want to leave the order. No.... the whole assassin business in general." Sakamoto said getting straight to the point

"Oh.... I see.... Is it because of that woman." I ask

"Yeah.... She made me realise how scary it was to lose someone i love.... I don't wanna do it to others anymore." Sakamoto says staring at the space in front of him

"Well.... I can't say I was expecting this.... The strongest assassin not wanting to kill anymore.... But there's something poetic about it..... I can't say I get it..... but as a friend I won't hold you here.... Go live your life.... I'll deal with Asaki." I say patting his back

"Thank you Sano..... how do you think Akao would have reacted to this." Sakamoto asked relieved

"Hmm.... Rion probably would have laughed. But I have no doubt she would support you..... cause of my upbringing I didn't really get empathy.... Only going with the logical course of action.... Even though we only knew each other for like 2 years Rion was kind of like my heart.... She smacked me when I was being insensitive..... she made me realise that I'd let the world burn for people that I came to care about.... Though that's only really 2 people now.... And I'm sure if she heard what I'm saying now she'd laugh at me as well." I say with a sad chuckle

"You rubbed off positively on her as well y'know. She probably would have been expelled a lot earlier if not for you." Sakamoto said

"Maybe.... Well have fun breaking the news to Nagumo. I'm out of here." I say getting up to leave

Short timeskip(couple months)

"Who would have thought Sakamoto would be the 1st to get married out of us." Nagumo said fixing his tie

"Well it sure as hell wouldn't be you." I said blowing out a puff of smoke

"Mean~ this is why you can't get a girlfriend." Nagumo said sticking his tongue out

"It's kind of mean making his 2 best friends sit all the way at the back though." Nagumo pouted

"Right. But I guess I can understand why." I said putting out my ciggy as the ceremony was beginning

"We are here today for the marriage of Taro and Aoi. Taro do you take Aoi to be your wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do you part?" The priest asked

"I- i do..." Sakamoto said nervous

"And you Ms Aoi."

"I do."

The priest opens up a heart shaped case revealing the wedding ring. With shaky hands Sakamoto put it on Aoi's finger. And Aoi did the same

"You may kiss the bride." The priest said

Nagumo and I were stifling our laugh as we saw Sakamoto's awkward approach to kissing his wife

"I know you're not laughing you've definitely never kissed a girl before. " Nagumo said

I flipped him off knowing he wasn't completely wrong. Except that one time but it doesn't really count

Flashback

"So all we have to do is land a hit on you and we get to know where the database is." Akao confirmed with Satoda sensei

"Why am I here again. I don't need test answers." I said

"Yeah but I do butt head." Akao said putting out her ciggy

"Yup. If either of you can land a hit on me I'll tell you about the database." Satoda sensei confirmed

For some reason I could never really get a solid read on Satoda-sensei. She also had a counter attacking style of fighting like me. I lunged at her, keeping my centre of gravity low to the ground, and try to grapple her legs. But satoda slid, and used my momentum to flip me over on my back, knocking the wind out of my lungs.

Akao dashed at Satoda thinking she saw a path to kill. But Satoda saw the same thing and grabbed her wrist and chucked her in the air. By some twist of fate she landed on me and our lips touched

Both our first reactions was to fake vommit

"I quit. I can taste the smoke in my mouth." I say

"I can taste the boringness on mine." Akao said

With that we both gave up and left the dojo

"Ah young love...." Satoda said with a smile

Of course Akao flunked that test without the answers.

Timeskip(5 years.)

And that leads us today. A almost 30 year old assassin who stands at the top of the assassin world. What turmoil could possibly come now that Sakamoto was married. And we haven't had any real threats in years. Now only 2 horseman of the apocalypse were left and active.
