41- Sugarbaby
"My tongue will tell the anger of my heart, or else my heart concealing it will break."

OLIVIA WOODS
I was sitting in the back seat, eating one of the cupcakes I had bought for Xerxes. It had taken like half an hour to convince him to not pay. Ashton had just watched with amused eyes.
I was not mad at Ashton. Maybe he had something really important in the drawer and did not want me to touch it. I could not be mad at him for not wanting his privacy invaded.
My phone buzzed.
Z - What do you want to eat tonight? Pizza.
It was a reflex.
Alright.
"My feet hurt," I mumbled under my breath, taking my boots off. It took time to drive to the mansion. The way was so complicated I could barely keep track.
"Baby?" Xerxes said. "You know you don't have to work, right?"
"We can take care of you," Ashton said, glancing at me through the mirror. "You can focus on your classes and art," Xerxes continued.
I shook my head. "It's fun working there," I said. "And Cassandra is really nice."
"Is she?" Ashton asked. "I set your books in your room. In a nice bookshelf."
They had bought me all of the books I had. I had not been through all of them but I was planning to. Soon.
"Thank you for the books," I said sincerely. "You didn't have to."
"Of course we did, little one." Keeping his one hand on the steering wheel, his other hand reached back to grab mine, squeezing it gently. I smiled.
We reached home soon and I picked my bag and another bag in which there were cupcakes and the cake I had made earlier with Cassandra being a very bad teacher. She really didn't know how to teach.
Xerxes helped me out of the car and wrapped an arm around me, taking the bags from me.
"Little one, can we talk?" Ashton asked, wrapping an arm around me. I nodded. Xerxes walked inside the mansion and Ashton led me to the garden, his arm wrapped around me protectively.
"I am sorry for last night, baby," He said after a few moments of us just walking in the garden. It had flowers and everything and in the middle was the maze. The maze was cool but it was weird to have it here. Around it was life and there it was, like a gateway to the underworld. I shivered, looking at its entrance.
"It's okay," I said, looking up at him. He wasn't wearing his glasses right now. I could see his eyes better this way. Did they like my eyes without glasses?
"You sure? You won't hold a quiet grudge against me as you did to Zavier?" he inquired, stopping to wrap his arms around me, pulling me to his chest.
I shook my head. "I'm not mad. I can respect your privacy I guess I was a little too...emotional yesterday."
Subspace. My search history was sure interesting.
He hummed. "And I wanted to take care of you but I fucked it up." He tucked a strand of my hair behind my ear. "Maybe I should put you in subspace, again..." He whispered in my ear. "Should I make you beg, my love? Or should I spank that beautiful ass of yours?"
"I-I'm hungry!"
He chuckled. "Sure." He led me inside the mansion and walked away to his office with a quick kiss on my lips.
I went upstairs and changed into a large hoodie and black shorts underneath it. I snuggled under the covers, closing my eyes. I felt tired. Too tired.
My phone buzzed.
I grabbed it from the nightstand and looked at it.
It was a reminder from the app which kept track of my period. My period was to start tomorrow.
I sighed and got out of the covers, making sure there were no stains on them and pulled my shorts and panties down to see a nice little sot of blood on the white panties. Great. Period decided to come early.
I quickly put on a pad, thankful that there was no stain on the shorts. I re- snuggled under the blankets, this time my cramps hitting me just a little.
I heard the door open.
"My kitten did not even come to meet me?" Zavier teased, coming inside. "I barely kept Ashton from eating the cake."
"It's mine!" I sat up, eyes wide. "And it's bad. Don't let him eat it."
He smiled. He was dressed in a white shirt and black trousers, his hair was a gorgeous mess, and his sleeves were rolled up to his elbows, displaying his strong forearms.
"It's safe for the time being. But he can smell chocolate." He walked closer and sat down at the edge of the bed. "Something wrong, kitten?"
"No..." I was not embarrassed by periods, of course. But I would be uncomfortable with telling him. Guys never really reacted positively to periods. Not the ones I had encountered. Except for my dad. He used to be nice.
He raised his eyebrows. "I hard your feet hurt." He dipped his hand under the blanket and pulled me out. I frowned at him. He kissed that frown and
sat me down on his lap, shifting to sit against the headboard.
He wrapped the blankets around us and tucked a strand of my hair behind my ear, stroking my cheekbone with his knuckles. His one hand reached down to gently squeeze my left foot, he did this for a while and then switched to the other. I sighed. This felt good. My cramps were low right now but the decision to wear heeled boots to work was killing me. I could never resist the call of good footwear, something the Creeds obviously knew because they had bought me too much footwear.
Was I a sugar baby?
But I didn't want to use them for money. I liked them. I really, really, liked them.
I snuggled into his chest. "I'm on my period." His hand froze on my left foot. "Oh."
I looked up at him. He didn't look weirded out. He looked like he didn't know what to do.
"I'm okay," I assured him. "I may need a few things later so-" I tried to get out of his lap but he gripped me harder, not putting pressure on my stomach.
"I'll get you what you need. Stay here, yes?" He pressed a kiss to my lips as he sat me down, pulling the blanket up to my chin. He kissed my forehead.
"So, what do you need?"
. . .
I need a cheeseburger but I'm too lazy. I wrote this chapter while being a little drunk so I apologize for the mistakes I know it has.
