Tsukasa had a gloomy expression while explaining his backstory to Senku and you, walking towards a middle aged stone statue and balling his hand into a fist. His gloomy expression suddenly turned into a mad one, punching the statue. It's head rolling toward where Senku and you were sitting. You didn't really know how to react to this, you just stayed quiet with a confused expression on your face.

To be honest, you were just there by chance. You were just following senku around because you felt way too tired to go with taiju to retrieve the miracle fluid. You didn't mean to interrupt this scene so you just stayed quiet, hoping for them to ignore your presence but you knew that wasn't possible.

"you do know what you just did, don't you?"

Senkus eyes followed the head that fell down at his direction, his disinterested look quickly changing into a cocky one.

"Of course I know."

Tsukasa answered calmly, putting his emotions for you aside as he walks towards senku. His face quickly turning determined, hoping that the scientist would side with him.

" Tell me something, Senku. Are you planning to bring back all the greedy, black-hearted adults who ruined the world we came from? "

Tsukasa kept explaining to the male on how it was a bad idea, how they should only revive the young & pure hearted. His plans did sound somewhat nice, but his plans obviously had holes. That speech didn't move both you and Senku at all, not even one millimeter.

Tsukasa walked up to another statue, putting his hand on the figures head. A grin appearing on his face, as he becomes ready to punch it with his dominant hand .. but before he could do so, Senku stopped him.

"No, I don't. That speech didn't even move me one millimeter. I doubt it even moved m/n seeing on how cautious they were of you."

That last sentence was a bit shocking for you to hear, you didn't realize Senku noticed how wary you were of him at first. Although, you became more familiar with him now, you were still careful around him. Maybe he noticed your body language whenever you three were together, you wondered on how he noticed it though, you thought you did a good job concealing it.

However, Tsukasa's reaction was different. The last sentence that Senku spoke, his attention suddenly shifted to you. His calm demeanor suddenly turned into a worried one, it slightly startled you since it was kind of unexpected from him. Despite the tense atmosphere, you tried to brush it off.

You tuned out everything that Tsukasa and Senku said after that, you were expecting this conversation for a bit now but you weren't anticipating seeing yourself there with them.. you just decided to chill and play with your hair for a while.

You were focusing on if you were to go with the Tsukasa empire and be with Taiju & Yuzuriha .. or be with Senku and having the chance to meet with your favorite characters. You know that it would be more logical for you to be a spy in the Tsukasa empire, but you'd much rather be with Senku.

❝ SENKUUU! ❞

You were pulled out of your thoughts with Taiju screaming out Senku name. Turning your face to the voice, you notice how he was holding a bottle which was wrapped .. it didn't take you long to realize that it was the miracle fluid.

"awesome news, you guys! Check this out! You see? I got a whole pot full of miracle fluid from the cave!"

Taiju had a blissful expression on his face while Senku had the total opposite. Senku instantly let out a scream of horror, his face was priceless. Tsukasa asked about what this miracle fluid was and Senku instantly regained his composure, and then cracked his neck with a somewhat nervous smile.

"I won't waste my breath trying to explain the science behind it, showing you will be 10 billion times faster."

You saw that Taiju was with Yuzuriha's stone body and it was a wholesome moment to watch, he really did love her. On the other hand, Senku poured the revival fluid in a clay bowl and had a disinterested look on his face.

" what the hell? For some reason, we don't have enough revival fluid for even one person "

Taiju was a bit shocked and nervous hearing that response, he thought he got it too soon and went to grab some more. Tsukasa immediately took the bait and went instead of Taiju, leaving you three alone.

Senku yawned, his eyes roaming around seeing if he left. Senku quickly grabbed the nitric acid and the alcohol. Mixing the concoction around, resulting in it becoming miracle fluid. He explains to Taiju on how Tsukasa's planning to remake the world into a place where it's like the world of the jungle, only the strong remain standing.

Senku immediately dunks the miracle fluid on Yuzuriha, yelling on how we're in a hurry. It takes a bit of time to Yuzuriha to revive, then he explains his theory on how it's kind of like cryostastis.. you were kind of lost hearing all of that, so was Taiju so at-least you weren't alone.

You saw the process of a human getting de-petrified. To be honest, it was a sight to see. Taiju had tears forming on his face, it was truly a heart warming experience. You and Senku both just stayed quiet while they had their moment.

While Yuzuriha was giving her thanks to Taiju, he told her it wasn't him to saved her.. it was Senku who did all of the work. A laugh escapes from Senku's lips, "pardon the intrusion on your big moment, but you need to make a desicion before he gets back." Senkus holds his hand up, forming a number two with his fingers and speaks in a serious tone.

" There are only two options, so choose carefully. "

Senku explains the two plans, the first one being that Yuzuriha, Taiju, and you run away as far as they can. The other is that we join together and battle Tsukasa, using the weapons they have now currently. Obviously, you three go with the second choice.

"Listen senku, if Tsukasa is killing people, we've got no—"

"So I'm "killing people"?

Tsukasa's sudden appearance was a bit shocking for everyone, explaining his side on how it's a matter of 'perspective'. As tsukasa walks towards you, Taiju goes and takes a protective pose. Senku chuckles, even if beads of sweat fall off his forehead he's still not panicking. Pieces of stone fragments fall out of Tsukasa's hand, it makes even you nervous.

Taiju tells Senku to run away and take us with him, basically telling them that he's gonna be a decoy. As he charges in, Tsukasa takes his stance. Both of you know that Taiju is definitely screwed if he tries to fight him one on one. Senku immediately takes hold of his secret weapon, a cross bow.

As Senku shoots the arrow at him, you have no idea what to do. Should you just stand there or go in with Taiju, would you even stand a chance? With having no time to think, you just stand in front of Yuzuriha. You know that right now, nothing is going to happen to her but .. if something goes wrong, then at-least Yuzuriha stays safe.

The arrow didn't even graze Tsukasa, it was still so shocking to see the full extent of his strength. Even if you maxed out your strength, you have no idea if you could beat him one on one in a fight. You saw how hard he hit Taiju, would he even hold back if it was you in that situation?

Taiju didn't even try to hit him, he just kept going on the defensive which made Tsukasa even more confused. Taiju kept telling the male it was wrong to break those statues, it reminded you of those my little pony episodes.. you couldn't take Taiju seriously, so you just stood there. The three of you had a dumbfounded expression on your faces.

Tsukasa was even more confused, he couldn't understand the other male at all. He wanting to make sure he understood what he said, crossing his arms and repeating what Taiju said. You can tell that even Tsukasa confused on what to do next, this situation was literally so perplexing.

Tsukasa didnt know what to say, Taiju wasn't even making any kind of deal. Taiju didn't give up on trying to stop him, until he threatened Yuzuriha. He goes in front of you two, taking a defensive pose again. Unfortunately, he passed out... you even felt bad for the guy, just how much did that punch hurt?

"Seems it did hurt him. He's bleeding like a stuck pig."

"Is he dead?" You asked.

" nah, he's just unconscious. He'll need a couple of days to sleep it off." Cracking his neck as he replied.

"Yeah. So let's not fight each other. You just protect your girlfriend and quit worrying about some random statues. Meanwhile, I will do what I need to do."

Finally, something we all can agree upon. Well, excluding that part about the statues.. Tsukasa walks in the direction of the miracle cave, telling us to stay out of his way.

Senku explains how the arrow he shot was going over 200 kilometers per hour, and even that speed couldn't stop him. Yuzuriha said it was crazy, you agreed with her that speed is just insane. Senku sighs and starts kicking Taiju's body, telling him to wake up. You were worried about Taiju, but this also was expected for Senku.

Senku kept kicking him, resulting in him waking up. It was honestly insane how much endurance this dude has, it even made you start to admire him.

"We gotta stop him, before he can murder anybody else!"

Taiju tried to go into the direction Tsukasa went but senku stopped him, telling him that we couldn't stop him with brute force. Senku walks over to the arrow that Tsukasa threw to the ground, picking it up and chuckling.

"In the stone world, there's only one sure fire path to defeating a monster. Advancing civilization and crafting weapons of science."

srry for inconsistent updates but I made this chapter a lil longer tho + should I make the next chapter about the girl who knocked out the main character ?? or should I just keep doing this for now ^^
