Urahara: TA-DA! What do you think? A perfect cover up for Ms. Paramia here!

(Y/N): It's not a bad outfit... but it's extremely flashy... But at the very least, Roka can hide her hollow mask. What do you think, Roka?

Roka: It's... surprisingly comfortable...

(Y/N) didn't know where, how, or why such an extravagant outfit was in Urahara's possession but he decided not to question it.

Nelliel, who already had a Gigai ready and waiting, meant she already had an outfit prepared for her beforehand. A simple hoodie to cover the huge mask that was stuck to the top of her head and some jeans. Simple but did the job.

(Y/N): Alright. Now all we're missing is-

Soi-Fon: Don't worry, I'm right here.

(Y/N) turned around and saw Soi-Fon also in her casual attire.

(Y/N) wasn't one to stare at people, but seeing Soi-Fon in casual attire was always something rare to see, so he took the time to admire the view.

Soi-Fon: What are you staring at?

(Y/N): You.

Soi-Fon: At least sound like you're ashamed of being caught.

(Y/N): Don't blame me for being captivated.

Soi-Fon: Always one for sugar coated words, aren't you?

(Y/N): You make it sound like I have an ulterior motive for complimenting you. Well, let's get ready to head out.

Nelliel: Where are we going?

(Y/N): As many places as we can...

(Timeskip)

(Y/N) began his tour of Karakura town by taking his three friends to the closest park he could find.

(Y/N): Hueco Mundo is pretty... well... barren. No offense.

Nelliel: None taken.

(Y/N): So I thought I'd show you guys somewhere vibrant.

The park itself was pretty well taken care of. The grass was still fresh and green, flowers were growing, and while it wasn't crowded, there were a few people present. The atmosphere felt nice and comforting.

Roka: I'm surprised to have not found this place while I was hiding...

(Y/N): Well, this place is in the open. That would be the last place someone would go to hide.

Roka then pointed at the playground located at the center of the park.

Roka: What's that?

(Y/N): Oh, that? That's just a playground. It's made for kids. As the name suggested, it's the part of the park that kids use to play. Though, none of you used one of these before. I think it would be good to experience playing on a playground at least once.

Nelliel: Don't mind if I do! Come on Roka!

Roka: H-huh? O-okay...

Nelliel pulled Roka towards the swing set located on the playground.

Nelliel: Say (Y/N), how do you use this?

(Y/N): Well, once you sit on the swing seat, use your feet to push yourself forward. When the swing pushes you forward you kick your feet up. When you start to swing backwards, tuck your feet in. Then rinse and repeat. You'll eventually build momentum to take you high in the sky.

Nelliel: That's it? That's easy.

Nelliel was the first to try using the swing set. (Y/N) turned to Roka and Soi-Fon.

(Y/N): What about you guys?

Roka: I... I guess it wouldn't hurt to try.

Soi-Fon: I think I'll pass...

(Y/N): Why not?

Soi-Fon: It's for little kids, isn't it?

(Y/N): That's the intention but that hasn't stopped teens and adults from at least using it as a seat when they find themselves at the park. Nobody will laugh at you sitting on it.

Soi-Fon lingered on it for a bit before hesitatingly sitting on the second available swing seat. Without warning, (Y/N) pushed while she was sitting on the swing seat. This caught Soi-Fon off guard.

Soi-Fon: What the... Why did you-

(Y/N): Relax, will you... Just have some fun.

(Y/N) turned to Roka.

(Y/N): Alright Roka, it's your turn.

Roka: Um... Okay.

(Y/N) took turns pushing both Soi-Fon Roka on the swing set. However a few pushes (Y/N) realized something.

(Y/N): *thinking* I never thought about it until now, but dad did say Mom's ability was to manipulate kinetic energy with her shikai. A swing set is actually a good example of it.

(Y/N) thought about it. Pulling back a swing set builds up energy, the potential energy. Letting your feet leave the ground to allow the swing set to move was the kinetic energy being released. Once you build momentum, you swing higher into the sky. The higher in the sky you reach, the more potential is built, which means more kinetic energy is released once the swing falls from the sky. It was a snowball effect.

(Y/N): *thinking* It reminds me of some of the Hado skills...

After 30 minutes explaining the rest of the playground equipment and how they work, (Y/N) and the rest left the park.

(Y/N): Alright, who wants to see some animals?

(Timeskip)

(Y/N): Welcome to the zoo.

The zoo was quite crowded, but with all the attention of the zoo animals, the two arrancars didn't have to worry much about anyone staring at them for too long.

Soi-Fon: I have to ask, but... what's the appeal of zoos anyway?

(Y/N): Well, the first is that zoos are one of the best places to learn about animals. That's kind of the point of the zoo. The other is that many people genuinely love animals.

Soi-Fon: Well, we'll have you lead the way, as usual.

Nelliel: Then let's go!

The group started at the lion habitat in which Soi-Fon took an unsuspecting interest in. (Y/N) then quickly remembered that lions were also felines... which reminded him of Yoruichi's cat transformation. Figures.

The second stop was the bear habitat. Nelliel made it a point to bombard (Y/N) with questions. (Y/N), however, was not that familiar with zoology to give confident answers, if any at all.

After a couple of stops to different animal habitats, the group found their way to the reptile habitat.

Nelliel: Oh, look! Snakes! Say, (Y/N). What's your opinion on snakes?

(Y/N): Well...

(Y/N) thought back to a certain shinigami.

~~~~
Gin: I'm a snake. Cold of flesh and devoid of heart.
(Y/N) heard Gin say those words to Aizen as he hid in order to get the jump on him. He knew Gin was foreshadowing his betrayal, but not towards the Soul Society, but Gin himself.
~~~~

Gin: In exchange for giving you the information of Kyoka Suigetsu weakness, helping you fight against Aizen and protecting your friends, all you have to do is protect Rangiku.

That was what Gin asked of (Y/N) in exchange for his help against Aizen

~~~~
(Y/N): They're just as much as prey as they are predators. They get a bad rep, but in reality, they're needed for the ecosystem.
Nelliel: So you think they're misunderstood?
(Y/N): Yeah, you could say that...
Nelliel: What about you, Roka? Hm?
Nelliel saw Roka looking off in the distance.
Roka: Um... Are there any spiders here?
(Y/N): Most likely. Shouldn't be too far. You want to see them?
Roka: Y-yes, if that's alright with all of you...
(Y/N) and Nelliel looked at each other. This was the first time Roka requested something. That meant progress, albeit small, was being made.
(Y/N): That's fine by us. Right?
Nelliel: Of course! Let's go!
Soi-Fon: I'm just going with the flow.
(Y/N): Well you heard them. Let's go.
With a quick walk, the group made their way to the location where the spiders were held. The spiders were kept in transparent containers.
Despite asking to see the spiders, Roka's face showed a sad expression once she saw the spiders.
Nelliel noticed it immediately.
Nelliel: What's the matter, Roka?
Roka: Spiders use their webs to catch their prey and transfer information. That's what Mas-... That's what Szayelaporro used me for. But even then, I failed at it... The only task he's ever assigned to me. But I guess that doesn't matter... Szayelaporro told me time and time again that I was useless from the very beginning, that I was a tool. It makes me wonder... If I was only made to be a tool, a back up for insurance... Why did he give me emotions?
(Y/N) looked over to Soi-Fon, who just shrugged her shoulders, not knowing how to comfort the arrancar. He then turned to Nelliel, who gave him a nod.
Nelliel: You're your own person, Roka. You can't let Szayelaporro continue to dictate how you should live your life just because he created you.
(Y/N): Nel's right. The circumstances of one's birth is irrelevant. It's what you do with that gift of life that determines who you are. Never treat yourself or think of yourself as a tool. Rather, uplift yourself. Everyone who is given life deserves to choose how they live it.
Roka: Am I really allowed that privilege?
(Y/N): Of course!
For the first time in her life, Roka felt like she could truly be her own person. Tears ran down her face as she shed tears of happiness. For the first time, Roka smiled.
(Timeskip)
After the visit to the zoo, (Y/N) planned to take his friends to a restaurant however he realized how late it was getting. It was soon time for school to end. He had to get everyone back to Urahara Shop on time for the next meeting.
(Y/N): I guess I lost track of time. Unfortunately we may have to settle on food at a food truck. I'm not a big fan of those but at the very least they should have a cold drink.
Roka: Food, huh? I've never tried it before.
(Y/N) wasn't surprised to hear that unfortunately. Being artificially created means there would be no reason for her to eat. Even normal hollows technically have no reason to eat when they can just get their nutrients from reishi. Sure they "can" eat, but the benefits from reishi were just much greater and more realistic to feed on.
Nelliel: You can blame Szayelaporro for that! Every time I've invited you to eat with me, Pesche and Dondochakka, Szayelaporro would always interrupt.
Soi-Fon: Sounds like you had a grudge with him for a while now.
Nelliel: Back then, I understood that Roka was never a part of my fraccion, so I couldn't really hold it against him... But that doesn't mean I didn't agree with how he treated Roka. Or anyone for that matter.
(Flashback) Many years ago.
In Las Noches
Nelliel: So, you're an Arrancar but you don't have a Zanpakuto? Why's that?
Roka: Master Szayelaporro told me that no Zanpakuto manifested when Lord Aizen used the Hogyoku to turn me into an Arrancar.
Nelliel: Hmm. I'm sure you should have one with how humanoid you look, though. It might just look different, that's all. By the way, I know you're always carrying materials for us, but what do you do for food and all that?
Roka: I do not need food. Master Szayelaporro was kind enough to make me that way.
Nelliel: That's such a shame. Food is so much fun to eat! Why don't we have a meal sometime? I bet it would be fun to eat together!
Roka: It would be fun?
However, before Nelliel could respond, Szayelaporro interrupted the conversation.
Szayelaporro: Miss Nelliel, she is a tool for me to use. I cannot have you taking up her time.
Nelliel's mood immediately changed as Szayelaporro came to reclaim his "tool".
Nelliel: You sure are condescending for an Ex-Zero Espada, Szayelaporro. You have no right to call her a tool. She's a full-fledged arrancar.
Szayelaporro: You're right. She's both an arrancar and my tool.
Szayelaporro's smug expression and his lack of concern for his subordinate's own wants and needs upsetted Nelliel to no end.
Nelliel: As an Espada, I order you to leave at once, Szayelaporro.
Szayelaporro: Very well. Let's go Roka.
Roka: Yes, sir.
And with that, Szayelaporro walked away with Roka following behind.
After the conversation ended, Nelliel made her way back to her room, where Pesche and Dondochakka were staying as well. Nelliel wasted no time asking the both of them a question that has been on her mind.
Nelliel: Pesche, Dondochakka, can I ask you something? I'm thinking of asking Lord Aizen to make Roka a member of my fraccion. What do you think?
Pesche: If that is what you have decided is best, we would have no reason to oppose it.
Dondochakka: That'll make dinner much more exciting!
Nelliel: Dondochakka! You make it sound like having me around is boring or something!
Pesche: Even a blooming flower would wilt away with an upset stomach after witnessing your gluttonous appetite, Miss Nelliel.
Nelliel: *huff* You two better learn a thing or two about being sensitive to someone's feelings!
(Flashback Ended)
Nelliel explained her story as Soi-Fon surprisingly listened intently.
Soi-Fon: Have you ever thought about killing him back then? That would've actually solved a lot of issues.
Nelliel: You're... pretty intense aren't you?
Soi-Fon: What do you mean?
Nelliel: Nothing... But to answer your question, no.
Soi-Fon: I assume you didn't get permission from Aizen either.
Nelliel: Well unfortunately...
Roka: That was when you were attacked and exiled, am I right?
Nelliel was surprised.
Nelliel: Yes... How did you know?
Roka: I'm sorry, but I eavesdropped on your conversation with Pesche and Dondochakka that day. And shortly after, I heard of the news of your banishment.
Nelliel: You don't have to apologize.
Just then, (Y/N) came back with a bunch of different foods and drinks from one of the nearby food trucks, somehow going unnoticed by Nelliel and Roka. (Y/N) was currently struggling not to drop any of the items he just bought.
Nelliel: (Y/N)? We never saw you leave.
Soi-Fon: He left right before you started your story.
(Y/N): You noticed, huh?
Soi-Fon: Was I not supposed to?
(Y/N): It's just... you know what, nevermind. So, Roka you get to choose first. This is your first time experiencing food, right? I felt like it was only right.
Roka: I have to choose?
Soi-Fon: Even something as simple as choosing what you want to eat is a part of making your choices.
Nelliel: Yeah. If you don't like one thing, just try another one.
Roka looked at all the options she had in front of her. She didn't know what she was really looking at so she just picked one at random. She picked up a triangular piece of food that was yellow and red in color that sat in one of the boxes.
(Y/N): Choosing the pizza first, huh? Give it a try.
As Roka took a bite out of the pizza, she was stunned at the taste.
Roka: although it feels rough, it's actually quite soft.
(Y/N): What you're feeling is the crust and what you're tasting is the cheese and tomato sauce.
Roka: I see... I don't know how to describe it, but... it's good.
(Y/N): I see... then how about we-
(Y/N) was interrupted mid sentence as he heard his combat pass started to ring.
(Y/N): Hollows are in the area, huh? Just great...
Soi-Fon: It shouldn't take too long. I can handle them.
However, (Y/N)'s combat pass rang much longer than usual. This concerned (Y/N). Then, (Y/N) felt a strong spiritual pressure. No... He felt two spiritual pressures.
(Y/N): I'm starting to think it's more than just a hollow...
To be continued.
Things are finally starting to ramp up now. As a pokemon fan, I threw in a reference in there and I wonder if anyone will catch onto it.
Also Question of the chapter: Who are your guys' favorite summon that (Y/N) has.
