Giselle: Wait, wait, stop! You're not thinking of cutting down an unarmed girl, are you?

Giselle pretended to be scared in the face of Ikkaku or Yumichika.

Giselle: That's so not cool! I mean, doesn't that go against your code as a man? Y'know like, it'd hurt your pride or whatever? You guys are losers!

Yumichika: She's baiting us.

Ikkaku: I know.

Yumichika: Careful. The fact she's goading you to cut her this much means there's something about the act of cutting her itself. For example, getting sprayed with her blood could be dangerous.

Giselle: N-No, I don't think so... Oh, but I don't think you should cut me, though.

"Then I hope a sting or two will suffice."

The three turned around and saw Soi-Fon standing in the distance, with her Shikai activated.

Soi-Fon: (Y/N) said she had the ability to take control of people. Perhaps that ability is triggered by blood as you said. That shouldn't be an issue for me.

Giselle: Eh~? (Y/N) spoke about me? Am I finally getting popular? It's a shame. I can hardly take on one fighter, let alone three.

Soi-Fon: Cut the act. If you're a Sternritter then that means you can stand toe to toe with a Captain.

Giselle: If you shinigami are going to fight dirty then it wouldn't be a problem if I had some help of my own, right?

Before the three Shinigami could respond, an explosion covered the area. The source of the explosion being none other than Bambietta.

Bambietta: What are you fooling around for, Gigi? Just have Mr. Captain take them out!

Giselle: But Mr. Captain couldn't possibly take on three opponents at once... But if you're willing to help then we can make it even.

Bambietta: Fine. What leader would I be if I didn't help a subordinate in need.

"If that's all you have to offer, then two opponents should be easy enough..."

Soi-Fon was seen unscathed by Bambietta's explosion. Ikkaku and Yumichika left the dust cloud a bit scratched but were still healthy for the most part.

Bambietta: You're the second person to walk off one of my explosions... You're not a Special Threat like (Y/N) so what's your deal?

Soi-Fon: Walked it off? I simply evaded your attack. That aside... What's with the sudden obsession with (Y/N)?

Bambietta: Obsession? Please! The only thing I want to do is kill him for humiliating me! If you know where he is, tell me and maybe I'll let you live.

...

Soi-Fon: I take my eyes off of him for a few days and the next time he shows up, other women are asking for his presence. And here I thought his womanizing ways had ended.

Bambietta: Don't make me vomit! What makes you think I would have feelings for that guy?!

Giselle: I agree. I'm simply just a fangirl and nothing else.

Yumichika: A worthless act. You referred to yourself as a "fangirl" just now... but you're a man aren't you.



Giselle: Eh?



Yumichika: You may think you have concealed it but frankly, you stink of semen.



The surrounding area went quiet before Giselle suddenly called for her trump card.

Giselle: Mr. Captain!

Once again, a zombified Toshiro stepped out but he was in way worse shape than he was in previously due to his unfortunate fight with Unohana.

Giselle: Mr. Captain seems pretty beaten up... Maybe I'll have to replace him. Good thing I have another Captain here that I can zombify.

The three shinigamis were shocked to see Toshiro wearing a Quincy outfit, but before they could question it, they heard a voice.

"I see, I see... The ability to turn an enemy into a zombie, eh? Now that is extremely interesting."



Mayuri finally arrived, clearly taking interest in Giselle's ability. Mayuri's light producing outfit shined throughout the battlefield.

Giselle: It's so bright, I can barely see you. Who are you?

Mayuri: Well, aren't you an ignorant one? Don't you know great people often appear to be shining?

Giselle: Um, I wasn't asking why you were shining.

On the other side of the battlefield, Soi-Fon, Ikkaku and Yumichika attempted to look at Mayuri but didn't want to risk blinding themselves.

Ikkaku: I can't see because it's so bright, but that voice sounds like Captain Kurotsuchi...

Yumichika: Even if you couldn't hear his voice, he's pretty much the only one who would dress like that.

Soi-Fon: Has he even thought about how he might affect his own allies wearing that walking flashlight?

The three then turned their attention to Toshiro, who now stepped in front of Giselle.

Giselle: What's that? You're saying you're gonna protect me, Mr. Captain? Thanks!

Mayuri took a look at the zombified Toshiro.

Mayuri: I see... This may be troublesome... Captain Soi-Fon, I'll leave the bratty Quincy to you while I personally handle Captain Hitsugaya and the Zombie girl.

Soi-Fon: Fine by me.

Mayuri then turned his attention to Toshiro.

Mayuri: It seems you have no free will of your own. Perhaps you were turned into a zombie before you died?

Giselle: You got it~! Turning people into zombies without killing them first means their cells are fresher, giving them more agility and their personality vanishes completely, so I can control them however I like! So many advantages~!

Mayuri: I see. How very comical. Where is the fun in controlling someone with no free will of their own, might I ask?

Giselle: I'm not a sadist like you, so I'm not sure how to answer that one...

Mayuri looked at Toshiro once again.

Mayuri: As one whose flesh is wrapped in good manners rather than skin, it is not in my nature to harm another without their consent. Captain Hitsugaya... There are several dr*gs that I want to test on you. You'll take them now, won't you? Naturally, it's all for the sake of the Seireitei.

Soi-Fon heard the entire conversation and looked at Bambietta.

Soi-Fon: You're a weird lot aren't you?

Bambietta: Look who's talking.

The two females stared each other down for a few seconds before engaging in combat.

(Meanwhile)

As (Y/N) and the others took off in the makeshift Tenchuuren, Orihime started a small conversation.

Orihime: You know, this kind of brings back memories of the time we all went to rescue Rukia.

(Y/N): I can see why... We have a similar line up as back then.

Calavera: I wish I could relate...

Orihime nodded.

Orihime: Back then, Yoruichi was a cat...

Yoruichi: I can transform now too, if you like.

Orihime: ...And Ishida was still with us, too.

Of course, Uryu was still a sore spot for everyone.

Orihime: Do you think Ishida will come back?

Ichigo: 'Course he will.

Ichigo started to speak.

Ichigo: Our mission this time is to beat Yhwach. And while we're there, we'll beat up Ishida and drag him back! That's what we decided, isn't it?

(Y/N): Of course! In addition to rescuing Uryu, There's still one more thing we have to do...

Chad: What is it?

(Y/N): Find Harribel and Starrk. It's obvious they're wherever the Quincies were hiding. The problem is where it is and how to get there.

Ganju: Uhh... Who?

(Y/N): The current ruler of Hueco Mundo and former number #1 Espada.

Ganju: Well they have to be pretty strong if they're that high ranking.

Yoruichi: They are. From what I heard from Kisuke, Yhwach attacked Hueco Mundo first and then planned to lure (Y/N) there so that he could keep him locked up, preventing him from being a pivotal player in the role.

Calavera: But (Y/N) wasn't as strong as he is now when he originally started this war. What made him scared originally?

Yoruichi: The answer is simple really. The first reason is because Yhwach deemed (Y/N) to be a "poison" to the Quincies. This one is simple. Because of his innate Hollow abilities, (Y/N) is a natural enemy to the Quincies by default. This is also why he opted to take on Hueco Mundo before he went to war with Soul Society. This also extends to Ichigo as well.

Chad: But why lure (Y/N) to Hueco Mundo specifically? Is it because he knew (Y/N) would respond to their call to help?

Yoruichi: Exactly. That also played a part in why Hueco Mundo was the first realm to be attacked. Yhwach made sure to cut communications between Hueco Mundo and the other realms because it would be an easy way for (Y/N) to turn the tides of battle.

Calavera: But wouldn't the same results as (Y/N) and Ichigo's first battle occur? No offense to either of them but Yhwach just sounds way too strong to be affected by (Y/N)'s presence alone.

Yoruichi: You're right about that. The issue isn't (Y/N) fighting Yhwach. It's how much (Y/N)'s presence would affect how that battle went.

Ichigo: What do you mean?

Yoruichi: Thanks to (Y/N)'s charisma, the strongest hollows in Hueco Mundo would follow any of his orders. And with his intellect, although not as high as Kisuke, is very formidable. Especially in battle tactics. With those two things in mind, Yhwach most likely feared Hueco Mundo's strength under (Y/N)'s guidance. (Y/N) could've very well changed what happened during Hueco Mundo's initial invasion and possibly wiped out more than half of Yhwach's army before Hueco Mundo was down and out. And that's not accounting for a scenario where Ichigo and Kisuke are there for assistance. Yhwach wouldn't dare go into the Soul Society with an army that's weakened down. Yhwach spent years building his army and losing half of it before he got to the real fight would've set him back possibly hundreds more years.

(Y/N): I may be good at battle tactics but leading an entire realm into battle is way too much of a stretch.

Yoruichi: You'd be fine. I'm sure everyone here can imagine you giving some inspiring speech that raises morale.

Orihime: When you put it that way, I guess I can see it.

Chad: I agree with that sentiment.

Ganju: I'd have to see it to believe it.

Ichigo: Then you certainly don't know (Y/N).

Yoruichi: Let's put it to the test then. If we're going to fight Yhwach then we need to go in there with the utmost confidence. Alright (Y/N), say something that'll wow us!

(Y/N): Uh? That's way too sudden.

Yoruichi: Don't be a punk. Stand up and say something already!

(Y/N) scratched the back of his head sheepishly after being put on the spot suddenly. However, after having everyone's eyes on him he crumbled under peer pressure.

(Y/N): Fine, fine. Renji had us perform a charm when we invaded Las Noches, so let's try something similar. Alright everyone huddle up.

(Y/N) put his hand out and everyone placed their hand on top of his.

(Y/N): This will be a fight against overwhelming odds but that's never stopped us in the past. Each and every time we've been tested we've risen above it. This time will be no different. This battle will no doubt go down in history and I believe we'll all live to tell the tale as the victors. We "WILL" prevail.

Yoruichi: See that wasn't so hard, was it?

(Y/N): Speak for yourself. How about next time, you provide a speech for the group since you think it's so easy.

Yoruichi: Why would I when there's someone like you who's more capable for the job?

(Y/N): Just admit that it's hard. I'm not good with these sorts of things.

Yoruichi: You can't say that after the marvelous speech you just gave.

(Y/N): You're just trying to butter me up. I can tell by the tone of your voice.

(Y/N) and Yoruichi bickered for a good amount of the trip to the Royal Palace.
