A few hours after Ichigo fainted

Captain Mayuri was able to safely place Karakura Town back into the World of The Living with his crazy contraption. Once everything was alright (F/N) volunteered to take Isshin and Ichigo to Ryuken's place to rest. (F/N) was sure Isshin would take Ichigo home once he recovered.

In that time, everyone who was in the Fake Karakura Town was moved to the real town. (Y/N) and Wiz met up with the other arrancars.

As (Y/N) got into view with the arrancars, he gave them a big wave. Harribel was the first one to speak up.

Harribel: You did it...

(Y/N): Couldn't have done it by myself...

Starrk: So Aizen's truly gone?

(Y/N): No. We've sealed him away. He's currently in custody by the Soul Society.

Apacci: So he's still a potential threat?

(Y/N): *sign* Yeah, but at the very least we're safe for now.

Mila Rose: Strange to think we're now free in a way.

Sung-Sun: Yeah, it's surreal to think about.

(Y/N): That reminds me...

(Y/N) took out Baraggan's crown.

Wiz: Hm? What are you doing, (Y/N)?

(Y/N) handed the crown to Harribel.

(Y/N): There. Now my time as King has come to an end.

...

Wiz: (Y/N)...

(Y/N): Yes?

Wiz: After fighting the battle of your life to gain that title... You're just going to give it away...

(Y/N): Did you want the title? Sorry... I just felt like Harribel was better suited. No offense to you or anything Wiz.

Wiz: That's not it...

Wiz was sad about something as she had comical tears swelling in her eyes. And to top it all off, she was pouting.

(Y/N): If it makes you feel better I always assign you as an advisor...

Starrk: I didn't know the Witch was such a crybaby.

Wiz: I didn't think I heard you correct... Could you repeat that Starrk?

Wiz looked at Starrk with a glare. Starrk wasn't in the mood for an argument. Although, he's never in the mood for drama.

Starrk: Nothing...

Wiz: Thought so...

(Y/N): Sorry if this is a bit disappointing to you Wiz.

Wiz: I'm not mad about that. We technically accomplish (M/N)'s dreams, but now...

(Y/N): ...You're not sure what to do now?

Wiz: Yeah I guess you can say that... And also, you don't really have a reason to come back...

...

(Y/N): Nonsense.

Wiz: Huh?

(Y/N): We're friends now, Wiz. You thought I wouldn't stop by and visit? Besides, I have others friends in Hueco Mundo now too.

(Y/N) gestured to the arrancars standing behind him.

(Y/N): Also can't forget about Nel and her band of misfits. Besides, we still haven't done what we promised.

Wiz: What we promised?

(Y/N): Visit mom's grave. We can bring the whole family. We usually visit once a year but we can make an exception this year. You also haven't met (S/N) yet, so it's a better time than any.

Wiz: How could I possibly forget! Quick we must meet up with (F/N) and arrange a date for-

(Y/N): Woah Woah, Slow down... We still have to take care of everything regarding the war. We can visit after, all right...

(Y/N) turned to find everyone staring at him and Wiz.

(Y/N): What?

Sung-Sun: Despite being older, Wiz acts like a younger sibling than anything else...

Wiz: Untrue!

Harribel looked towards (Y/N).

Harribel: Are you positive you want me to take over?

(Y/N) simply nodded.

(Y/N): I never planned to leave the World of the Living.

Harribel: Then I won't let you down.

(Y/N): I'm sure you won't.

(Y/N) stretched his tired limbs before waving farewell to his new friends.

(Y/N): I'd love to stay and talk but I still have other people to check up on.

Starrk: Right. The Court Guard Squad were pretty beaten up. Not to mention the other hollowfied shinigamis.

(Y/N): Yeah... Gin quite literally tore one of them in half... Unlike me, they didn't have the benefit of having high speed regeneration.

Mila Rose: Well don't let us hold you up.

Sung-Sun: We don't want to keep you away from your friends and dear captain.

(Y/N) knew exactly who Sung-Sun was referring to by "Dear Captain".

(Y/N): You won't let me live this one down, huh?

Sung-Sun simply smiled. (Y/N) signed as he looked towards Wiz.

(Y/N): Are you coming with?

Wiz: I'll stick around for now. I'll make sure to catch up with you before you head home.

(Y/N): Alright.

(Y/N) took off and eventually met up with the Vizards. As he got there he immediately saw Hiyori's condition. It was definitely a harsh reminder that despite their victory, it didn't come without consequences. Such is the nature of war.

???: What's with that pitiful look on your face? Hiyori would definitely kick your ass if she saw you looking down on her like that.

(Y/N) recognized the voice as he turned around and saw Shinji.

(Y/N): Yeah... Guess you're right about that...

Shinji: Cheer up! You took down Aizen and Hiyori's recovering. You should be a bit happier.

(Y/N): I am! It's just... The last day and a half has been pretty hectic... and I feel horrible. Despite the amount of times I've been healed, I still feel sluggish and tired. My legs feel like jello, my heart is racing, my head is spinning and I feel pain in places I didn't know I could feel pain.

(Y/N) finally decided to take a look at hisShinigami attire and they were in shambles. Majority of the top was gone and one of the legs was completely ripped. His kimono also had a lot of dried up blood on it.

Shinji: You've been fighting for over a day straight. No matter how much stronger you've gotten, you're still not as experienced than the rest of us in that department.

(Y/N): Yeah... I guess you're right.

(Y/N) looked around, searching for the other Vizards.

(Y/N): Where's everyone else?

Shinji: Lisa is pretty much all healed up, so she went to speak with Captain Kyoraku. Hachi is assisting Unohana in healing the last few injured and Kensei, Rose, Love and Mashiro are all resting up.

(Y/N): I see...

Shinji: So, where's Ichigo?

(Y/N): Unconscious... He's likely to lose all of his powers due to the technique he used on Aizen.

Shinji was taken aback at the news.

Shinji: That's news to me...

(Y/N): Yeah... Ichigo was acting all cool about it before he fainted but...

Shinji: He's holding back how he really feels.

(Y/N): Yeah. I'd feel the same way if I were in his shoes.

Shinji and (Y/N) sat in silence for a bit before Shinji spoke up again.

Shinji: So... What are you planning to do after this?

(Y/N): Hm? What do you mean?

Shinji: You know, my offer to join the Vizards is still open.

(Y/N): I appreciate the offer, but I'll still have to decline.

Shinji: Too bad. The group's gonna miss you.

(Y/N): You make it sound like I'm never going to visit.

Shinji: Eh? You'd take the time to visit little ol' us?

(Y/N): Geez, you're making it sound like we aren't friends.

Shinji: Funny you say that. You and Ichigo didn't even like me when we first met.

(Y/N): Gee, I wonder why.

(Y/N) said the last sentence with sarcasm. Both (Y/N) and Shinji laughed as they looked back on those moments. Just as they were wrapping up their conversation they could hear two voices slowly approaching them.

???: Wait a minute, Ms. Soi-Fon! You're still injured!

(Y/N)'s ears perked up as he heard the mention of Soi-Fon's name. And he of course recognized the voice as Hachi's.

Soi-Fon: I don't care if I'm injured, I just need to know if he's okay-

Soi-Fon stopped mid sentence as she made eye contact with (Y/N). She saw the state that (Y/N) was in.

Soi-Fon: What are you doing?

(Y/N): Huh?

Soi-Fon: Have you taken a look in the mirror? You look like shit. What are you doing, walking around like that when you look like a zombie?

(Y/N): Not everyone could look as good as you after taking a beating...

Soi-Fon: I'm not falling for your flattery. *sign* You're not in the condition to be walking around. You just fought Aizen of all people.

(Y/N): I can say the same about you. Hachi told you to rest.

Soi-Fon: I'm nowhere near in the same condition as you.

(Y/N): My body at the very least can heal itself faster than yours.

Soi-Fon: Ugh. You're stubborn, you know that? Just get some rest.

(Y/N): I'll rest once I meet everyone else.

Soi-Fon: *sign* If you're scared you'll miss someone before we all return to Soul Society, you can relax. I'm sure you'll eventually get summoned by the Head Captain for your efforts in the war. By then you'll be able to see everyone else.

(Y/N): Why wait until then when I can see them now-

Just then (Y/N) body suddenly collapsed.

Soi-Fon: The adrenaline is starting to wear off and now your body is feeling the effects of all your battles.

(Y/N): Fine, you win... I'll just wait...

Soi-Fon: Don't be a baby. I'm sure everyone will make time to meet with you.

...

Soi-Fon: (Y/N)?

(Y/N) had fainted from exhaustion...

Soi-Fon: *sign* For someone so intelligent, he can act like a real idiot sometimes...

Shinji who was sitting next to (Y/N) spoke up.

Shinji: Anyone told you that you two argue like a married couple?

Soi-Fon: Refrain from speaking.

Soi-Fon went to pick up (Y/N) but was stopped by Unohana who was in the area.

Unohana: You shouldn't be moving either Captain Soi-Fon.

Soi-Fon: I'll rest as soon as I get him home.

Unohana: That won't be necessary. Someone else will be able to take him home.

Soi-Fon: And who would that be?

Wiz: Me.

Soi-Fon turned around and saw Wiz. She didn't know who this new individual was and was hesitant to hand (Y/N) over to her.

Soi-Fon: And who are you?

Wiz: Waleska Inez Zulema, or Wiz for short. (Y/N)'s one and only fraccion member. A pleasure to meet you.

Soi-Fon: Right... And I'm supposed to trust you?

Unohana: Worry not. She played a crucial part in Ichigo and (Y/N)'s mission of rescuing Orihime Inoue, Ichigo Kurosaki's escape from Hueco Mundo and the defeat of Espada #0. She's proven to be an ally.

Soi-Fon glared over to Wiz one last time before she agreed.

Soi-Fon: Fine...

Wiz: Worry not. (Y/N) is in safe hands.

Soi-Fon: He better be.

Unohana: Please make sure he gets home as fast as possible.

Wiz: Sure thing.

Wiz took off, but not before she caught Soi-Fon giving her one final glare.

Wiz: *thinking* Sheesh, what's her issue...?

There's going to be a few chapters dedicated to wrapping up some plot points that I introduced a while ago, build upon certain plot points that may be significant for later and just simple character interactions that I believe should be had. This is going to be similar to the mini arc I had at the end of the Soul Society arc.

Once I get those chapters I might gone on another break to plan out the Fullbringer arc. Just like last time, I'm planning to only be on break for a week or so.

Fun Fact: The Fullbringer arc is actually my favorite arc in the series. I know the fullbringer arc is very hit or miss to alot of people, but I can't help but love how much that arc built on Ichigo and the villians were amazing.
