As (Y/N) came through, he looked around his surroundings.

(Y/N): I-I'm home?

(Y/N) groggily got out of bed, and stumbled his way out of the room. The instant he left his room he looked down the staircase as he heard voices talking in the living room.

(Y/N): This early...?

(Y/N) made his way down the stairs and met (S/N) and Wiz sitting on the couch while Wiz held up Calavera, looking at her in intrigue.

Wiz: So you call yourself a mod soul, correct?

Calavera: YES! NOW LET ME GO! YOUR HOLDING ME TOO ROUGH!

(Y/N) was honestly relieved to see (S/N) and Calavera. It reminded him that he was really home.

(Y/N): If you hold her too tightly, you might cause the mod soul to accidentally come out the stuffed animal.

Wiz and (S/N) turned their attention towards (Y/N) after hearing his voice.

(S/N): (Y/N)!

(Y/N): Yo... (S/N) Glad to see you're safe.

(S/N): Worry about yourself, Mr. "I fought in a war against death Gods". All I did was cower in the corner.

(Y/N): Heh, you thought I wasn't scared either?

(S/N): With how much you seem to fight life or death battles outside of my understanding, I thought you'd be used to it by now.

(Y/N): I don't think I'll ever be used to it if we're being honest...

(Y/N) turned to Calavera.

(Y/N): Despite it only being a little over a day, it feels like I haven't seen you in years.

Calavera: Well you've been out for 3 days.

(Y/N): I have?

Wiz: Yeah. You've fought plenty of difficult battles, it would only make sense you've been out for a few days.

(Y/N) then noticed something.

(Y/N): Where's dad?

(S/N): Work. Said he had to cover up the whole supernatural business.

(Y/N): Is he even fit to be moving around?

Wiz: He was nowhere as injured as you were. He was able to bounce back overnight.

(S/N): Yeah, the day you and dad came back he looked in way better condition than you were.

(Y/N): Speaking of, how did I get home? Dad took Ichigo and Mr. Kurosaki somewhere to get rest. I fainted during my conversation with Soi-Fon and Shinji.

Wiz: Who else but me?

(Y/N): You wouldn't know where I lived.

Wiz: I just followed (F/N) spiritual pressure and asked him for directions.

(Y/N): Makes sense.

(S/N): Soi-Fon was there? I still find it hard to think about her fighting...

(Y/N): Huh? It's the opposite for me. I can't see her relaxing unless I'm there to make her relax.

(S/N): So did you two fight together?

(Y/N): Yeah. We took out someone who was... well, let's just say they were one of mom's enemies...

(S/N) eyes widened.

(S/N): Mom's enemies?

(Y/N) I think Wiz would be able to explain it better than I could.

Wiz: Of course...

Meanwhile at Urahara Shop

Urahara sat in the front of the shop as he laid flat on his back.

"You're certainly taking things easy."

Urahara looked to his side and saw Yoruichi.

Urahara: Just taking a break before things get busy.

Yoruichi: Let me guess. You're thinking of a way to get Ichigo his powers back?

Urahara: Yep.

Yoruichi: What do you have in mind?

Urahara: Still brainstorming...

Yoruichi: Why don't you ask (Y/N) for help?

Urahara: He's going to be busier than ever soon.

Yoruichi: What do you mean?

Urahara: (Y/N) is now the only Substitute Shinigami, not only that, he still has a school life. But that's not all. The Soul Society will probably ask him for more help after convincing the Arrancars to follow him. If I had to make a prediction, the Soul Society will probably summon (Y/N) on the day of Aizen and Gin's trial so that they can talk over (Y/N)'s role going forward.

Yoruichi: But (Y/N) already stated he'd rather stay in the World of the Living.

Urahara: Yeah, while he's still human. What do you think will happen when (Y/N) eventually dies and goes to the Soul Society?

Yoruichi: The Soul Society would most likely recruit him right away...

Urahara: Bingo.

Yoruichi: What do you think they'll have (Y/N) do?

Urahara: This is just speculation, but as things stand now, the arrancars have just assisted the Soul Society take down a formidable foe. Even if for one fight, the arrancars and shinigami have been proven to help each other despite being enemies since nearly the beginning of time. And it all happened because of a Human with the powers of both Shinigami and Hollow. This one human put an arrancar in charge who believed is the most level headed of the bunch. This would be a good time for the Soul Society to make some sort of peace treaty between them and the arrancars.

Yoruichi: I'm picking up what you're thinking.

Urahara: Like I said before, it's all just speculation.

Yoruichi: The more you talk about it the more it seems plausible.

Urahara: Who knows. Since (Y/N) and Ichigo made their appearance at Soul Society, they've turned things upside down. The Soul Society has always been a place stuck in their traditional ways and those two have quickly started to break that line of thinking. I wouldn't be surprised if Squad Zero caught wind of those two.

Yoruichi: It's pretty scary to think about.

Urahara: (Y/N) and Ichigo have made a lot of friends in the Soul Society. I don't think they'll misuse their trust in them and pull a nasty trick. Many of the shinigamis there would object to it immediately. And I doubt the Soul Society wants another civil war on their hands.

Yoruichi: You're right about that.

Urahara got up and stretched.

Urahara: I guess I can close the shop early...

Yoruichi: What do you plan to do?

Urahara: I'm going to take Jinta and Ururu to see (Y/N). I'm sure they're both eager to see him. What are you going to do?

Yoruichi: If you're serious about getting Ichigo his powers back then I'll start looking for some valuable items. The last thing we need is another Hierro armor situation. That's the last time I'm going to trust you to find the equipment we need for something important.

Urahara; Oh come on Yoru~ I promise you those were the best I could find.

Yoruichi simply ignored him as she headed off.

Urahara: Eh... She'll get over it...

Back with (Y/N)

(S/N): So let me get this straight... Soi-Fon killed you?

(Y/N): Wouldn't be the first time but yeah.

(S/N): And she refused to help you the moment this "Hachi" guy came along?

(Y/N): Mhm.

(S/N): And she eventually caved when you promised to take your see a movie.

(Y/N): Yep.

...

...

(S/N): Then what are you waiting for!? Get her over right now!

(Y/N): Hey, relax-

(S/N): Don't tell me to relax when my brother was able to secure a date for himself!

(Y/N): Okay, one: Our original scheduled date was a day after the war ended, but look at how that went.

(S/N) remembered that her brother was out for 3 days.

(Y/N): Point number two: Soi-Fon was injured and needs rest. And three: Soi-Fon's a captain, I'm sure once she recovers, she'll be extremely busy after everything that's happened.

(S/N): I guess you have a point...

Wiz: Speaking of that friend of yours, mind explaining her grumpy attitude?

(Y/N): Hm?

Wiz: After you passed out, she was giving me glares when I decided to take you home.

(S/N): Isn't it obvious? She was jealous...

(Y/N): *sign* Well, while you two have your girl talk, I'm going to take a walk.

(S/N): You sure you should be walking around?

(Y/N): It won't be too far. You want to come with Calavera?

Calavera: Count me in.

Just then a knock was heard at the door.

(Y/N): Wonder who that could be...

(Y/N) went to the door and peered through the door viewer and saw Urahara standing there, with Ururu and Jinta right behind him.

(Y/N) opened the door as Urahara greeted him with euthasim.

Urahara: What a surprise to see you up and about, (Y/N)!

(Y/N): Mr. Urahara? What brings you here?

Urahara: To see how you were doing, obviously.

(Y/N): But you were surprised to see me awake. Don't tell me you just came here and hoped that I'd somehow be awake.

Urahara: Who knows? Anyway I brought guests with me.

Jinta was the first one to speak up.

Jinta: Don't tell me you got beat up, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Taking a couple of hits is going to happen in a fight, Jinta.

Ururu: Are you feeling better?

(Y/N): Sure am. I'll be back to full health in no time!

Urahara decided to speak up.

Urahara: Mind if we come in?

(Y/N): Of course.

Urahara, Jinta and Ururu entered the house and took a seat on the couch. (S/N) was familiar with the three individuals from the hollow competition between Ichigo and Uryu. Wiz on the other hand, was unfamiliar with the trio.

Urahara: Oh? I see a new face?

Wiz: It's nice to meet you. My name is Waleska Inez Zulema. Or simply Wiz for short. (Y/N)'s one and only fraccion member.

Urahara: It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Kisuke Urahara, one of (Y/N)'s mentors.

(Y/N) immediately knew that these two meeting were going to lead to some of the craziest gadgets to ever be made.

As the conversation went on, Urahara brought something to (Y/N)'s attention.

Urahara: That reminds me. (Y/N), Aizen and Gin's trial will be a week from now. Although Central 46 will be handling the trial, I'm sure the Head Captain will be summoning you for a meeting.

(Y/N): Huh? Really?

Urahara: It's only speculation but it's something that can potentially happen, so I recommend you rest up.

(Y/N) thought to himself for a moment.

(Y/N): Hey, Mr. Urahara?

Urahara: Hm?

(Y/N): If I do get called by the Head Captain, can you come with me?

Urahara: If I'm allowed to then sure. What's the matter?

(Y/N) looked over to Calavera.

(Y/N): I want to ask him for permission for something.
