Rebellion Never Sleeps
Avni paced in her room, arms crossed, fuming.
Grounded? Her?
Anirudh had dragged her upstairs like she was a little kid! And now, she was stuck in her room while those idiots—Ayush and Aryan—were probably laughing their heads off downstairs.
"Oh, just wait," she muttered to herself. "Anirudh thinks he can lock me up? I’ll show him."
Her eyes darted to the window. It was a two-story drop, but there was a drainpipe nearby.
A mischievous grin spread across her face.
Time for a jailbreak.
Ayush and Aryan’s Disaster of the Night
Downstairs, Ayush and Aryan were still laughing over the water-throwing incident.
"Dude," Ayush wiped a tear from his eye, "I swear, if Avni ever throws something at Arnav, I’ll personally buy her ice cream for a month."
Aryan smirked. "But Anirudh's reaction? Priceless."
Just then, a thud echoed from outside.
They exchanged glances.
"What was that?" Aryan asked.
Ayush shrugged. "Probably a cat."
Another thud.
Then, a muffled curse.
The brothers turned to look out the window—just in time to see Avni sneaking out of the house.
Ayush’s jaw dropped. "No. Freaking. Way."
Aryan grinned. "Oh, she’s got guts."
Ayush groaned. "Anirudh is gonna kill her. And then he’s gonna kill us for letting her go."
Aryan stood up, cracking his knuckles. "So, what do we do?"
Ayush sighed. "We follow her, obviously."
Aryan smirked. "Oberoi Mission: Save Avni Before Anirudh Murders Us has officially begun."
Meanwhile…
Avni grinned as she slipped into the night.
Freedom never felt so good.
What she didn’t know was that two people were already tailing her… and one very angry lawyer was about to find out.
