A week had passed since they arrived in the peaceful town of Varanavat. The Pandavas and Kunti had settled in, adjusting to their new surroundings. Every morning, the palace resounded with life as they gathered for breakfast. On a particular morning , Kunti gestured for Nisha to sit with them. Though she had always been treated as a close companion, today it felt different, more familial.

Yudhishthira ate in his usual, calm manner, silently contemplating thoughts unknown to others. Arjun, Nakul, Bhima, and Sahadev, however, exchanged light-hearted banter, teasing each other in a way that made Kunti smile with admiration. Nisha, like Yudhishthira, ate quietly, occasionally glancing at the playful princes.

In the middle of chewing a crispy puri, Bhima suddenly looked up and asked Nisha, his tone serious but curious, "Nisha, tum to bhavishya se ho, to tumne hamare baare mein to itihaas mein padha hoga?"

("Nisha, you are from the future, so you must have read about us in history, right?")

Nisha's hand paused, and she felt the weight of everyone's eyes on her. There was a mixture of curiosity and anticipation in the air. She swallowed and replied carefully, " Haan jyesth, jis samay se main ayi hoon, tab tak Bharatvarsh aap bhaiyon ko bhula nahi hai, parantu ghor Kaliyug ki baat main nahi jaanti."

("Yes, eldest brother, until the time I have come from, Bharatvarsh has not forgotten the five of you, but I am unaware of what happens in the terrible Kaliyug.")

The brothers nodded, appearing slightly intrigued by her words. Suddenly, with a playful glint in his eyes, Arjun leaned forward and asked with a smirk, "Toh Nisha, batao tumhe sabse kaun pasand tha hum logon mein se?"

("So, Nisha, tell us, which one of us was your favorite?")

The mischievous tone of his voice was unmistakable, and Nisha quickly realized he was in the mood to joke. With a teasing smile, she replied, " Iss samay Bharatvarsh mein ek sundar kanya mujhe bohot pasand hai. Woh nrutya aur shastra chalana bhi jaanti hai. Uska naam hai Brihanlalla."

("During my time, there is a beautiful dancer I admire a lot. She knows how to wield weapons as well. Her name is Brihanlalla.")

Arjun's eyes widened in shock, recognizing the person about whome she is taking. However, the rest of the group exchanged confused glances. They had never heard this name before. Nisha caught Arjun's reaction and couldn't help but add with a grin, "Bhrata Arjun, kahin aapko mere bhavishya se aane ke baat pe sandeh toh nahi ho raha tha na?"

("Brother Arjun, I hope you weren't doubting my claims of being from the future, were you?")

Arjun quickly shook his head in denial, his expression still one of surprise, while Nisha laughed quietly.

It was then that Sahadev, ever the inquisitive one, spoke up, "Yeh naam toh pehle kabhi suna nahi hai, Nisha."

("I've never heard this name before, Nisha.")

Nisha smiled knowingly and replied, "Jald hi sunne ko milega, Rajkumar."

("You will hear of it soon, prince.")

After breakfast, Nisha retired to her room, enjoying the soft morning light filtering through the window. It wasn't long before she noticed Rati, the celestial pigeon , perched on the windowsill. He tilted his head, looking at her with an air of curiosity.

"Tum mujhe bina bataye yahaan kaise aa gayi?" Rati squawked.

("How did you come here without telling me?")

Nisha chuckled, remembering the journey to Varanavat. In a both shy and sarrcastic way, she replied, " Nakul ke ashwa pe, kyun?"

("On Nakul's horse, why else?")

Rati ruffled his feathers in mock annoyance and touched his forehead with his wing, as if mimicking a human gesture of exasperation.

"Achha, tum yahaan aaye ho koi vishesh baat?" Nisha asked, her curiosity piqued.

("Alright, did you come here for any special reason?")

Rati looked at her and said, " Dwarkadhish ne pehle toh kaha ki ve dukhi hain ki tumne unhe apna pasandida patra nahi kaha Pandavo ke puchne par."

("Lord Krishna first mentioned that He was a little disappointed you didn't name Him as your favorite when the Pandavas asked you.")

Nisha couldn't help but smile at shri krishna's words. After all, in Kaliyug, she had worshipped Krishna as her best friend. It warmed her heart.

Rati continued, "Dusri baat yeh hai ki ve chahte hain ki tum Nakul se khadag vidya aur Arjun se dhanurvidya seekh lo In 6 mahinon main. aage kaam aayega."

("The second matter is that He wishes for you to learn swordsmanship from Nakul and archery from Arjun in these six months. It will be helpful in future")

Understanding the gravity of Krishna's instructions, Nisha nodded solemnly. After some light conversation, she decided to approach Nakul with the request.

When she reached Nakul's chambers, a guard immediately informed him of her presence. In no time, Nakul came to greet her, his eyes bright with curiosity and warmth.

"Koi pareshani, Nisha?" Nakul asked in his usual soothing tone.

("Is there any problem, Nisha?")

Nisha smiled and replied, " Nahi Rajkumar, parantu mujhe aapse ek sahayata chahiye thi."

("No, prince, but I do need your assistance.")

Nakul's expression grew attentive, and he asked, "Kaisi sahayata?"

("What kind of assistance?")

Nisha gathered her courage and said, " Yadi aapko koi apatti na ho, toh kya aap mujhe khadag vidya sikhayenge?"

("If you have no objection, could you teach me swordsmanship?")

For a moment, Nakul simply looked at her, surprise and intrigue flickering in his eyes. Then, regaining his composure, he nodded. "Avashya, Nisha. Aur koi madad chahiye?"

("Of course, Nisha. Anything else I can help you with?")

She shook her head gently. " Nahi, Rajkumar."

("No, prince.")

Nakul looked ahead thoughtfully for a moment, then said, " Yadi tumne dridh nischay kar liya hai, toh main avashya tumhe sikhaunga. Parantu tumhe surya uday se pehle uthna hoga. Aur tum jaanti ho humare paas sirf ye 6 mahine hain, iske baad samay nahi milega. Toh hum din mein do baar abhyas karenge—ek baar pratahkal mein aur ek baar sayankal ko."

("If you are determined, I will certainly teach you. However, you will have to wake up before sunrise, and as you know, we only have these six months. After that, there won't be time, so we will practice twice a day—once at dawn and once in the evening.")

Nisha was taken aback by Nakul's sudden seriousness. He was always such a cheerful soul, but when it came to assigned tasks, his focus was unwavering. She smiled in gratitude and after thanking him, took her leave.

As Nisha walked away, Nakul clasped his hands together, moved them from his forehead to his chest, like mentally saying thank you to got, " Hey Vidhata, main jaanta hoon yeh aap hum dono ko paas lane ke liye kar rahe hain. Jo bhi ho, bohot bohot dhanyawaad."

("Oh Creator, I know this is your way of bringing us closer. Whatever it is, thank you so much.")

He smiled to himself, his heart full of excitement for the upcoming sword-fighting sessions with Nisha, before returning to his room.

Far away, in Dwarka, Shri Krishna smiled knowingly and said, "Jaisa tum socho, priya Nakul, par sakhi tumse toh milne ke paschat baat karenge."

("Just as you think, dear Nakul, but my dear friend (nisha) will have a word with you after you meet.")
