While we're laughing and enjoying ourselves, Kwenzo suddenly stops and says... Kwenzo:ngiyazi ukuthi lokhu kwaphoqwa kuwena...ngiyazi ngakuthatha ngokungathandi...kodwa...angikaze ngizizwe ngalendlela ngaphambilini ( i know this was forced on you...I know I took you against your will...but..I've never felt this way before)

My heart is pounding. I feel like it gonna jump out of my chest. Is Kwenzokuhle Ngcobo really confessing his feelings for ME?! Or I might just be reading this wrong. And before I could stop myself... I asked... Me: iyiphi indlela (what way)

Stupid! stupid! stupid!cha Ayanda uyisilima impela (no Ayanda, you really are stupid, that's for sure) I mentally slap myself

Kwenzo:( he hesitates before asking...) Ayanda, do you have any feelings for me at all?

Me: Of course I do!

Yoh yoh Ayanda mare yini. Ya no wena, I must personally —if I could kill my subconscious, I would or at least push a mute button nxa!

I look back at Kwenzo, and he looks shocked. Kwenzo: You do?

Me: Yes... I knew the moment you spared me when you had the opportunity to kill me. I think I've fallen too hard to even think about leaving you.

Don't look at me like that... I'm in love

Kwenzo: Do you mean it.

Me: Every word.

He cups my face and thrusts his tongue into my mouth. Hayibo. He pulls away when he realizes that I didn't kiss him back

Kwenzo: I'm so—

I stand on my tippy toes cup his face and pull him down. I crash my lips on his lips, and he immediately kisses back. He snakes his hands around my waist, and they rest on my ass while my arms are around his neck. He pulls me closer to his chest. My tongue swirls around his hungrily, desperate to ease the aching desire within. I feel something poking my stomach. He pulled back, and my heart dropped.

Kwenzo: Yanda... let's stop before I lose control

I lick my bottom lip, then bite it. And he groans.

Kwenzo: Do you know what you're doing to me.

I giggle. My phone rings, and I look at the time. It's 2am I look at the caller ID, and I see Momma bear❤️. I started getting worried. Why is my mom calling me at 2 am? I look at Kwenzo and then answer the phone and put it on speaker. The first thing I hear is....

Momma bear❤️: wena monkey, when are you coming to see me. Don't tell me soon. And why aren't u sleeping.

Me: This woman (I mumbled).

Mamma Bear 🐻 ❤️: Voetsek wena. I will hit you. I'm not this woman.

Me: I'm sorry, Mamma Bear. But why are you fighting? I told you I'll come as soon as I can, ma. And you woke me up.

Mamma Bear 🐻 ❤️:I can't sleep because all I'm thinking about is you wondering if you are okay if you're eating. Please come home. I miss u. I don't want to lose like I lost your father.

Me: ( I feel like crying, there's tears in my eyes, and my voice is crackingi hate making her cry) Ma so when you miss me you shout . Your kind of love is werid. I say, laughing tears rolling down

Mamma Bear 🐻 ❤️: Please come back home.

Me: I will... soon. I promise you.. now get some sleep. I'll call u in the morning

Mamma Bear 🐻 ❤️: I love u, Nana

Me: I love u too, mamma Bear

My mum hung up, and I wiped my tears. Me: I think it's time to go to bed

Kwenzo nods, and we head upstairs. I go to the bathroom, do my business, wash my hands, and go back to the room. I go inside my blankets and cover myself. Kwenzo comes a while later and comes inside the blankets.

2 hours later

Yoh, yoh, I need the toilet. I try to get up my body I held down by something. I try again and fail. I finally noticed Kwenzo's arm draped around my waist. I slowly and carefully wiggled out of Kwenzo's strong hold and went to the bathroom. I did my business flushed the toilet and washed my hands. I decided to brush my teeth because I know myself, and I won't be able to go back to sleep.i finished brushing my teeth. I quickly go out of the room to the living room. I decided to go to the kitchen first. I take out a bowl and open the sweet pantry. I take out Skittles, sour worms, gummy bears, two small lunchbars,and m&m's open and put them all in the bowl. I then proceeded to walk to the living room.

2 hours later

It's currently 6am, and I've been awake from 4am. I'm sitting legs crossed in the living room with a blanket over my legs with a bowl of sweets next to me. I've already gone to refill it twice. I'm facing the roof, the image of Kwenzo confessing his l.o.v.e for me playing on repeating. Wait, did he really say l.o.v.e or... I don't know either way he was confessing something, and it's playing over and over again I—. Mamzobe: Morning Nana

I looked over to the doorway because I heard the voice from there. Me: Good morning, ma. Unjani

Mamzobe: ngiyaphila ngane yami wena unjani.

Me: Nami ngiyaphila ma.

Mazobe: That's... [ she notices the bowl of sweets] kodwa Ayanda, how many times do I have to tell u to stop eating sweets before eating and don't try to lie to me because I know for a fact that you didn't eat breakfast.

Me: eish ma, I'm not hungry i—.

Mamzobe: nonsense [ she takes the bowl and puts it on the coffee table]. What do you want for breakfast

Me: But ma angilambile ngi—

Mamzobe: I'll go make pancakes because I know it's the closest thing to something sweet.

Me: Okay ngiyabonga ma. Do you need help?

Mamzobe: cha, Wena just relax.

Me: Okay, ma.

She stands up and walks out the door. I think she's far enough. I quickly take the bowl of sweets that Mamzobe put on the coffee table and sit in the position I was in before Mamzobe walked in.

Mamzobe has truly become my second mum, honestly, guys. I really appreciate her. Speaking of my mom, I should really check on her later. I miss—. Kwenzo: Morning, beautiful.

I blush and look at him. Mara, in this house, my thoughts are always getting interrupted yoh. Me: Good morning, handsome

He comes and sits next to me. Kwenzo: Unjani ntokazi....[ He stops when he sees the bowl of sweets next to me and takes it] so early you are already eating sweets? Have you even eaten breakfast.

Should I lie and say I that I ate because I don't want an ear full or—

I'm disturbed by my phone ringing. I checked the caller ID. It my mom.

Me: Miss me already

Mamma Bear 🐻 ❤️: Oh please, I was just checking if I have airtime

Me: I know I'm loveable, but damn woman

Kwenzo raises his eyebrow and shakes his head.

Mamma Bear 🐻 ❤️: I was just checking if you're okay.

Me: I'm okay. How are you.

Mamma Bear 🐻 ❤️: I'm okay now that I've spoken to my baby...

The conversation goes on until my mum decides to hang up because apparently she has a trip to the spa. And she says she missed me so much that she couldn't do anything.

Kwenzo: That was your mum, right?

I nod. Kwenzo: Tell me about her.
