Ananya

I gasped in shock at the sudden touch of someone on my waist. I was about to scream in fright when he covered my mouth.

After a second I felt his breath on my ear and said making me feel shivers in my spine.

Ram : It's me Rajkumari, aapka patidev. (He whispered in my ear.) (It's me Rajkumari, your husband.)

My body relaxed at the information. I turned towards him and made some distance between us.

Anu: What are you doing here Aarya? Someone mig-(I couldn't finish my sentence when he pulled me towards his chest by my waist chain.)

My cheeks started burning as our chests touched. His hands travelled to my back and unhooked the waist chain while mumbling 'kabab mein haddi'.

His hands explored every inch of my waist making my breaths ragged. His touch made me feel weak in my knees. What is he doing?

His cheeks are touching mine. This feeling it's all new for me. He said looking at my eyes now while his hands continued roaming on my waist the pallu already dishevelled.

Ram: I came to tell you that, (He bit his lips in nervousness.) You have to take care of yourself today. I won't be with you, biwi. (He said making butterflies dance in my stomach.)

I raised my eyebrows at him at the reason he chose. Does he think I would believe him if he says that reason or what? I was about to say something but couldn't as his hands were doing things to me.

I couldn't register what he was saying as my concentration was on his hands roaming on my waist. His fingers rubbed around my navel. My toes curled at the pleasurable feeling. And my mouth automatically produced a sensible sound.

I covered my mouth in embarrassment. He just chuckled at my reaction and kissed my cheek like it was a daily thing.

Anu : Aap kya kar rahe hain mere saath.(What are you doing to me?)(I said breathing heavily my chest heaving up and down.)

Ram : Pyar kar raha hun Jaan. (I'm loving you, my Love.)(He said planting a kiss on my other cheek.)

I was about to say something when he pinched my waist making me wince. I slapped on his chest to which he just chuckled.

Ram: Thik hain baby fir. I'll meet you tomorrow night. Take care of yourself. I love you like always. (Okay then....)

I looked down as I was extremely shy. His lovely words and his warm hands on my body are a feeling out of this world.

Ram: Don't miss me too much. (He said and turned around.)

I finally stepped inside the room taking the waist chain along with me. I sighed in relief seeing Maa already asleep.

I was about to go to bed when my eyes travelled to the mirror kept near the bed.

I was looking like a mess. My saree was not in the place giving a perfect idea of what might have happened. My sweaty forehead and the sindhur shone in the partition. I smiled shyly and slowly made my way to the bed to sleep.

Ram

I woke to the giggles and slight murmurs of people in my room. I frowned as I was still sleepy. I slowly opened my eyes and out of habit, I started searching Aru in the bed. I opened my eyes hearing Abhi's statement.

Abhi : Bhabhi ab tak is kaksh mein nahi aayi hain Bhai. Bahut der hua hain aaj aapko. Sab log breakfast bhi kha chuke hain. Uthiye bhi. (Bhabhi didn't enter this room till now bhai. You are so late today. Everyone had already eaten their breakfast. Get up now.)(He said and again got lost in conversations with Lucky and others.)

I sleepily walked towards the bathroom and came out after freshening up. But I don't know why sleep is not leaving my eyes today. As if Nidra Devi blessed me with all the sleep I missed during those six months.

I sleepily walked out of my already empty room. I was about to go to the dining room to eat something but stopped when I heard giggles and talks of Dad with others as well.

I went inside while rubbing my eyes to shoo the sleep away. I didn't know when my lips formed a pout doing that. I heard people awwing and opened my eyes to look at the whole family sitting in the lounge room talking and laughing.

Draupadi : Kya hua bacha tumhe. Tumne raath ko soya nahi. (What happened to you kiddo? You didn't sleep at night or what?)(She said pulling my cheeks and I whined towards her.)

Abhi laughed at my state followed by all the youngsters. She took me towards the remaining ones and made me sit beside Anu and she beside me. I didn't say anything as I was still too lazy to do anything for the day.

Krishna: Kya hua ram. Aaj itna deri hua tumhe. Raath tum soya nahi kya. (What happened Ram? Today you are this late. Didn't you sleep at night.)(He asked teasingly. )

Ram: Yes father-in-law. I'm exhausted due to the wedding rituals. Kabhi kisine mujhe ye nahi bataaya ki marriage mein itna saara kuch karne padega. Aapne itni baar aise vivaah kaise kiya. (Nobody told me that we have to do this many rituals in a marriage. How did you even manage to get married these many times.)(I said and laid my head on Anu's shoulder unknowingly and relaxed.)

Krishna smiled at him and messed his hair not saying anything with a smile plastered on his face.

I Schrunched my nose in irritation and pulled myself more into Anu's neck. I felt her getting stiffened. But I didn't dare to look at her expression as I was scared to see discomfort in them.

Ananya

I was laughing at the jokes Abhi and Lucky were making. They just came after waking Aarya up.

I bit my lip at the word I used to address him.

Maatha Draupadi dragged him and made him sit beside me. I can see his eyes shutting and his falling head indicating he's still sleepy.

I was lost in his thoughts when I stiffened in my place at his sudden action. His head on my shoulder and his hands wrapping around my waist made my breath struck in my throat.

Everyone's here. And he's doing this in front of everyone. I bit my lips in nervousness but didn't dare to remove his hands as I didn't want him to feel rejected.

Baba asked something to him to which he sleepily replied. I didn't hear it as my full attention was snatched by him the second he entered the room.

My mouth opened wide when he dug his head more into my neck. I can feel his breath on my neck.

My mind went blank at his action. While Abhi and the remaining youngsters laughed at my state.

Abhi : Come on Bhabhi. Ab itna bhi Sharmayiye ga mat. We lived in kaliyug where hugging and kissing are quite normal. They are as important as food and air. (Come on Bhabhi. Don't feel shy......)(He said earning a smack on his head from his mother.)

I giggled at his sulking face. When Aarya woke up and looked at him and said.

Ram: Beat him again Maatha. This time for troubling me every time. You can twist his ear as well. (He said smirking at his younger one while Abhi gave him a betrayed expression.)

Sleep long gone from his eyes. He started talking to others and trying to converse While he was playing with my fingers.

I smiled at his touchy nature. By now I realized that he's a man who can't keep his hands to himself especially when it's someone from family.

Karn: Son, did you eat? You came directly from your room. Did you have your breakfast after waking up or not? (He asked frowning his brows with a tiny bit of worry laced in his voice.)

Anu : Unhone nahi kaaya hai pitashree.(He didn't eat Dad!)(I said and bit my lip realizing I said it out loud.) . . . . .

Okay, that's it for today guys. Sorry, I didn't update yesterday as I was too busy with my assignments. I might not update tomorrow as well. I was actually feeling like this story was getting boring. Do tell me if it's not. Please... 🥺
