Ram: That's not because of your periods baby. That's because of me. You are wet for me. (He whispered sensually in my ear and licked it afterwards.)

I laughed hiding my face in the crook of her neck and looking at her funny facial expressions.

Anu : Ye aapne jo bhi kaha vo bahut hi dirty lagthi hain. Aisa kyun baath karthe hain aap. (whatever you said just now seems very dirty to me. Why do you always talk like that?)(She said slapping on my chest.)

I held her hands in mine and said while caressing her fingers on my face.

Ram: There are still two days left before your period comes. Aap bahut thak gayi honge Meri Jaan. So jayiye ab. (......You would have been very tired My love. Sleep now.)(I said now kissing her palms.)

She obliged and laid down trying to sleep. Soon she drifted into sleep and I kept ogling her like some creep. My eyes shifted to the mole on the right side of her chin. Damn that mole, the only thing I would never get tired of appreciating is how hot it looks on her chin. I smiled looking at her beautiful face which I would never get bored of watching.



Next morning-

The engagement of the couple went smoothly and now all the guests gathered in the palace gardens to have their food while enjoying nature.

I was standing with Abhi and Ulmukh teasing him saying how much Divya used to ogle him. My eyes still travelled to my wife making sure she was out of trouble.

Everything was going well and I wanted my life to be like this. I suddenly felt thirsty so went towards the side where juices were kept. There I saw Nisha mixing something in Sharbath. I was confused as to why would she mix something in the drinks. Is she pranking someone or what? I thought and silently picked my drink and was about to leave when I saw her taking the drink towards Anu.

I widened my eyes at that. How dare she even think of pranking my girl? I started walking fast towards her when Anu had already completed drinking it and soon she held her head and was about to fall. I ran towards her and held her by the waist.

Ram: ANU! Open your eyes. Anu! (I shouted patting her cheeks while my heart started beating fast looking at her unconscious body.)

I picked her up with my shivering hands and quickly made my way toward the room nearby.

Abhi ran towards me followed by others. I reached the room and made her lay on the bed.

Gauri: Let me go check her. (She said but stopped seeing Rajvaidhya had already arrived.)

We all came outside letting the Vaidhya check her up.

I clenched my jaw looking at Nisha. I angrily walked towards her and was about to slap her when Abhi held my stomach from behind pulling me away from her.

Abhi : Bhai! Aap kya kar rahe ho. Nisha ne kya kiya? (Bhai! What are you doing? What did Nisha do?)

Ram: KYA KIYA? ISSE PUCHO KYA KIYA INHONE ANU KE SATH? (What did she do? Ask her yourself what she did to Anu.)(I said trying to remove his grip from my stomach, glaring at her while she hid behind her grandfather.)

Shakuni : son, she's just a kid. Why are you shouting at her? What did she even do? (He said slightly raising his voice while everyone stayed out of this argument.)

I ignored that oldman and said while pointing my finger towards her with my red blazing eyes.

Ram: I'm warning you If I get to know that you mixed something unusual in the drinks and if something happens to Anu. I will make sure to cut you into pieces and throw them to the hungry lions. (I said controlling myself to not pound on her.)

Ram: TAKE HER AWAY FROM HERE! (I shouted making the soldiers oblige immediately fearing my wrath.)

She went away from there glaring at me which I don't give a fuck about.

I turned towards the balcony not wanting to talk with anyone. I was still angry with myself, that I was not there with her when this was happening.

I sighed leaning my head back and looking towards the balcony waiting for the doctor to come out.

Father-in-law came forward and kept his hand on my shoulder making me turn towards him. He was about to say something when the doctor came. We both made our way towards the doctor who was smiling at us.

Ram: You don't have a death wish do you? There, my wife is lying unconscious and you are smiling. (I asked clenching my jaw and making the doctor's smile fall.)

Krishna: Ram! (He said seriously indicating me to shut up.)

Ram: I'm sorry. (I mumbled and turned towards the doctor expecting an explanation.)

Vaidhya: There's nothing to worry about. Rajkumari is perfectly fine. And the good news is, she's pregnant. (He said making me dumbfounded.)

Ram: What? (I said raising my eyebrows at him.)

Did he just joke? And I'm sorry to say this but his sense of humor is so dark. How can someone get pregnant without having sex? Is he damn serious?

Ram: Did you just joke? (I asked leaning towards his ear.)

Vaidhya: No, Rajkumar. Rajkumari is indeed pregnant. (He announced loudly while all the children grinned and Dad smiled at that.)

What the hell is going on? Can Someone wake me up from this meaningless dream?

I looked towards my father-in-law whose face was neutral making me even more scared.

Lucky: Finally, I became an aunt. (She squealed making me mutter curses under my breath for her bad timing.)

Draupadi: Let's go and see how's she. I'm so excited to meet the new family member. (She said making me feel like someone stabbed in my heart.)

We went inside and saw her asleep. All the members went outside giving me space.

I sat down beside her on the bed and looked at her face.

Ram: What's all this baby? I'm confused and frustrated. Please this is not something to prank about. Please if you are just joking then open your eyes. (I said controlling myself to not cry.)

At night-

I was in the majestic gardens of Dwarka looking at the moon sitting under a tree.

My eyes teared up at the situation I'm in. I felt helpless for the first time in my life. I don't know on whom should I vent my frustration.

I wanna scream and kill everyone who's behind this.

I was weeping silently in the silent gardens of the palace. I stopped crying when I felt someone's hand on my shoulder. I wiped my face and turned around only to find Dad there. He sat down beside me without uttering anything and hugged me to his heart.

I burst into tears hugging him tighter. He caressed my hair still silent not asking me any questions.

I calmed down and broke the hug settling my head in his lap.

Ram: Aap yaha kya kar rahe hain baba. (what are you doing here Dad?)(I asked as if I was not the one who cried five minutes back.)

Karn: I should ask that question to you son. Tell me what's wrong? Why were you crying? (He asked making me sit back down.)

Ram: I don't want to say anything, Dad. Please don't force me. (I said facing my back towards him.)

He turned me around to himself and said.

Karn : Bacha yadi tum mujhe bataogi nahi tho kaise samjh aayega mujhe. Batao mujhe kya peeda hain. Mujhe tumhari peeda dekhi nahi jaathi Anand. Please tell me. (Son, If you don't tell me then how would I understand? Tell me why are you in pain? I can't see you in sorrow son. Please tell me.)(He asked slowly.)

Ram: It just doesn't make sense Dad. I don't know how Anu got pregnant. (I said looking at the ground not wanting to see his anger.)

Karn: Don't joke around Anand. She's the daughter of Dwarkadeesh Shri Krishna. You can't doub-( I cut him in the middle and said.)

Ram: Did you ever see a human doubting his sanity? She is just a person to you but for me, she's the reason for my sanity. If I had doubted her then I would have said this in front of everyone, I would have never cried in some corner pulling my hair in frustration like now. (I said looking at him wanting him to trust me.)

Karn: Then, what's the problem? Explain clearly.

Ram: I didn't initiate any type of physical intimacy that could make her pregnant. We didn't go that far. That's why I'm confused as to why the doctor diagnosed her wrongly. (I said calmly not wanting to lose my cool again.)

Abhi: Maybe the doctor diagnosed wrongly Bhai. (He said coming out of nowhere.)

Ram: What are you doing here? And did you hear everything?

Karn: I don't think so son. Rajvaidhya's of any kingdom are like pride for their whole kin. And doubting his diagnosis is like doubting them. (He said replying to Abhi making me sigh in defeat.)

Abhi: Maybe Bhabhi is truly not pregnant. (He said making me pull my hair.)

Ram: Damn it! That means the doctor's diagno-(He cut me in the middle and continued.)

Abhi: Maybe Bhabhi was not pregnant and the doctor is not lying as well. (He completed making me open my mouth wide. )

Ram: How's that possible?

Abhi: Anything can be possible in this world Bhai. Maybe Gauri knows something about this. We should ask her. (He said making me nod my head.) . . . . . . I'm so free today that I wrote two chapters with approximately 2000 words.
