Author's pov:

Leo scoffed coming towards them, "Morning walk at night?"

Bella bites her tongue in instant regret. "Oops! I meant... night walk!" Bella said giggled, stumbling slightly and bumping into her bodyguard for support.

"Don't you agree, handsome?" she slurred, winking at the bodyguard.

The bodyguard, already looking like he'd rather be anywhere else, quickly averted his gaze.

Leo raised his eyebrows amused. "So, where exactly were they both going for 'night walk' " He asked her bodyguard.

"I have no idea, sir" The bodyguard mumbled.

Bella glared at her bodyguard, "You don't even know where I was going? What kind of a bodyguard are you? You should be knowing my every move, every breath I take!"

She turned to Leo, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "You know, you seem much more attentive than this guy. Maybe I should replace him with you."

Leo chuckled, "Me? Your bodyguard? You'd be safer walking alone in a lion's den than with me."

"Oh come on, Leo! You can't say no to such a beautiful woman....can you?" Bella winked suggestively, a mischievous glint in her eyes.

"I already have one, more beautiful than you." Leo said with a smirk.

"Arrogant bastard!" Bella exclaimed, throwing her hands up in mock exasperation.

Leo ignored her and looked at Ansh and Sofia who were lost in each other's eyes. They weren't saying anything, but also, they were saying a lot. "You can do the rest after going home." He said rolling his eyes.

Ansh, finally breaking the magnetic pull of Sofia's gaze, turned his attention to Bella then looked at her bodyguard saying. "Take her home"

The bodyguard shifted uncomfortably, "I tried but she's not listening, sir."

Ansh sighed and searched for Leo around him. He spotted him walking towards the airport exit gate. "Leo!" he called out.

Leo, startled by the sudden summons, turned around and walked back towards Ansh.

"Drop Bella home," Ansh instructed, his voice firm.

Leo scoffed, "You think I'm babysitting her? I have a wife, you know." He glanced at Bella who was unable to stand straight.

"She's drunk, Leo," Ansh pointed out, "We can't just leave her here."

"Your sister will kill me" leo said shaking his head.

Ansh chucked seeing the fear for his sister in leo's eyes, "Nobody is telling her, now come on, don't be so inhuman."

Leo sighed and approached Bella, his hand reaching out to steady her.

Bella glanced at leo, a mischievous glint In her eyes "Where are you taking me? On a night out? She slurred.

"Will you keep your mouth shut, Bella?" Leo said frustratingly. "Anyway what were you celebrating this hard ?" He said looking at her drunken state.

Before bella could reply, a voice echoing through the airport came from behind, calling her. "Bella"

Bella giggled, "I think... I'm... too drunk... I can hear ... his voice now."

Leo raised an eyebrow "No doubt, but even I heard it."

They both turned to see who was calling. Ansh and Sofia, who were walking slightly ahead of them, also turned to look.

Everyone's eyes widened when they saw Alexander standing in front of them, throwing daggers of anger at Leo, who was supporting Bella to stand straight, his hand resting on her waist while her one arm was wrapped around his neck.

'Here we go" Leo said knowing what's coming next.

Alexander took angry strides towards them, his voice low and menacing. "What the fuck is going on here?" He said , removing his mask.

Despite wearing a mask, his powerful posture and the glint of amber eyes made him instantly recognizable for them.

Alexander pulled Bella away from Leo, his voice a venomous hiss. "How dare you touch her with your filthy hands!"

Leo sighed, about to retort, but Ansh stepped forward, his voice low and dangerous. "You are surely loosening, your tongue if you say something like this once more"

"And you think I will let you do that, Romeo?" Alexander mocked him, a smirk playing on his lips.

Before they could catch each other's throat, Leo stepped in and said, "Whoa! Hold your horses, champ." He raised his hands placatingly. "Let's make it clear, shall we?"

Alexander was fuming in anger, ready to kill Leo "It was all clear, You were touching her! Holding her like she was some...."

Leo chuckled at his statement "Calm down, champ. She's drunk, alright? Needed a hand. Wouldn't want her tripping and breaking a pretty little ankle, now would we?" He gestures towards Bella, who is swaying slightly.

Alexander scoffed "You think that's all it was? You were enjoying it, weren't you?"

Leo looked at him with disbelief "Not everyone is as desperate as you. I was doing a favor, that's all. Wouldn't want a beautiful lady to get hurt"

Before it could turn into a cold war, bella stepped in, her voice slurred but surprisingly strong. "He was helping me, you idiot! I was about to fall! You think I would let anyone touch me if I didn't want to?"

Bella's eyes narrowed, her gaze fixed on Alexander. "And what are you doing here?" she demanded, her voice laced with disbelief.

"Aren't you getting married tomorrow to some bitch chosen by your family"

Before Alexander could reply to Bella, Sofia said in between, "Shaadiyon se sirf ladkiyan bhaagti hain, ye to maine suna tha. Lekin ladke bhi bhaag rahe hain, ye baat nayi hai." ("I've always heard that only girls run away from marriages. But it's new that boys are also doing it.")

Ansh looked at Sofia in disbelief. "Amore? You can speak Hindi?"

"Haan, sirf tumhare liye hi sikhi thi" (Yes, I just learnt it for you Only) Sofia said blushing.

Alexander glared at Sofia, his anger evident. "I had no other choice then, running."

Bella slurred, "That's why you are looking like a terrorist, wearing a mask and coming from an airplane instead of your private jet"

Alexander glared at Bella, offended. "At least I am trying something, unlike you, drinking and creating drama."

Sofia suppressed a laugh, "And this man calls himself a mafia, running from his own wedding."

Bella also joined Sofia, and they both erupted in laughter.

Alexander raised an eyebrow, "Fuck! How much did they drink?"

"As if we were making their glasses, that we could have counted." Leo shrugged.
