'Damn it! How could I be so stupid?! I was so carried away from the newfound strength that I didn't even notice him!'

The atmosphere was tense, Krillin and Bulma stood there with fear and worry. The cold gaze from Vegeta caused a shiver down their spines, waiting for what he was going to do.

"Well, this is a surprise. Fancy us crossing paths here, earthlings. I didn't expect your kind to have the technology that was capable of traveling here" he mocked, chuckling at Krillin who stood there in fear.

He stood there in silence as he felt someone's energy coming closer to them. He then threatened the two earthlings if they plan to escape, explaining that he had to go take care of something.

He turned with a sly smile as he watched one of Frieza's henchmen land a few feet away from them. Krillin quietly warned Bulma not to move or do anything, knowing that the situation is going to get worse.

"You've made quite the fool out of me, Vegeta... Thanks to you, Frieza lost quite a great deal of faith in me..." he sneered, his tone filled with anger.

"Tell me where you hid the rest of them or I can beat it out of you" he threatened, earning a humorous laugh from the saiyan.

"I'd like to see you try." Vegeta challenged, earning a sly smirk from the henchman before instantly turning into his hideous beast form. Krillin and Bulma's eyes widen in shock, feeling the aliens' ki skyrocket.

Vegeta chuckled to himself, knowing that he would transform. Zarbon rushed to attack, only for Vegeta to duck under him, quickly grabbing some sand for a distraction.

The saiyan took flight, knowing that the henchman would follow him, chuckling at the pissed off expression. Once he was closer, he threw the sand right in his face, making Zarbon yell out in annoyance.

Vegeta went for the opportunity to appear behind him and delivered a devastating blow to his back, making Zarbon's screams in pain echo in the distance. He punched him so hard that his armor was starting to break off.

In midair, Vegeta rushed towards him and spiked him with one hand, watching him fall into a huge body of water. Charging his ki, he fired multiple ki blasts at the water, hoping to kill him quickly.

The ground started to rumble from Vegeta's attack, making Krillin question if they should make a run for it, seeing that Vegeta was distracted. Before he could tell Bulma to run, he saw a ki blast landing next to him, a warning shot from the saiyan.

As Vegeta was distracted, Zarbon quickly emerged out of the water and rushed towards him with anger. Vegeta was able to stop before he flew away from the water, landing somewhere else.

He turned to see that Zarbon followed him, feeling his ki go in and out of anger. "It seems that my strike was effective. Your strength is dropping like a stone" he mocked.

"I thought you were supposed to know everything about the saiyans, Zarbon? When we come back from the brink of death, a saiyans strength increases substantially!"

The explanation caused Zarbon's eyes to widen in horror, blaming himself that he shouldn't have heard Vegeta. Without hesitation, he rushed towards him without a care, watching a smirk fall on the saiyans lips.

They both exchanged blows and kicks from each other, dodging as well. The two earthlings watch them go at it, not knowing if they should run or stay and watch in silence.

Vegeta was able to thrust his fist deep into Zarbon's stomach, feeling the warm blood drip to the ground, faltering the henchman's movement. He begged the saiyan for mercy, explaining that he was just following orders from Frieza.

"You have the nerve to ask me for mercy when you've done all this..." Vegeta muttered before he fired a blast into his chest, leaving a gaping hole from the attack. He watched his lifeless body fall into the water, never to be seen again.

The saiyan let out a sharp exhale before he turned his gaze to the two earthing's behind him, chuckling at their feared expressions. "So what's it going to be? Are you gonna hand it over or not?"

He received an answer with silence, seeing that the bald warrior was thinking of something. "You want to strike a bargain, do you? If you give me the dragon ball, there's no sense of playing with you guys."

Krillin wanted to know if he was actually being serious or just making a joke. If he was to say 'no', both of them would end up dead, only to rely on Gohan to survive.

He emitted a shaky exhale before he slowly walked towards him and gave him the spherical item. "I guess today is your lucky day. When I collect them all, I'm going to acquire eternal life!"

With that, he took flight, going to where he hid the rest of the dragon balls. 'We can't let him have all seven! It's all up to you, Gohan...'

The rebel saiyan started to head towards the location he needed to go, but his movement came to a stop when he felt someone's ki around him. It was directly in front of him, but he felt the ki vanished, making a confused expression laced his face.

'Its gone, that's impossible! They know that I'm here...'

"Who's there?! I know you're around here somewhere! Show yourself now, or I'll blow this entire place up!" he only received silence, seeing that the person did not want to encounter him.

"Fine! Have it your way!" he raised his hand in the air, focusing his ki as he was about to aim it at the ground. He stopped when he heard a familiar voice of a child, turning towards the direction where the voice came from.

"Well, look what we have here! If it isn't Kakarot's son. Can't say I was expecting that!" he taunted, watching Gohan shake with fear but he stood his ground.

"Y-you killed Krillin, didn't you!" yelled Gohan.

"No, however, I'm willing to go back and finish the job if I wanted to..." he replied, watching the child's expression turn into confusion as he landed in front of him.

"What's that in your hand?" the saiyan demanded, making Gohan stutter out a quick lie. "I-it's a clock!" the hybrid stuttered out, earning a sly smile from Vegeta.

"By the way, are Kakarot and Nemui around here as well?" he questioned eagerly, wanting to know if they're here on this planet as well. "They're not here... We didn't know there would be bad people here..." Gohan answered, telling the truth as honestly as he could.

"Oh, that's quite a shame... The four of us are the last remains of the saiyan race. Do me a favor, when you get back to earth, send them a message for me, would you?"

Gohan was starting to slightly believe in him, falling for the saiyans trap as Vegeta aimed his knee to the child's stomach.

"Tell your father that I'll be paying another visit to earth soon, and this time, I'll blow it up into pieces!" he promised as he stepped on Gohan's back.

"And tell Nemui that I'll be waiting for him when I visit"

He let out a mocking laugh before taking off to find the dragon balls. Gohan was glad that he still had the dragon radar and the dragon ball that he had hidden from him.

Seeing that the pain subsided, he grabbed the dragon ball and took flight, quickly locating the base where Bulma was at. After some time, he saw Krillin already there with him, a wide smile stretched his lips as he landed.

"Krillin! Look what I found!" he held the dragon ball over his head, watching the proud smiles form on the two earthlings faces. Breaking the moment, Krillin explained that they have to leave soon, expressing the troubles that were about to happen.

"I know, I was stopped by Vegeta on the way back," Gohan replied. "But I made sure to hide the dragon ball" he added, earning a sigh of relief from the bald warrior.

Packing their things, they started to make their way out of the area, knowing that they mostly had to go into hiding for a while. "I can't believe that we have to stay here instead of a house." Bulma muttered.

Krillin explained that they had to travel somewhere else, knowing that Vegeta was probably going to go after them if they stayed. "Gohan, I need you to come with me for a moment. I need to get you to the grand elder. You'll earn a great amount of power that will rival Vegeta!"

Elsewhere, in the depths of space.

You and Goku can be seen continuing your difficult training. You both were training under 100x gravity, clothes were slowly being shredded, movement was becoming faster than ever.

Inside of the spaceship was starting to slowly break apart from your intense training. The floors were starting to crack, burned marks from ki blasts littered the walls and floors.

It's been four days since you two had left earth, pushing both of your limits further than ever. You were both very determined, since you both haven't rested yet ever since lift off.

Goku performs a Kamehameha in the room, redirecting it to you. Once it was close to range, you redirected the ki blast back to him, making Goku block their incoming attack.

You both tried to control your breathing from exhaustion as you both collapsed to the ground. Out of the two of you, you were the most exhausted. Training with Goku while doing image training with Turles was energy consuming, but it would definitely come in handy.

Goku dragged himself to the small couch that had the bag of senzu beans. Taking one of them, he felt his energy refilled, making him stand up quickly.

He turned to see you nearly falling asleep, exhaustion nearly taking over. He chuckled as he grabbed a bean and made his way towards you. "C'mon Nemui, we have to conquer 100x gravity" he lightly ushered, earning a tired groan from you.

Taking the bean from his hand, you consumed the bean as you felt your energy regenerate. Standing up, you chuckled as a confident smile landed on Goku's lips. "We'll arrive in two days; we should keep going"

"Alright, let's get this done" you replied as you both resumed sparring. Over and over, you both trained you both nearly to the point to the brink of death. When it was around that time, you both would consume a senzu bean, getting your strength back.

When you both took off to space, Karin had given you seven beans, now there were only three left. This kind of training greatly helped you both as strength increases when you overcome death.

After a day passed, you both were used to the 100x gravity change, seeing that the effect didn't tire you both out. "Alright, I think that's enough training for now. We should rest for a while" Goku insisted.

"Finally, I need a nap..." you muttered, earning a teasing chuckle from Goku. As he turned off the machine, feeling the normal gravity return, he wanted to test something out.

Grabbing a small rock from the ground, he threw it at you with all his might, without a warning as well. He didn't even see you catch it while you were rubbing your eyes, surprising him.

"Whoa! I feel so light! All this training helped us really well!" you chuckled as Goku hopped up in the air, his expression filled with joy.

"Just one more day until we get there" you replied as you both headed towards the showering area. Finally cleaning yourself up, you fall backwards on a large futon, feeling the sleepiness creep up on you.

A few minutes had passed as Goku exited out of the showering area, smiling that you were already asleep. He quietly made his way on the futon and crawled beside you.

You were out like a light as Goku gently pulled you towards him, your back gently pressed against his chest. Wrapping his arms lightly around your waist, he snuggled against your back as he fell asleep.

Some hours passed as Turles appeared a few feet away from you both, staring at Goku with a jealous look. Walking closer to the both of you, he could hear both of your gentle snores.

'It's been five days since we departed from earth, and I can feel both of them getting stronger. Since me and Nemui have been doing image training, I've never felt so strong in my entire life!'

He was left with his thoughts for a moment before he combed your similar wild hair with his fingers in a gentle manner, making sure not to wake you up.

'Just one more day, and we'll be able to test our strengths...' After some time, he reverted back to his orb form and went back inside your chest.

Back on planet Namek, Vegeta can be seen about to take flight, waiting for the similar ki energies to appear. He had lied to Killin when they encountered, knowing that they would fall for his trick.

He smirked when he felt the two ki energies fly past him. "I would've thought that they were looking for me to take back the dragon balls. But they're travelling further away from me..."

He didn't know what sort of plan the two were doing, but he was in a hurry to steal the last dragon ball. "Let me at least take one. Even if the earth woman finds them, she won't have them all!"

Taking one with him, he took flight after them, determined to show them what he had planned for. Using his ki, it helped him fly faster, knowing that he could catch up to them.

After a few minutes, he had finally found them, smirking when the two turned around with feared expressions. Coming to a halt, Krillin was shocked at the speed Vegeta was able to gain in such a short time.

"I... I'm surprised you found us..." Krillin spoke, breaking the tense silence. "Of course I did! I tend to thrive when the stakes are high" Vegeta replied.

"Now then, why don't you give me back the four-star dragon ball you stole from me... That is, if you value your life" he threatened, watching the bald warrior stutter out a lie.

"I-I have no idea what you're talking about!" The obvious lie made the saiyan roll his eyes in annoyance, seeing that he had to do it the hard way. Before he could make an attack, he saw that Goku's son was heading towards the mountain.

"Is that where you've hidden it?" he demanded, watching Krillin trying to break his path. Not giving a care, he pushed Krillin aside as he rushed towards the mountains.

Krillin went after him, hoping that Gohan had already got the power he needed. 'Gohan! I need him to hurry before Vegeta arrives!'
