"HAHAHA! It's too late for you now. Now you realize how terrible Saiyan's are! Fools, all that awaits you is death!" Taunted Raditz.

Goku and Piccolo tried to come up with a plan, seeing that it's going to get worse when the two Saiyan's meet them.

"You must be really excited huh, Goku!" spoke Piccolo. "Sorry, but this time, I'm so scared that I'm even trembling!"

"Never mind that, where's my son?!" Goku knew that you had his son, he was glad that your plan was working.

"Where is he?!" Raditz chuckled. "I have him locked up. He kept crying way too much. That hole behind me, he's right there"

Goku started to ascend seeing that there was a pod in the hole, but he knew that he wasn't there.

He looked a few distances away from him to see you floating in the air with his son in your hands. Gohan smiled when he saw his dad. Small smirks formed on your faces.

He also saw that you were charging up a ki blast slowly. He started to feel excited from it, but he had to continue the act. "Dads here, Gohan! Just hold on for a moment, ok?!"

Raditz evilly chuckled. "Don't be ridiculous! There's no way you can save him!" As he finished, Goku descended to the ground as Piccolo went into their defensive stance.

"Alright. let's do this!" The two rushed against Raditz, their fast punches were being locked by Raditz, but they needed to overwhelm him.

The two disappeared and reappeared behind him, but Raditz was faster. Not turning around, he kicked them both in the chins, making them fall back but they quickly bounced back.

Raditz started to ascend to the air, Goku and Piccolo followed behind. He smirked, seeing that they'd fallen for his trap. Sticking his hands down, he fired a huge blast from his hands.

Their eyes widen, seeing that they have to dodge it quickly. Goku was able to barely dodge it, but Piccolo got hit in the arm, sending him flying as his left arm was gone.

Goku looked up to see where Raditz was. "Behind you!" he then felt a kick to the back of the head, making his body fly a few feet next to Piccolo.

"Heh, so even when you both attack me at once, it's still not enough power" Goku slowly got up from the ground, turning to see if Piccolo was here.

"You alright, Piccolo?" his eyes widened when he saw that Piccolo's left arm was gone. "R-relax, I can still manage..."

"HAHAHA! It looks like your deaths are drawing near, huh?!" Piccolo slowly made himself stand up.

"Goku, do you have any techniques you can use?" he questioned. "No, sorry...can't say I do"

"Hmmm... then I have to reveal mine then. I've been training hard to develop this"

"What are you two talking about? What strategy do you think will work for me?!" Raditz yelled, seeing that he wanted to continue the fight.

"You got a technique up your sleeve, Piccolo? Can you do it with one arm?"

"Yeah, but it's going to take some time to build up enough ki. I need you to distract him" Goku then started to whisper to him.

"Nemui is charging up a blast as well. Just glance over there" As Piccolo's eyes glance towards you, he sees you charging up a huge amount of ki while holding Gohan.

He smirked, seeing that you were one step ahead of them. He glanced back at Goku and gave him a nod, understanding the plan. "Ok! Will this work against him?"

"Yup. But I was saving it to destroy you"

"Heh heh, really? Alright! I'm looking forward to this! Let's see if he can keep up!"

"Hang in there as best as you can, Goku!" He watched as Goku rushed at Raditz, throwing punches at him at a fast speed. Raditz was now surprised that he was getting faster, he had to focus.

You and Piccolo started to charge faster, ready to release the attack at the same time.

"Will m-my dad be okay, Nemui?" you looked down to see that small tears were threatening to pour out of his eyes.

"He'll be fine, Gohan. I'll be right here as well" you spoke in a soft tone, trying to make him feel better. You feel Piccolo's ki being charged up.

As Goku was distracting him, he made himself ascend to the sky, charging up a blast. "KA... ME... HA... ME..."

Raditz felt his scouter start to beep faster. "Impossible! His power is rising! It's up to 924! How is he able to do that?!"

He then felt another ki energy rise up. He turned to see that it was Piccolo's. "His power... 1020...1030... it's still rising!" as he finished, he heard Goku fire the blast.

"HAAAA!!!"

A bright blue blast was heading towards Raditz, he needed to get away from the blast. But Goku knew that he would try to get away, so he moved the blast, making it follow Raditz.

"Damn it! Don't get cocky!" He then stood still, blocking the blast with his hands.

He then threw a gust of sand in Goku's eyes, making him fall to the ground. He then charged towards Goku. "DIE!"

"You're the only one who's going to Die!!" Raditz's eyes widened when he felt Piccolo's power rise up.

"Battle power 1330?!! All of his power is gathered in his fingertips!"

"Try and dodge this! SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!!!"

Piccolo fired at a spiraled beam that was mixed with light purple and orange. Raditz's eyes widened when the beam was heading towards him.

Goku watched as the beam made its way towards Raditz, seeing he was able to get a hit. You were charging the ki blast in your hand, feeling more and more energy enter your hand.

As the beam came in contact, dust and smoke surrounded the area. From above, you couldn't see if Piccolo managed to hit him.

As it cleared up, you see that Raditz was still standing, but his right shoulder was bruised by the blast, seeing that he had barely dodged it.

"You pierced through my armor quiet easily, that techniques would've taken me out if it hit me dead on. I won't let you get away with this! I'm done playing around..." he raised his hand, ready to pull out another move to use on Piccolo.

Before he could charge it, he froze in place. "W-what?" he turned to see that Goku managed to grab his tail.

"You got careless, didn't you?" He squeezed the tail harder, making Raditz fall to the ground.

"Why you... when did you get behind me?!" He tried to crawl away from him, but it was no use.

"Piccolo! Do it one more time!"

"Y-you got it! Nicely done, Goku!"

"W-wait Kakarot! Are you really planning on killing your one and only brother?!" He tried to reason with Goku.

"Shut up! I told you, you're not my brother! How can you be so selfish when you were the one trying to kill me?!"

"I'll stop, I've had a change of heart! I'll leave his planet without causing any trouble!" As Raditz reasoned with him, he felt the grip on his tail slowly become loose.

"Goku, don't be fooled by his words! He's lying!"

"Please Kakarot! I'm begging you! B-believe me!" Goku's hands started to let go of his tail, receiving an elbow to his chin, knocking him back a few feet.

"Damn it! You fool!" Raditz went up to him and stomped his foot on Goku's chest.

"To think that you would have fallen for that so easily! You can never become a warrior! I have no hesitation about killing, even if you're my own blood!"

He started to press his foot down more, causing Goku to yell out in pain. He struggled to get Raditz 'foot off of him.

"Suffer! Suffer even more!" Piccolo tried to think of a plan, but he didn't have enough energy. The ki that you've been charging up for a long time was ready.

"Gohan, I need you to hang on to me, ok?!" he nodded before hugging you tightly.

With all your might, you cocked your hand back behind you and threw the ki blast towards Raditz. The scouter on Raditz started to glitch. "W-wha? What's going on?!"

He turned to see a giant blast coming towards him, making him freeze with fear. When his scouter tried to scan the ki, it started to glitch even more.

As the blast came closer and closer, Raditz tried to get away, but he was caught when Goku was holding him down.

"Goku! No, don't do it!" you shouted while you rushed your way towards the area. Goku lifted up his head to look at you, a smile forming on his face.

The ki then made contact with Raditz's body, creating a huge hole in the ground.

As all the debris and smoke went away, you see that Raditz's body was gone as his scouter was thrown away from him, but you could still see Goku's body as he laid on the ground.

Flying closer to him, you landed next to him. You gently pulled his head to make him lay on your lap. "Why... Why did you do it, Goku? He was already about to die" you spoke softly.

Goku's half-lidded eyes looked towards you, a wavering smile formed on his face. "I... I wanted to make sure he didn't go away... But I'm glad that he's dead"

He grabbed one of your hands and placed a gentle kiss, making your eyes slightly widen.

He tightly held his hand as you held it tightly back.

"I want you to take care of my son... I want you to take care of yourself as well, Nemui"

Before you could say anything, his eyes slowly closed. But his body started to fade away, making him vanish out of thin air. You then started to feel Gohan shaking as you held him, he was crying.

"My d-dad... i-is gone" You held him tightly as he cried against your shoulder, gently rubbing his back.

You walked out of the hole to see that Piccolo stood there with mixed expressions. You decided not to bother him and gently comfort Gohan.

A noise appeared in the distance, turning around to see the yellow machine that was at the Kame House.

When it landed, the doors opened to reveal Bulma, Krillin, and Roshi. "What happened?!" spoke Krillin.

"Raditz is now dead. But Goku vanished when his brother died, so I don't know where he is"

They nodded as they took in the information. "Where did he vanish off to?" questioned Bulma.

"It's probably Kami's doing. He must have plans for Goku" You and Roshi hummed at Piccolo's answer.

You felt Gohan's body slowly go limp, seeing that he was falling asleep. He cuddled against you as you held him, rubbing his back. You hoped that this 'Kami' would help get Goku back.

Meanwhile, in deep space.

An unknown planet was filled with wildlife. Trees, water, and grass surrounded the area. In the distance was a beeping sound. It was coming from a scouter.

"Raditz... is dead" spoke a bald Saiyan. A smaller Saiyan with spiked up hair hummed as he ate the limbs of a dead alien species. "He deserved it..."

"But he was killed by an unknown power level..." the shorter Saiyan hummed before finishing his food. "You know, these dragon balls sound intriguing. Make any wish come true"

The shorter Saiyan sat up, stretching his body. "C'mon, let's go"

"We're going to bring back Raditz?" the shorter Saiyan chuckled at the question.

"Get real, we're better off without him. How about immortality? No death! No age! Only an eternity of combat!" the bald Saiyan smirked at the idea. "Now that's a wish!"

The two made their way to their space pods and flew into space. "The power that killed Raditz... you said that it was unknown, right?"

"Yeah, it nearly disconnected before he died" the shorter Saiyan hummed, wanting to know more about the power.

"It killed Raditz with one strike, let's see if there's another Saiyan with Kakarot and his son"

"We could build another Saiyan empire if we could find them"

"Don't be stupid. Do you want more brats to be stronger than us? We must eliminate all life on earth! But it will take us a year to get there"

The two chuckled before they both yawned from exhaustion. "Let's get some sleep, I can't wait to wake up when we head to earth!"

"Wait? So Kami took Goku's body? Who knows what he'll do"

"But we don't have to worry about that, right?" spoke Krillin. "We've got to gather the dragon balls... we need to bring Goku back to life"

As Krillin finished talking, you took Gohan's hat off his head and gave it to Krillin, which he thanked you.

"Wait, then how did you find him so easily?" Bulma questioned. "The device on his face seemed to track our strength and location" you told them.

You pulled the device out as you gave it to Bulma. She started to press the button to see if it could function.

"Wow! This is a great device. A little banged up, but I should be able to fix it"

So we should be able to find Yamcha and Tien!" spoke Krillin as excitement formed on his face. "C'mon, let's hurry back to the Kame House!"

Roshi then turned to Piccolo. "What are you going to do, Pic-" before he could finish his sentence, Piccolo was able to make his arm grow back, it reminded you of a lizard.

"Make sure to find those dragon balls. Kami still lacks the power to bring someone to life. In the meantime, Nemui and I will take Gohan" he explained.

"A-are you going to eat him?!"

"No, I'm not going to eat him! This boy will be a powerful asset when he's trained.

Within the time Goku's getting healed, me and Nemui will train him properly" You nodded, agreeing to the plan that Piccolo made.

Meanwhile, in the Underworld.

"All souls, please remain in line and continue moving!"

"No cutting, please! Thank you!"

As the white puffs of souls went down the lane, going to the building to be judged if they go to the upper-world or below, it was Goku's turn to be judged.

Goku had a halo over his head as he waited for an answer. "Does he have your permission to live, King Yemma?" spoke Kami.

"Let's see... Son Goku. Quite a list of achievements. He could go to the upper world, but you want him to risk his life on the serpent road?"

"Yes sir" Goku turned to Kami, confusion forming on his face. "So does everyone come here when they die?"

"Yup"

"Even aliens?"

"You're here, aren't you? The dead from all of the worlds come here to be relocated to either heaven or hell"

King Yemma sighed, ready to get going. So you want to go to the serpent road? Then go!"

A bright smile formed on Goku's face. "T-thank you, sir!" he then stepped to the side, ready for a guide to join him.

"Good luck, Goku. You will need it" "I'll take your word! Tell Mr. Popo, I said hi!"

Goku hopped into the guide's car, driving him to the road of serpents. "Here we are!" As Goku hopped out of the car, his eyes widened to see that it was the head of a serpent.

"Follow the scale road, and you see the lord himself!"

Goku then hopped on the serpent's head, seeing that it was a long way to the lord of the worlds. "H-how long is it...?"

"Legends says that it's about a million kilometers" the answer made Goku's eyes widen. "Has anyone ever reached it?!"

"Yes! King Yemma has done it. It's been a hundred million years since he's made it"

Goku sighed before he started to stretch, getting ready for this long run. "Be careful, hell's right down there under these clouds. Make sure you do not fall in it"

"Ok. Hey, do you know the old fortune teller lady?" "Yes! She's still here" the answer made Goku smile.

"That's great! Can you tell her to tell Kami to not bring me back to life for one year?"

The guide wrote down the question, giving him a thumbs up. He then flew his way to the trails of the serpent. He needed to hurry and train.

His thoughts began to drift to you. He was happy that you would help his friends and his sons.

His face started to turn slightly pink as he continued to think about you as he headed down the serpent's trail.
