Lucy's sitting on the hospital bed waiting for the test results to come. Tim's sitting on the chair beside her and Ellie's outside. The doctor comes in.

D: Tests went well, everything's alright. You might have some lasting side effects for a few days, some dizziness or tiredness. Just take a break and stay hydrated and you should be completely ok.

L: And the baby?

D: The toxins weren't in effect long enough to harm the baby. It'll be completely fine. Your friend there saved both your lives.

Lucy's mom: You're pregnant?

Lucy's mom walks in just in time to hear the doctor talking about the baby.

L: Mom what are you-

M: That doesn't matter. How could you not tell me you were pregnant?

D: I'll give you all a minute.

The doctor leaves Tim, Lucy and her Mom alone in the room.

L: Yeah I am.

M: Why wouldn't you tell me and your father.

L: I didn't want to yet.

M: Well I'm your mother.

T: Hey if she didn't want to tell you she didn't want to so get stop.

M: If I hadn't been visiting my friend and seen you get rushed in would I have even been told? What even happened to you?

L: Can you just stop. You're really not helping.

M: How far along are you? Why didn't you tell me? I want answers Lucy.

T: She said she wants you to stop. And clearly she doesn't want you here.

M: You're not my child are you? Exactly.

T: You're going to leave this room before I arrest you for harassment.

M: She's my daughter.

L: JUST LEAVE MOM.

She glares at Lucy for a moment then leaves.

L: Thanks.

T: I'm glad everything ok with you.

L: Same.

T: You wanna go home?

L: Well I've been cleared for duty so I kinda wanna go back to the station.

T: Maybe you're the curse.

L: Oh shut up.

T: Lucky you were riding with the rookie.

L: I can already tell she'll make a great cop.

T: All I know is she saved your life and I'm so grateful.
